Me and Smokey are ready to go to the "iron pony competition" as we pack our lunches.
"Ready to go, buddy?" Called Smokey in a distance in the hallway.
"One second, buddy." I said.
I cut to a song.
"Well I'm a kind mare, a cool mare,
nopony's fool mare, Well look out, 'cause here comes puzzle shield.
I never keeps fit, I'm too good!

I'm always got to be one-up on ya,

I'll never give up on my Smokey,
unless I'll save the day for them before naptime!

The song continues as I catch up with Smokey on hoof as fast as I can With my alicorn magic as I cast a "speed" spell on my hooves when Smokey is waiting for me in the iron pony competition.
I continued singing.
" You better watch out for puzzle shield,
you never know what I got up on my hooves,
so when I act real kindly, and friendly and caring
better count what's left in stock before I move!

The song ended as I arrived in the iron pony competition as I sat down next to Smokey after the " speed " spell wears off.
" buddy? " Smokey asked. " where have you been? "
"Well, it's a long story." I answered.
I get to watch the iron pony competition with Smokey just in the nick of time.
- Tomorrow -
At last, the "running of the leaves" ( aka, ponyville's fall tradition) race.
As I walked to look at the scenery with Smokey on my back, pinkie pie bumped into me.
"Oh, my fault!" I said as I use my horn to put " the journal of the ultimate heroes volume one and three" back in my sattlebag. "Totally my fault! I can't see where i-" I paused for a moment and recognized pinkie pie. "You look familiar. Have we met before?" I asked As I pulled out the apple cider out of nowhere.
"why, yes. Yes we have. " pinkie pie answered as she pulled the bowl of punch out of nowhere.
We both take a big gulp at our drinks.
"Boy, that hits the spot!" I asked .
"Yeper do!" Pinkie answered .
"So,... You can get going now. You don't want to be late." I Asked.
" okey dokey loki! " pinkie pie answered as she bounced to her hot air balloon with gummy on her back.
"Buddy?" Asked Smokey as he hoped into my back. "You know this earth pony?"
" Yes, Smokey. I have. " I answered as I walked to continue looking at the scenery with Smokey on my back. "I knew pinkie pie since the slumber party last month."
- a few sceneries later -
As me and Smokey got to the finish line before rainbow dash and applejack, I looked at a few ponies tiring after they crossed the finish line.
I stopped and looked behind me.
"Hey, what's that ominous dust in the distance?" I wondered as me and Smokey ran back to our seats and saw applejack and rainbow dash fight when they crossed the finish line.
" You tied! " called spike to aj and rd in the hot air balloon with pinkie pie.
" tied?! " said applejack and rainbow dash.
" for what? " asked applejack.
"For last, silly!" Answered pinkie pie.
- Later that night -
Me and Smokey are sleeping in our new room. And (as usual) my brother, the mysterious rogue spy (Darth Vader suit) is sleeping in his own room.
The door bell rang as I woke up. I tip toed quietly to the front door and open it and saw derpy hooves with the the letter that says,
"to: puzzle shield
From: princess celestia "
"Special delivery for puzzle shield!" Said derpy hooves as I got the letter.
"Thanks for the letter, derpy." I asked .
"No problem at all, puzzle shield." Answered derpy as she prepared to take off . " just doing my job. "
Derpy hooves left as I closed my front door.
