Rain would patter on the ground outside, the sky darkened with the abundance of sunshine in hiding. The quiet tinkering of water hitting metal objects was heard to outside animals, as we come to the small cottage where the mare Fluttershy lives. The yellow mare was currently awake in her home, smiling to her animals as she floated by them. She happened to have noticed Angel sitting down with a pout, which got her a little curious. She observed the little animal for a while, noticing that he didn't have the kindest look on his face. Perhaps it was the weather, or perhaps something else was going on that he just didn't relay to her.

"Angel? What's wrong, little one?" She asked, as she floated down slowly to try and attempt to look at the bunny eye to eye. Though he didn't really care to make eye contact, looking away with a bit of a huff. "Oh, so.. you don't want to talk about it. Is it because of the weather?" She asked, pointing outside with one of her hooves. "I really... don't blame you." She replied, going next to him and sitting down as she stared outside of the window. She watched the drops of water hit the items outside, and watched as a few birds had perched themselves up in the trees.

"Nothing wrong with a little rain!!" Said a peppier voice, as another mare walks over to the two. It was Rainbow Dash, her hair flowing as it normally does. Her light blue color was easily seen due to the bleaker brown colors of the cottage. She stared at them, seeing they both had their backs arched up a little bit. "Uhh... what? Did I scare you guys or something?" She smiled. "Aww, just shows that I can be protective! How? Because; well, then that means I know you guys get scared easily so I know how to react sooner."

"D-do you have any idea what you're saying, Dashie..?" The yellow mare asked, trying to hold back a grin. She knew that the Mare she loved could be a bit of a funny ball sometimes, but she didn't see anything wrong with it. Rainbow Dash just liked to have good fun with her, which Fluttershy was honestly completely okay with!!

"..Not really, no!! Then again.. half the time I don't." She replied with a bit of a purr in her voice, trotting over to them. She stared down at them, before taking her hoof and rubbing the top of Fluttershy's head. "I'm just bein' a goof, y'know." She said in a bit of a teasing manner, just to kind of let Fluttershy know it was meant to be joking.

"Well- yes, yes.. I do know that.. it just made me.. a-a little jumpy." Fluttershy replied softly, glancing up at the other mare with a small smile. She did know that her Marefriend was just messing around with her. "You wouldn't actually try to scare us too much." She chuckled, then got up slowly. She stretched her back up a little, glancing from her Marefriend over to Angel. She gave Angel a little pat on the head before turning back to face Rainbow Dash in an instant.

"Well yeah, sure I wouldn't! I mean, especially when there's a chance some spoooooky lightning could be about!!" She giggled, looking over at Fluttershy. She noticed the bit of a scared look on the Mare's face now. "Aww, cmon Flutters. I'm just joshin' with you." She went over and wrapped an arm around her. "Oh, and uh- make sure you don't ask what 'joshin' means. Because to be honest, I really don't know!"

Fluttershy nodded slowly, leaning her head up against Rainbow Dash's. "..I-I know, Dashie. I just get a little jumpy and all- well, let's face it. When am I not really jumpy." She laughed a little bit, giving her a little bit of a prod with her own hoof. "B-besides, I know you're just messing around. I just like.. h-hugs sometimes." She muttered, but had a happy look on her face. "A-also, why would you say something if you didn't know the actual meaning o-of it? I mean, I understand that it could just be for a little bit of fun..."

"Hey! Well- listen, I just say things sometimes. When I talk I make jokes, I make people laugh, I act somewhat hyper, then sometimes I just go boom!! It kind of makes sense when you consider who we hang out with." Rainbow Dash replied, giving Fluttershy a bit of a wink as she did so.

Angel looked up at them too, laughing a little bit as he just watched them be cheesy. He made his lips puckered up as he giggled, just making ab it of fun mockery towards their 'romance'. He snorted to himself as he looked up to the Mares that were staring down at him, a little confused.

Rainbow Dash turned to him and squinted a little bit. "Aww; what's up lil' guy, you think us doing this is cute or something?" She picked him up and sat him on her head. "Well, this is cute for you." She started to spin in circles, eventually Angel got launched and landed in the upper level of the cottage. Rainbow Dash started laughing, just in a bit of a friendly way though.

"Was that... really necessary, Dashie..?" Fluttershy looked at her, and muttered.

"Hey hey hey, listen. ANYTHING is necessary when it comes to my Butterfly. You!" She answered, giving Fluttershy and even closer hug. She let go though, and walked over to the door and opened it a little bit. She grinned and grabbed Fluttershy. She dragged her outside slowly, and hugged her close. "Let's just enjoy the weather, too!"
