"Ok getting that massage was a bad idea" I said as I came out of the spa. Everything hurts like hell. I walk towards the palace. "Hey why is it snowing?" I said to myself. I look around and see snow all around. I zip up my jacket and pull the hood over my head and pull the strings.
Then There is a big blast of magic that wipes out the snow. I look myself over. "And I'm shiny again" I said letting my arms go limp. I teleported near the Crystal heart. I look over and see everypony crystalized. "Ugh" I said alerting everypony. Cadence was the first to approach me.
"Hello Mamoru, Its nice to see you! is that a new jacket" said Cadence. I take the hood down. "Nice to see you too, and thanks for noticing" I said. "Would you like to meet our daughter?" She asked. "Have you named her?" I asked. "Yes we have, we named her...." she began before I interrupted. "Flurry Heart" I said. Cadence looked at me confused and surprised. "Y-yes, How did you know?" She asked as I just smirked.
Cadence brought me to flurry heart. I put my goggles up and looked at the baby. "Aw, she's such a cute little alicorn" I said as I saw her sneeze. "Aaah! Too cute, cuteness overload!" I say grabbing my chest as I pass out.
---Later---
I wake up on the train with a start. "Hey, are you ok Mamoru?" asked Starlight. "I'll be fine, we on our way back home?" I asked. I looked myself over and was relieved to see I was back to normal. "We should be arriving in a few hours" said Twilight. "Sweet, wake me when we get there!" I said falling asleep. "But you just!... ugh!" Said Twilight as I started snoring.
As soon as we got back, I went to my room and removed my weapons and ammo, then left my goggles and coat on the wall rack leaving me wearing my jacket. I left my room and went searching for Starlight. It took me a while. I eventually found her in the library.
"Hey, Starlight, can you do me a favor?" I asked. "Um, sure, what can I help you with?" She asked. "I need you to help me with my powers, I wanna know exactly what my power level is, so I need you to make a list of what I can do" I said. "Sure I guess I could help you out" she said looking nervous. She won't be much help to me like this. "You'll get used to me eventually, your body language gives it away, lets go!" I said.
We go to the front door and I stopped. "What are you doing?" Asked Starlight. "Checking my bike" I said while giving it the once over. "I've never seen anything like that before" she said looking intently at my bike. "If you want we can go for a ride on it later" I said getting her excited. "But we got to get through the other stuff first" I said. We went outside and walked to an empty field. I stopped and looked around, it had a few large rocks, and a few huge boulders. "This should do" I said. "Ok, so we're here, now what?" Asked Starlight.
"First we need to place some equipment down, to measure what I can do" I said. "This seems more like something that Twilight would be doing, Don't you want her to do this?" Asked Starlight. "Yes I do, and I need both you and Twilight documenting it all tomorrow" I said.
Starlight looked at me for a moment. Then began sit down. I went to one of the rocks an put my hand on it. "What are you doing?" Asked Starlight. After she said that the rock began to fracture, then it explodes. I take a step away from the rubble. Starlight stares at me at me in awe. "We can get to work tomorrow" I dusting myself off.
---The Next Day, Mid Afternoon---
"Ok, Mamoru, before we begin I'll need you to wear this bracelet, its going to monitor what you do and once we're done I can check your progress" said Twilight. I put the bracelet on and started using my all my powers, one after another.
---Later---
When I finished, the whole field was decimated. And both Twilight and Starlight looked on with shocked looks on their faces, eyes wide, jaws on the ground. I walked over and put the bracelet around Twilight's horn. "I'll leave you two alone to process all that, I'm going to take a nap" I said while walking away.
I walked back into the castle and went to take my nap.
---Meanwhile---
---Third person POV---
Twilight and Starlight finally got out of their shock. "What is he, there should be no way he should have that much raw power" said Starlight. Twilight looked at the field. "Your right, it's like he's got the power of a deity within him, imagine what could happen, if he stopped holding back" said Twilight. "This is him holding back!?!" Said Starlight gesturing to the disaster area that was once a field.
Twilight checked the bracelet.
"No, wait, the bracelet says that he was using everything he had, but this is devastating, if he were to turn on us, there would be no way we could stop him, and no way we could contain him either" said Twilight looking to Starlight. "But why does he use all that power for such foalish reasons" asked Starlight.
"He could practicality end the world if he wanted to, and yet, right now he's in his room taking a nap, why is he like this?" asked Starlight. "I don't know, but he's never harmed anypony as far as I can tell, and when we needed him he would help us" replied Twilight. "He doesn't use his powers for personal gain, he just uses them to help us" Said Twilight. "And if he knows about my past, why didn't he judge me?" Asked Starlight.
Then Twilight realized something. "He shows all the signs of a hero" Said Twilight. Starlight looked at her in disbelief. "Him, a hero, are you serious, this morning he threatened to dropkick me just for staring at him!" said Starlight. Twilight began walking back to the castle. "That may be true, but he protects others from harm, he protected us from dragons and King Sombra, he came for us when the changelings attacked Canterlot, his power may come from a dark place, but he is not evil, well a little eccentric maybe, but not evil" said Twilight as she walked into the castle. "You're right, he may weild this power, but never uses it to harm others, I've never even seen him use his swords" said Starlight. Just then both their thoughts were interrupted by Mamoru coming out his room in all his gear, dancing, singing and playing a guitar.

"I love those songs" said Mamoru finishing his songs with a cheshire grin and going back into his room.
Both Twilight and Starlight looked at each other. "Well I'm a little confused, if he's supposed to be a hero, why does he act like a bad guy most of the time?" asked Starlight. "Because he likes that way!" Said Mamoru while poking his head out of his room, surprising both of them, then pulling his head back in and shutting the door. "Well, you heard him" said Twilight chuckling, causing Starlight to begin laughing as well. And they both continued to laugh as they walked away.
