Twilight was broken when she saw Rarity's dead body. She never knew what was going on with her so it was horrible to see her lifeless friend, but she had a idea. She remembered that there was a book that had a spell that could bring back dead ponies so she could bring her dead friends back from the afterlife.
Once Twilight got back to her castle she immediately started to look through her library for that book. Spike and Starlight tried to tell Twilight that it was a bad idea to bring back her dead friends but she ignored that and continued looking.
Once she found the book it was night and Spike and Starlight were in bed but she didn't care, she wanted her friends back. She started the spell in the book but she didn't notice a warning in the book saying that if the spell failed there was a risk of possession
Twilight then finished the spell. "My friends should come back before tomorrow." Twilight said
Before she could go to bed, her body started to move on its own.
"Huh? Whats going on?" Twilight said confused but before she could do anything her spine suddenly ripped itself out of her back while she screamed in pain and agony hoping either Spike or Starlight would hear her, but nobody did. She suffered for a few minutes before she became quiet
Later Spike and Starlight woke up when crashing and cracking noises started to emerge from the library. Once they entered the place they saw the place covered with books, then they saw something horrible.
They saw a blood covered Twilight with her spine ripped out of her body. She quickly looked at them with a sickening snap, her eyes were blood red and she had a large grim smile that covered her face.
Spike and Starlight quickly closed the door and locked the demon in there by barricading the door with stuff they had nearby while the demon slammed itself against the door.
That morning the demon left Twilight's body which was mangled and covered in blood to a point where no pony could recognize it as Twilight anymore.
Now all of the mane six was dead and the future of Equestria was now questioned.
