Sorry Dusts,

It is very much above my head.  Deleting, locking or copying files requires Executive Access outside of your personal login.  I wish I could help.  Even if I could get either of the Warmers to help, It sounds like it might even be above their heads.  This is a ministry thing.  I bet once the MoM is done with the files there will be a way to get those files back.
