Chapter 6

Rainbow Dash was soaring in the sky way above the ground, but she wasn't enjoying it as much. Surprisingly, Rainbow wanted to be on the ground seeing everyone in the city.

"I'm bored, can I come down now?" Rainbow asked, she was wearing an earpiece.
Barry's voice came from the earpiece, "Not yet."
"At least you get to see all the pretty birds and bugs." Killer Frost said from the ground.
"Great." Rainbow mumbled to herself.

"Bugs don't fly as high as most birds can." Barry said.
"Well excuse me, I didn't study Entomology." Killer Frost complained.

Barry, Killer Frost and Joe stopped at an apartment building and looked up.

"Ok, Victor Stands lives here, he used to work in the same place all four robbers did before he was fired." Joe explained.
"We'll just ask him normal questions, like if he's been in contact with those men lately." Barry said.
"And if he doesn't cooperate?" Rainbow's asked, still in the sky.
"We'll make him cooperate." Killer Frost said with a grin.
"Finally, something not boring." Rainbow said happily.
"We don't have a warrant to search the place, we'll just ask him some questions and come back later." Barry said.

The three walked up to Victor's apartment and knocked on the door.

"CCPD, open up." Joe called out.

The door opened and Victor peered out the door.

"Yea, what do you want?" he asked.
"I'm Detective Joe West, these are my associates, Barry Allen and.." Joe paused thinking of who to refer to Killer Frost as.
"Megan Williams." Killer Frost replied.
"We'd like to ask you some questions." Joe said.
"Ok, come on in." Victor said moving away from the doorway and Joe walked in.
"Megan Williams?" Barry asked quietly.
"It was the name of our doll that Caity and I had when we were little." Killer Frost said as they walked in.

The apartment looked really nice. There was red carpet all around the floor except in the kitchen which had a juicer, coffee maker and a shiny fridge and freezer. There was a flat screen TV with multiple game consoles and a shelf full of movies and videogames.

"This is a nice place." Barry said looking around.
"Thanks, got it for a pretty good price." Victor said.
"Anyway, do you recognize these men?" Joe asked holding up a paper with mugshots of each robber.
"Yea, I used to work with them at the local power plant." Victor said looking at the paper.
"Have you talked with them recently." Barry asked.
Victor shook his head, "Not lately, after I got fired I stopped seeing them."

Joe's phone started to vibrate, "I gotta take this." he said and stepped out the door to the apartment.

Killer Frost looked at the floor and noticed a rainbow colored stain on the carpet.

"Does the name Rainbow Dash mean anything to you?" Killer Frost asked.
"No?" Victor said confused, "What's that supposed to be?"
Joe walked in, "Do you know who used to live here?" Joe asked.
"I don't know, just some guy." Victor said.
"He moved in after the previous tenant died just last night." Joe said to Barry and Killer Frost.

Victors eyes began to glow white as a rainbow colored aura surrounded him.

Joe pulled out his gun, "Don't move."

Victor put his arm out and a rainbow colored ball shot from his hand and hit Joe.
"JOE!" Barry yelled.
"I'm gonna enjoy this." Killer Frost said as her hands became cold and misty.

One of the doors in the apartment opened and a man who was also glowing with rainbow colors stepped out.

"Step away from my master." the man said as his hands began sparking.

Killer Frost shot ice at the man but he was undeterred and he shot a rainbow blast at Frost, knocking her down.

Rainbow Dash crashed through the window to face Victor.

"Nowhere to run, dirtbag." she said.

Victor looked shocked to see Rainbow Dash and began to glow even brighter. a big bright light enveloped him with Barry and Rainbow covering their eyes. Big wings stretched out from the light and as it dimmed, a scaly blue creature with a horn above it's nose stood where Victor stood.

"What the frack?" Barry said confused.

Victor let out a roar and shot through the ceiling.
