"We see," Princess Celestia said as she and Luna flew up and placed the Elements of Harmony back onto the tree. 

"And you didn't even try to redeem this so-called "Sid", this time?" Luna asked, landing down towards the Mane Six.

"Well, we did, but he sort of refused our offer," Fluttershy replied.

"So you see why we had no choice but to stop him, right?" Twilight asked.

"Yes, but still. Do you think he'll ever come back?" Luna asked.

Rainbow Dash snickered. "Trust us. I don't think he'll be coming out of that mountain anytime soon."

"You sure are right about that, Rainbow," Applejack said.

Everybody all laughed and snickered while walking away from the tree as the overgrowing roots and plants began to retract back into it, thus freeing Equestria from the ever-growing Everfree Forest.
