Mal and I got out of the Limo first, followed by Rainbow Dash, Evie. Carlos and Jay were fighting. On the yellow raised carpet, were 3 people. A young blonde lad, of about 16, a brown haired girl, about our age and a woman in a blue dress. The young lad stepped forward. “It’s finally great to meet you all! I’m Ben, and this is my girlfriend, Audrey.”
“Prince Benjamin, soon to be King,” said Audrey. “I’m Aurora’s daughter.”
Ben shot Audrey a look. “And this is Fairy Godmother, the headmistress.”
“The fairy godmother?!” I exclaimed. “As in Bibbity Bobbity Boo?”
“That’s right, dearie,” said the Fairy Godmother.
“Aurora’s daughter, huh?” said Mal.
“Yeah,” said Audrey. “Totally don’t blame your mom for trying to kill my mom.”
“I don’t totally blame your grandma for not inviting my mom,” retorted Mal.
The 2 girls sighed. I shot Mal a look. Ben shot Audrey a look. “So,” said Ben, trying to break the awkwardness. “Um, so what’s your names?”
“Mal,” said Mal. “Evie, Carlos and Jay.”
“My name’s Sunset Shimmer. This is Rainbow Dash. Princess Twilight sent us to learn to be better people.”
“Why?” asked Mal. “What did you do?”
“I’d rather not talk about it,” I said. “I’ll tell you where it’s quiet.”
“And the doors of wisdom are always open,” said Fairy Godmother. “But the library opens from 5 am to 9 pm.”
“Great!” said Ben. “Come along.”
