"I'm going to return to the hometown we lost, that's all I care about now". Reiner stated, as he, Bertholdt, Eren, and Armin walked up the hill.
I joined the ranks hoping to get into the military police, and work from the safety of the interior. What about you? Why'd do you want to be a soldier"? asked Bertholdt.
Eren thought for a moment, remembering his mother's death before answering.
"I decided I have to kill them, I won't stop until every single Titan is dead". Eren told them.
The four people kept walking, as Reiner spoke to Eren.
"You saw what those monsters are capable of, and you still wanna take them on"? he asked as they reached their destanation. Reiner turned back to look at Eren.
"I know you can do it, I can see it in your eyes. Eren Yeager was it"?
Present
Reiner stared out the window of his home.
One day, we will return to our hometown.
The sun rose up at Sweet Apple Acers as Apple Bloom got up from her bed, stretched, and looked out the window. The sky was clear and crisp, not a single cloud at all. Apple Bloom smiled, and walked into the bathroom where she took a shower, and got ready for school. Once she was done Apple Bloom headed downstairs to where her family was having breakfest.
"Morning little one". Granny Smith greeted.
"Good moring everypony". Apple Bloom said with a smile as she joined them at the table.
"How'd you sleep last night"? asked Applejack.
"Pretty good". Apple Bloom replied as she took a bite of the pancakes that were on her plate.
"Wow Granny these are amazing"! she complemented.
Granny Smith smiled as she walked back over to the table to join her grandkids.
"Why thank you kindly youngin". Granny Smith said.
Applejack smiled as she stared at Apple Bloom's happy face.
"Ya'll might wanna move along, don't forget you have a field trip today". Applejack stated causing Apple Bloom to gasp.
"I completly forgot about it"! Apple Bloom exclaimed. I a panic she began to rush eat her pancakes when Applejack stopped her.
"Woah woah slow down there AB, don't worry you got plenty of time. I was just telling you to move along, but that doesn't mean I want you to eat so fast that you end up choking". Applejack stated.
Apple Bloom blushed in embarrsement and looked down.
"Sorry". she mummbled meekley as Applejack, Big Mac, and Granny Smith all laughed.
Apple Bloom hapily trotted through ponyville towards ponyville junior high. As she walked through town, she walked path Mr. and Mrs. Cake who kindly waved to her.
"Hello Apple Bloom". Called Mr. Cake
"Good Morning". Apple Bloom waved back.
Apple Bloom then walked past city hall, where the Mayor was outside speaking to two of her assistants.
"Howday Miss Mayor". Apple Bloom called out.
"Mayor Mare turned around after hearing her name called, she looked over to see Apple Bloom. The Mayor then smiled at the little filly and waved back.
Eventually Apple Bloom arrived at Ponyville Junior High, and saw that everyone was already outside getting ready. Apple Bloom sighed, realizing that she had made it just in time. The first thing she needed to was find Miss Cheerlie, and give her the permission slip. Apple Bloom looked around for her homeroom teacher, and eventually saw her speaking to Twilight Sparkle, Reiner Braun, and Bertholdt Hoover. Curious, Apple Bloom decieded to evesdrop on their conversation.
"I wanna thank the three of you again for coming on this trip, Celestia knows will need all the help we can get".
"No problem Miss Cheerliee, we're happy to help". Reiner Replied.
"Twilight, Reiner, and Bertholdt are going to be coming with us? That's wonderful"! Apple Bloom thought.
"As I was sent here to learn about friendship, I feel this will be a good experince for me". Twilight stated.
"I just wanna see more cities in Equestria, all my life I've lived in that villige, and never saw anything beyond the mountians". said Bertholdt.
Hearing that made Apple Bloom feel bad for Bertholdt, she of course new of what happened to Reiner and Bertholdt's hometown, and also knew that they missed it and wanted to go back there one day, but maybe there was a part of them that was glad they didn't live there anymore.
"Hello Apple Bloom".
Apple Bloom jumped in suprise when Reiner called out her name. She looked up to see the three ponies staring her, smiling.
"Listening in on our converstion I see, quite sneaky my little filly". Twilight chuckled.
Apple Bloom didn't say anything, she just pulled out the permission slip, gave it to Miss Cheerilee, and quickly got in line.
After a few miniutes Miss Cheerlie walked up to address the children.
"Okay boys and girls, now that we're all here let's head to the train station".
The students all began to walk, Apple Bloom a little more slowly then the others. As she did, she remembered a momment from her past.
A young Apple Bloom gulped nervously as she looked up at her father.
"I don't know, are you sure they're gonna like me Daddy"?
Bright Mac looked down at his youngest daughter and gave her a warm smile.
"Of course they will sweetie, now you go on and have a good day okay".
Apple Bloom gave her father a small nod before hugging him goodbye, and walking into the building. Apple Bloom had to consider herself lucky as her class was the first one on the right. She walked up, and knocked on the door. A kind looking mare opened up and smiled at Apple Bloom.
"Hello you must be the new student".
Apple Bloom nodded.
"I'm Miss Cheerilee, you're new teacher, now please come on in, and introduce yourself to the others".
Apple Bloom followed Miss Cheerilee inside.
"Children". Cheerile annocued to the others. "We have a new student joinning us today". She gestured to Apple Bloom who walked up infront of the board.
"Introduce youself". Cheerliee stated
"Hello, I'm Apple Bloom, it's very nice to meet all of you". Apple Bloom stated.
Apple Bloom looked around, and saw that the other students were all staring at her.
"She's adorable". said one female
"Where are you from Apple Bloom". asked another male
"I live at Sweet Apple Acres". Apple Bloom responded
"Woah so cool". said another colt.
Apple Bloom looked up, and saw that everyone was smiling at her, well almost everyone, their happened to be two her were giving very dirty looks which confused her, but she decieded not to let it bother her.
"Alright Apple Bloom why don't you take your seat in the back row okay". said Miss Cheerilee.
Apple Bloom nodded, and went to her seat.
"Alright now I want everyone to pull out their textbooks and a pencil, and head to page 13". Orderd Miss Cheerilee.
Apple Bloom did as she was told, and opened the book, but noticed she was missing a pencil.
"Apple Bloom, where's your pencil?" asked Cheerliee.
"Oh, I don't seem to have one". Apple Bloom stated. That was when she heard a voice next to her speak up".
"Here, I have an extra you can use". said a small earth pony filly with curly red hear and glasses.
"Thank you". Apple Bloom smiled as she took the pencil from the girl.
"No problem my name's Twist and I think we're going to be good friends". Said the filly.
Apple Bloom smiled at the memmory as she and the others arrived at the train station. As she was waiting to board, she heard a harsh "Ahem" next to her. Apple Bloom turned around to see Diamond Tiara, and Silverspoon giving her the same dirty looks they gave her on the first day of school.
"What do you want Diamond Tiara"? Apple Bloom asked.
"You made a very big mistake Apple Bloom". Silverspoon snarled.
This confused the earth pony filly but she was curious on what Silverspoon was talking about.
Diamond Tiara raised her hoof, signgaling for Silver to stop
"Silvey, I will handle this, okay?"
Silverspoon reluctantly looked down, and nodded.
"You see Apple Bloom, after your little speech at my cute cenera, everypony stopped paying attention to me, they we're all busy talking about how great you were, and you weren't even there"! Diamond Tiara!
Apple Bloom just stared at Diamond before speaking.
"Im sorry, but all I said was that I didn't care about what your opinion of me was. I never had any intentions of ruining your party".
"Well you did, and mark my words you will pay for that"! Diamond Tiara warned.
That threat made Apple Bloom worry a bit, but luckily they we're now boarding the train. Once Apple Bloom was on, she made her way to very back of the train, and sat down. After that brief encounter with Diamond Tiara, and Silverspoon Apple Bloom did not feel like talkng to anyone. Apple Bloom leaned back in the seat, wondering what to do. She then decieded to pull out a blank piece of paper, and a marker, and she began drawing a picture. Eventually Apple Bloom was involed with her drawing, that she didn't notice anyone, until she heard a voice.
"Hello Apple Bloom".
Apple Bloom jumped up, and saw Twilight, Reiner, and Bertholdt standing next to her. She sighed in relief, and greeted them.
"Hi Twilight, Mr. Braun, Mr. Hoover"
"That's a pretty amazing drawing". Bertholdt compleneted.
Apple Bloom smiled.
""Thank you, drawing is something I like to do in my spare time".
Twilight, Reiner, and Bertholdt each took one of the empty seats next to Apple Bloom, and began chatting with her. This made Apple Bloom very happy, as she was begining to feel lonley by herself. Unbenknownst to any of them, Apple Bloom was being watched from afar, by Sweetie Belle, and another pegagus filly.
"Is that her"? The pegagus asked Sweetie Belle.
Sweetie Belle nodded.
"Sure is Scootaloo".
"Okay, then you know the plan, we talk to her, and get her to join our club". Scootaloo replied.
The two of them were about to get up, and go over to Apple Bloom, when they heard an anonucement from the train engenier.
"Next stop, Manehatten".
"Damnit" muttered Scootaloo.
As the train pulled into the city, Apple Bloom stared out the window in awe at the site of how magnieficent it was.
"Woah Manehatten's a lot bigger then I thought it would be." she stated.
"It sure is, I bet Rarity's green with envy right now". Twilight replied, causing Apple Bloom to giggle.
"Alright everypony, lineup so I can explain how this is going to work". Miss Cheerlie anounced.
The students all lined up to face Cheerile who was standing with the other two teachers. Miss Cheerlie then spoke up.
Okay children, now each of you have a colored sticky note. Those notes are the colors of the groups you'll be in, and the teachers you'll be with.
One teacher had an orange sign, The students who had orange sticky notes went over to him, they were Diamond Tiara, Silverspoon, Snips, Snails, and Rumble.
"Oh great, those two''. Diamond Tiara muttered gestering to Snips, and Snails.
"Hey at least better then having a blank flank with us". Silverspoon whispered back while snickering and pointing towards Apple Bloom, who looked away in embarssment.
"That's true". Diamond Tiara sneered.
The next teacher held up a purple sign. The purple group was Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Featherweight, Toola Roola, and Coconut Cream. Scootaloo looked around and noticed that Apple Bloom wasn't with them.
"Shit". she cursed underneath her breath, as Sweetie Belle placed her hoof on Scootaloo's shoulder.
"Don't worry, we'll have plentey of time to talk to her, and get her to join our club. By the way what's the name of it?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Oh, that I don't know". Scootaloo chuckled sheepishly.
Finally, Miss Cheerile heled up a grey sign. That group was Petinua, Shady Daze, Rainy Feather, Dinky Doo, and Cotton Cloudy.
Once the groups were set up, Apple Bloom began to look around and realized that she didn't have an orange, purple, or gray sticking note, so she had nowhere to go. She started to panic, when Twilight walked over to her.
"Don't worry Apple Bloom, your with us". Twilight stated.
Apple Bloom looked at her confused, so Reiner explained.
"You see, the reason Twilight, Bertholdt and I are on this trip is to be with the studnets who don't have an assigned group, and low and behold you're that student. I hope you don't mind".
Apple Bloom beamed in delight in response to Reiner's statment.
"Good". Reiner sighed in relief.
"Okay, where to first". Twilight asked.
"Who knows, Bertholdt replied.
As the three adults talked, Apple Bloom thought about everything she did, before the cute cenera last weak.
"Maybe there's something here that I can do in order to get my cutie mark"! Apple Bloom thought to herself, just as Twilight tapped her on the shoulder.
"Hey, Apple Bloom what are you doing" she asked.
Apple Bloom looked up.
"Oh sorry Twilight, just spacing out I guess".
"Well come on, lets at least go somewhere, cause If I tell Rarity that all I did in Manehatten was stand around and talk, she'd never let me hear the end of it". Twilight stated as she thought about what exactly Rarity would say
("You just stood around and talked! UNACCEPTABLE"!)
"That comment made Apple Bloom laugh, which made Twilight, Reiner, and Bertholdt laugh as well.
Currently Publicly Avaliable Information Signal Flares. These small firearms use gunpowder to fire signal flares. Detachable barrels with signal flares inside are swapped in and out for every shot.
Messages are conveyed by using different colors of smoke. Red: Titan spotted. Green: Formation should proceed. Black: Abnormal spotted.
"Apple Bloom, Bertholdt, Twilight, and Reiner walked through Manehatten, visting many different, and excting places. Eventually they decieded to take a rest at a nearby park, which had a pond that had ducks, geease, and even a swan swimming in it. Apple Bloom walked over to the pond, and began feeding the birds some bread. Afterwards she noticed a giant boulder off in the distance, that was when an idea flew into Apple Bloom's mind .
"Rock climbing? That might be the perfect cutie mark for me!"
Apple Bloom ran over to the boulder, and began climbing it, imagining that it was the highest mountain in the world, and she was the first pony to make it to the top, however when she was almost there, she lost her footing, and slipped. Apple Bloom screamed as she fell to the ground. Apple Bloom closed her eyes as she waited for the impact, but it didn't happen. She opened her eyes, and looked up to see that Reiner had caught her. He set her down on the ground, and Apple Bloom turned away from him, with her head down".
"Hey, take it easy Apple Bloom I know you want your Cutie Mark, but you're going to get hurt if you keep doing stuff like this". Reiner stated.
Apple Bloom, still with her head down, simply stated.
"Why Mr. Braun"?
Her question confused Reiner, until Apple Bloom continued
"No matter what I do, I just can't seem to get my cutie mark, and I can't stand it! Please Mr. Braun, tell me, what can I do to get me cutie mark? How do I become strong, like you?" She asked.
Reiner realized something. He realized how much Apple Bloom reminded him of both Eren, and of Reiner himself when he was training to be a warrior. He knew that he had to say something.
"Just, do what you can".
Reiner remebered back to when he told Annie, and Bertholdt how they would breach Wall Rose.
"The day after the disbandment ceromony. That's when we do it".
"Just keep moving forward, that's all you really can do as of now". He told Apple Bloom

Reiner reached out his hoof, Apple Bloom grabbed it, as he helped her up.
Reiner thought back to when he and Annie killed the two Titan test subjects captured by the survey corps
"We'll prove that we are warriors. Tonight, before they have a chance to learn anything about the two captured Titans Annie and I will dispose of them.
"You're Right". Apple Bloom stated.
Reiner remebered betraying the Survey Corps
"We we're kids. What did we know about anything"?
"I just gotta keep trying, and never give up". Apple Bloom said.
Reiner smiled at the little filly.
"You will get your cutie mark Apple Bloom trust me. I belive in you. We all believe in you".
Apple Bloom smiled.
"Thank you Reiner".
Reiner remembered the words of Marcel.
"Sorry Reiner. You see... You weren't supposed to be chosen as a warrior in the first place.... But.... I influnced the army's opinion by putting you on a pedestal, and making my little brother look bad. I just, wanted to protect Porco from this hell we have to go through with the Power of the Titans. Please forgive me Reiner".
His mothers words
"I know you'll be able to complete your mission. And I'm sure your father is praying for your sucess too"
Reiner looked at the smile on Apple Bloom's face. He couldn't help but smile back, but he also remembered the words he has repeated over and over again.
"I'm a chosen warrior. Entrusted with the Armored Titan. I'm going to punish the island devils, and become the hero whos saves everyone".
Apple Bloom, and Reiner walked around the park, when Apple Bloom looked over and spotted an candy shop across the street. She looked up at Reiner with pleading eyes.
"Can I go buy something from that candy store over there"? She asked.
Reiner looked over at the store, and sighed.
"Alright, but be sure to come right back". he told her.
Apple Bloom ran off to the store as Reiner watched her, just to make sure she made to the store safetly. However, unbeknownest to either of them, someone else was watching Apple Bloom. Somepony with bad intentions. Inside the store Apple Bloom trotted over to one of the isles, and began to survey her options. Meanwhile at the counter, a police officer was talking to the employee working the regesiter, all while paying for his items.
"Will that be all for you today Officer Smith". Asked the cashier.
"Yes, thank you Ramsey". The cop replied.
Ramsey scaned the items Smith had placed on the counter.
"Alright that will be four bits".
"Here you are". Said Smith as he paid. He was just about to leave, when a tall unicorn mare with short blonde hair, and an angry scwol walked into the store.
"Great, her again". Ramsey muttered under his breath.
Smith looked at Ramsey, he knew very well who that woman was.
"I think I'll stay for a little while, I know how much Karen likes to cause trobule for you and your employees". Smith said to Ramsey.
"Thank you". Ramsey side in relief.
Karen walked down one of the isles, just as Apple Bloom came up to the counter.
"Excuse me, can you please help me"? she asked.
Ramsey looked down and smiled at the little filly.
"Sure thing, what is it"?
"Do you have any candy apples"? Asked Apple Bloom.
Ramsey nodded.
"Yes, they're in the back row".
Apple Bloom beamed happily
"Thank you"! she said as she ran off to the back row.
Ramsey smiled, but it soon turned into a nervous look.
"What's the matter"? asked Smith.
Ramsey turned to Smith, and pointed a hoof at Karen.
"She was eyeing that filly". Ramsey stated.
Karen then headed in the same direction as Apple Bloom as Ramsey made a call on his walkie talkie.
"Cali, Cali come in".
A female voice answered from the other side.
"Yeah Ramsey"?
"I need you to go to the candy apples isle, and also have security watch the cameras that are on that isle". Ramsey stated.
"Okay, but how come"? Cali asked.
"Because Karen is here". Ramsey replied.
"Ugh, great". Cali sighed. Alright I'll be right there". she stated.
Cali walked over to the security office, and told them the situation. She then headed over to the candy apple isle. Once she arrived she saw Apple Bloom looking through the isles, that's when the unicorn mare arrived. Cali decieded to stay back and watch, just to see what happened.
Apple Bloom kept staring at her options, completley oblivous to the unicorn mare staring creppily at her. Karen walked right behind Apple Bloom just as the young filly picked out the Candy Apple she wanted. However, when Apple Bloom turned around, she bumped right into the unicorn. Cali saw this, and immeditly started to make her way over to them, knowing what was about to happen.
Apple Bloom looked up and immeditly apologized.
"Oh I'm so sorry ma'am I didn't see"
Karen intterupted her.
"HOW DARE YOU YOU LITTLE BRAT".
Apple Bloom jumped back in shock.
"Okay well that was rude". She stated.
"SHUT UP, I'LL HAVE YOU PAY FOR THIS"! Karen Yelled.
"Sorry Ma'am but I didn't see you there, you were right behind me after all". Apple Bloom tried to explain, but Karen was having none of it. She was just about to grab Apple Bloom, when Cali showed up at the end of the isle.
"Ms. Karen"! Cali called out.
Apple Bloom, and Karen turned to see Cali.
"I guess she's an employee here". Apple Bloom pondered. She then turned to Karen, who had smrik on her face, as she ran over to Cali.
"Thank goodness you're here, this child assaulted me".
Apple Bloom stared at Karen in shock. She then got scared, fearing that she would get in trouble, or even arrested, she had seen a cop here after all, but then she saw the employee mouth the word "Go".
"Huh"? Apple Bloom wondered, but then realized what the employee was trying to say. Apple Bloom quickly grabbed another candy apple, as the one she had before was ruined, and went to the counter. There Ramsey and Smith were still talking, when Apple Bloom came up. Ramsey smiled.
"Well ma'am did you find what you were looking for".
Apple Bloom nodded.
"Yes, thank you sir". Apple Bloom replied. She was just about to get the money from her saddlebag, when Ramesy stopped her.
"You can have that for free". He stated.
"Really"? Asked Apple Bloom in confusion.
Ramsey nodded. Apple Bloom smiled.
"Thank you". She said happily.
"No problem, you just run along". Ramsey replied.
Apple Bloom took the candy apple, and headed for the exited.
"Goodbye! Have a great day". she called out to Ramsey, and Smith as she left the store.
Back in the candy apple isle, Cali was still trying to distract Karen, when the snotty unicorn turned around, and realized Apple Bloom was gone. She turned to Cali, who had a smug look on her face.
"Yes"? Cali asked.
"Where is that little brat"?! Karen demanded.
Cali looked at her confused.
"Why, what little brat"? she asked.
"The one I was just about to bring to the manger when you intterupted me, she was right there so you should have seen her"!
"I didn't see anyone there during our whole conversation, it was just you and me". Cali stated.
Rage filled Karen's eyes, and she yelled out in frustrated.
"THAT'S IT! YOU NOW WHAT I'M GOING RIGHT TO THE FRONT DESK TO SPEAK TO THE MANGER!
With that, Karen marched stright up to the front desk.
"With any luck, she'll still be up there paying, and I can make her pay for what she did". Karen muttered to herself as she walked towards the counter where Ramsey and Smith we're still talking
"Ah, speak of a bitch and she shall appear". Ramsey whispered to Smith, who chuckled as Karen walked up to them.
Ramsey put on his best customer service face as Karen walked over them.
"Good day ma'am, and what can I do for you". he asked.
"There was a little filly who assaulted me, and I demand to know where she is"! Karen yelled.
"Did this filly have long red hair, and a bow"? asked Smith
"Yes, where is she"! Karen yelled.
"Ma'am I'm going to ask you to lower your voice, and to answer your question, that filly you're talking about just left not to long ago, and another thing, we know you're lying, because we had security looking at the cameras the whole time. So you have two options, either you get the hell out of my store, or you can go to jail". Ramsey said as he gestuered to Smith, who pulled out his hoofcuffs, and should them to Karen.
Karen, stared angrily at them, snarled, and walked out of the store in a huff, just as Cali walked up to them.
"Geez, I thought she'd never leave". she said.
Ramsey nodded. "Yeah, but knowing her, she'll be back".
Smith turned to Ramsey, and Cali.
"I'm going to head out too, I'm going to make sure that little filly is going to be okay".
Ramsey smiled.
"Alright, you have a good day officer Smith".
"Thanks you too". Smith said, as he left the store.
Outside Apple Bloom walked back over to the park while eating her candy apple, but when she got there she noticed that Twilight, Reiner, and Bertholdt were gone. Confused she wondered futher into the park, but it became clear that they weren't there. In a panic Apple Bloom rushed into the the city calling out for anyone.
"Hello! Miss Cheerlie? Twilight, Reiner, Bertholdt, Anypony"!
But there was no reply, and there were so many ponies around. Apple Bloom vision became blurry as it seemed like all the ponies seemed to mergened into one giant mass. She began to hyperventilate, and sat near the corner of one of the shops and began to shake. Being a young girl lost in a big city like Manehatten would have been scary for anyone in her situation. She then thought about her class, Twilight, Reiner, and Bertholdt, they had worried sick, and her family she didn't want to think about what day would do if they found out she was missing. The thoughts plauged Apple Bloom's mind, as she began to hyperventalite even more. Now having a full blown panic attack Apple Bloom wondered what she should do. Realizing that getting panicing wouldn't help her in this situation. So, slowing down her breathing to small deep breaths Apple Bloom began to think of what to do next. That was when she got an idea. All she had to do, was go back to the train station and wait for them there.
Meanwhile Twilight, Reiner, and Bertholdt walked out of a patch of woods in the park.
"Fluttershy would have loved that". Twlight stated.
"I know". Stated Reiner. He then looked around, and noticed Apple Bloom was still gone, Bertholdt noticed this as well.
"Hey, where's Apple Bloom"?
"Oh she went over to that candy store across the street, don't worry I'll go get her". Reiner stated.
With that, he trotted over to the Candy shop, and headed over to the front desk where Ramsey, and Cali were still talking.
"Excuse me". Reiner called out, causing Ramsey, and Cali to look at him.
"Yes, how may I help you"? asked Ramsey
"Have you seen a little filly with Red hair, and a pink bow"? Reiner asked.
Ramesy and Cali looked at Reiner for a second before Ramesy cleared his throat.
"Um yeah, but she left a while ago".
A look of horror spread across Reiner's face, as he rushed out of the store, much to the shock and confusion of Cali and Ramesy.
Reiner ran back out to the park.
"Reiner, where's Apple Bloom"? asked Twilight.
"They told me she left a while ago". Reiner replied.
"WHAT"?! Twilight shouted.
"But that means she's lost in this city". Bertholdt replied.
Reiner nodded.
"Well we have to find her then!" Twilight stated.
With that, the three of them ran off in hopes of finding Apple Bloom, completely unaware that Karen was listening in on their conversation.
"So, those three know that little brat, if I follow them, then I'll find that filly, and there's nothing they'll be able to do to stop me". She snickered evily as she followed Twilight, Reiner, and Bertholdt.
Elsewhere, Apple Bloom was trotting through the city, making her way back to the train station. She had manged to calm herself down from her intial panic, and just slowly walked, doing her best to avoid anypony near her. However she also wasn't paying attention to where she was going, and this resulted in her bumping into someone else, knocking her down.
Apple Bloom was about to apologize when she heard a female voice.
"My god are you alright"? The voice asked.
Apple Bloom looked up, and saw a filly a little older then her looking down. Apple Bloom quickly nodded her head, and stood up. The two of them stared at eachother for a bit before the new filly spoke up.
"So, are you okay"? the girl asked
Apple Bloom shook her head.
"No I lost my class". Apple Bloom replied.
The filly looked at her in concern
"Well where did you last see them?" She asked
"We came here on the train, and I was heading back to the station to wait for them". Apple Bloom responded
"The filly nodded.
"So, what's your name"? she asked
"My name's Apple Bloom". Apple Bloom replied.
The filly smiled.
"Hello Apple Bloom, my name's Rayana". The filly responded.
Apple Bloom smiled back.
"Nice to meet ya". she replied.
"So Apple Bloom, why don't I help you find your friends, okay"? asked Rayana.
Apple Bloom stared up at her, unsure of what to say.
Rayana noticed this.
"Hey don't worry about it, you really look like you need some help anyways". Rayana replied.
Apple Bloom thought for a moment before decieding that getting help would probably be best. So she nodded her head.
Rayana smiled, and the two of them headed off in search of the rest of the school.
Meanwhile, Twilight, Reiner, and Bertholdt had just run into the other students. All who were all waiting at the meeting area. They hoped Apple Bloom would be there, but she wasn't. That was when they realized they never told her where the meeting place was. Cheerlie looked up at them, and saw the distressed look on their faces.
"What's the matter she asked"?
"Apple Bloom's missing"! Twilight exclaimed.
Cheerlie gasped after hearing this.
"Are you quite certain". She asked
"Yes! We were hoping she was here, but that doesn't seem to be the case". Reiner responeded.
"Do you have any idea where she could be". asked Bertholdt.
Cheerlie shook her head.
"No I don't, this is terrible, she's just a little filly, who knows what could happen to her".
"Which is why we need to find her". Twilight stated.
Cheerlie nodded in response.
"But where do we even started looking"? she asked.
"How about the train station"? Said Coconut Cream.
Everyone turned to look at her as she continued.
"Since we came here by train, she might have gone back to where we first arrived". Coconut Cream explained.
"Coconut Cream, you're a genius". Reiner exclaimed".
"Why didn't we think to look there first"? Twilight blurted while face palming herself.
Now that they had an idea on where to go, all of the headed stright for the train station. Unaware that Karen, was still watching them, snickering deviously.
Meanwhile, Apple Bloom, and Rayanana were both still walking down to the station when Rayanana stopped all of a sudden.
"Rayanana, are you okay". Apple Bloom asked.
Rayanana nodded.
"Yeah, just tired. I think it's best if we rest for a little bit, come on I know a place we can go".
Rayanana led Apple Bloom to another park. It wasn't like the other one with a playground for little kids, this one was more like a nature park with flowers, and lots of animals. It made Apple Bloom forget for a bit that she was in a big city.
"Woah, this place is beautiful". Apple Bloom admired.
"That it is. I always love coming here when I need to get away from the hussle and bussle of living in a big city. Rayana stated.
Apple Bloom smiled, as this place brought back a memmory for her.
"You know, my mother would always sing a song to me about places like this". she stated.
Apple Bloom then started singing a soft melodey.

Meanwhile. The class was still looking when Twist heard Apple Bloom singing. She turned and saw the path to the park
"Everypony, Apple Bloom is in this park". She exclaimed
"How do you know"? Asked Twilight.
"Because, listen". Twist replied.
Everyone went silent and listened. That was when they heard the singing.
"She's right, that is Apple Bloom I recgoinze that singing voice anywhere". Toola Roola stated.
Back in the park, Rayanana couldn't help but smile at Apple Bloom's song.
"Wow Apple Bloom you have an amzaing singing voice". she complemented.
Apple Bloom smiled.
"Thank you Rayanana.
Just then, they heard Twilight's voice call out.
"Apple Bloom"!
Apple Bloom, and Rayanana turned to see Miss. Cheerlie, and the others.
"Everyone"! Apple Bloom shouted as she rushed over to the group.
"What happened to you"?! Reiner Demanded
"When I came out of the store you three we're gone. So I was going to head back to the train station to wait for you there".
"We had decieded to go walking on a nature trail"? Twilight explained.
"Why didn't you just wait for us"? asked Bertholdt
"I'm sorry, but I didn't know what else to do"? Apple Bloom apolgoized.
Reiner sighed.
"Well I guess It's mostly our fault, I should have gone into the store to tell you that you we're going to have to wait for us".
It was then they noticed Rayanana.
"And who are"? asked Reiner.
"My name's Rayana". Rayanana Replied.
"Well, thanks for looking after Apple Bloom". Reiner said.
"No problem, it was nice having somepony to talk to". Rayanana Stated.
The group spent the next twenty minutes talking with Rayanana, and admiring the beauty of the park. Finally Miss Cheerlie stood up.
"Well, children, the day is almost over, and it's aboutt time we headed back to the train station".
Everyone stood up, Apple Bloom waved goodbye to Rayanan who had decieded to take a different path out of the park.
The students and staff of Ponyville Junior High just made it to the park exit, when all of a sudden Apple Bloom was grabbed by Karen, and pulled back causing her to yelp.
"Hey! Let go of me"! Apple Bloom exclaimed causing everyone to turn around and stare at Karen.
"Hey let her go"! Twilight exclaimed.
"NEVER! She's coming with me, and you'll never see her again". Karen cackled.
That confused, and frightened Apple Bloom.
"Why are you doing this"? she asked.
Karen threw Apple Bloom to the ground, and began yelling. as Reiner, Twilight, and Bertholdt ran over to her.
"Because your a little brat. You purposley Assaulted me, and lie about it. Not to mention all the things I've seen you do. The way you act, at school, how you assaulted that mare with apples. Oh and the way you sleep at night, and all the other things you do in your home". Karen exlcaimed.
The whole class was shocked.
"Oh my god. Murmmerd Twist.
"I can't believe it". whispered Toola Roola.
Karen smirked smuggly.
"See that, now your classmates know what you really".
She was intterupted by Twilight, who was staring daggers at her.
"You've been stalkng her"? Twilight asked.
Karen looked at her and chuckled.
Yes, for severeal months. I've been watching this little brat". Karen admitted.
That made Twilight livided. This woman had been creepily following Apple Bloom for many months, and was probably watching her do other things as well. Things Twilight didn't want to think of.
"You. BITCH"! Twilight exclaimed as she lunged at Karen, only for Reiner, Bertholdt, and Cheerlie to hold her back.
"Twilight don't it's not worth it"! Reiner exlcaimed as Twilight despertley tried to break herself free, and get to Karen.
"ENOUGH"! A voice yelled out
Everypony stopped, and turned around to see Smith standing with his pistol raised.
"Everypony step back now". he demanded
The students of Ponyville Junior high did as they were told, except for Apple Bloom, who was still on the ground, confused by the situation, and Karen, who ran up to Smith, and began putting on the victim charade
"Oh officer thank goodness you're here, these little".
Smith however cut her off.
"Karen, you are under arrest for assualt, stalking, attempted kidnapping, lying to a police officer, and severel other charges. You're going away for a long time". Smith stated as he stepped infront of Apple Bloom to shield her from Karen.
Karen's face turned from smug, to eranged.
"No, no. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"! She screamed as she lunged at Apple Bloom. In a quick reflex, Smith pulled out his gun, and shot Karen in the chest, killing her instantly, and shocking all the students and staff.
"I need an medical team here stat". Smith called over his radio." He then turned to Apple Bloom who looked up at him.
"Hey, I saw you at the store". Apple Bloom stated
"Are you okay kid". Smith asked.
Apple Bloom nodded
"Yeah, I'm fine, just a little shook up, thank you".
Smith smiled, and walked over to Cheerlie.
"Listen, I think it's best if your students left. My team and I can handle things here. Smith stated, as he looked over at Karen's body".
Cheerlie simply nodded and led the students back to the train station, though Apple Bloom did take one last glance at Karen.
On the train ride back to ponyville, Apple Bloom was thinking about what happend, when someone spoke to her.
"Um, Apple Bloom"?
Apple Bloom turned around to see Sweetie Belle, and an orange pegagus standing next to her.
"Oh hello Sweetie Belle, what can I do for you"? she asked.
Sweetie Belle looked at Apple Bloom strigaht in the eyes and motioned to the pony next to her.
"This is Scootaloo".
Scootloo waved at Apple Bloom, who smiled at her.
"Nice to meet ya". Apple Bloom replied.
"Anyways". Scootaloo stated. "We have a propasistion for you".
Apple Bloom looked at her in confusion, but urged Scootaloo to continue.
"It's about your speech at Diamond Tiara's cute cenerea". Scootaloo said.
Apple Bloom blushed in embarssement at the thought.
"You two heard what I said at the cute cenera?" she gulped nervously thinking they were friends of Diamond Tiara, and were here to threathen her. But then Scootaloo spoke up.
"Yes, and, well".
She, and Sweetie Belle showed Apple Bloom their flanks, revealing that they didn't have their cutie marks either.
"Wait, you two are blank flanks too"?!
Scootaloo nodded.
"We wanted to get to know you, so you could join are club, and we could get our cutie marks together". Scootaloo explained.
"So, what do you say Apple Bloom, will you do it"? asked Sweetie Belle.
A big smile formed on Apple Bloom's face.
"You betcha"! she exclaimed as she pulled Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo into a big hug/
"Angel". Sweetie Belle said internially".
"Goddess". Scootaloo said internially.
Apple Bloom gave the two of them a big smile.
"She's. So. Cute!" they both said in their thoughts.
Back in Ponyville, Applejack was waiting at the station, when the train pulled up. Once it stopped, all the students got off, and Apple Bloom immeditedly went over to her sister.
"Applejack"!
Applejack smiled at Apple Bloom.
"Hey there little sis, how was the trip"? Applejack asked.
"It was amazing, and I made some new friends". Apple Bloom stated.
"Well I'll be, that's incredible". Applejack replied.
Apple Bloom smiled.
"We're going to work hard to get our cutie marks"!
"Really, well that's mighty fine, do you have a name for your little club"? Applejack asked.
Apple Bloom nodded.
"We call ourselves".
"THE CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS"! she, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo all said together.
The three fillies and Applejack all laughed, as Twilight resited her letter to the princess.
Dear Princess Celestia,
I'm happy to report that one of your youngest subjects Apple Bloom, has made some new friends. I believe she is going to achieve great things in her search for her cutie mark, but only time will tell. Until then I will keep you updated.

"Today sure was tirining". he stated.
Twilight nodded.
"Yeah, I think I need to go home and take a nap".
Twilight, and Reiner both laughed.
