I am going to let you know something right now. I am extremely pissed at your step-daughter. You see, her class came up to Canterlot for a tour of the palace grounds on a field trip. Most of the students were well behaved, except Cozy Glow! What she did while she was up here did bother me quite a bit.
For starters, she was talking to the statue of Tirek and Chrysalis. She even knocked it over and yelled at the guard saying that she simply wanted to free her friends. Now I know that she is still a power hungry little bitch. Now I decided to let that slide because I knew that she simply couldn't shatter that statue but another thing did bother me.
During this tour, she "got separated" from the rest of her class. While their teacher took most of them to Restaurant Row, she was found in the library right at the gates of the Starswirl the Bearded wing of the library. I know she is already looking for that bell but luckily she has no idea where it is. She could have got in there and it wouldn't have mattered because it is NOT in there. She can try and look for it all she wants but she'll never find it.
Now I could very easily take your precious step-daughter away from you but there is one reason I won't. She is happy with you and I figure a happy Cozy will be less of a threat. Yes she was looking for the bell but she simply ain't bright enough to actually take her time and search somewhere else for it.
Now for the fun part, I'm going to fine your parents over this! I know you don't have the money to pay for this but I figure a 25,000 bit fine over this should suffice. In the future maybe you shouldn't sign her permission slip for these field trips because I sure the hell don't want you coming up here as a chaperone. Everypony hated you before and bitched about your behavior to me and I sure the hell don't want to put up with their bitching again.
Anyway, I've written enough and besides, my oh-so-sexy sister is demanding I join her in bed and you know how she gets if I don't get to bed on time.

You know what? What Cozy Glow does on these field trips is her own business. If she wants to go looking for that bell or freeing her friends, that is her right! I think you're just scared because Cozy could be a genuine threat to you and your precious sister, especially if she was to actually find that bell. She's smart so don't go saying she'll never find it because I'm sure she eventually will.
You know, she told me one time how easy it was for her to find the book that told how to use it. She told me how much smarter she was than Tirek and Chrysalis because she knew where it was. Hell, had it just been Tirek and Chrysalis back then, that huge battle wouldn't have happened, your mother may have decided you weren't tested enough and you wouldn't be on the throne.
Thanks to you though I'm probably going to have my fucking parents bitching about getting fined over Cozy's misbehavior. I do have a suggestion though. When you fine them, just give me the money because me and Trixie could really use it. Oh and regarding you and your sister, I always knew you were the sub. Hell I bet Starlight makes you humiliate yourself just to have even a tiny bit of control. Not only did she try to free Tirek and Chrysalis but she was also caught searching for Grogar's bell. Now normally such behavior would result in her winding up in Tartarus again but I have thought of something much more satisfying, another fine!
Yep, I have decided to fine you 25,000 bits for what she did. If your daughter knew how to raise kids better she would have taught Cozy that doing such things is wrong. Now as you know I have a very busy schedule. Between sisterly bonding, daily court and teaching in my magic school, I don't have a lot of time so an inconvenience fee of 10% shall be assessed. That brings the total to 27,500 bits but I also don't like having to pay postage either so that will be an additional one bit fine.
Now I will be coming over in a couple of days to collect the 27,501 bits that you owe me. Actually, I will be coming over and then we will go to your bank so you can give me a cashier's check so I can deposit it in a trust I'm setting up for Cozy Glow.
