//------------------------------// // Bad Ending // Story: Sunset at Freddie’s // by Madforce Entertainment //------------------------------// In pure, blind, unbridled panic, Sunset lept from the office chair and ran for her life down the right hand corridor, screaming in utter terror. Her only thought was that she had to escape, she just had to! She ran faster and harder than she ever had before. She ran so fast that she felt her feet skid slightly on the tiled floor, but she quickly regained her balance and kept on running. She dashed out into the main area of the restaurant, where her salvation, the main entrance, came into sight. She sprinted across the restaurant floor, almost slamming into the door, before she scrambled frantically for her set of keys. Keys in hand, she fumbled with them, trying to force any of them into the lock, but in her panic, she simply couldn't find the right one. As she was fumbling with the keys, she could still hear Freddy’s haunting music. “Come on! COME ON!!” She shrieked in desperation. At last, after what felt like forever, she forced the right key into the lock. Twisting it hard, she heard lock click, and shoved against the door with her shoulder, and practically fell through it as it opened. The chilly early morning air against her face felt miraculous! She’d done it! She was free! “I… I made it?” She said in disbelief, before her split in a delirious grin. “I MADE IT!!” She cheered, before she began to laugh, loud and long in triumph. But then… Freddy’s lullabye ended. Sunset’s joy came to a sudden, jarring end, as she felt two, very strong hands grasp both her ankles in an iron grip. She looked down and screamed in utter horror, before she was yanked off her feet, hitting the ground, before being slowly dragged by her legs back inside the restaurant. “NO!! NO!! NO!! LET ME GO!! LET ME GO!!” She grabbed onto the door frame in one last ditch effort, pulling with all her strength. But it was no use. Freddy was too strong. Sunset felt her nails digging into the door, harder and harder, until… “AHHHHHH!!” With a deafening shriek of pain, her fingernails were ripped clean off. That sudden burst of pain signalled her end, as she lost her grip, and was fully dragged into the dark depths of the restaurant, letting out one last scream. “NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!” The restaurant doors slammed shut with a bang, trapping Sunset with Freddy and his friends. It has now been two weeks since Sunset went missing. The police could find no evidence of fowl play, or find any clues as to where she might have gone. On the brighter side, Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza had announced that they were introducing a new animatronic character. The character was called Sunny The Cat. On this day, Sunset’s friends had decided to once again visit the restaurant where their lost, beloved friend was last seen. The six girls entered the restaurant, seeing that it was packed that day, with frustrated parents and screaming children everywhere. None of them really noticed any of this. They were all too sad to care. “I just don’t know why we even bothered coming here again, darlings,” Said Rarity sadly. “Yes, I agree,” said Fluttershy, who looked like she was on the brink of tears. “Oh, great, not you girls again,” said a rude voice. They all turned and saw one of the restaurant's employees, as she gave them a very sour look. “You bring down the atmosphere every time you come here and the customers have been complaining. Either buy something or just leave.” “C’mon, y’all,” Applejack sighed. “Let’s just get outta here.” The girls just nodded. But as they turned to leave, there was a loud announcement over the restaurant’s PA system. “Alright, folks! It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for! Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza is proud to present the debut of it’s latest attraction! Please give a round of applause for Freddy’s new feline friend, Sunny The Cat!” On the stage, alongside Freddy and the others, was a tall, slightly chubby animatronic cat, with an amber coluroured coat and a fiery yellow and red mane. “Meow!” She said in a cute voice. “Hi, kids! My name’s Sunny! Nice to meet you!” The restaurant erupted with cheers from all the kids. If the girls had looked back at the stage as they left, or if anyone else in the restaurant had looked closely at Sunny’s face, they would have seen a single tear trickling down her cheek. No one will ever know that Sunset Shimmer has become another nameless victim of Freddy Fazbear. The End.
