Mane Seven, Spike and even the Minicons were deeply shocked and disbelief while Flash became much more nervous and uneasy than before. All of them couldn't believe in their own ears of what Sunset has said. The memories of them have been erased from Laxtinct, Flare Tiger and Icy's minds.
"T-That's impossible…" Twilight said in shock and disbelief.
Applejack nodded, "I know. They can't have forgotten about us. Right?"
"T-This can't be. This can't be real! This has to be a bad dream," Rarity exclaimed in fear and concern, "Wake up, Rarity! Wake up!"
Suddenly, Rarity yelped in pain, feeling her skin being pinched. She turned and glared at Pinkie, who laughed and whistled uneasily while looking away.
"Sunset, this has to be a joke! It has to be!" Rainbow exclaimed in concern, "Coz if it isn't, I don't wanna think of the worst thing happen to us!"
Fluttershy nodded, "Please, tell me it's not gonna be permanent."
"I don't know. I really don't know." Sunset said determinedly. She turned and looked at her confused Laxtinct, Flare Tiger and Icy. She clenched her tight fist, "But I'm gonna find out."
Sunset was about to reach out to her friends. Fearing of what she might do next, Laxtinct, Flare Tiger and Icy yelped as they quickly backed off and moved away from her. She groaned in frustration.
Suddenly, she has some thoughts before turned and looked at nervous and worried Flash. She realized that he was behaving strangely and differently since this morning. He realized of what she's thinking.
Flash panicked, "Sunset, wait! I can explain!"
Sunset quickly grabbed and gotten a hold on his hand. She is now in trances, entering and venturing within her boyfriend's mind and memories. To her shock and disbelief, she also found out that the memories of Mane Seven are slowly fading out including Flash's romantic date and love times with her.
Shocked and hurt, Sunset let go of her boyfriend's hand. She slowly backed while disbelieved and heartbroken to look at Flash, who looked guilty, shame and scared. Mane Six approached to her.
"Sunset? What did you find?" Twilight asked.
Hurt and heartbroken, Sunset has tears flowing down on her cheeks as she said, "Flash also has forgotten about us too, and even me."
"Oh no…" Fluttershy said in shock.
Rarity approached and gave Sunset a warm hug, "Oh, Darling…"
"Man. That is mess up…" Wheelie and Brains commented in shock and concern.
Flash sighed while rubbing his head, "Sorry. I'm very sorry, Sunset."
"Wait! If he has forgotten about us, then how come he followed us here?" Rainbow asked suspiciously and confusingly.
Pinkie hummed thoughtfully, "Rainbow's right. Why?"
Mane Seven awed in surprise yet realization. Despite forgotten about them, Flash was willing to follow them.
"Why?" Sunset asked in surprise while wiping tears off.
"When you texted me about reminding me to go to beach with you, I was kinda confused and worried about it. I checked and read my diary. I slowly remember a bit about you, all the adventures and date we've been through. It makes me realize that you and I were close. So, I decided to go along with you." Flash explained calmly. He sighed, "I was gonna tell you, but I didn't want to scare and hurt you for not remembering. I'm sorry."
Sunset sighed in relief as she touched and patted Flash's face, "Aw, Flash…"
"But what about Spike, Sideswipe, Wheelie and Brains?" Applejack asked.
"I agreed with you all. They remember us. How?" Rarity asked in surprise.
"Beats me?" Spike, Wheelie and Brains shrugged.
"I am so confused…" Rainbow remarked in uncertainty
Rarity sighed, "You're not the only one, Rainbow."
Twilight groaned, "There must be rational explanation behind this mess. We need to find out how and why our friends have forgotten about us!"
Applejack nodded, "Definitely. But we need to find out and check on our friends making sure they're alright, even if they have forgotten about us."
Spike sighed, "Yeah. They didn't answer or call back…"
Pinkie bounced and approached to Laxtinct, Flare Tiger and Icy. Three of them yelped in concern and fear as they remained vigilant and back off from her.
"Guys, come on! You've gotta help us!" Pinkie insisted in concern, "Tell us that they're alright! Or maybe give us the hint where they are?"
Laxtinct gulped, "Sorry. No can do. Besides, I don't even know you all. So, how do we know that you're all can be trusted?"
"Please, Laxtinct," Fluttershy pleaded with her sad yet pleading eyes at Laxtinct. She begged, "I have to know where Terrorcreep is."
Laxtinct yelped upon looking at her eyes. He quivered and shivered in fear as he tried to resist. Flare Tiger and Icy were insisting him to keep his mouth shut. Unfortunately, both Fluttershy and Pinkie gave the biggest yet cutest pleading eyes to him, making him yelled and panicked in fear.
Laxtinct panicked and screamed in fear, "All of our friends got some serious job to do! Shadow Dragon's helping his master at the dojo. Aqua is at the school – coaching some students. Saber's helping out his family at the barn. Shorty and Tailtech were working on upgrading the weapons and arsenals. My brother said that he's got business to attend. And I have no idea where Terrorcreep is! He's gone silent since this morning! That's all I can say!"
Sunset and her friends were in relief and happy to get some answer. Flare Tiger and Icy sighed while shaking their heads with his big mouth. Fluttershy was upset to find out that Terrorcreep wasn't found at all. Rainbow gave her a warm and comfort hug, reassuring her that they will find him.
"Looks like we've got the answer," Wheelie said in relief, "What say we go and find them now!"
Brains nodded, "Yeah. Get the gang together."
"Hold up, guys. We still have no idea of how did they end up with forgetting about us…" Twilight said in concern, "Unless…"
Sunset gasped, "It involved magic!"
The rest of Mane Seven and their friends groaned in annoyance. Spike sighed, "Why am I not surprise about this? It's always the magic problem."
"Now we know that it's the magic cause of everyone forgotten about us," Fluttershy said in concern.
"How did you know about 'magic'? Only us and the government know about this." Icy asked suspiciously, Sunset and her friends lifted up their geodes to Icy. She gasped, "It can't be. How can you all have them?! They can't have the magic like ours."
"You're kidding me?!" Rainbow asked in shock, "You all saw what Sunset did! She just looked through Laxtinct's and Flash's memories!"
Flare Tiger and Icy looked at Laxtinct, who just shrugged in confusion and uncertainty. The amber teenage cowgirl took a look at Sunset and her friends' geodes again.
"I'm still no convinced," Flare Tiger said firmly and seriously, "They're all look like some cheap knockoffs. Not that I can recall anything."
Rarity gasped in disbelief and annoyed, "Cheap knockoffs?! Why I'd never-!"
"Don't, Rarity. I don't think they're gonna listen and believe us," Applejack said seriously while looking at how serious and vigilant Laxtinct, Flare Tiger and Icy are. She hummed in concern, "Besides, we need to deal with this new 'magic problem' now."
Sunset nodded, "Applejack's right. We need to know what we're dealing with."
"But how?" Pinkie asked in concern, "It's not like we get some help from someone, who knows about magic. We handle it by ourselves."
Giving some thoughts of what Pinkie has said, Sunset gasped, "Pinkie, you're a genius!"
"I am?" Pinkie asked in surprise.
"I know who can help us!" Sunset said confidently, "We'll be right back!"
Sunset headed off at once. The rest of her friends followed her at once, hoping to know what she's attempting to do.
"Don't hurry back, darling!" Flare Tiger mocked amusingly.
"Hey! That's Rarity's line, not yours! It was not in the script!" Pinkie exclaimed angrily.
Flare Tiger shouted back, "It's adaptation, dummy!"
Pinkie groaned, "What is with somebody keep changing and making stories different than the original one?! Can't they keep it the same for once?!"
"PINKIE!" Everyone shouted in annoyance.
Pinkie groaned, "Coming!"
Sunset and the rest of her friends have arrived at the underneath of the lifeguard's office. And just before anyone could ask, she took a familiar book, shocking everyone else while Flash was confused.
Twilight gasped, "Of course! Good thinking, Sunset!"
"A book? For what?" Flash asked.
"You're kidding me?!" Wheelie asked in annoyance.
"Wheelie, he forgot. Remember?" Spike asked in annoyance.
"Oh, Yeah… My bad…" Wheelie said sheepishly.
Rarity asked in concern, "Darling, are you certain that she can help us? What if… I don't know… She could have forgotten us, like others."
"She can't be! She can't forget us!" Fluttershy protested, "She's the only one, who can help us with this problem now! There's no one else."
Rainbow sighed, "Well, if we don't find out, we'd never know. It's a long shot."
"I know," Sunset agreed in concern. She took a deep breath as she prepared to write down on the book, "Here goes nothing. Dear Princess Twilight, this is gonna sound crazy, but... you remember us? Are you, me and our human counterparts… friends?"
Pinkie pleaded fearfully, "Come on. Please answer…"
"If she doesn't, we're so dead," Brains commented in concern.
After writing down on the book, everyone waited patiently yet tensely for the answer. And so far, no reply, making them worried and scared that she might not able to help them until…
The book lighted up with magical glowing light with words appearing, shocking and making everyone relived and happy.
"Of course, I remember! Our human counterparts and us are friends!" Princess Twilight's voice replied as the words were written out in pages. Everyone sighed in relief while cheered out happily. She continued, "Are you girls okay? What's going on?"
Sunset replied back, "Kinda hard to explain. Might be easier in person. Well, not 'person', so to speak..."
Her friends were shocked and surprised by her reply as they realized that Sunset's going back to Equestria to talk with Princess Twilight and get some answer behind the rest of their friends' missing memories of them.
After getting dressed up, Sunset and the rest of her friends headed straight back to the Canterlot High School via the bus. Sideswipe, in his vehicular mode, was following them from behind. Arriving at their destination, they're now near to the horse statue.
"Sunset, why not ask her to come here, instead you going back there?" Rainbow asked in confusion. She continued, "It would be a lot easier for us to explain and she can help us out. After all, she has the answers for this mess."
"And if she doesn't have one?" Sunset asked calmly, making Rainbow uneasy and sheepish to think. She sighed, "Besides, Equestria might have the answer I'm looking for. So, Princess Twilight and I have to do some serious research to find it."
"Then, what are we supposed to do?" Pinkie asked curiously.
Rainbow scoffed, "That's easy. We go out and find our friends. Talk and knock some sense into them. And then, we go find and take down whatever cause this mess in the first place!"
"No," Sunset protested firmly, shocking her friends. She continued, "Whoever removed their memories of us could also do the same to you all. I can't risk you all to find and deal with him. The last thing I ever want is my friends to lose themselves…"
Rainbow shuttered in disbelief, "But-!"
"No, she's right. It's too risky for us to find him. He might be suspecting us coming after him," Twilight said in concern. She hummed, "Still, it wouldn't hurt us to find and check on our boyfriends."
Fluttershy nodded, "I'm still worried about Terrorcreep. If what Laxtinct said is true, he could be in danger. I have to be sure that he's alright."
"It's still dangerous. Someone could be spying on us right now," Sunset said in concern and fear. Her friends sighed in disappointment. She hummed thoughtfully, "Alright, I supposed it wouldn't hurt to check on them. But you need something to prevent your memories from being erased."
Sunset took and passed greenish emerald-like to Twilight. Pinkie awed in surprise, "Ooh! What's that?"
"Magical Barrier Emerald," Sunset explained calmly, "This will help and protect you from any kind of magic attacks including your memories from being erased. Still, you need more protection if they find out about this."
"Leave to Sideswipe and us! We'll keep them safe," Wheelie said confidently.
Brains nodded, "Yeah. You can count on us."
Rarity sighed, "Somehow, I'm not convinced by these two…"
"Don't worry, Sunset. We can handle it," Applejack said firmly and calmly, "Get some answers from the princess."
Sunset nodded firmly, "I will. I'll be back soon. Be safe."
Mane Six waved goodbye and wished Sunset luck. Flash approached and gave his 'girlfriend' a warm and gentle hug. She hugged him back. As they departed, she marched and entered the statue's base, entering the portal.
Mane Six and their friends headed off to find their boyfriends, checking and making sure that they're alright. And at the same time, they have to keep their eyes out for the person, who is responsible of their friends' memories erased about them.
Through the portal, Sunset has arrived at the Castle of Friendship's library. Though as pony, she stood like a human. She spotted Princess Twilight standing before her. She was smiling happily to see her friend returned home.
"Twilight!" Sunset exclaimed happily.
As she was walking down the steps, Sunset yelped in surprise as she lost her balance of standing still. She almost fell on Twilight, who quickly held her before bringing down.
"Sunset?" Princess Twilight asked in surprise.
"Oops!" Sunset laughed nervously, "I was trying to hug you."
Both ponies gave each other a warm and gentle hug for the moment. They then departed as they're now having some serious discussion.
"So, what's been happening?" Princess Twilight asked in concern. Sunset explained the situation that she and her friends were facing and dealing with. She hummed in concern, "This is bad, Sunset. It's way beyond anything I've ever heard of. Although..."
"What?" Sunset asked in concern.
"I just had an idea. But I'm not sure that if you want to do it."
"I'll do anything to help my friends get everyone back, Twilight."
"There is one pony who might be able to help," Twilight explained calmly, "but I don't know if you two want to see each other after the last time you returned back to Human Realm for making up your mess."
Realizing of whom Twilight was referring to, Sunset looked concern and scared to say, "Oh…"
While searching and checking on their boyfriends and friends' conditions, Mane Six stayed close together, so they won't get picked up and have their memories being erased. Spike was inside Twilight's bag pack while Wheelie and Brains were inside of Fluttershy's.
They're now at Kung Fu Dojo, Canterlot Mall. They then spotted Shadow Dragon was teaching and training some of the students on martial art skills. Master Zhao Long was supervising and overseeing the training sessions. And just before the girls could do anything, Twilight rushed and gave her boyfriend a warm hug, shocking and alerting him and others.
"Shadow Dragon! You're alright! I was so worried about you!" Twilight cried tearfully. Departing from hugging him, she asked, "You remember me, right?"
"Uh… No, I don't." Shadow Dragon admitted in concern yet suspicious. This shocked and made Twilight heartbroken. He demanded firmly, "Who are you? How do you know my name?"
"I-! You-! You don't remember me?" Twilight asked in heartbroken. Shadow Dragon shook his head firmly. She sighed with sad looks. She turned away from him, "Sorry for bothering you. I… I just want to check on you."
"Why? We only just met…"
"If only you knew that isn't true, Shadow Dragon. But can you do me a favor?"
"I… I don't know…"
"Please, all I ask is you try to remember me. Try check on the photos or reports about us. Can you do that?"
Still not certain yet concern of his request, Shadow Dragon sighed, "I'll check it out. But I need your contact."
Twilight nodded as she wrote down her phone contact number on her 'boyfriend's hand, "Of course. Please call me that you remember about me."
"I'll try," Shadow Dragon nodded.
Twilight returned to her friends. Just before they could ask, she cried tearfully in sad and hurt. This prompted Applejack to hold and hug her warmly. They then moved at once. And at the same time, Shadow Dragon could only glance at them while wondering of who they are yet why he was conflicted and confused about it.
Mane Six and their friends arrived at Canterlot High School's soccer field, where Aqua was training and coaching the students on playing soccer. Rainbow sighed happily to see her coach's alright and coaching. They then took a break from training. The students chatted happily and calmly while drinking their drinks. Aqua was stretching and warming down. She then spotted Rainbow approached her.
"Hey there. Looking for signup or something?" Aqua asked curiously.
"Well… I…" Rainbow said in worried yet nervous while rubbing her head gently. Aqua looked at her curiously. She sighed, "I don't suppose that you and I can have one-on-one playing soccer?"
The students gasped in surprise and shock by her proposal. Mane Six groaned in annoyance by Rainbow's thinking.
"Really? Aren't you confident?" Aqua asked in surprise yet intriguing. Rainbow nodded firmly. She smiled, "Alright, kiddo. You asked for it. Don't try get cocky."
Rainbow smirked a bit, "No worries. I won't."
Aqua smirked, "First to score 5 points. Starts now!"
Throw the soccer ball out, Aqua quickly kicked it off to the field. She charged straight to the field, prompting Rainbow to go after her coach. Both of them played the soccer fiercely and determinedly. They both tried to tackle or get over each other's defense and scoring the goal. They're both equally matched and scored the same scores.
Aqua has the soccer ball on her legs, but her path was blocked by Rainbow. While keeping an eye on the ball, the coach smirked as she kicked it through the athletic girl's middle. She then ran over her before charged straight to the goalie. And just before Aqua could score, Rainbow jumped and thrust her kick at soccer ball. She then ran off at once while being chased by her coach. Reaching to the goalie, Rainbow halted at once before kicked it up high. She then jumped and performed back flip to kick the ball straight to the goalie, scoring the score.
Everyone went wild. Rainbow smiled happily as she turned and looked at Aqua, who was both shocked and impressed.
Aqua whistled, "Wow. That's something. You've got some moves, kid. Kinda remind me of something…"
"Really?" Rainbow asked hopefully.
"Yeah. You kinda remind me of myself when I was a kid." Aqua exclaimed proudly, disappointing Rainbow. She smiled, "I got some serious moves. It was awesome. So, maybe you should join the club."
Upset to see her coach didn't remember her move, Rainbow sighed, "Maybe."
Aqua patted Rainbow's back, "Think about it. I'd be happy to have you on my team. After all, Canterlot Wondercolt could use your talents. I'd be happy to train you."
"Yeah, sure." Rainbow nodded disappointingly. She sighed, "Thanks, coach."
Aqua smiled warmly. She turned and blew the whistle, alerting and prompting the students back to the line. She continued coaching and training them.
Mane Six were about to talk with Rainbow. She just ran passed them. And at the same time, she was crying tearfully. She was hurt and heartbroken that her coach couldn't remember her. Fluttershy approached and gave her best friend a warm hug.
Mane Six were now inside the school hallway. They approached to Shorty's Locker. Rarity took out her access card, swinging against the locker's card slides-like to access it. To her shock and disbelief, she has been denied. She kept swinging to access it, much to her frustration. This makes the rest of her friends nervous and worried. Suddenly, a security camera popped out from the wall. It glared at Mane Six.
"What do you think you're doing?!" Shorty's voice asked angrily, "Are you trying to break in?!"
"No! We're trying to access to your lab," Rarity explained firmly.
"Ridiculous! I don't remember I gave an access cards to anyone else than my friends. In fact, I wouldn't give an access card to some spoiled brat like you!"
"Excuse me?! Did you insult me?! Did you call me 'spoiled brat'?!"
"Isn't what you are?!"
"I'll have you know, Mr. Shorty Thinking! If not for me, you wouldn't able to create 'Anti-Magic Cure' for some wild magic from Camp Everfree!"
"That's absurd! I don't recall that. You're bluffing!" Shorty's voice exclaimed in annoyance, angering Rarity. He continued, "I don't know who you all, but I don't appreciate your rude behavior at my lab. So leave now before I call the security."
Boiling up in anger, Rarity screamed in anger, "That does it! Somebody needs to teach you a lesson!"
Rarity screamed in anger while trying to bang against the locker. This prompted her friends to pull and drag her away from it before she could cause some troubles.
"Man, someone got issues," Tailtech's voice commented, "And I meant you, Shorty."
Shorty's voice groaned, "Shut up, Tailtech."
Saber was at the stable as he was showering farm animals and also cleaning their stables. He then approached to the Red Hare's stable, where he found Applejack stood before him.
"Uh, can I help you?" Saber asked in surprise.
"I think you mean 'can I help you'?" Applejack corrected him. She cleared her throat, "You wouldn't mind me helping you?"
"Sure. By all means, Red Hare can be very stubborn and troublesome when it comes to bath. He hates it."
"So, I've heard."
Using the hose, Applejack shot its powerful water on Red Hare, making the horse neighed in annoyance and frustration but held by Saber. They both then put and brushed some soap on him before washing and cleaning him properly. He was sparkling clean.
Saber whistled, "Wow. He's clean as the whistle. Thanks for the help."
"Sure," Applejack said calmly. And just before Saber could go, she spoke, "Saber. Can you help me with something?"
Saber turned and looked at Applejack, "Sure. What is it?"
"If I told you an honest truth, would you believe in me?"
"I don't understand. What's exactly is your honest truth?"
"Saber… You and I aren't some random strangers. W-we were close friends and family," Applejack said firmly and calmly. It shocked and confused Saber. She continued, "I know you won't believe it but it's the truth. I'd never lie to anyone especially to you. You and I were very close. I… I care for you like a brother."
Still shocked and disbelief by Applejack's claim, Saber turned and ran away from her.
Applejack was shocked and hurt yet expected. She did her best to hold her tears while not thinking of going after him. Twilight approached and gave her best friend a warm and gentle hug, prompting to cry and hug her back. The rest of her friends sighed to see her upset.
Mane Six and their friends have been gathered at the Central Park for more discussion about the latest situation they're dealing with now. They're disappointed but much more upset and heartbroken to find out about their friends and boyfriends have truly forgotten about them.
Feeling worried and sympathy for them, Flash spoke, "I'm sorry about this, girls. I really am." Mane Six remained silent. He cleared his throat, "But at least, they're alright, right?"
"Not everyone," Fluttershy said tearfully, "There is no sign of Terrorcreep. And even we did find him, he would have forgotten about me…"
"Not to mention, there's no sign of our bad guy too," Rainbow grumbled, "I really wanna punch his face."
Twilight tried to access her computer but it made some 'deny noise'. She groaned in frustration, "Damn it! I can't access to the Imperial Phoenix Database. My User ID has been denied like I'm not part of it." She snarled in frustration, "I mean! Can you believe it?! Me?! Denied?! I am the best student and apprentice to Azure Phoenix?! And no one denied me to access it!"
"Could be worse, Twilight," Applejack remarked calmly.
"But that's not the worst of all," Twilight said in concern. Using different kind of access, she spoke seriously and concernedly, "When I used Blazefist's Access, I couldn't find any information about us! No birth certificate! No of our geology records! No school records! No job records! And our websites we created gone! It's like we don't exist."
"WHAT?!" Rarity asked in shock as she looked at the computer screen. She screamed in agony and dramatically, "Noooooooooooo! Of all the worst thing that could happen! THIS! IS! THE! WORST! POSSIBLE THING!"
Pinkie groaned, "What are we gonna do now?!"
"To be honest, I have no idea. If Saber's with us, we could have solved this mystery of our problems, in no time." Twilight said in disappointment. She yelped in realization. She turned and found Applejack upset. She hissed, "Sorry, Applejack! I-!"
Applejack sighed, "It's okay, Twilight. To be honest, I would have thought that he'd be suspicious and realize that something amiss and help us out. I mean he is the 'detective', after all."
"So, that's it? We give up?" Wheelie asked in disbelief. He scoffed, "Some hero you turned out to be!"
Brains nodded in agreement, "Yeah. No kidding. Thought you've got some serious idea."
"You've got?" Spike asked in annoyance. Wheelie and Brains shrugged. He groaned, "Sure wish we had some great help to solve this mess."
"Funny. I was about to ask the same thing too," The firm and serious voice spoke.
Mane Six and their friends looked up and found Blazefist stood before them. They were shocked and surprise yet uneasy about him. They wondered if he remembers about them or not.
"Hey, Blazefist," Rainbow greeted uneasily. She gulped, "What's up?"
"So, you know my name?" Blazefist asked suspiciously, making the girls uneasy and worried. He hummed, "I knew it! Glad that you didn't lose your memories."
"Really?!" Mane Six and their friends asked in surprise.
"How?" Twilight asked in surprise.
Taking out and passing the documents to the girls, Blazefist nodded, "Yeah, I do. These are the documents I kept in my house's safe. I've also double check on any mission we're doing or to make sure I record all the details of my team and students. And also, I have the picture of my team and yours in it too."
"Cool!" Rainbow exclaimed happily. She looked surprise, "Wait! You kept the picture in the safe? Why would you do that?"
Blazefist explained calmly, "For family protection, duh." He cleared his throat, "Anyway, you want to find Terrorcreep? I've got his coordinates!"
"You do?!" Fluttershy asked hopefully.
Blazefist nodded as he took the computer from Twilight. He then typed on the keyboards, accessing and zeroing the coordinates of Terrorcreep's. Everyone looked at it. They all looked confused yet curious.
"Uh? Where is that?" Rainbow asked.
Rarity hummed, "It is close to Manhattan, but a bit further from here too."
Fluttershy gasped in realization, "I know this place! I know where he is!"
Back to the Equestria, Princess Twilight and Sunset headed straight to the Canterlot Castle. They're meeting up with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna for their help and assistance. They're now inside the hallway to the throne chamber.
And just before they could enter, the doors opened in two, revealing Jade Emperor, Nezha, Death Tactic and five Elite Mystic Royal Guards marched out at once. But not before they bowed in respect and humble to Princess Twilight and Sunset, they returned the bow to them. As Jade Emperor and his bodyguards were leaving, Nezha stopped as he glared at both of them. He raised his eyebrow at Sunset while sniffing on her.
Princess Twilight cleared her throat, "It is very rude to sniff on my friend, you know?"
Nezha scoffed, "Well, I'm keeping an eye out for my family after what the Humans have done to me. And you should do the same with your Human Student of yours." He hummed suspiciously while looking at Sunset, "There's something different about her. She smelled like mortal pony. Odd…"
"Don't you have your project to work on?" Princess Twilight asked in annoyance.
Nezha groaned, "Whatever. I still think that your 'Festival of Friendship' will never work!"
Nezha grumbled as he turned and headed off to return and accompany his grandfather and others. They're returning to Mystic Realm.
"Twilight? Why is he still here?!" Sunset asked in concern, "Didn't I tell you how dangerous he can be?"
Princess Twilight sighed, "I know, Sunset. I've warned the Princesses and the Emperor about him and his possible yet dangerous ambition. They waved my concerns away. They told me that they'll make sure that he won't go too far. Plus, the Emperor is too powerful for him to handle."
Sunset sighed shaking her head, "Twilight, he will find a way to exterminate mortals especially the Humans. Just be prepare to take him down."
"I will. We'll handle him." Princess Twilight said calmly as she open the door, "Let's go. We have the teacher to meet with."
"I hope she's willing to forgive me," Sunset said in concern.
Twilight smiled, "Sunset. She has forgiven you. After all, to her, you're like a daughter to her."
Sunset smiled warmly and relieved by her friend's cheering up. Both her and Twilight marched into the entrance, where they're facing the Royal Sisters, who are sitting on their seats. Princess Celestia gave the stern glare at them while Princess Luna remained silent to see the scene. Seeing her former mentor's glaring at her, Sunset became nervous and uneasy.
Standing before the Royal Sisters, Princess Twilight nervously smiled and spoke, "Sooo, Princess Celestia..." She gave a nervous laughter a bit, "You'll never guess who's back! Actually, maybe you can guess, 'cause she's right here. But, um..."
Princess Twilight stopped as she found Princess Celestia remain firm to glare at Sunset. She gulped fearfully. And just before she could say anything, Sunset moved to the front, facing her former mentor.
Sunset sighed a bit before continued, "Princess Celestia, the last time we saw each other, I was your snide little pupil who betrayed and abandoned you."
"I wouldn't have said it that way." Princess Twilight whispered nervously to her friend. She then cleared her throat, "What Sunset means to say is-!'
Sunset interrupted, "I mean that I come before you a changed pony, humbly asking for forgiveness, guidance, and knowledge."
Princess Celestia remained silent while looking at Sunset. She then climbed down the stairs while approaching to her. The amber unicorn gulped in fear and worry to face her now.
"Or I can just go, and you never have to see me again." Sunset said fearfully.
And just before Sunset could react, Princess Celestia held her student's face to look at her. Instead of her stern and stoic glare, she gave sad and sympathetic smile, "I've missed you, Sunset Shimmer. I've already forgiven you since the day Princess Twilight freed you from Human Sombra's control."
Touched and happy to see her teacher forgave her, Sunset sniffed a bit, "I... I'm so sorry."
Both Princess Celestia and Sunset gave each other a warm and passionate hug. Princess Twilight squealed happily to see them hugging together. Sunset then explained the situation to the Royal Sisters.
Princess Celestia looked concern and uneasy to say, "I am not familiar with the exact spell that could have erased your allies' memories. But it sounds like Equestrian magic is at work in your world."
Princess Luna hummed a bit, "Hmm. Indeed. The toilings of this nefarious enchantment could portend unimaginable catastrophe if left unchecked."
Hearing Princess Luna's speaking has make Sunset stifled her giggles. This prompted Princess Twilight to slap her wings at her waist, despite her also giggled. Princess Luna noticed their behavior.
"I'm just used to hearing you say no student parking in the faculty lot." Sunset laughed nervously, "Heh-heh."
"This 'faculty lot' you speak of sounds like a place of great power." Princess Luna remarked seriously.
Amused by Princess Luna's remarks about 'faculty lot', both Princess Twilight and Sunset gave a soft giggle about it. She has no idea of what it really does.
"I don't suppose that we go to library for research and get some answer?" Princess Twilight asked curiously.
"Indeed, Twilight. But…" Princess Celestia said uneasily, alerting Princess Twilight and Sunset. She continued with nervous looks, "I'm going to have a visitor soon. But don't worry, she's going to help us out with this. Her wisdom has some funny ways to show."
"Her wisdom? Funny ways to show? What is that?" Sunset asked in confusion.
Realizing of whom Princess Celestia was referring to, Princess Twilight gulped, "Oh no! Please, not her! Anyone! Azure Phoenix! Tao! Ice Queen! Anyone! But not her!"
"Who, Twilight?" Sunset asked in confusion.
BANG! The door was opened in two, revealing the appearance of Yuko the Black Witch in her reddish casual small shirt with long sleeves and grayish-black pants. She gave the loudest cheers.
"Surprise! Your very odd Godmother is in the house!" Yuko cheered out wildly and happily, "Who's ready for the party?!"
Princess Celestia and Princess Luna cheered and greeted her warmly and happily. Princess Twilight groaned in annoyance before slammed on the floor hard. Sunset was confused and uncertain.
"What's going on?" Sunset asked in confusion.
Twilight groaned, "My worst nightmare!"
Yuko noticed a Sunset standing beside Twilight. She jumped before her. She grabbed and held Sunset's cheek very hard, "Why hello there, my little human from the Human Realm! Who is the cutest little baby here?!"
"Cutest?! Little?! Baby?!" Sunset asked, feeling offended.
Princess Celestia giggled, "That's my former student – Sunset Shimmer."
Yuko gasped as she dropped Sunset down. She then gave the glare at worried and nervous Sunset, "You mean this cutest little baby is actually a spoiled and rotten brat that caused you a lot of pain to the ass?!"
"That would be her," Princess Celestia confirmed.
"Young lady, I have a thing to say to your face," Yuko said seriously and dryly at Sunset, who gulped in fear. She cheered and squealed happily as she hugged Sunset tightly, "You're indeed the cutest baby I ever seen in my life! I loved babies especially the humans! I love the humans! They're the cutest being I ever seen! I loved pinching their faces and even dressed them whatever I want!"
Sunset groaned in pain, "I can see why you're scared of her! She's so scary!"
Princess Twilight sighed, "You have no idea…"
"Ms. Yuko, I'm glad you come for the usual tea time but we need your help," Princess Celestia said seriously, earning her godmother's curious looks. She continued, "This involved of a spell that erased the memories of Sunset and her friends from everyone's mind."
Yuko gave her serious and dry looks, "I see. In that case, I will help."
"Really?!" Sunset and Princess Twilight asked in surprise.
Yuko nodded firmly, "Yes, I am. And I have the answer to your problems. It will save and return the lost memories to your allies and loved ones."
"Wow… I didn't expect that…" Princess Twilight commented in surprise.
"Huh? Why?" Sunset asked.
Princess Twilight answered, "Because she hasn't been serious since my friends and I started to hunt on the Elemental Elements."
Sunset looked shock and concern to say, "Wow… Looks like I'm about to get some answers now…"
With the help of Blazefist's assistance, Mane Six and their allies travelled to northern direction. They left Sideswipe behind, waiting for Sunset's return. They arrived at their destination – the forest of scary and dead trees and bushes. It scared and shocked the girls. Took them for three hours to travel, they're all arrived at the ruined yet scary and haunted mansion.
Mane Six and their friends quickly get inside the mansion. They're taking some breathe and relax from being scared.
"That was terrifying!" Rarity exclaimed in fear. She then looked around of her surroundings. She hummed in concern, "What is this place?"
Twilight nodded, "I'd never seen this place before."
"Yeah. But unlike some friendly haunted house, it's gotta be scary and freaky I ever seen," Pinkie commented in shock and fear.
"This mansion used to be owned by the rich and noble family called The Vlad Family. It's where Terrorcreep and his parents belong to," Blazefist explained firmly, shocking Mane Six sans Fluttershy. He continued, "And it is also where the family dies too including his mother."
"Dude, what happen?" Rainbow asked in concern.
"Myotis happened." Blazefist answered bluntly, "He abused Terrorcreep a lot, trying to make him the most ruthless and cruel Head and Tactician. Eventually, Lady Angela was furious with him and reported to the Lord Vlad about this. He disowned and exiled his own son for abuse and even secretly working with the terrorists. You already know what happen next and why Terrorcreep wanted to kill him."
"Damn it…" Applejack commented in shock.
Rainbow noticed Fluttershy being silenced. She asked, "You seemed to be quiet lately. Aren't you shock and scared about this?"
"A bit." Fluttershy admitted, "I already know about this when I first met Terrorcreep."
"How did you meet him?" Wheelie asked curiously.
Brains nodded, "Yeah. You and him did become the couples."
"We did," Fluttershy confirmed. She sighed, "After my parents died in accident, both me and Zephyr became orphans and alone. We have a hard time to survive and get some money for ourselves. We then come across with Terrorcreep."
"Thar's after the Vlad Family was destroyed?" Pinkie asked in concern.
Fluttershy nodded fearfully, "Yeah. He wasn't sure if he wanted to trust and befriend us after what mean people done to him. But I show him kindness, and he is willing to befriend and help us to survive for a long time. We became very close friends and told each other stories. Then, one day, we almost get caught by Sir Scar Brilliance and Arthur for stealing their money. Terrorcreep helped save us and challenge them."
"I heard that before," Twilight said in understanding, "They recruit him to be part of their black ops. And in-return, they provided him and your friends for food, clothes, home and education."
Fluttershy nodded. Rainbow smiled as she patted her best friend's back, "And that is where we met at the school."
"And you're certain that he is here?" Rarity asked in concern.
Fluttershy nodded, "Yes, I am."
"I just don't get it. Why come back here?" Applejack asked in confusion, "I mean it did bring bad memories to him."
"Not sure. But I'm sure that we'll find some answers. Let's find him now," Blazefist ordered firmly, "And hopefully, he can help us with our memory problems."
"That's assume he doesn't kill us first…" Flash commented in concern.
Spike nodded, "Yeah. Vampire Mutants are not known to be very nice and patient."
Mane Six and their friends split up, searching and looking for Terrorcreep within the haunted mansion. And so far, they have found nothing.
Eventually, Fluttershy and Rainbow are now at the second level. They then entered the messy room, which is filled with ruins and damages of bed, drawer, chairs, toys, shredded books, tool, materials and more.
"Wow… What a mess," Rainbow commented in shock, "Rarity would have criticized this big mess…"
Fluttershy approached to the large family photo frame, which was shredded. She sighed, "After what Myotis has done to him, I don't think he would forgive him. He wants revenge on him."
Spotted something shinny near to the balcony's entrance, Rainbow approached to it. Arriving to the entrance, she spotted the golden locket on the table. She picked it up while looking at it.
"What the heck is this?" Rainbow asked curiously, "Some kind of locket?"
"Locket?" Fluttershy asked. She gasped in concern, realizing of what Rainbow was referring to. She turned to her friend's direction. She spotted her friend's holding the locket. She even spotted shadowy figure behind her. She shouted, "Rainbow! Behind you!"
Rainbow turned back as she yelped in shock and concern. She saw a furious Terrorcreep with cuts and blood on him. He hissed angrily at her. And just before she could say anything, he charged and slammed a punch against her guts. He then kicked her off while getting the locket back.
Rainbow fell on the ground hard. Fluttershy helped getting her up. They're both facing at the angry Terrorcreep.
"T-Terrorcreep?" Fluttershy asked in concern.
Terrorcreep snarled angrily, "Who are you?! How dare you come here?! What are you doing here."
"Wow, easy, TC. We're friends. Remember?" Rainbow asked hopefully.
"Don't lie to me. I have no friends…" Terrorcreep said dryly and angrily. He then grabbed and held tight on his locket. He growled, "Do you have no idea what you could have done?!"
"Sorry! Okay! I didn't know it's yours!" Rainbow shouted in concern.
"Terrorcreep! It's not Rainbow Dash's fault! She doesn't know about it!" Fluttershy exclaimed in concern.
Refused to listen to them, Terrorcreep armed himself with his Thunder Dual Axe. He swung and slashed against the cupboard, scaring both Fluttershy and Rainbow off.
"Get out!" Terrorcreep screamed in anger and furiously at Fluttershy and Rainbow. They both tried to calm him down but barely dodged his swinging axes. He shouted again, "GET OUT!"
His scream has shocked and scared Fluttershy to cry in tears before run off at once. Rainbow went after as she has to make sure that she's alright. Terrorcreep slowly calmed himself down. And at the same time, there were some tears flowing down on his cheeks. He noticed of it. He was full of confuse and concern. He wondered why he was crying.
The rest of Mane Six regrouped back to the middle of hall after they heard some loud screams. They looked up at the staircase, where Fluttershy was climbing down and running straight out of the entrance. This shocked and concern them a lot. They're all shouted and called her name. They all went after her at once.
Running few meters away from the haunted mansion, Fluttershy went deep into dark forest as far away from it. She quickly halted at once. She found herself surrounded by the Orc Soldiers. They're all growling and snarling as they prepared to finish her off. Now how can she escape this?
"You know. When you say you give me the answer," Sunset said dryly and annoyingly. She screamed out angrily, "This is not what I have in mind?!"
It revealed that Sunset and her pony allies were now at the Pizza Restaurant. They have ordered the large cheese pizza with carrots, capsicums and mushrooms on it. Yuko and Royal Sisters happily enjoyed eating the pizza while Princess Twilight and Sunset were very annoyed about it.
"I thought we were heading to library for getting some answers," Princess Twilight said seriously yet annoyingly, "Not having lunch!"
Sunset nodded, "Yeah. I thought you're serious about this situation."
"I am," Yuko said calmly yet amusingly, "We're just waiting for someone to come here. She has the answer we need to know."
Princess Twilight and Sunset groaned, "She is crazy…"
Yuko picked another slice of Pizza. And just before she could take a bite, she felt a breeze on her mane. She smiled warmly as she looked up and found Celtic stood before them.
"Celtic…" Yuko greeted calmly.
"You?!" Princess Twilight asked in shock, "What's that wife of Lelouch Skarr is doing here?!"
Sunset yelped in shock, "WHAT?!"
Celtic scoffed as she picked up and ate the slice, "Lady Yuko invited me here."
"Are you crazy?!" Princess Twilight and Sunset exclaimed in disbelief and shock.
Yuko sighed while rolled her eyes, "Calm down, you two. There is no reason of you to be panic and go crazy. Though she's the enemy of ours, she would not harm me, regardless…"
"Why?" Princess Twilight asked suspiciously.
Yuko smiled, "That's for you to know the basics."
Princess Twilight groaned in frustration. Princess Celestia patted her former student's back gently, "It's okay, Twilight. I am certain Yuko has the reason why she trusted her. If she has the information, let us listen to her. After all-!"
Princess Twilight sighed, "I know. Wisdom has funny ways to show…"
"So, why did you invite me here?" Celtic asked in annoyance while eating couple of pizza slices. She hummed happily, "I haven't eaten these things for years! I missed them!"
Yuko smiled warmly, "Glad you like it. Now back to the business. Sunset has explanation to tell you."
"What would that be?" Celtic asked Sunset. The unicorn explained the situation to her. She hummed suspiciously, "So, it finally makes its appearance."
"Excuse me?" Sunset asked curiously.
"I know what has done to your 'allies'. This work is done by none other than 'Memory Stone'." Celtic said seriously and firmly, shocking Sunset and her friends. She nodded firmly, "With it, anyone could erase any memory from anypony. Even fragments of memories."
Sunset gasped, "Fragments like... memories of me and my Mane Six's existence?"
"Yes," Celtic confirmed seriously.
"How did you know about this?" Princess Twilight asked suspiciously.
"Because I created it," Celtic answered bluntly, shocking the group. Princess Twilight and Sunset glared at her suspiciously. She took a big sip on her drinks, "Don't look at me. I've got nothing to do with you. Believe me, why would I be bother about you? You're not worth of my time."
"I suppose it is true…" Princess Twilight nodded in agreement.
"So, why did you create that stone? For war against the Mystic? World domination?! Destruction?!" Sunset asked suspiciously.
"For removing any kind of embarrassment and humiliation moments." Celtic answered bluntly, shocking everyone sands Yuko. She scoffed, "What? I was a teenager. I want to be perfect with my looks, personality, reputation and beauty to the world and my beloved husband."
"That is very wrong…" Princess Twilight remarked in disbelief.
Celtic sighed, "Unfortunately, somebody sees it as the weapon to defeat the enemies. So, they used it to fight and defeat the enemies while conquered most of the land. I was very annoyed and furious about it. So, I decide to hidden it, somewhere in the Everfree Forest until the war ended."
"She's very sensitive about it," Yuko commented playfully, annoying Celtic.
Princess Celestia gasped in realization, "I remember this before!" Everyone turned and looked at her. She continued seriously, "Star-Swirl told me about this before. It involved the Seven Trials of Clover the Clever. And it has something to do with the Memory Stone."
"Really?" Princess Twilight asked in surprise.
Princess Celestia nodded firmly, "Yes, Twilight. This was before the founding of Equestria. Winter Breeze, one of Star-Swirl the Bearded's apprentices, found and repaired the Memory Stone. Like Celtic has said, she used it for her personal matters until she decided to use it for her ambition. She wanted to become the recognizable pony for her achievement by stealing ponies' ideas and projects before erased their memories."
"Clover the Clever became aware of this. He went after her?" Princess Twilight asked.
"Yes, Twilight. Clover the Clever knew the sorceress had to be stopped and the Stone destroyed, so he chased her across land and sea." Princess Celestia explained firmly and calmly, "But every time he got close, the sorceress would erase his memory and escape. But he kept finding her."
"How?" Sunset asked curiously.
Princess Luna hummed thoughtfully, "If I recollect carefully, Clover the Clever secretly wrote everything down in the scraps of parchment, so he'd know what had happened and where to go next. Like a trail of bread crumbs."
"Clever! Ohhhh. Clover the—" Sunset commented but stopped at once, knowing the pun. She grunted a bit, "Yeah, got it. What happened next?"
"That part we're not certain." Princess Luna admitted in concern, "We assumed that after he has defeated and captured Winter Breeze, Clover must've hid it to keep anypony else from finding the Memory Stone."
Princess Celestia gave some concern thoughts, "I believe I have a theory. Clover believed some ponies could abuse it for their personal gain, so he sent the Memory Stone to somewhere very unknown and never reach it."
Princess Twilight gasped in realization, "The Human World!"
"And someone is using it to make everyone forget about me and my friends?" Sunset exclaimed in concern.
"But who?" Princess Twilight and Sunset asked in concern.
Sipping very loud on drinking her soda, everyone turned and glared at Celtic. The white unicorn was annoyed by it as she commented, "What?! I'm drinking! Besides, it's already cliffhanger. Duh?"
