Three months had past since Cadence's little incident with medallion. The Princess of Love did find it somewhat difficult to juggle ruling an empire and raising four children. But, it was easier to deal with thanks to Twilight and friends occasionally babysitting. Cadence was in the nursery when Twilight showed up.

"Good evening, Twilight. What brings you here this?" asked the Princess of Love already guessing the answer.

"I'm just returning a book the library here and decided to drop by before heading back home." Said Twilight.

Cadence gave her sister-in-law a knowing smile, but didn't press the issue. The mares talked for a while, before Flurry heart and her sisters began to nod off.

"Thanks again for all of your help, yours and your friends." Said Cadence giving Twilight a hug.

"Anytime, Cadence. I'm just glad that I was able to yours and Shining Armor's dream come true. Albeit, in a roundabout way." replied the Princess of Friendship.

As Twilight was about to leave, Cadence asked if anypony returned the medallion back to the cave. Twilight responded with that she saw to it personally. Cadence let a sigh of relief at that and bid Twilight a good night. As cadence got into bed with Shining Armor, she wondered would be next for her and her family.
