Shut In and Safe

I Guess I'm Not Going Out After All

Rainbow Dash was all set to get her prank ready to get the whole town punk’d! She has schemed to give everyone the joke cookies in place of the filly guide cookies so that they would all have a rainbow mouth, courtesy of everyone’s favourite prank pony (not Pinkie Pie). It was the perfect crime!

However, since Rainbow had told Pinkie her plan, she hadn’t shown up, leaving her the only one to set the whole prank up. She wondered what was going on as she flew into Sugarcube Corner to find her friend. “Pinkie, what's the deal? I told you I needed your help switching out all the Filly Guide cookies for the joke cookies.” Rainbow said with worry. “But when you didn't show, I had to do it all by myself! Uh, Pinkie?“ she went into Pinkie’s room and saw her slightly dimly coloured with a rainbow mouth. She coughed.

“Wow. Your face is still pretty rainbowed.” Rainbow said as she giggled.

“Yeah, I haven't really been feeling well.” Her friend said as she coughed. “And these joke cookies are the only thing that makes me feel better.” She reached out for more, only to find that there were no more. “You don't have any more, do you?!” she asked demanding.

“Uh, no. I just told you, I used them all for the prank.” Rainbow told her. “Pretty soon, the CMCs will start selling them to everypony in town. Ponies will open their boxes and start eating, then all of their teeth will turn rainbow-colored, and they'll know it was me! It's gonna be so awesome! C'mon, you don't wanna miss it!”

“Actually... I don't think I can even... stand... up...” she said raspy before demanding again. “Unless you've got more cookies!

“Aah!” Rainbow said. “On second thought, maybe you better stay here and rest.” She left the bakery in a hurry.

“Yeah. You're right.” Pinkie said as her friend left. “Sorry to miss out. I'm sure it's gonna be hilarious.“ she then got up and met up with the other ponies who gathered into the main room.

“Pinkie!” Twilight said to her. “So, what’s the plan?”

“It’s all simple, Twilight.” Pinkie explained. “Rainbow told me about her plan to prank the whole town, by giving everyone a rainbow filly guide cookie.” She showed everyone the box of cookies.

“What the?! Pinkie! I thought you said Rainbow wouldn’t prank us anymore!” Twilight objected. “Is she still on a pranking spree? I swear to Celestia...”

“NO, TWILIGHT! I haven't even finished explaining! Please be quiet or I'll never be able to tell anyone!" Pinkie cried at her.

Twilight facehoofed. “Alright, Pinkie. What is it?” She asked.

“I told you that Rainbow Dash was about to swap out the filly guide cookies for the joke ones...” Pinkie explained. “So, I got an idea: What if we turned the tables on Rainbow Dash by eating them, and starting a fake zombie apocalypse?”

Rarity screamed. “No! No! Don’t you DARE, Pinkie Pie!” She objected. “It sounds wretched enough already!”

“No, Rarity!” Pinkie pointed out. “I’m saying what if we turned the tables on Rainbow by pranking the prankster, by teaching her a lesson in pranking?”

Everyone was confused, but then thought that was a good idea. “Ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh.” Everypony said.

“Well, we have told Rainbow Dash to quit it!” Rarity started. “But, seeing that this is a great way to get back at her, Id say we teach her a lesson into pranking us. Pranking others when it’s not funny is VERY uncouth, you know!”

“I know Dash needs to stop!” Applejack agreed. “But, I think getting her back with a zombie apocalypse cookie prank sounds like a great idea! Maybe, it’ll teach her a thing or two not to prank others when they don’t like it.”

“I think it’s a good idea, so I could teach her what happens when you scare somepony!” Fluttershy agreed as well. “She DID scare me with that dragon prank, so I’d say we do it!”

“It doesn't seem like Dash is taking the time to find out who enjoys them and who doesn't.” Twilight chimed in. “So I say we do it! Everypony up for it?” Everyone nodded and cheered in agreement. “Alright then, tonight, Pinkie...go rack you the cookies in the shipment for the rally.”

“And, I’ll load them up in my cart!” Applejack agreed.

“Then, when the time is right, Rainbow will see how horrible her pranks really are, and she stop pranking...” Rarity finished. “At least, for a while.”

“Perfect!” Twilight said. “Then, that’s what we’ll do! Pinkie get the joke cookies ready!” Pinkie nodded and started to order all the joke cookies needed for this so-called zombie apocalypse. “We’ll give Rainbow a good scare she’ll never forget!”

Later that day, Pinkie told everyone in Ponyville about the prank, and they were all in on it. They got ready to order their shipment of joke cookies to turn the tables on Rainbow Dash.

Still later that day, The Cutie Mark Crusaders met up with Applejack and Rarity as they were loading the cart with said cookies. “Ooh! Is it time to sell the cookies yet?” Applebloom asked in excitement.

Shh! Is Rainbow Dash around?” Rarity asked.

“I don't think so.” Scootaloo said. “I looked everywhere for her and she’s not here.”

“Good.” Applejack told them. “I don't wanna her to know anything about this.“ she showed them the joke cookies, while the CMCs gasped in excitement at them.

“Of course!” Sweetie Belle said. “Well make sure Rainbow gets a good laugh at this prank tonight!”

Unfortunately, Rainbow Dash flew down, as to not be seen and overheard them. She gasped in shock. “But... we're friends. Why would Pinkie prank me by scaring me with something I don’t like? It’s not even Nightmare Night!” She heard some footsteps and gasped again. “Oh horse apples! She's coming back.” She dashed up high into the sky into a nearby cloud.

“There you go!” Applebloom said as she and Pinkie got the cart ready for the joke-pockalypse!

“Alright!” Applejack said in excitement.

“And remember, not a word to Rainbow Dash.” Rarity said. The CMCS all nodded as they, along with Pinkie Pie got everyone ready for the big night.

Rainbow Dash flew up and noticed them. Her ears drooped in sadness. “I thought they liked my pranks.” Rainbow said sadly. “Do they not want me around anymore?” She flew back to her Cloudsdale home, but not before looking back at Ponyville one last time. She saw Pinkie getting the joke cookies all set. She then had an awful thought. What if they were trying to get rid of her?! She flew in for a closer look.

“Is it ready?” Twilight asked Pinkie.

“Okie dokie Loki!” Pinkie said, nodding.

“Good! I hope Rainbow Dash sees the look on her face when she sees the cookies zombies storming Ponyville!” Twilight said as she laughed. “Boy, she is going to love it!”

“Zombies?!“ Rainbow gasped in horror. “They’re going to make zombies?!” That settles it! She flew back into her Cloudsdale home and shut the doors and windows. “If they’re going to try to kill me with an army of zombies, I guess I’m not going out after all!” Rainbow said sadly and scared. “Especially if there are zombies involved! I gotta protect myself from any zombie apocalypse!”

Later, when it was getting dark, Rainbow barricaded her whole home for any cookie craving zombies that came her way....by land or by air. Either way, she wasn’t going to take any Chances. “Fuzzy Legs, do you think you could secure those windows?”

Fuzzy Legs, the tarantula nodded and secured the windows tight as a clogged toilet. “And, Tank...you'll alert me if anything scary comes close to the house?” Tank nodded. “Oh, who am I kidding? When something scary comes close to my house! Please tell me my hiding place is ready.” Tank, and some of Fluttershy’s pets all nodded.

“Oh, great. I’m starting to sound like Fluttershy.” Rainbow said worried and sarcastically as she searched her house to see if it was all guarded. Sure enough, falcons, roc birds, tarantulas and geese were guarding it. Even Tank stood guard for any zombies that dared come to her house at night.

Rainbow sighed in relief. “Awesome!” She said to the animals guarding it. “You’ve filled it with everything I need to survive this awful night. Now I don't have to step a hoof outside until this whole apocalypse is over.” She raced to her room and got out a Daring Do comic book to read. But before that, she turned on a few lamp lights in her house to make sure it wasn’t too dark for her at home.

Meanwhile, the cookie selling was about to start, and the prank was in motion. “All right, who's ready to sell some cookies?” Scootaloo asked in excitement.

“Me!” Applebloom and Sweetie Belle said.

“Now, where the hay is Rainbow Dash?” Applejack asked, as she looked around for her. “Isn’t she coming to this filly guide cookie drive?”

“Rainbow’s detained, getting ready to get some more cookies.” Rarity said. ‘She’ll be along.”

“Aw shoot.” Applejack said. “I reckon you’re right. Now let’s get started!”

“Yeah! We've got a lot of ground to cover!” Scootaloo said.

“We wanna hit every house in Ponyville!” Sweetie Belle said as well.

“Come on, y’all!” Applejack said as they started down the trail to town. “You heard her! Every house in Ponyville!”

“Applejack!” Rarity pointed out.

“Oh, shoot! Am I starting to sound like Rainbow Dash?” Applejack asked. Rarity nodded. “Oops.”

They all went to each house in town and sold every box of cookies to all the residents. They actually made a good amount of bits selling those cookies as well. Once night fell, the CMCs were celebrating a job well done for selling all the cookies. “I think you three should be real proud.” Applejack said to them proudly. “Y'all did a mighty impressive job for your first go-'round.”

“You took the words right out of my mouth, Applejack.” Rarity said. She looked around to see Rainbow Dash was there, but she wasn’t. “Where IS Rainbow Dash?” She asked. “I thought she was going to be out with us.”

“I don’t know, Rarity.” Sweetie Belle said, confused. “I thought she was coming with us for this cookie drive.”

“Any minute now.” Scootaloo said, excited and hushed.

“Uh... "any minute now" what?” Applejack asked confused.

“Huh? Oh, uh, nothing!” Scootaloo quickly said. “Have you guys noticed how quiet it's gotten? I mean, it's still early, right?”

“Of course it's quiet. Ponies can't talk while they're eating those fabulous cookies, heh.” Rarity said, as she let out a giggle. “They're probably all in a cookie coma right now.”

“Huh... Maybe you're right. I'll go check.” The orange filly said as she left to go check.

“Oh, and Scootaloo? Do be a dear and try to find Rainbow Dash?” Rarity asked. “She hasn’t come out and I’m starting get worried about her.”

“No problem! I will!” Scootaloo dashed off to not only search the town, but also find her friend.

Applebloom was getting worried as well and Applejack could tell. “Do ya think Rainbow Dash is coming out tonight, Applejack?” She asked. “She hasn’t come out yet this whole night.”

“Of course, I am!” Applejack ruffled her sister’s mane. “She’s probably waking up from a nap to get ready to join us. She’ll be along.” She winked to Rarity who winked back at her. The plan was in motion. She just had to come out. She just had to!

Scootaloo checked the houses for signs of anypony...or even Rainbow Dash. So far, nothing. She got a little worried. “What is going on...? Okay. Definite cookie-eating happening. But... where is everypony? Or even Rainbow Dash?” The filly wondered. “They must have seen their rainbow mouths by now... They should all be running out into the streets! Unless everypony went to bed early...”

She flew into Pinkie’s house and jumped when something crunched under her hoof. She saw that it was rainbow cookie residue. “Pinkie?” she asked. No response. “Rainbow Dash?” Still no response. She started to get worried, as she went down to the bakery room. “The whole town got the cookies, and now everypony is shut up in their houses!” She was about to leave with the others, when she heard someone munching on those cookies. She went inside to see Mrs. Cake eating some. Scootaloo was relieved...or so she thought.

“Mrs. Cake!” The filly said happily. “Have you seen Pinkie or Rainbow Dash? I was hoping she’d come out tonight for our cookie drive.” No answer, as she was munching on the cookies. “Uh... Mrs... Cake...?” Scootaloo tapped on her shoulder quietly, and said pony turned around, having a rainbow mouth.

Cookies...! Cookies!” Mrs. Cake droned. Scootaloo backed away frightened.

“Hey! What’s going on here?” Scootaloo said as she backed away from her. Luckily, she brought herself a flashlight for such an occasion. She flicked it on, revealing herself.

Mrs. Cake continued to drone “Cookies!” But when Scootaloo tripped over, she could see that it wasn’t Rainbow Dash at all. “Scootaloo?!” She said in shock. “What...where’s Rainbow Dash?!”

“I don’t know!” Scootaloo said. Just then, the pantry doors opened to reveal Pinkie Pie with the same Rainbow mouth droning “Cookies!” Scootaloo screamed in shock, she shown it on her.

“Cookies!” Pinkie continued to say, she then saw Scootaloo and screamed. “You’re not Rainbow Dash!” She said, frightened.

“Hi, Pinkie!” Scootaloo giggled.

Pinkie ran out quickly and searched all of Ponyville for anyone else to help her. She saw Twilight and Spike munching on cookies. Maybe, they could help. “Twilight! You gotta come with me to Sugarcube Corner!” Pinkie panted. “Scootaloo’s here, but not Rainbow Dash! I was hoping she’d show up, but...”

Unfortunately, Twilight and Spike turned around, having the same rainbow mouths. “Cooooooookies...” Twilight droned, as Spike just groaned something inaudible.

“Twilight! It’s me Pinkie!” Pinkie tried to reason with her. Scootaloo came out and joined her.

“Oh, Twilight! Not you too!” Scootaloo said, frightened.

Just then, both saw the orange filly and were shocked. “Scootaloo?!” Twilight asked in shock. “But, where’s Rainbow?!”

“I’m telling you...I don’t know!” Scootaloo shouted. “I thought she’d show up!”

“We’d better search all of Ponyville!” Twilight said as they all split up to find her. “Come on!”

Pinkie and Scootaloo both checked Fluttershy’s cottage. “Fluttershy?” Pinkie tapped. But, Fluttershy and a few of her pets droned “cookies!” And no sign of their friend.

Twilight and Spike searched Sweet Apple Acres for their friend and saw Big Mac and Granny Smith coming right toward them, droning the same word, but still no sign of Rainbow. Frightened, they ran out quickly.

Meanwhile, Rarity and the rest of the troop were heading inside the boutique to celebrate their drive. “You sure you don't mind us all comin' over?” Applejack asked confused.

“Oh, of course not. I think the girls have earned a little celebration for all of their hard work.” Rarity said, as she started inside. “And I have plenty of sewing machine cake left over. Unless anypony wants a cookie...?” She brought out a package of cookies.

“Rarity! Rarity!” Scootaloo said as she, Twilight, Pinkie and Spike all ran up to them. “Rainbow Dash didn’t show up!”

Rarity gasped. “What?!” She and the others asked.

“I looked all over town, and she wasn’t there!” Scootaloo said, panicked.

That sent everyone in a state of worry. “Oh dear! I can’t believe Rainbow didn’t show up!” Rarity said disappointed.

“Why in tarnation isn’t she here?” Applejack asked in shock.

“I don’t know!” Twilight said as they all saw the cookie zombies coming toward them. “But, I think we’d better get out of here!”

“Fine with us!” Applejack agreed as well as they all dashed out of Ponyville and into the open. They all ran out, trying to get safer ground. A few cookie zombies stood in the middle of the road, frightening the others as they zoomed past them.

They non-cookie zombie ponies finally made it to the old barn, where the full cream of the prank was supposed to take place! However, with Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie, & the CMCs, it was just about to get a little harder for the zombies and worse for our friends.

“Did we lose them?” Rarity asked them. Twilight scanned the outside for any cookie zombies. There were none, so far in sight!

“I think we lost them, Rarity!” Twilight said, feeling panicked. “But, I don’t think we’ll lose them for long!”

“Why are we running from the ponies of Ponyville?” Scootaloo said as she panted.

“What happened to all of our friends?” Sweetie Belle asked, scared.

“I don’t know!” Twilight said, worried. “But, I think that this was one prank that we shouldn’t have pulled.”

“That's ridiculous!” Applejack scoffed. “Those Filly Guide cookies haven't changed for years! It's not like we’re secretly trying to lead Rainbow Dash into a zombie apocalypse!”

“Uh, unless...” Scootaloo then noticed a cloud house with a few lights on. “Hey...did anyone notice a cloud house with the lights still on?” She asked, pointing up at it.

“What are you saying, Scootaloo?” Rarity asked quizzically. They all looked up as the filly pointed up to see the house was lit inside.

“Well, why didn’t we notice that before?” Twilight asked, as the others were wondering the same thing.

Just then, they heard some groaning that was unmistakable. It was the cookie zombies, now hot on their trail. “I don’t know!” Twilight said in shock. “But, run!” She and the others ran out of the zombies way and into the barn, barricading the doors, windows...everything!

Once it was all barricaded, Twilight got out an lantern and turned it on. “Okay! So I think Rainbow Dash may have overheard Pinkie’s idea to get everyone to prank Rainbow Dash, which the prank was supposed to happen but somehow she must’ve shut herself in her house instead!” Twilight deduced, which made everyone else worried and shocked. “I figure we just hide out here, and try to find Rainbow’s house, and as long as the zombies don’t get us, we'll be fine.”

“That's lovely, darling.” Rarity said. “Except for one thing...” she looked out the windows and saw the zombies still heading for the barn. “How are we going to get out of here?!”

The zombies were trying to get in, as Twilight and the others huddled close to each other and hugged with all their might. “Maybe, we should stay in here until morning...just to be safe!” Scootaloo suggested, scared.

“Good idea!” Pinkie Pie said, scared as well. The survivors hid in the barn, huddled up to each other in the barn with the zombies outside, and waited for them to leave. They didn’t come out of the barn for the rest of the night, and spent the remainder of the night there.

Morning finally arrived and the survivors were still in the barn, shut in as they woke up. A few yawned while others just stretched themselves.

“Do you think we should find Rainbow Dash?” Scootaloo asked as she woke up from her sleep last night.

“I think we should.” Twilight said, boarding on worry. “I don’t think she could’ve...”

Just then, they heard a voice that didn’t go unheard. “HARRY!” A voice said frightened. The non-zombies ran out the barn to see Fluttershy frantically yelling at Harry the bear, who was up on Rainbow Dash’s house balcony.

“Fluttershy!” Twilight said in shock as they approached her.

“Harry, get done from there!” Fluttershy shouted with worry. “You could hurt yourself!” The bear looked down and got a little scared.

“Fluttershy, why is your bear up in the clouds?” Rarity asked upon seeing the sight of him up there.

“And, what the hay is going on here?!” Applejack asked in shock as she saw the many birds and animals at her house.

“I don’t know!” Fluttershy said worried. “I just saw him up there early in the morning and he won’t come down!”

Twilight took notice and was as shocked as the others were. “What is going on?!” She asked shock and anger in her voice. “Roc Birds, Falcons, eagles...what is all this?” She turned to her friends. “I think we’re gonna have to get to the bottom of this, girls!” She said as the others looked at her and nodded, while others were a little shocked at what was happening.

In Cloudsdale, Rainbow Dash woke up, and was ready to start the day. “Boy, that felt good!” She said. “You can Un-barricade the house now.” The animals nodded and uncovered every blockage from her house. She let out a sigh of relief. “Boy, there’s nothing like a good night of Daring Do books and cookies to drown out this cookies zombie thing, huh?”

She was about to greet the new day, when she saw Twilight and the others at her doorstep and they were not happy. In fact, some of them looked worried, some angry, and some a little resentful.

“Uh, hi guys!” Rainbow said, trying to play it cool! “What’s up?”

“Rainbow Dash, what did you do?” Twilight asked, wanting answers.

“What do you mean?” Rainbow asked confused.

“We were gonna give you the taste of your own medicine.” proclaimed a less than satisfied Applejack. The crowd grumbled in dissatisfaction while Rainbow’s mouth was agape.

“Wait...what?!” Rainbow Dash said. “What are you talking about? I was just about to prank Ponyville, when I heard Pinkie telling the town about how she was going to make cookie craving zombies! So I shut myself in last night...with the help of some of your animals, Fluttershy...so I could protect myself from the zombie apocalypse!”

Everyone gasped in shock as they now knew why she didn’t show last night. “You shut yourself in to avoid the cookie zombies?!” Rarity asked in horror.

I knew it!” Twilight said in anger, pointing a hoof at her.

“You knew that?” The CMCs all asked in shock.

“Nothing personal.” Twilight said quickly before turning to her friend.

“Wait...how did you know?” Rainbow asked, confused.

“Well, After you told Pinkie about your plan to prank the whole town, she got everypony to come together and turn the tables on ya.” Applejack explained.

“But, when you didn’t show, Scootaloo checked and we scared her thinking it was you, when it really wasn’t.” Pinkie said in disappointment. “We were all worried for you.”

“There WAS no zombie apocalypse!” Scootaloo said sad and upset. “We were trying to get back at you with Pinkie’s help, and you didn’t show up! Frankly, we didn’t expect you to take it so seriously.”

Rainbow’s ears flickered. Had she heard right? "This... this was all... a prank?" she asked. She couldn't believe it as a new wave of emotions swirled within her mind. Confusion, fear, shock, as well as a touch of anger.

“Yes, it was!” Fluttershy shouted in anger.

“And, y’all ruined it!” Applejack said.

“Uh, oopsy?” Rainbow asked. She saw Twilight who was about to go rage mode on her for what she did. “Uh, Twilight? You’re not mad, are you?”

Twilight was ready to let her have it. “You hid yourself in your house! You didn’t show up in town last night!” she shouted angrily. “YOU FIBBED! YOU’RE A FIBBY MARE!

“Twilight, you’re pretty delusional for an egghead.” Rainbow giggled, softly. “What the hay would you think that Inwas a fibby mare?”

“This!” Twilight said, pointing to her inside of the house. “You turned your lights on last night, so we found you!”

Rainbow couldn’t believe it! “I knew I shouldn’t have given my location away!” She said regretfully. “Dumb! Dumb! Dumb!”

“And, that whole thing about getting Fluttershy’s animals...” Twilight continued. “That was your plan to hide yourself from the zombies so that we wouldn’t prank you!”

“Okay, Twilight! I would not do that!” Rainnow said, trying to cover it up. “Really, I wouldn’t!”

“You’re a terrible liar, Rainbow Dash!” Twilight said, as got into her face. “Look me in the eyes and TELL me you didn’t do it!”

“I didn’t do it?” Rainbow said, looking into Twilight’s eyes.

Twilight grabbed Rainbow with her magic and shook her violently. “OOH! I AM VERY ANGRY AT YOU!” she said as she shook her so hard, she would be dizzy.

“TWILIGHT SPARKLE, STOP SHAKING RAINBOW DASH!” Applejack shouted as she saw her friend being shaked.

“WHY SHOULD I?!” Twilight asked angrily. “She didn’t even show up for the prank when we were trying to get her to stop pranking.”

“Please, Twilight.“ Rainbow Dash started. “Let me explain.”

“Now’s not a good time, Rainbow.” Twilight said, still mad at her.

Applejack just threw her hat down in frustration, and would have none of it. “Oh for Pony’s sake, Twilight!” She said. “LET THE MARE EXPLAIN!”

Twilight took in a deep breath and released her friend, who was feeling dizzy. “Alright, Rainbow.” She said. “I’m listening.”

“So, when I heard that Pinkie was going to get everyone to ‘turn the tables on me’, I decided to shut myself in my house to avoid getting bit the cookie zombies.” Rainbow explained. “I didn’t know this was a prank. I would’ve been scared if I DID set foot out for the ‘zombies’. You can’t just go around pranking whoever you felt like without even THINKING about how it would make them feel or think it’s funny or enjoyable!”

The others were shocked as Rainbow said what they were going to say before they could even say it. “So, what I wanted to tell you was that...I’m giving up pranking.” She said. “I just haven’t thought about how other ponies felt. So, that shut in...was my way of saying I was sorry.”

“You’re...sorry?” Twilight asked as the others talked amongst themselves.

“Yes, Twilight.” Rainbow confessed. “I decided to take a break from pranking...or rather give it up. I just didn’t want to hurt you guys anymore...much less scare you. No offence, Fluttershy.” Fluttershy just giggled and smiled. “So, that’s why I’m done with pranking.”

“Rainbow, you don’t have to stop pranking.” Twilight tried to explain.

“What she’s trying to say, Darling...” Rarity added. “Is just...that when we wanted you to ‘quit it,’ we don’t mean no more pranks ever. We just want you to take a short break from pranks for a while. That’s all.”

“Yeah, and creating the cookie zombies was not going to help you none.” Applejack said as she hid herself in her hat.

“And, plus we could have almost made you cry!” Scootaloo pointed out. “And, that wasn’t anything like you wanted!”

“Please, Rainbow Dash?” Applebloom asked. “Could you please come back to Ponyville?”

“We’re your friends, Rainbow Dash!” Pinkie piped up. “We just wanted to tell you that pranks can be a lot of fun when Everypony has a good time. We wanted you to see what it was like when they don’t, but it looks like you proved it already.”

“I guess I did.” Rainbow admitted. “I never thought I’d know that until now, but I guess maybe I can go back to pranking....when everyone wants me too.”

“Well, we’re glad you learned your lesson.” Fluttershy said happily.

“Totally!” Rainbow said. “You ponies were about to pull off an amazing prank! Speaking of which, I’ve got a little treat for you all to enjoy!” She raced back in her house and got out a filly guide cookie box.

“NO!” The CMCs all shouted. “Not more filly guide cookies!”

But, Rainbow opened the box, revealing...”What are you guys talking about?” Rainbow asked. “They’re Mentos! I always carry them with me for fresh minty breath!”

They all saw the box of Mentos and blushed. “Oh!” They all said, giggling and laughing.

“Hey! How about we all go down to the park and have a picnic with a little bit of mints?” Rainbow asked. “It’s all on me!”

“Alright!” The rest of the Mane six and CMCs said as they started back to the ground to get ready for a special picnic set up by Rainbow Dash, while she herself, got the stuff ready for this moment with her friends, taking her box of mentos to share, and sung the Mentos jingle to herself happily.

It doesn’t matter what comes!

Fresh goes better in life...with Mentos, Fresh and full of life!

Nothing gets to you! Stayin’ fresh! Stayin’ cool!

With Mentos fresh and full of life!

Fresh goes better! Mentos Freshness!

Fresh goes better with Mentos fresh and full of life!

It was going to be nice day for the Mane Six and Crusaders as Rainbow Dash would bring a whole feast of salads, sandwiches drinks and mentos for them to munch on. It would be perfect!
