catching feelings, and the flu

The doctors visit

It was a cold, saturday evening at the dazzlings house. Winter break had just started. Adagio was sitting on their small couch watching television, while sonata and aria were most likely in their rooms.

“Such a relaxing day. I’m glad it’s winter break. I hate school. Especially math. I can’t fucking stand math.” Adagio quietly said to herself.

A few minutes of quiet comes by, except for the television playing. All of a sudden, adagio heard running footsteps.

“ADAGIO! I NEED YOU!” sonata shouted, running to the couch Adagio was sitting in.

“What could be so important that you’re disrupting my movie, idiot.” Adagio coldly says.

“Aria is sick, and she threw up. That’s what I wanted to tell you.” Sonata explained, clearly offended by Adagio snapping at her, and calling her an idiot.

“Ugh. This was going to be the perfect winter break, but now because of Aria, it wont.” Adagio said.

“Can you stop thinking of someone else other than yourself, Adagio? Aria needs our help. We need to take her to the doctors to get her a check up.” Sonata said.

“Ugh! Fine! Where is Aria?” Adagio asked.

“She’s in my room resting.” Sonata said.

“Has she forgotten she has her own room? Why is she sleeping in your room?” Adagio asked.

Sonata started blushing. “Well, when she was done throwing up, she looked weak, like she could barely stand up herself. Then I offered to carry her, and took her to my bed. Once we were lying down, I let her cuddle up to me so she could be warm.” Sonata said.

“That's disgusting. Anyways, lets go get that sick grump.” Adagio said, as she started walking into Sonata’s room.

The two girls walk into Sonata’s room, only to find Aria asleep in Sonata’s bed, cuddling a teddy bear.

“Aww, she looks so peaceful!” Sonata said. After the Battle Of The Bands, Sonata, and Aria grew closer with each other. They had very few arguments now. Sonata started to catch feelings for Aria, but she somehow can hide her feelings very well. And because Sonata was good at hiding her feelings from Aria, Sonata was certain Aria had no clue she even liked her. As for Adagio, not so long after the battle of the bands, the rainbooms, and the sirens made up, because of Sunset Shimmer. Sunset Shimmer taught them how awesome friendship could be. Later, Adagio caught feelings for Sunset, and she confessed to her. Now Sunset and Adagio have been dating for a couple weeks now.

Adagio walked over to Sonata’s bed. “Wake up, grump, you’re going to the doctors.” Adagio said, as she shook Aria awake.

“Why the fuck did you have to wake me up like that?” Aria asked, wiping the tiredness out of her eyes.

“Yeah, yeah. Go cry about it. Anyways, like I said, you’re going to the doctors. You don’t have a choice. Get up, now.” Adagio said, in an annoyed tone.

“Does it look like I can get up, miss control freak? I’m very weak. I can barely stand on my own.” Aria said.

“Sonata, I want you to carry Aria to the car. Now.” Adagio orders.

That earns a slight blush from both Aria, and Sonata. Aria has never admitted to anyone, nor would she probably ever, confess that she’s crushing on Sonata. Like, crushing really hard. Aria is also good at hiding her feelings, so she’s certain Sonata doesn’t know.

Sonata runs up to Aria, and after three failed attempts, she picks up Aria bridal style. They walk along to their car, and Aria in Sonata’s arms. Adagio is driving the car, while Sonata and Aria are in the back seat, with Aria laying on Sonata’s lap.

Soon enough, they arrive at the hospital. They all walk in, and sit in the waiting room.

“Hello ladies,” the nurse said. “How may I help you?”

“Can she get a check up please? She’s not feeling too well.” Adagio said.

“Of course! Right this way.” the nurse said, grabbing Aria by the arm while Aria is struggling to walk.

About 15 minutes of Sonata and Adagio waiting in the waiting room, Adagio reading the magazines, and Sonata pretty entertained with the childrens toys in the room, Aria and the nurse walk in the waiting room.

“Okay, so your friend here has caught the flu. She hasn’t got too many of the symptoms. Only a sore throat, and a fever. If you’d like, I can recommend some medicines to get her.” the nurse said.
“Alright, go ahead.” Adagio said.

After the nurse tells them what medicines she recommends for Aria, the girls get into the car and drive to the places with the medicines. Soon enough, they made it home.

“Hey Aria, it’s like we’re gonna be your personal nurses! Right Adagio?” Sonata asked, only to be ignored.

“Adagio?” Sonata asked once more.

“Sonata, I’m sorry, but me and you are going to sleep at Sunsets place until Aria gets better. I can’t risk me, or you getting sick. Aria is 1,000 years old. She can take care of herself.” Adagio said.

“Seriously, Adagio?” Aria said.

“Adagio, I’m staying with Aria. She needs our help. If you're not willing to help her, then I will.” Sonata said.

“Alright then, but if you both get sick, don’t come crawling to me. Sonata, don’t burn the house down. Aria, don’t get Sonata sick.” Adagio said.

“I’ll take your advice.” Aria said, annoyed.

“Alrighty, Adagio! Have fun with Sunset!” Sonata said.

“Trust me, now that it’s just gonna be me and her, we will have fun.” Adagio said with a blush, and a grin.

“That’s disgusting.” Aria said.

The girls waved as adagio walked out of the door.

“So.. what now?” Aria asked.

“Well, you need to rest.” Sonata said.

“But I want to watch television, and there's no television in my room, or in your room. Even though there's no television in Adagio's room, if she ever found out I was in there, she would kill me." Aria said.

“Then go rest on the couch, and watch television!” Sonata said, with a big smile.

"Alrighty, then." Aria said, as she walked towards the couch and sat straight up, switching through the channels.
