Chapter 11 - The Final Battle

Chrysalis and Retsu made it down into the heart of the ship, a wide open platform made for hundreds of dozens of workers, at the center of the room was the giant power core that fueled their ship, a swirling ball of energy that was being contained within three oscillating rings. The two villains paused when they heard multiple explosions going off outside, but what concerned them was that now they were hearing a few of them from the inside, and they were getting closer. 

“Impossible, they were surrounded and weakened, why is there so much resistance?!” Chrysalis asked. 

Retsu reached into his lab coat and pulled out a device, with a push of a button he was able to get a view of the outside, and it was there he saw five more Riders, the Princesses of Equestria, and the lizard, fighting off their forces outside. The Foundation X scientist flipped it around and showed Chrysalis what was happening topside. 

“Obviously, they got more help somehow. Damn Riders, just when you think you have them on the ropes, something happens to turn the tide in their favor,” said Retsu with irritation. 

“Then that means Twilight and the rest are heading towards us.” 

An explosion rocked the room as the doorway to the reactor room was blown open, and in came the heroes of Equestria, Twilight and her friends, along with the five Kamen Riders, ready for one last battle with the villains who attacked their peaceful world. The six mares glared at Chrysalis, while the Riders kept their eyes on Retsu, ready to defeat them once and for all. 

“It’s over, Chrysalis! No more running!” Twilight stated. 

“Same with you Retsu! You’ve caused enough pain and suffering, it’s time to end it!” Shotaro stated. 

Retsu put the device away and chuckled at the bravado the Riders and ponies were showing. “Please, you could barely keep up with me. Chrysalis thoroughly trounced your solar princess, and that was without my help. What hope do you eleven have against the two of us? Especially since we have five of your six Elements of Harmony?” Retsu crossed his arms and continued, “Face it, you’ve lost, Chrysalis and I will take this world and Foundation X will gain new test subjects, and Chrysalis will have a land to rule!” 

“Actually, I’d rather just rule.” 

Just then, a beam of emerald light struck Retsu in the back and sent the scientist to the floor. The Riders and mares all looked upon Chrysalis in shock at what she just did, for Retsu, he managed to get onto his hands and knees and glare daggers at the bug horse behind him. 

“Chrysalis, what in the hell are you doing?!” Retsu demanded. 

“I have five of their Elements of Harmony, a whole hive of enhanced Changelings thanks to you, and I’m strong enough to take down Celestia herself without feasting on love first. Just think of how powerful I’ll be once I start syphoning love energy from the ponies! No one will stand above me, and of course,” At that moment, emerald flames erupted around Chrysalis, transforming her into Kaijin form, “that includes you, Retsu.” 

The Foundation X scientist glowed as his body reverted back to his Kaijin form, now standing before the traitorous Changeling Queen. “Think about what you’re saying, Chrysalis, without me, you’d be scurrying about this land, plotting and failing at trying to defeat these fools! Within less than a couple of days I granted you the power to fell your enemies! And now you turn on me!”

“I am the Queen; I don’t need you or Foundation X to rule these ponies. I thank you for giving me and my hive this power, but now that we have it, I can create more just like them. And once we feast on love, we’ll be far stronger than anything you or any world could muster as we spread out across Equestria, and eventually, other worlds!” 

The Riders went wide eyed at this declaration, for Shotaro, Phillip, Eiji, Gentaro, and Haruto, their worlds were relatively free from threats after long and hard fought battles, but to have creatures like the Changelings coming in and destroying that peace was unthinkable. For Kouta it was worse, the threat of Helheim and the Inves were still looming over his city and his friends, if there was one thing they couldn’t take, it was an invasion from another world, and right now, Kouta wasn’t sure which was worse. 

For the six, all they could think about was their friends and families, the first Changeling invasion was bad, but now that they were empowered with the ability to change into powerful monsters from other worlds, monsters strong enough to overwhelm Celestia and Luna, and possibly Discord, there was no one who was safe from their threat. 

“You ungrateful wench!” Retsu shouted as he sped towards Chrysalis. 

The Queen of the Changelings, still keeping the Elements in her telekinetic grasp, raised her right hand just as Retsu threw a punch at her, and caught it in her palm. The resulting shockwave shook the room and platform and made Chrysalis dig her feet into the metal. 

“Do you know what the difference between us is, Retsu?” 

“What’s that?!”

“You have no real imagination. You develop a serum that could grant you the power of five Kaijin, but you don’t know how to wield them properly. Where, thanks to your experimentation, I have not only their DNA, but through that DNA, I have evolved!” 

Chrysalis’ body erupted with emerald flames, Retsu, the Riders, and ponies watched as Chrysalis underwent a transformation. The body of the Changeling Queen shifted until she was now in a new Kaijin form, one that Retsu wasn’t aware of as his eyes widened with shock, and strangely, so was Eiji. Her new form was scaly and blueish purple in color, it had a dinosaur look to it, and a red visor where its eyes should be. 

Eiji shook his head back and forth as he said, “No…it can’t be!” 

“Mr. Eiji, what’s wrong?” Fluttershy asked. “Do you know that thing?” 

“That’s…the Kyoryu Greeed, Maki Kiyoto!” 

Retsu didn’t understand what he was seeing, how was she able to change into that form? “This isn’t possible, I never coded your DNA with this Kaijin?!” 

“No, you didn’t, but you provided the roadmap that allowed me to get to this form.” Chrysalis squeezed her hand around Retsu’s fist and made the Foundation X scientist buckle to one knee. She then whipped Retsu to her left, throwing his body off to the side. 

However, Retsu summoned a double of himself that formed behind him. The double caught him and dug its heels into the floor, stopping his momentum. Retsu growled with anger as his red and blue gemstones glowed, summoning the swords of Demushu and Nazca, while also drawing on their strength and speed. With a single step, both Retsus dashed across the platform to engage with Chrysalis. But yet again, Chrysalis’ body erupted with emerald flames and her body shifted again, and when it did, Retsu felt his body grow extremely heavy to the point that it was like moving through molasses. 

The new form of Chrysalis was white and gold, with a red cape that fluttered in the crosswinds generated by the sudden stop of the two Retsu. Double, rather, Shotaro and Phillip recognized this new form, and they weren’t happy about it. 

“That’s…” Shotaro began.

“Utopia!” Phillip finished. 

Chrysalis flicked her wrist downward, forcing the Retsus to go flat onto the ground. With another flick, Chrysalis sent the two flying into the air. The Changeling Queen changed her form again, and this time it was Gentaro who recognized this new form. It was black, gold, orange, and red, and had a roman centurion look to it, along with a crossbow-like weapon attached to its left arm. 

“Sagittarius!” Gentaro exclaimed. 

Sagittarius created a bowstring made of orange light, she then drew that bowstring and released several arrows, Apostles, that homed onto the two Retsus. The dozen arrows struck the Retsus, exploding in midair, both Retsu fell to the platform and forced the two to merge back into one Retsu. The Foundation X scientist’s blue gem shined as he channeled the Greeed, Mezool, and transformed his body into water to try and advance on Chrysalis. 

The Queen scoffed as her body shifted for a fourth time, now she was something else. A green and gold, almost insect-like body, wielding a halberd-ax in her right hand. Kouta knew this one, one of the Inves Overlords. 

“Redyue!” Kouta gasped.

Redyue raised her weapon and struck the butt of the halberd against the platform, she then focused the soundwaves towards the water, raising their frequency to the point that it would cause intense pain. The soundwaves struck the water form of Retsu, making him stop his advance and change back into his solid form, on his knees and gripping his head with pain. 

“Let’s end this shall we?” 

Chrysalis changed for a fifth time, now her body was white, with a purple stone at the center of this new body. Haruto knew this form well and was loathed to see it again, clenching his fists as he spoke its name, “Carbuncle…”

The Phantom reached out with both of its hands, purple energy covered them and then that energy shot towards Retsu. The human turned Kaijin locked up as he felt his body grow weaker, the crystals on his chest were going dimmer and dimmer, until Retsu was forced to change back into his original human form just as Chrysalis shut off her attack. 

Retsu panted, both exhausted and in pain from the battle. “You…how dare you backstab me you insignificant bug!” 

Chrysalis returned to her Changeling Kaijin form, and strutted towards Retsu slowly, deliberately, and with all due confidence. “Oh, don’t be mad, Retsu, you should be proud of yourself. You created a powerful Kaijin, one that will eventually topple all others in every world. I’d say you’ve completed your greatest work, and now you can die knowing you accomplished something great.” 

Retsu reached into his lab coat and took out the same device he used to see the outside and inside of their ship. He switched the screen over to something else that made Chrysalis tilt her head curiously. “Did you honestly think that I wouldn’t have a contingency plan?! Did you really think I trusted a creature like you?!”

Chrysalis took a step back. “What are you saying?” 

Retsu stood up and began chuckling darkly. “I figured you might try and betray me. I never believed for a second that you didn’t have an ulterior motive! So, I implanted a device in your body when I was working on you, one that will kill you the moment I activate it!” 

Chrysalis had a panicked look on her face as she began to pat down her body, as if trying to find the device. 

“DON’T!” Twilight shouted.

“Bye, bye,” said Retsu as he pressed the button on the device. 

Chrysalis’ clutched at where her heart would be, fell to her knees and took one last breath before she plopped onto the floor, completely still, and when she did, the Elements fell from her telekinetic grasp a few feet away from her. 

“Hahahahaahahahaahahahaha! HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT YOU STUPID BUG!” Retsu shouted as he kicked Chrysalis’ body in the side. “THOUGHT YOU WERE SMARTER THAN ME?! I GAVE YOU YOUR POWER! I GAVE YOU NEW LIFE, AND I CAN TAKE IT AWAY!”

Fluttershy had to look away, she never thought a creature could be so cruel as to take joy in ending someone’s life. Rainbow Dash and Applejack had no words to express what they just saw, and Pinkie was just as silent. Rarity found the display more than vulgar, more than cruel. The Riders, unfortunately, had seen such things before, but that didn’t mean it was easy to witness. 

Retsu walked towards the Riders and ponies, stopping about halfway when he said, “OH DON’T GET SO WEEPY OVER HER! You can admit it, you’re glad she’s dead!”

“Actually, Retsu, I’m not.” 

Retsu felt his blood run cold as he slowly turned around, and much to his and the heroes’ surprise, Chrysalis stood up, alive and well. “H-H-H-HOW?!”

“I know my own body, Retsu. Changelings have an innate knowledge of all their body parts, we have to if we want to mimic whoever and whatever we want. So, when I felt something off inside my body, I immediately removed it,” Chrysalis explained. 

“H-How long–?!”

“How long ago have I known? Almost an hour or two after you were finished enhancing me. It was then that I realized you had planned to kill me at some point, and with that knowledge, I decided to turn the tables on you before that happened. So I ripped it out of my body, painful, but thanks to what you did to me, I was able to heal very quickly.” Chrysalis used her telekinetic magic to grab Retsu and bring him towards her, at the same time, she extended her left forearm blade, and at that exact moment, Retsu was impaled on it as Chrysalis held him in place. “But I’ll be honest, I had planned on double crossing you from the beginning, that device just cemented my resolve to do so. Now, begone.” 

Chrysalis whipped her left hand towards the reactor and flung Retsu in that direction, releasing him from her telekinetic hold as she let gravity do the rest of the work, and as he flew, Retsu could only yell, “CHRYSALIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS…!!!” Before his voice went silent, no doubt continuing to fall, if there was a thud, it was drowned out by the whirring of the reactor. 

“How…How could you do that?!” Twilight asked. 

“Easy, I just threw him.” 

“He did all this to help you! And you just kill him, you bad guys really don’t know what ‘loyalty’ means!” Rainbow Dash accused. 

Chrysalis chuckled. “Of course, we do, I just prefer it to be me and me alone, out of fear of what will happen when you don’t follow my orders. Besides, he planned to use that device on me, I’d be a fool to trust someone like that.” 

“You really are a monster, aren’t you Chrysalis,” said Twilight. 

The Changeling Queen laughed loudly as she said, “Monster? Oh no, let me show you a real monster!”

A burst of emerald flames surrounded Chrysalis, raging with more ferocity than before. Within the flames, Chrysalis underwent a new transformation, within seconds, her exoskeleton morphed, twisted, and reformed, different energies began to surround her and infuse into her body. When the flames died down, the six Element Bearers and five Kamen Riders witnessed a form more striking than anything they’ve ever seen. 

Chrysalis had fused the forms of all five of each of the Kamen Riders’ worst enemies, Carbuncle, Utopia, Redyue, Kyoryu, and Sagittarius. The new creature was a mixture of colors, white, green, black, blue-purple, and gold. Upon its left arm was the crossbow weapon of Sagittarius, the Gilgamesh, which was colored black and gold. The right arm was mostly white, with a green shield-like armor piece around the forearm, and purple claw tipped fingers on both hands. The center of its chest had a purple circle gemstone, and its waist was a makeshift belt that had a crystal with shifting colors of blue and yellow. Intricate lines of gold formed different mosaic-like designs on her body, while also defining the contours and grooves of Chrysalis’ body. 

Around Chrysalis’ legs were golden boots with a skull design of an ancient creature molded onto it, and on the outer ankles were wings designs. Two long spikes around from the collar bone and angled backwards like shark fins. On her shoulders were pauldrons, gold in color, with red flames coming out the sides of them. Around her waist was a kilt, on the front was the design of Chrysalis in a triumphant pose, standing above all her fallen foes. Her face managed to maintain an insectoid mandible-like appearance, like that of Redyue, but its eyes were a green visor. On the sides of her face were armored plates that rose outwards like wings, while on her head her black horn stood proudly, along with a newly formed golden, regal crown. 

This amalgamation wasn’t just fearsome to look at, but it also radiated the power of the five combined strongest foes the assembled Riders had ever faced. “Now, THIS is a monster.” 

All five Riders glanced at each other and nodded. They broke away from the six mares and stood in front of them, forming a protective line. 

“What are y’all doin’?!” Applejack asked. 

“Chrysalis turned into some of the worst enemies we’ve fought against, better we take care of this ourselves,” said Haruto. 

“You six have been through enough already, it’s time we did our job and protect you!” Gentaro stated. 

Eiji looked at Kouta and asked, “You ready to do this Kouta?” 

“Yeah, I have to be, I may be the newest Rider here, but I won’t drag you guys down!”

“Let’s go all out!” said Shotaro and Philip together. 

The Xtreme Memory smashed its why into the reactor room and flew around Philip, they both summoned the Double Driver, and held their respective Gaia Memories. Eiji pulled out his three purple Core Medals, Gentaro produced his Cosmic Switch, Haurto put on his Infinity Ring, and Kouta readied the Kachidoki Lockseed.

CYCLONE!

Phillip pushed the Cyclone Memory into the right side of the Driver, and immediately it transported itself to Shotaro’s belt. The ifeminite man’s body went limp, but the Xtreme Memory quickly released a beam that drew him into it and then began hovering around Shotaro. 

JOKER! 

Shotaro placed the Joker Memory into the left slot and said, “Henshin!” just as he pushed the two sides apart and activated the transformation. Within seconds an electrical field was generated around him, creating Kamen Rider Double pushed both sides of the Driver so that they were pointed back up, sending dual beams of light of green and purple, at the same time, the Xtreme Memory flew down, following those beams of light and docked with the Driver. Double placed both hands on both sides of the Xtreme Memory’s wings and pushed it open. 

XTREME!

Strange symbols and circles of light gathered around Double, the dual Rider placed both hands at the dividing silver line running down the middle of his body and pulled at it, and in so doing, the armor changed, revealing the Crystal Server, the helmet grew extra pieces to form an “X” on its face. Double had achieved his final form, Kamen Rider Double CycloneJokerXtreme. In their left hand formed a shield, the Prism Bicker, and with their right hand, they drew the sword that was in the Bicker and pointed it at Chrysalis, stating in one voice, “Now, count up your sins!” 

Eiji placed the three Core Medals into his belt, each a different shade of purple, and each etched with the visage of an ancient animal, the dinosaurs. He took the scanner and passed it over all three of the Medals. 

PTERA! TRICERA! TYRANNO!

“Henshin!”

The three symbols of the medals overlapped and formed one single image that passed over Eiji. The armor quickly formed as purple energy construct wings flared from the back, as well as a purple construct tail, and a small area of cold ice formed below his feet. 

PU-TO-TYRANNOSAURUS!

When the light and ice faded away, Eiji had entered his final form. The tri colored armor was one single color of purple, with flared wings on the side of the helmet called the External Fins, shoulder pauldrons had a single horn-like protrusion known as the Wind Stingers, and two wing-like flaps on the back of the armor. Eiji had entered his strongest and most dangerous form, Kamen Rider OOO PuToTyra Combo. OOO took a few calming breaths as he stood tall and pointed his finger at Chrysalis and proclaimed, “My desire, is to defeat you!” 

Gentaro flipped all four switches on the Fourze Driver and took his stance.

“Henshin!”

A mechanical ring appeared over Gentaro and materialized his armor. Fourze inserted the Cosmic Switch into the far right slot, when it was in, the top opened up and revealed a red button. In many cases, pushing the big red button wasn’t a good thing, but in this case, it was the exact thing that needed to be done, so Fourze pushed it. 

COSMIC ON!

All of the various Switches that Fourze used in his armaments and form changes began to swirl around him, and then all them merged onto his armor, transforming into a completely different form. The rocket design of Fourze’s helmet was more defined, his armor color changed to blue, and his chest plate was black, segmented into four parts, and displaying of the different numbered switches. In Fourze’s right hand was the Barizun Sword, which looked like a rocket ship had been stuck onto a sword hilt. This was Kamen Rider Fourze Cosmic States. 

Fourze began to bring his arms in and crouch low before shooting up and shouting, “IT’S SPACE TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIMMMMMMMMMMMME!!!” Fourze gripped the Barizun Sword with both hands and finished by saying, “Now let’s do this mano-a-mano!”

SHABADOOBIE, TOUCH TO HENSHIN!

SHABADOOBIE, TOUCH TO HENSHIN! 

Haruto took his left hand and placed it over the Hand Author as the Infinity Ring glowed bright. 

“Henshin!”

INFINITY, PLEASE!

A dragon made of crystal flew up into the air and around Haruto. That same dragon circled around and into the Driver, creating a magic circle that started at the bottom of Haruto’s feet and began moving upwards as brilliant crystals danced around him. 

FIRE, WATER, WIND, EARTH!

BURN, BUBBLE, BLOW, RUMBLE!

When the circle rose all the way up, Haruto had entered his final form. It was shiny silver and light blue armor, the face of the Infinity Ring now matched his helmet, and in his right hand was Wizard’s new weapon called Axcalibur. Wizard’s most powerful form, Kamen Rider Wizard Infinity Style. “I will become the final hope!” 

Kouta pressed the button on the Lockseed and placed it into the Sengoku Driver. 

KACHIDOKI!

LOCK ON!

“Henshin!”

Kouta pushed down on the Cutting Blade lever, “slicing” into the Lockseed, opening it, and activating it. A zipper appeared over Kouta’s head, that zipper then unzipped and revealed another dimension, from that hole in space a large, orange colored metal sphere descended from it. Kouta was donned in the first layer of armor, allowing the second armor to drop onto Kouta’s head, which then began forming over him, creating a new armor. 

SOIYA! KACHIDOKI ARMS! IZA SHUTSUJIN! EI! EI! OH!

The armor made Gaim look like a heavily armored samurai, two flags were mounted onto his back, bearing the insignia of Gaim, and in the crest on Gaim’s helmet chest, becoming more jagged, the helmet taking on the look of a traditional samurai helmet. In Gaim’s right hand was his new weapon that was granted to him by the Kachidoki Lockseed, the Hinawadaidai-Dj-Ju or the DJ Gun, as it was also called. Kouta, being the newest of the assembled Kamen Riders, had not obtained his final form, and therefore had to use his super form, Kamen Rider Gaim Kachidoki Arms. “This is our stage now!”

The Element Bearers’ mouths gaped in awe at what they just witnessed. Twilight had the privilege to witness the Riders change armors before, but this was on a whole other level, she could practically feel the power that emanated off the five heroes before her. Despite not being able to sense what Twilight could, seeing the Riders change into the forms which were the apex of their power made Rainbow, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie’s hearts swell with newfound hope. 

That hope connected to the five Elements of Harmony that were left on the floor, causing them to rise and fly straight for their original Bearers. Each of the five snapped around their necks, upon doing so, the crystals on the Elements began to glow, coating the five mares in auras of magical energy. 

“W-What’s going on?!” Rainbow asked. 

“I…I think the Elements want us to fight too,” Twilight theorized. 

Surprisingly, Fluttershy took the first step forward and stood next to OOO. “I’m sorry, but I can’t forgive Chrysalis for what she’s done, not only to her ally, but also for making me kill my own friend!” 

Rarity did the same, standing next to Wizard. “I completely agree with you, Darling.”

Applejack marched up next to Gaim and nodded to the young Rider before adding, “Don’t think we’re just gonna stand on the sidelines and let y’all do all the work.” 

Rainbow hovered over by Double’s right shoulder. “What kind of friends would we be – what kind of heroes would we be – if we just let you guys do all the heavy lifting?” 

Pinkie Pie skipped to Fourze and stated, “Yeah! We can’t just sit on our tushies and let Chrysalis do whatever she wants and hurt everyone!” 

Twilight walked until she was at the head of the group, she looked over her shoulder at the Riders and her friends as she announced, “I’m a Princess of Equestria, and one of its protectors. I will fight alongside you brave heroes, all of you! Until the end!” 

The Riders knew that there was no way to sway them from doing so, and honestly, after seeing what Chrysalis was now, having the magic of their Elements was just one more thing to help them all survive this battle. 

“Well then, Kamen Riders, Elements of Harmony, come and fight me! Make this your glorious last stand against me, so that when it’s over, I can tell a great tale to all those who would refuse to bow down to me!” Chrysalis taunted. 

Twilight made the first move, charging magical energy into her horn and firing it in the form of a large beam blast. The Queen of the Changelings raised her right hand and formed a violet shield that blocked the attack, and with that same hand, she clenched it into a fist. The result canceled out Twilight’s attack, changing the mana energy into particles that were dispersed into the ether. However, this was just a distraction as Rainbow Dash and Double charged in from opposite sides. The red aura around her concentrated into her Rainbow’s wings, creating a wing-blade construct around them. Rainbow slashed with her left wing-blade, while Double slashed with their Prism Sword. 

However, Chrysalis, formed a dome shield around herself just as their blades struck. Double and Rainbow pushed against the shield, trying to pierce it. Inside the dome, Chrysalis crossed her arms and chuckled at the futility of the pegasus and dual Rider trying to breach her barrier. “Come now, is that all you’ve got?” 

“YOU WITCH! COME ON OUT AND FIGHT LIKE A MARE!” Rainbow shouted. 

“Break my shield and I will.”

“Challenge accepted!” Gaim answered as he took off the Kachidoki Lockseed from the Sengoku Driver and attached it onto the DJ Gun. 

LOCK ON!

Gaim placed both hands on the DJ Gun as the muzzle of the weapon began to charge with orange colored energy. The energy built up more and more by the second until it was a sphere of vermillion power the size of a cannonball. Meanwhile, Fourze activated the Launcher Switch in his Fourze Driver and then pressed the Number 20 symbol on his chest. 

LAUNCHER ON!

FIRE ON!

KACHIDOKI CHARGE!

Rainbow and Double retreated from the area, just as a missile launcher pod appeared on Fourze’s right leg. The pod launched several missiles that were coated in raging flames just as the cannonball of energy fired from Gaim’s DJ Gun. The two attacks struck against Chrysalis’ shield, multiple explosions went off around it, shaking the very room with tremendous force. Cracks started to form on the barrier that made Chrysalis give a little shrug at the damage, however, it was at that moment that another of the heroes made themselves known. 

Applejack jumped into the air and cocked back her right hoof, at the same time, Rarity used her magic to form a diamond gauntlet around her friend’s hoof and infused it with her own Elemental power. Applejack released a war cry as she smashed her hoof against the barrier, focusing her magic and gauntlet to triple her strength and drive it further. The cracks in the barrier spread out at a rapid pace until the entire dome shattered like glass, Applejack smirked at their achievement, but that victory was short lived. 

“You managed to break it, now I’ll fight.”

Chrysalis thrust out her right hand and grabbed Applejack by the throat. She squeezed the Earth pony mare’s trachea, making the orange pony thrash in her grasp. Applejack wasn’t one to give up so easily, she wrapped her forelegs around Chrysalis’ arm, and swung her lower body upwards, throwing an apple bucking kick to Chrysalis’ forearm. The impact was thunderous as the enhanced strength of Applejack made Chrysalis flinch with a small amount of pain from the blow, but that was all that was needed to make Chrysalis loosen her grip a little, and allow Applejack to drop from her grasp. The Changeling Queen went to strike Applejack, but Fluttershy swiftly flew in and projected her aura to form a barrier around herself and Applejack.

Chrysalis’ fist rebounded against the barrier, allowing OOO to come in from above, wielding his Medagabryu, a silver, black, and purple ax weapon. The shapeshifting creature brought her arms up into an “X” and caught the bladed weapon in the crook of that “X” formation. She was forced back a bit as OOO growled fiercely at her, but Chrysalis released a burst of violet energy, forcing OOO to back away, the selfless Rider flipped in midair and landed on his feet, and without missing a beat, reengaged Chrysalis. 

The Super Changeling formed construct swords of violet energy as she began dueling OOO, each strike causing sparks to fly from the contact of their weapons. Chrysalis blocked OOO’s down swing with her left sword, and with her right she slashed OOO across the chest. Sparks flew OOO’s armor as he took a step back, allowing Chrysalis to strike again and again in quick succession, more sparks danced in the air as OOO received more damage. Chrysalis was about to slash again, but something prevented her from doing so. 

BIND, PLEASE!

Diamond chains appeared out of nowhere and wrapped themselves around Chrysalis’ wrists. Wizard came running in, his right hand over the Hand Author of his Driver, showing that he was the cause of the bindings. Wizard stood next to OOO and both readied their weapons, charging a bit of energy into them to attack her with a power slash. But Chrysalis wasn’t fazed, she sent a surge of her own energy into the chains and shattered them into pieces, from there, she began her fight with the two Riders. Blades met blades as they slashed, parried, and dodged, Chrysalis twirled her swords around then released them, letting them spin in midair. With a flick of her hands, the spinning blades launched themselves towards OOO and Wizard. The two Riders used the powered slashes to counter the spinning blades, but the moment they made contact the blades exploded and made them recoil. 

Chrysalis dashed forward and kneed Wizard in the stomach, spun around and delivered a backhand to the right side of OOO’s helmet. The Changeling Queen dropped low and swept their legs with a kick, making them fall, and in one swift motion, Chrysalis slammed her hands into their chests. Balls of energy formed in her palms and exploded, sending OOO and Wizard flying backwards. She watched as the two Riders bounced on the floor before coming to a rolling stop, Chrysalis was about to give chase before something else got in her way. 

“Hey, Chrissy! I got a present for you!” Pinkie announced as she pointed down. 

Chrysalis glanced at her feet and saw a powder blue glowing orb with a white light-like string sticking out of it. The string sparked as if it were a fuse and was getting shorter by the second. Chrysalis looked back up and asked, “How did – When did you–?” Although when she did look back, Pinkie was yards away. “Right…the pink one.”

The bomb exploded in front of Chrysalis sending the Changeling Queen up into the air, she flared her wings and gave herself an aerial view of the battlefield, she took note of all her opponents, but when she did, she counted only ten. 

“Wait, where’s–?” 

A burst of magical energy slammed into Chrysalis’ back throwing her back down onto the floor. The beam didn’t let up as Twilight Sparkle rained down fury upon Chrysalis, hitting her with a volley of mana blasts from different angles while still pouring down the beam she was hitting Chrysalis with. Twilight finally cut off her attack, panting heavily from the exertion of her magical power, but it seemed it managed to keep Chrysalis down. Her hopes were dashed when she witnessed the Changeling Queen rise up from her onslaught and dusted herself off as if she hadn’t even taken damage, and from the looks of the insectoid shapeshifter, she didn’t. 

“Well, that was fun, but I think it’s time we wrapped this up.”

Chrysalis pointed her right hand into the air, Twilight felt a powerful force wrap around her body and pull her down. The alicorn was slammed against the metal floor, making Twilight cry out in pain from the impact. Double and Rainbow Dash shot off towards Chrysalis to defend Twilight, but Chrysalis used her telekinetic power to raise Twilight up and bring the alicorn right in front of her, using the young alicorn as shield. Rainbow and Double stopped for fear of hurting Twilight, which was all the hesitation Chrysalis needed. Using her telekinetic power, she flung Twilight towards Double and Rainbow. 

“I got ya Twi!” Rainbow stated as she flew to grab her friend. 

The prismatic pegasus’ eyes widened when she saw that Chrysalis was coming in right behind her to attack. Rainbow took Twilight into her forelegs and rolled them around so that her back was facing Chrysalis. The insectoid monster fired a burst of violet flames right for Rainbow Dash, her aura managed to protect Twilight from a majority of the damage, however, the resulting explosion sent both of them flying back to where the skirmish first started. The two ponies rolled on the floor, with Rainbow still clinging to Twilight, doing all she could to protect her friend. 

Twilight groaned as she supported herself on her forelegs and looked to her friend. “Rainbow Dash!”

“Heh…well…that hurt,” Rainbow groaned painfully. 

Double wasn’t about to fare any better as a circle of flames formed beneath them. Chrysalis raised her index and middle fingers upwards, and in response a pillar of magically infused fire rose from underneath Double, an explosion occurred within the pillar and threw the dual hero back as several sparks were let off from their armor. Fourze pressed on the Number 1 symbol on his chest plate and produced the Rocket Switch, he pulled on the lever of his Barizun Sword, causing the rocket to split apart and reveal the sword blade hidden within. The space Rider placed the Rocket Switch into the hilt of the sword and pressed the button. 

ROCKET ON!

Following that, Fourze pressed the Number 10 symbol on his chest plate. 

ELEC ON!

This caused the rocket pack on Fourze’s back to ignite, lifting him off the ground as he got into a hover, while also charging the sword blade with electrical energy. Rarity brought forth several diamond shards into existence, while Pinkie somehow summoned more of her blue power bombs. Wizard took out his Copy Wizard Ring and placed his right hand over the Hand Author of his Driver.

In an instant, four Wizards now stood shoulder to shoulder. Rarity focused more of her diamond Element magic onto the ax blades of the Wizards’ weapons, giving them not only a sharper edge but a power boost. Pinkie and Rarity launched their attacks as pink bombs and diamond shards hurled themselves straight for Chrysalis. The shapeshifter only scoffed as she drew on the bowstring of the Gilgamesh and released several dozen Apostle arrows. The arrows met the bombs and diamonds in the air and exploded on impact, filling the space with smoke.

Flashes of light went off inside the smoke as it bellowed around Chrysalis. The four Wizards raised their axes and prepared to strike Chrysalis down, but Chrysalis could sense their mana, she quickly thrust her left hand through the chest of one of the Wizards and siphoned its mana until it disappeared. She dodged an overhead strike from another before wrapping her hand around his neck and draining the copy until it was nothing. With two Wizards left, they backed away just as Fourze rocketed in and slashed Chrysalis across her chest with an electrified sword slash, sparks flew from her body from the attack, catching her off guard, and allowing Fourze to make several more successive hits. The remaining two Wizards dashed forward, one slashed at her back, but the second wasn’t as lucky as Chrysalis caught him with a telekinetic force hold and then drained this one’s mana until it too disappeared. 

The damage that was dealt to her was instantly healed thanks to the intake of power from the copies. Power that she was happy to return to her opponents in spades. Chrysalis spun in place and created a black tornado with violet lightning that sucked in Wizard and Fourze, the lightning raged all throughout the room, causing explosion after explosion. A large bolt of violet lightning came screeching towards Pinkie and Rarity, Fluttershy flew with all due haste and formed her barrier once again. The bolt of lightning crashed against her shield like a runaway freight train, causing Fluttershy’s entire body to erupt with pain as she struggled to keep the barrier up. 

“Hold on, Darling, I’ve got you!” 

Thinking quickly, Rarity used her power to form a secondary shield of diamonds around the three of them. 

“It’s…too…much…!” Fluttershy strained. 

The barrier could not withstand anymore as the lightning bolt broke through the first shield layer and now dug into the second. Two more bolts joined the primary one and at last it pierced the shield, exploding it and sending the three mares onto the floor, their bodies wracked with pain as the malevolent lightning surged through their bodies. That same lightning was doing a number on the two Riders within the tornado, hitting them from all angles as sparks erupted from their armor. Fourze and Wizard were then spat out by the column of wind to join their pony companions on the floor in defeat. 

When the winds died down, Applejack galloped at full speed, channeling her magical Element power into her forelegs to boost her already impressive strength in preparation for her attack. Meanwhile, OOO had flown down below and back up to get behind Chrysalis, he saw Applejack on her way to attack and believed now was the time, there was no way Chrysalis could block an attack from the front and back at the same time. OOO flew down hurriedly, brandishing the Medagabryu as he readied to practically lob off Chrysalis’ head. The Changeling Queen didn’t bother to move as she watched Applejack get closer, while behind her, OOO raised his ax to deliver the decisive blow. 

“This is for mah friends and Equestria!” Applejack declared as she hopped up and threw a punch with her right hoof. 

But the moment she did, Applejack found her hoof going right through Chrysalis. There was no resistance whatsoever, it was if she had just punched the air. OOO saw what happened and slammed on the proverbial airbrakes, Applejack looked up and was shocked to see OOO coming in for an attack, too fast for Applejack to dodge. Thankfully, OOO managed to stop the attack, the blade resting an inch away from the mare’s snout. 

“That was close…”

“Y-Yeah…real close partner.” 

Just then, a shrill sonic blast hit both Applejack and OOO. OOO released his Medagabryu as he fell to his knees, and Applejack collapsed onto the floor, both holding their heads as the sonic attack made their heads feel like they were going to split open. They managed to catch a glimpse of Chrysalis fading into existence a few feet away from where her illusion was, her horn was glowing green and vibrating, showing that she was the producer of the pain inducing sound. 

“Not a fan of my tunes? But I thought you ponies enjoyed a good musical number? Oh well, can’t please everyone.” Chrysalis let her dark energy flow into her right fist and then slammed it onto the floor. 

The result created a power wave, hitting both of them like a whole fleet of semi-trucks going full throttle, and like the others, the Rider and pony were thrown onto the floor, joining the rest of their friends, leaving only Gaim still standing, and a weakened Twilight Sparkle struggling to get back onto her hooves. 

Kouta wasn’t going to lie, he was scared, he was the newest Rider among them, and Chrysalis just beat all four of his sempais like they were nothing, even at the height of their power, they were no match against her. In fact, Kouta would go as far as to say that she was stronger than the Inves Overlords, and he, and the rest of the Armored Riders of his world, were already having trouble fighting against them and Helheim, so what chance did he have against his literal monster? He began to shake a little, but Kouta took another look around, the ponies who were used by Foundation X and now freed from their control, and the newly dubbed princess who summoned them here. They were counting on the Riders to help them, to save their lives and this world. 

Gaim shook off his nerves and drew his Musou Saber. He flipped the DJ Gun around and combined it with the Musou Saber, allowing him to use the DJ Gun’s Taiken Mode. “You’re not going to win, Chrysalis!” Gaim declared as he placed the Kachidoki Lockseed back onto the DJ. 

LOCK ON!

1, 10, 100, 1,000, 10,000, 100,000,000, 1,000,000,000,000, MURYŌDAISŪ: KACHIDOKI CHARGE!

The blade of the DJ Gun ignited with orange flames, Gaim let loose a battle cry as he charged for Chrysalis. The Queen of the Changelings decided to meet the attack head on and formed a large sword construct made of violet energy and flames. The two attacks met in the middle, creating a powerful shockwave that rocked the entire room. Gaim pushed against Chrysalis’ blade, using all his might to win this for his friends, for this world, for all their worlds. Chrysalis did not flinch before this attack, as powerful as it was, it was no match for her. To show just how futile Gaim’s efforts were, she parried the blade upwards, and slashed horizontally. The construct blade pierced through the DJ Gun, slicing it in half before it exploded into pieces before Gaim. 

Undeterred, Gaim reached behind his back and brandished his Kachidoki Bata. The twin flags energized with blazing energy as Gaim began his attack on Chrysalis, slashing downwards with the first flag and then up with the next, but the Changeling Queen was still too quick for Gaim to land a decisive blow on her. 

“Just give up already, Rider, this whole fight is pointless.” 

“Maybe to you! But not to ME!”

Gaim thrust forward with his flag, his speed, somehow, increasing to the point that his thrust caught Chrysalis off guard. The attack grazed her right cheek, burning her and making the insect hiss with pain. Chrysalis growled angrily as she slapped both of Gaim’s flags from his hands with her sword and followed up with a few quick slashes. Sparks flew from his armor with each hit before she kicked Gaim away from her, making the Armored Rider skid backwards until he fell on one knee before his allies. 

“Look at all of you, this is what the ‘Magic of Friendship’ gets you. You’ve become weak, all of you, relying on your so called ‘friends’ for help instead of relying on your own strength! Look at the power I’ve received, not by trusting, but by manipulation. And with a little experimentation, that ‘friendship’ was turned on its head and made you all enemies, heck, one of you even killed one of your friends!” 

Fluttershy whimpered a little at the memory still fresh in her mind. 

“All that really matters in the end, is POWER! Power to make anyone and anything bend to YOUR will. All creatures fear power, no matter who wields it, and bow their heads before it! Friendship is nothing but a crutch, because in the end, they’ll betray you, and you’ll be weaker when it happens. But it makes it much easier to do the backstabbing when you yourself were never trusting to begin with! Face it, all of you, you’ve lost! Where is your ‘Magic of Friendship’ now?! Now when you are all inches away from death, tell me, what’s so great about relying on weak friends that only make you weaker?!” 

Kouta (Gaim), thought back to the time before Zawame City was overrun with the threat of Helheim. All his friends, dancing and having fun, having good times and bad. Even the most recent of days, when no one believed him that Yggdrasil was going to cull the human race in an effort to stop the invasion of Helheim, his friends stood by him, Mai, Mitsuzane, Kaito, Team Gaim, the Beat Riders, at one point enemies, but now were allies, friends. It was friendship that made them stronger, their bonds that allowed them to stand up against the harshness of the world, including the revelation of Kouta accidentally ending the life of a friend he was searching for. In hindsight, it was probably a mercy killing, Yuya was trapped in the form of an Inves, with no control over his actions he could seriously hurt people. Kouta would never know if Yuya was grateful for his actions, or was spiteful, but if Yuya had asked, for his friend, Kouta would’ve ended his suffering, and freed him from that prison. 

“I feel sorry for you, Chrysalis…”

The Changeling Queen looked at Gaim as if he had grown a second head. “Excuse me, YOU feel sorry for ME?”

Gaim managed to stand up as he stared down his foe. “You’ve never known what it’s like to have a friend, someone you can rely on and trust. You think having friends makes us weak, but you couldn’t be more wrong! Having friends gives us something to fight for, not just things or for power’s sake, but when you fight for your friends, for the lives of others, it makes you stronger than anything or anyone!” Gaim pointed his finger at Chrysalis as he continued, “That power you wield is as hollow as you are, Chrysalis, and it’s nothing compared to the power we wield! So, in a way, I actually pity you! Because you’ll never understand what the Magic of Friendship really is!”

Twilight smiled upon hearing Kouta’s speech, somehow, it reinvigorated her deep inside. 

Chrysalis’ face morphed into a furious expression as her dark power bellowed from her body. “YOU PITY ME?! HOLLOW POWER?!” The Changeling Queen raised both hands above her as she created a massive ball of dark energy. “TELL ME, RIDER, IS THIS HOLLOW?!!!” Chrysalis roared as she hurled the sphere right at Gaim. 

“KOUTA!” Twilight shouted as she dashed with all her might towards the Armored Rider, her horn glowing with built up magic. 

Twilight finally made it to his side, but now she didn’t know what to do. Her magic power was low, not strong enough to fire a counter beam, not strong enough to form a shield, and definitely not strong enough to teleport any of them anywhere. Even still, Twilight wasn’t going anywhere, and neither was Kouta. They would stand their ground to the bitter end no matter what happened. 

Just then, something strange occurred. Twilight’s magic and the Kachidoki Lockseed began to resonate with each other. Time began to slow to a grinding halt as the energy sphere just hung in the air, with Chrysalis seemingly frozen in place. Twilight and Gaim glanced over their shoulders and saw that their friends were also frozen, in various states of panic at seeing the huge ball of dark energy approaching their two friends. 

“W-What’s going on, Twilight?” Gaim asked. 

“I-I don’t–”

Before Twilight could answer, a bright flash of white light blinded them.  

Kouta and Twilight found themselves in an ethereal plain, soft blues, greens, white colors made up the dream-like landscape of the world they were in. Orbs of white light drifted around them, dancing like leaves in the wind. For some reason, Kouta was no longer in his Rider form, but his Sengoku Driver had the Kachidoki Lockseed still attached to it. 

“Where…Where are we?” Kouta asked.

“I…I think I recognize this place…Yes, yes, this is…I was brought to this place when I made my ascension! Where I became an alicorn! B-But why are we here?” Twilight pondered. 

Suddenly, Twilight’s chest began to glow as the six-pointed star that symbolized her cutie mark and the Element of Magic appeared. At the same time, the Kachidoki Lockseed started to glow brighter to match the glow on Twilight’s chest. From those respective lights shot forth beams that met at the center, their combined power began to form something. After a few seconds more, the object fully materialized, revealing – to Kouta’s surprise – a new Lockseed, one that he had never seen before. It was golden colored, with different colored fruits molded on top of it. 

“How is this possible?” Kouta asked. 

Twilight smiled as she gently placed her hoof atop of Kouta’s right hand. “The Magic of Friendship.”

Kouta smiled warmly at the young alicorn before a bright light shined forth from the new Lockseed. 

Twilight and Gaim found themselves back where they once were. Twilight and Gaim noticed that the dark energy ball was slowly starting to move again as time resumed its natural course. Thinking quickly, Gaim pressed the button on the new Lockseed. 

FRUIT BASKET!

At that moment, several zippers appeared overhead, and in the next second unzipped. The massive ball of dark energy finally hit its mark and exploded violently before the eyes of the five Element Bearers and the five Riders. Tears formed in the eyes of the mares while the Riders released a few curses and beat their fists against the floor. Chrysalis smiled with sadistic glee at having finally ended the life of Twilight Sparkle, the one responsible for ruining her initial plans to take over Equestria. She was miffed that she hadn’t gotten to kill her, especially after hearing one of the corrupted Element Bearers did it, so it was satisfying that she was able to do it with her own hands. 

“Thus, marks the end of Twilight Sparkle.” 

“I don’t think so, Chrysalis.” 

Chrysalis’ eyes widened as she saw the smoke clear, revealing several fruit shaped armor modules hovering around Twilight and Gaim. The Sengoku Driver morphed, changing to create a slot for the new Lockseed to be placed into. Twilight stood back and gave Gaim room to do his thing, with Twilight at a safe distance, Gaim inserted the Lockseed into the new slot and turned the dial on the side, opening the new Lockseed. 

LOCK OPEN!

KIWAMI ARMS! DAI! DAI! DAI! DAI! DAI SHOGUN!

The different fruit armor modules floated around Gaim and then merged with his armor, the orange armor plates jettisoned themselves off and revealed Gaim’s final form. The armor was silver in color, with a black chest plate with pictures of different colored fruit painted onto it. His helmet was reminiscent of a shogun’s helm, with a visor that was multicolored to match that of the different fruits on his chest plate, upon his back was a red and black cape that bellowed in the breeze generated by the disengaged armor. This was Kamen Rider Gaim Kiwami Arms. 

“What just happened?” Rainbow asked. 

“I don’t know, but whatever it is, it’s really shiny,” said Pinkie and she put on a pair of sunglasses. 

“It’s a miracle, that’s what it is,” said Applejack. 

“I’m inclined to agree, Darling,” Rarity added. 

“Oh my, it’s…it’s beautiful,” Fluttershy commented. 

“Look, Chrysalis, this is the power you mocked, the power of the Magic of Friendship,” said Gaim. 

Chrysalis scoffed at this latest cosmetic change. “So, you changed your armor, so what?! You can be silver, gold, platinum, or periwinkle for all I care, it still won’t save you!” The Changeling Queen used her great speed to dash towards Gaim to end this once and for all. 

However, Gaim reached for the dial on the Kiwami Lockseed and twisted. 

SONIC ARROW!

A red bow with blades attached to the bow’s arms appeared before Gaim. The Armored Rider snatched the weapon with his left hand and immediately slashed, catching Chrysalis just as she got within range of his attack. The blow struck her hard, sending sparks erupting from her body and making the Queen stumble backwards. Gaim grabbed the handle on the back of the bow, drawing it back as the arrowhead glowed with stored energy. When Gaim released the handle, the bow fired off several arrows of light at Chrysalis, causing even more damage to the shapeshifter and making her go down to one knee. 

“Heh, well I’ll be damned,” said Wizard. 

“Kouta, now that’s what I’m talking about,” Fourze exclaimed proudly. 

“This is so fascinating! How did he gain this new power?! Did a resonance occur between Twilight and Kouta?! I must research this as quickly –!”

“Settle down Phillip, we’re still on the clock,” the other half of Double stated. 

“Kouta, you’ve seemed to have found your resolve,” OOO commented. 

Everyone rose from the floor, feeling more invigorated than before as the Elements Bearers and the Riders took their positions on either side of Gaim. To add to the surprises, the top of Twilight’s head began to glow, and in an instant, the Element of Magic appeared above her, and rested itself upon Twilight’s brow. At that moment, Gaim began turning the dial several more times, summoning forth even more weapons.

Applejack got the Kurumi Bombers, which were two giant fists that fit over her front hooves. Rarity obtained the Ichigo Kunai, a knife weapon with the image of a strawberry on it, an elegant weapon for an elegant lady. Fluttershy took up the Melon Defender, a large green shield, a perfect weapon to protect her friends. Pinkie Pie grabbed the Donkachi, which was a brown, metal hammer weapon, which made her think of the game whack-a-mole. Rainbow Dash grasped the Banana Spear, a weapon that she saw another of the Kamen Riders use moments ago, so she was happy she got this one as it would work well with her speed. And Twilight took the twin weapons, the Kiwi Genkirin, a pair of chakrams with the image of a kiwi slice at the center, holding them in her telekinetic magic. 

Double grabbed the Duri Noko, a pair of swords with spikes. Fourze’s weapon was the Mango Punisher, a club weapon whose business end looked like a mango fruit. Wizard wrapped his hands around the Kagematsu, a black spear with a silver blade. And last, but not least, OOO received the Budou Ryuhou, a blaster weapon that had purple grapes on the side. 

Gaim combined the Hinawadaidai-DJ-Ju (DJ Gun) and the Musou Saber together, and the Daidaimaru, a short sword with a blade that looked like a slice of orange. Joining it at the bottom of the Musou Saber’s pommel to create the strongest mode of this weapon, the Sojinto Mode. 

The Elements of Harmony resonated with these weapons, infusing them with their own magical energy, while at the same time, the energy that granted the other four Riders their power flowed into the weapons provided by Gaim.  

“Everyone, let’s do this, together!” 

“ALRIGHT!”
“ALRIGHT!”

Chrysalis’s left eye twitched in agitation, her mind was a swirling maelstrom of rage, just why weren’t these Riders and ponies unable to stay down and die? “I’LL END YOU ALL, I’LL WIPE YOU AWAY SO THAT NOT EVEN BONES ARE LEFT! IT’LL BE AS IF YOU WERE ERASED FROM EXISTENCE ITSELF!!!!”

The Changeling Queen created her black tornado once again and unleashed several lightning bolts at the heroes. But Fluttershy darted from the group and raised the Melon Defender, channeling her Element of Kindness into it to create a hexagonal shield that bared her cutie mark. The lighting struck against the shield, but the moment it did, the electrical attack was nullified, losing all momentum and power as it fizzled out into nothing. The black tornado continued to lob more and more lightning bolts, but the results were the same as before.

“You WON’T hurt my friends again!” Fluttershy declared. 

“Twilight!” Rarity called out. 

“Let’s do it!” Twilight replied. 

Twilight’s Element of Magic glowed as she channeled its power into the Kiwi Genkirin, the twin discs spun at such a rapid speed that they appeared as circles of lavender light, and just like Fluttershy, they too bore her cutie mark. Rarity concentrated and immediately, the Ichigo Kunai’s blade transformed into a diamond blade which extended further to about eight inches. Both mares, using their telekinetic magic, hurled their respective weapons through the shield, Fluttershy allowed the weapons to pass through as they made their way towards the tornado. 

As expected, the tornado swallowed them up, but they could still feel their weapons, and it was then that Rarity enacted the power of hers. The Ichigo Diamond Kunai suddenly multiplied, becoming ten, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, just continuously multiplying until they were a nice even one-hundred, even in the blackness of the swirling wind, their brilliance could still be noticed, like sparkling stars in the night sky. At the center of the tornado, Chrysalis saw them too, she didn’t know what to make of them, that is until the winds started to carry them further into the tornado. One kunai sped past her, but she narrowly managed to dodge it, however, she wasn’t as lucky with the next seven. 

Each kunai passed through the wall of wind and struck her at different points, causing sparks to erupt from her body with each strike. The kunai were getting a speed boost thanks to her tornado, she quickly erected a barrier around herself to protect herself from the constant attacks. Right at that time, the hundred kunai all stopped within the whirlwind, each of them pointed in her direction and descended upon her barrier. The kunai became brilliant streaks of light that struck the shield, like shooting stars. They kept going, not stopping, determined to get to Chrysalis no matter what, and their determination was paying off as the shield showed cracks where the lights were striking, and they were getting bigger. 

Chrysalis was having a hard time trying to keep up the tornado and lightning attack, while also defending against this multidirectional attack, but she thought she could manage it. That is until the Kiwi Genkirin came spinning in. The twin disks of light cut through the tornado and struck from two different directions, the blades grinded against the shield, making the cracks spread further until the barrier couldn’t take it anymore. A sound like the shattering of glass resounded as the streaks of light hit their marks and exploded magnificently. The tornado was disrupted, and Chrysalis was thrown from it, she rolled on the floor for a few seconds before quickly recovering and getting back to her feet. 

However, she wasn’t given much of a chance to do so as Rainbow Dash and Applejack came in next. The speedster mare became a blur of red as she thrust forward with her Banana Spear, infusing it with the Element of Loyalty’s energy as she attacked. Chrysalis tried to use her telekinetic hold on her, but Rainbow was moving too fast for her to get a beat on, she then drew back on the Gilgamesh and fired Apostle arrows to snipe her out of the air, but OOO countered. He drew back on the lever of the Budou Ryuhou and charged the weapon with his PuToTyra energy and pulled the trigger, firing several spheres of purple energy spheres that morphed into tyranno heads as they flew through the air. Each of the tyranno head beams intercepted the Apostles before they could come close to hitting Rainbow Dash, and the remaining ones rounded back and struck Chrysalis and exploded against her body. 

Rainbow took this chance and initiated her attack, she struck Chrysalis across the back and then darted away, and then doubled back and her across the shoulder. Again, and again her attacks rang true, hitting and running with such speed that the speed trails looked like the trails of an electron on an atom. Rainbow finally disengaged as Applejack came charging in, she passed by her once and the two knocked weapons together as if tagging out and tagging in. Applejack jumped up to get some height on Chrysalis, and like the others, she too focused her Element of Honesty’s magic into her Kurumi Bombers. The large fists glowed bright orange as Applejack unleashed a flurry of punches that rained down on the Changeling Queen as constructs. Chrysalis recoiled as each punch was landed, making her take a step back with each punch. Applejack stopped her barrage and flipped in midair until she was behind Chrysalis, she balanced on the Kurumi Bombers and then gave the shapeshifter a good old-fashioned apple buck to the back. 

The Changeling Queen flew through the air just as Pinkie Pie appeared in her flight path. The pink party pony channeled her Element of Laughter into the Donkachi, making it glow with blue energy. Taking a batter’s stance, Pinkie waited for the right moment, and when Chrysalis was in range, she swung. The Donkachi hit its mark, nailing Chrysalis right in the face and sent her flying into the air. Unfortunately for her, Fourze was waiting up there with the Mango Punisher, with the blue energy of Cosmic States, he swung the heavy weapon and hit her in the back like a baseball. 

Double entered the fray, swinging the Duri Noko and forming a green “X” energy slash that caught Chrysalis right in the front and sent more sparks into the air. Wizard twirled his Kagematsu and slashed with quick succession as streaks of light-blue light were left in his wake, setting off more sparks. Chrysalis landed on the floor as she reformed her violet flame swords, ready to cut them down, but Gaim came in and hit the Blade Lever on the Sengoku Driver two times. 

KIWAMI AU LAIT!

The twin blades of the Hinawadaidai-DJ-Ju Sojinto Mode ignited with multicolored flames, and within those flames were the images of several different fruits that made up the power of the Kiwami Arms. Chrysalis, in her rage, roared with hatred as the flames of her swords grew stronger. The two fighters dashed towards each other, and Chrysalis slashed first, but Gaim swung up with the lower blade, dispelling her weapon. Chrysalis tried to come down with the other sword, but Gaim spun the Hinawadaidai-DJ-Ju around and slashed with the upper blade, dispelling the second sword. Gaim slashed a third and final time, this time hitting Chrysalis in the left shoulder and dragging it down her chest as an explosion ignited between them, making Chrysalis retreat far away from the heroes as they reassembled. 

“How…How is it that you can be this powerful?!” 

Gaim dispelled his weapon as well as the others and he stepped forward and proclaimed, “Like we said, Chrysalis, you just don’t get it. But we’ll say it as many times as it takes! This…!”

 Gaim struck the Blade Lever of the Sengoku Driver once. 

KIWAMI SQUASH! 

Gaim widened his stance as he began to crouch, his right foot igniting with a rainbow of different colors. At the same time, the six mares rose into the air, their aura’s mixing together as Twilight remained at the center of the formation. OOO summoned his Medagabryu, he slipped in a few Cell Medals and switched it to bazooka mode. 

PUTOTYRANNO HISSATSU! 

Double summoned forth his Bicker Shield and Prism Sword, at that moment, four different Gaia Memories appeared and flew into the four slots on the Bicker Shield. 

HEAT MAXIMUM DRIVE!

LUNA MAXIMUM DRIVE!

JOKER MAXIMUM DRIVE!

CYCLONE MAXIMUM DRIVE!

Wizard turned the Axcalibur so that the ax part was on top, and touched the Hand Author of the weapon five times. 

HIGH, HIGH, HIGH, HIGH, HIGH, TOUCH, PLASMA SHINING STRIKE! KIRAKIRA! KIRAKIRA! KIRAKIRA!

Fourze took out the Cosmic Switch from his Driver and inserted it into the Barizun Sword’s slot.

LIMIT BREAK!

Chrysalis wasn’t going to be defeated that easily, she’d use every last bit of power she had left to destroy them. Violet lightning and black energy gathered to her hands as Chrysalis powered up and readied to unleash everything she had within her to annihilate her foes once and for all. 

Gaim jumped up into the air, flipped once, and thrust out his right leg to throw his Burai Kick. At the same time, Twilight, Pinkie, Rainbow, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Rarity were enveloped in a bubble of pure light, and right after, a rainbow beam fired forth from the bubble. The rainbow beam swirled around Gaim and mixed with his own energy and propelled him forward towards Chrysalis. The Queen of the Changelings unleashed her strongest attack yet, firing an enormous beam of dark magic and power at the heroes. Gaim’s kick collided with Chrysalis’ energy blast, the two beams struggled for supremacy as sparks flew from their confrontation. That’s when the other Riders unleashed their own attacks. Double pointed the Bicker Shield forward and fired off their aurora beam, the Bicker Finalluison, while OOO pulled the trigger on his Medagabryu to unleash a beam of purple energy, the Strain Doom. Fourze’s blade shined with blue light as he gave a mighty slash, releasing his Rider Super Galaxy Finish attack, Wizard released the Axcalibur and let it spin in place until it was a sparkling glowing saw blade, and with a wave of his hand, sent it flying with the other attacks, this was his Plasma Shining Strike. 

The beams and crescent waves struck against the massive energy blast, aiding Gaim in the attack. The struggle continued for a while, but Gaim tapped further into the power of Harmony that surrounded him, the power of the Riders, and the power of the Kiwami Lockseed, combining all the powers together into him until he was a bright white light that pierced through the darkness. Chrysalis’ beam was parted down the middle as a rapidly approaching Gaim got closer and closer by the second. Too late to stop the attack, and even more to get away, Chrysalis could only stand there as the combined attack struck her dead center, setting off a huge explosion of light that roared out in all directions.
