Azure Phoenix stood on the Imperial Palace's entrance as he held his sword up high proudly as his Imperial Phoenix Army. His army cheered wildly and proudly. They all went from territory to territory for conquest and control of the land.
Claw Tiger smiled proudly as he led his Tiger Warriors to deal with rebels. As he was dying, Claw Tiger passed the sword to his eldest son, Brave Tiger. Brave Tiger led his warriors in reclaiming Wuhu River for his clan. As he died, he passed to Courage Tiger as the new Leader of Kingdom.

Chapter 37: Guardians of the Southern Eagle Fort
"Thanks to the effort of Navy Arrow, Clawdestroyer and Gallus, the lands of Mount Dragon King now belonged to Azure Phoenix. However, there were three kingdoms vying for control of the land. By attacking one, you merely left yourself open to be attacked by the other." Narrator narrated.
Received the latest report from Mount Dragon King, both Virtue Dragon and his allies were alerted and feared that Azure Phoenix would launched full-scale invasion on their land when they just conquered and barely made some preparation for defense and invasion. Skysoar then gave the idea that could save their kingdoms and turn the tide against him.
"Threatened by Azure Phoenix's move, the fledgling nation of Dragoon Republic turned to Water Tiger Clan for the assistance. Courage Tiger was determined to strike Azure Phoenix from behind, Water Tiger Clan moved its army to north. At Dragoon Republic's behest, they advanced their forces to Southern Eagle Fort. The bulk of Imperial Phoenix Army were concentrated in Mount Dragon King, leaving their defenses in Southern Eagle Fort thin. Unfortunately, Water Tiger no longer had the brilliance of Riverstrike and cautious of Sam LaMarche, who recently passed away from his heart attack, to guide them. However, in this battle, a new bond of allegiance would be formed..."
Skysoar has written the letter. And so, the message was delivered to the Tiger Palace. After receiving and reading the letter, Courage Tiger summoned and gathered both officials and advisors at the throne chamber for discussion. He revealed his answer. Some of them agreed and enthusiasm about his answers. Others were weary and suspicious about it.
"My lord are your sure about this?" Trip asked in concern, "I know we are in alliance, but this attack on Southern Eagle Fort..."
"Is entirely to their benefit, I know. " Courage Tiger said seriously, "They probably have their sights set on Mount Dragon King. It does not matter. If we must include Virtue Dragon in order to destabilize Azure Phoenix, then so be it."
Wiserton nodded calmly, "My lord has made the wise decision. Once we conquered that land, the enemy will turn their attention back to us. By luck, we should march all the way to Xuchang Palace."
“And do more of this war thing. Oh, the damage it does to my mane.” Rarity sighs sadly.
“Give it a rest.” Pirate Scythe snapped at Rarity in annoyance.
Trip sighed, "I see. Give and take, as they say."
"I agreed. I don't like this as much as you do," Thunderbold said calmly while patted his shoulder, "For the sake of our kingdoms, we must put our difference with our allies aside to achieve it."
Courage Tiger sighed, "Though I must admit, I don't like the fact that we are doing the giving first."
"Regardless, my lord, if we do succeeded this mission, Dragoon Republic will return the favor to us," Wiserton said humbly.
"I assure you, my lord. They will do no such thing," Rarity said firmly, "And believe me, if they attempt to do something foolishly, our friends will teach them a lesson."
“As she say, right.”
“And yep, there’s some other details left to think about.” Courage Tiger said seriously.
Pirate Scythe scoffed, "Hah! Who cares about the details? Just point me at the fighting and let me charge into the fray!"
Trip groaned while glaring at Pirate Scythe, "Hah! You hothead. How about trying to use that brain of yours for once."
"Please, Trip and Pirate Pony mustn't fight!" Yona insisted.
“Right, shouldn’t we find another way?” Rarity pleaded.
"Actually, Scythe makes a good point." Hammerrod said firmly, "The enemy defense is being led by Bladestrike himself. Both determination and focus will be required to win."
"Yes. He was known to the the Blade of the Phoenix. We must be weary of him," Wiserton said in concern, "He is the reason of helping our target escaped..."
Courage Tiger hummed calmly, "Hm. True enough. It will take full might of Water Tiger to achieve victory. We shall march now!"
Water Tiger bowed humbly and firmly, "LORD!"

"Amid the commotion within the camp, the Imperial Phoenix ranks were blessed with the presence of Bladestrike. He was determined to defend Southern Eagle Fort by any means of necessary, and would not give up without a fight. As the Water Tiger Army closed in, his blade stood firm, glistering in sunlight.And the legend which would be told for generation to come was about to begin..."
As the large army consisting of 100,000 soldiers, Water Tiger Army marched straight to the north - Southern Eagle Fort, guarded and patrolled by Bladestrike and his units. Eventually, he has received the reports that the enemy forces are advancing towards the fortress. He was informed that they're invading the supply depot base. He gathered the rest of his military officers including Heatwave, Silverstream and Nyx for discussion.
"That doesn't sound good..." Heatwave said in concern.
"We should do something now," Silverstream suggested.
"Agreed," Bladestrike said firmly, "We must reinforce the supply depot at once! We cannot afford to lose it!"
"With all due respect, sir," Blazefist gritted his teeth dryly, "Our mission is to defend the fortress, not go and engage them."
"He has the point," Laxtinct agreed.
Blazefist said firmly, "Therefore, it is best that we maintain the defense here and wait for the reinforcement."
Bladestrike glared at Blazefist, "Unless we strike back, the castle will fall. I for one am not afraid to give my life for the good of my kingdom! What about you?"
"I am not going a suicide mission with you!" Blazefist snarled.
Bladestrike scoffed angrily, "You have a lot to think about. I'm going out to save the supply depot, with or without your help! As the officer to Imperial Phoenix Army, our duty is to defend our fortress and repel our enemies. No matter the cost!"
Bladestrike marched out from the meeting chamber. Both Silverstream and Nyx looked uneasy and worried about the situation. Snaptrap turned and glared at Blazefist and Laxtinct, who shrugged a bit.
Snaptrap sighed, "Idiot..."

Pirate Scythe was leading the army of 5,000 Vanguards straight to the supply depot base. The Imperial Phoenix Soldiers struggled yet endured to hold the enemy line as long as they can. They fiercely fought back and repel them as long as they can until reinforcement come. Unfortunately for them, Pirate Scythe was leading the assault as he fiercely and wildly climbed up the ladders to the top, where he engaged and defeated most of them. The Water Tiger Soldiers including Rainbow, Carrie and Yona cheered out wildly and happily as they followed their leader to fight and defeat most of them. Eventually, they have managed to conquer the supply depot.
Bladestrike was leading his 800 Soldiers, heading straight to the supply depot. The scout has arrived and dropped to the ground, making a report.
"General, I bring news!" Imperial Phoenix Scout reported, "The Supply Depot has been captured!"
"What?! No!" Bladestrike asked in shock, "Damn it!"

In nighttime, Water Tiger Clan were cheering and celebrating wildly and happily for their first victory over conquering the supply depot. Most of them were enjoying their dinner and even their own wine drinks especially Rainbow Dash and Aqua. Trip wasn't very much of enjoying the celebration as he was glaring at Pirate Scythe.
“Oh yeah! We totally rocked!” Rainbow remarked with a laugh of victory.
“Right, if anything goes well, we could get our pals back in no time.” Carrie remarked in agreement.
“And how!”
Thunderbold stood up as he raised his wine cup, "Well done, everyone. We have succeeded our first battle of capturing the garrison! All thanks to General Pirate Scythe!" Everyone cheered and applauded happily and wildly. He smiled and continued, "Rest assure, my friends. As soon as we conquer Southern Eagle Fort, the sooner we take down the Imperial Phoenix's Capital City for good! A toast to victory and to Pirate Scythe!"
"YEAH!" Everyone cheered out wildly and happily.
"Thanks everyone. I appreciate that..." Pirate Scythe commented happily. Suddenly, a cup was thrown at his face, shocking everyone else. He groaned, "Hey! How the hell did that to me?!"
Trip scoffed, "You don't deserve the victory! You might as well die in battlefield!"
Everyone gasped in shock and disbelief of what Trip has said.
"Now, now, everyone, let's not get hasty," Carrie explained calmly and firmly.
“Right, pony should calm down.” Yona comments in agreement with the human.
“Don’t do anything I wouldn’t like to do.” Ocellus spoke out in worry, this can get nasty in a hurry!
"You really want to pick a fight with a big boy, kid?" Pirate Scythe asked annoyingly, "You really think that you can take me down? You think your old man can do that?!"
Trip groaned, "You take that back!"
And just before Pirate Scythe could do anything, Trip jumped and slammed on him to the ground. Both of them began their fierce fights with each other. Most of the soldiers cheered for the fights while others tried to stop it. Thunderbold shouted and demanded them to stop. Aqua and Rainbow dragged and pulled Pirate Scythe while Carrie, Yona and Ocellus held Trip down.
"That is enough!" Courage Tiger shouted angrily as he and Hammerrod arrived at the scene. They all silenced at once. He continued, "I thought I told you both to knock it off. We're the army and team. We must work together and united as one to overcome the odds, not against each other. Understand?"
Pirate Scythe grunted, "Got it, boss..."
"Forget it. As long he's here, I'm not gonna work with you!" Trip snapped angrily as he walked away from the tent.
"Trip..." Hammerrod said in concern, "He still couldn't let go of his anger and pride over his father's death."
"Anything we can help him out?" Carrie asked in concern.
“Right, this could be the death of him.” Ocellus spoke out in concern.
Courage Tiger sighed, "Leave him be. But I'd be appreciate that someone stay close to him, and make sure he doesn't do anything stupid during our fight. We need everyone to work and win this fight."
"Yona do it!" Yona volunteered, "Yona's happy to help."
"Alright, kid. Just make sure that you don't do something stupid," Hammerrod said firmly.
Yona saluted, "Yona understands!"

Bladestrike has returned to Southern Eagle Fort. He was furiously disappointed and angry for not only lose the supply depot, but also at his own lieutenants for refusing to cooperate and work with him to defeat the enemies. He was inside his own quarter for timing out and thinking. He heard the knock. He turned and found Sliverstream and Nyx have arrived and entered the quarter.
"What is it?" Bladestrike asked firmly.
"Please don't be mad at them. They didn't mean to make you angry," Silverstream explained calmly, "Don't know why they're mad at you. I'm sure they-!"
Bladestrike scoffed, "You can stop defending them. I already know what their problem is. They don't trust me since I worked for Devil Destroyer. I would do the same thing to anyone working for the enemy."
“Well, that shouldn’t be the only thing.” Silverstream comments, making Nyx sighs. “What?”
Nyx spoke, "Still, Mr. Bladestrike, you and them are the team now, not enemies. Azure Phoenix entrusted you guys to defend this base."
"You can tell that to them," Bladestrike scoffed angrily. He and the children heard the knock. They turned and found a scout has arrived and presented the box to him. He looked surprise as he took and looked at it, "What is this?"
"A box from our Prime Minister. He said that it will help you," Imperial Phoenix Scout reported.
"Open the box when the enemy come," Bladestrike read it out loud. Since Water Tiger Clan are already here, he opened the box and found the letter in it. He took it out. He read it, "Bladestrike and Laxtinct Offense, Blazefist Defense."
"W-What does it means?" Silverstream asked in concern.
Nyx hummed in concern, "Knowing Azure Phoenix, he thinks that two fierce and strong officers should take the enemy force down while the one should stay behind to defend the base, though I'm not sure about Blazefist and Laxtinct since they're not what Azure Phoenix described."
Bladestrike hummed suspiciously, "Or maybe, he wanted us to work together. I am willing to do so..."

Bladestrike gathered his allies at the war council room. He shown the letter to his allies. They read it out. They all muttered in concern and uncertainty.
"It's high risk..." Snaptrap said in concern, "How would you proceed?"
Bladestrike narrowed his determined eyes, "We will follow what our lord has suggested. Major and I will engage the enemies while Blazefist remain here to assist Snaptrap to defend the base. Are we clear?"
Blazefist remained silent while glaring at Bladestrike. Snaptrap sighed, "Like I said, it's high risk to take."
"Maybe we should stay here and defend the base," Laxtinct suggested, "I mean we should play defense than offense. And not to mention, we're outnumbered! We don't stand a chance against them!"
Blazefist scoffed, "Why should we? I mean Bladestrike thinks he can take them down, and I'd say let him have it!"
Silverstream yelped, "Come on! This isn't right! We should work together, not-!"
"If you two don't work with me now, then our home and capital city will fall!" Bladestrike snapped angrily, "If I were you, I'd put your goddamn pride and problem aside now! Because if you don't, then all of you are cowards and useless for not thinking of our kingdom! I will fight them by myself if I have to. I don't care of glory nor redemption, but I'm doing this to honor our lord and our fallen allies! No matter the cost, I will fight till the end!"
Everyone was shocked and surprised by his comments.
“Well, that shut them up!” Nyx joked a bit, making Silverstream giggled a bit.
“Right, hopefully now you ponies can get the idea.” Silverstream remarks in agreement over this.
Felt ashamed of himself, Blazefist sighed, "You're right, sir. I shouldn't think like that. I am ready to fight."
"So, am I!" Laxtinct supported.
Bladestrike smiled, "Thank you, everyone."
Snaptrap chuckled amusingly, "This is where the fun begins."
"This is how it goes," Bladestrike said firmly as he explained his plan to his team of how they can defeat their enemies.

By dawn, Courage Tiger marched and led out his Water Tiger army to the Southern Eagle Fort. While continuing their march on the road to their targeted destination, they found no sign of enemy troops. This makes things very easy for them.
Thunderbold and Hammerrod were leading the vanguards while Courage Tiger remained behind with his large army.
Hammerrod spoke up, "No sign of the enemies. That's very unusual..."
Thunderbold hummed in concern, "Agreed. This could be a trap."
"Or perhaps the enemy has gotten new prepared for all of us...."
"Either way, you and Trip remain behind to guard our lord. Yona and Carrie should go with them as well. Lady Aqua and Rainbow take on the western castle while Scythe and I will take care of the east. We'll get the job done."
All bowed as they exclaims, "Understood!"
Hammerrod, Trip, Yona and Carrie returned to the main unit as they have to protect and guard Courage Tiger's live. Thunderbold and Pirate Scythe headed to the east while Aqua and Rainbow moved to the west.
Spotting the squadron of enemy troops led by Heatwave from the eastern castle, Thunderbold and Pirate Scythe charged and engaged them at once.
Aqua and Rainbow have arrived at the western castle's outskirt, where they found Blazefist and Silverstream were standing before them.
"Blazefist..." Aqua acknowledged with a nod.
Blazefist spoke out softly in return, "Aqua... And Rainbow Dash..."
Silverstream cheered, "Hi!"
"Never thought that we have to fight you again." Rainbow spoke out inc oncern.
Blazefist responds sternly, "Me neither. But as the officer of Imperial Phoenix Army, I will not let any of you pass me and enter the castle! You will have to fight me!"
Aqua sighed, "Wouldn't have another way, pal."
Blazefist and Aqua screamed out loud as they both charged and engaged a fierce duel. Rainbow and Silverstream led their soldiers to fight and engage each other, though they both did their best to evade and dodge from fighting each other.
Blazefist and Aqua have swung and struck their weapons at each other for couple of times. They then clashed for the moment. They then departed at once. He swung and struck his Falcon Spear at her. She barely and struggled to dodge and evade the attacks by head and body for ten times. She managed to jump over to his back, where she punched at him. She was about to strike her Tiger Claw at him, but missed due to him barely moved to his left before kicked her off. Both of them continued swinging and striking their weapons at each other for few times.
As Aqua kicked Blazefist back, she quickly jumped and struck her blade at him. He rolled up to his back. He gave the loud battle cry.
"Fall back now! Fall back!" Blazefist ordered his men sternly,
As commanded, Blazefist and his units quickly abandoned their fights with Aqua's unit. They all ran off and headed straight back to the eastern castle. This shocked and surprised Aqua and Rainbow.
"What was that about?" Rainbow ask Aqua in concern. Something just isn't right here.
"No idea. But let's give chase. We're almost there!" Aqua exclaims to Rainbow in determination.
Aqua, Rainbow and their vanguard units gave chase after Blazefist's Unit.
Thunderbold and Pirate Scythe led their own vanguards of fighting and defeating most of the enemy troops. Heatwave make the loud whistle, signalling his own army to retreat at once.
Pirate Scythe cheers out wildly, "Woo! We're winning."
Thunderbold nodded as he spoke suspiciously, "Yes. Though I can't help but feel uneasy about this. Something isn't right..."
Pirate Scythe scoffed, "You worried too much, old pony."
Pirate Scythe and his own units gave chase Heatwave's unit.
Unknown to Water Tiger Army, they have been watching. Bladestrike and his army of 800 Soldiers have watched and witnessed the battlefield. They all looked firm and determined than before.
Bladestrike spoke out to Snaptrap, "Master Snaptrap, it is time."
Snaptrap smirked as he responded, "With pleasure."
Snaptrap approached to the edge, where he swung his small flag firmly. Laxtinct and his small squadron came out from the bush. They spotted the flag. He and his team armed themselves with mallet and large hammers.
"Let's break down the bridge!" Laxtinct orders wildly to his troops.
Laxtinct and his team headed off to the bridge, where they began hammering and breaking down the bridge, slowly destroying and breaking it into pieces.

Regrouped with Hammerrod and Trip, Courage Tiger continued leading his main army to the front line, hoping to catch up with their vanguards. They then received reports that their allied units have managed to push the enemy back, their morale have risen as they continued marching straight to Southern Eagle Fort at once.
Hammerrod hums suspiciously, “Something isn't right...”
“What do you mean?” Trip spoke out in concern.
“It’s just this: something complicated….”
Carrie spotted a couple of small rocks were tumbling and rolling down, she then looked up and found something shocking and scary on the hill.
“Incoming!” Carrie yelps out in warning to her friends and allies.
Everyone looked up at once, where they found Bladestrike riding his dragon steed, along with 800 soldiers riding theirs. They were all riding down on the mountain steeps, heading straight towards them.
Bladestrike cried, “I am Bladestrike! Soldiers of Water Tiger, prepare to feel the wrath of my blade!”
And just before Water Tiger Soldiers could do anything, Bladestrike and his units jumped and slammed their dragon steeds on some of them. They all began the attack on the main units at once.
Water Tiger Soldiers screamed, “It's him! It's Bladestrike! He's here! Run! Run for your life!”
Water Tiger Soldiers panicked and screamed fearfully and frantically as they all ran for their lives, and at the same time, they got themselves slaughtered and killed by Bladestrike and his army as well.
Yona screamed, “Yona never see scary pony!”
Carrie hissed, “No kidding! I know I've heard of him but never thought that come up close to him is scary!”
Bladestrike held out his weapon as he roared towards Courage Tiger, “Courage Tiger, your head is mine!”
Courage Tiger screamed in fear, “No!”
Hammerrod didn’t waste time in giving out the order, “Trip, Yona, Carrie, get our loud out now! I'll hold him off!”
“On it!” Trip exclaims in agreement.
Hammerrod charged and engaged Bladestrike in their fierce duel. Trip and his friends tried to guide and lead their lord to safety, along with the rest of units.
Unfortunately, Laxtinct and his team have arrived and blocked their exit.
“Think again!” Laxtinct remarks tauntingly.
Trip groaned, “Damn it! Not good! Carrie, Yona, keep Lord Courage safe!”
Trip screamed as he and his soldiers charged and attacked Laxtinct and his team, who fought back against the enemies at once. Carrie and Yona struggled to keep and move Courage Tiger to safety.

Water Tiger Vanguards were busy and focusing on battling and engaging the enemies at Southern Eagle Fort. The scout has arrived and make the report to them.
The Water Tiger Scout bows as he explains, “I've bring new! Our lord is in grave danger. He's under attacked by Bladestrike and Laxtinct!”
Aqua gasps in horror, “Courage, no!”
Pirate Scythe yelps in alarm, “What?! No way!”
Thunderbold gasped, “No! I've been a fool! This was their plan! They got us cornered! Hurry! We must return to him now!”
Water Tiger Vanguards quickly turned their attention away from the castle. They're all heading back to their lord at once. Unknown to them, Blazefist and Heatwave emerged out from the castle as they all charged and attacked them from behind, killing and slaughtering hundreds and more.

While battling Bladestrike, Hammerrod struggled to calm down and rally his army to him. And at the same time, Trip struggled to fight off Laxtinct to protect his lord.
Bladestrike and Hammerrod swung and struck their blades against each other for couple of blows before they clashed for the moment. They both groaned and glared at each other before departed and resumed their fierce clash for five times. Hammerrod swung his Twin Rods at Bladestrike, who dodged down and kicked him off from his steed. As the Imperial Phoenix Warrior climbed down, he swung and struck his twin axes at Water Tiger Warrior, who fought and swung his rods back at him for few times.
Laxtinct continued swinging his large hammer at Trip, who hopped and dodged the attacks as fast as he can for few times. As major jumped and slammed his hammer from top at Trip, the latter rolled to front while tripped the former down. He jumped and slammed him to the ground hard.
"Go now!" Trip exclaims madly.
As commanded, Courage Tiger and his team ran quickly as fast as they can. Unfortunately, more enemy troops including Blazefist and Heatwave continued pouring and attacking them. Luckily, they got knocked and rammed aside by Thunderbold and his units.
Upon reaching to the bridge, Courage Tiger and his team halted at once, upon finding out that the bridge is destroyed.
"What?! How?!" Courage Tiger exclaims in alarm.
"Hoo boy, I knew this would happened." Carrie sighs in concern. "They were ready for us."
"Yak fears the same when pony got smart." Yona spoke out, making Courage Tiger looks at her. "Not saying pony's dumb."
"What can I do now?" Courage Tiger exclaims in concern.
"We have to jump now!" Carrie ordered, much to his concern.
"But-!"
"Run and jump!" Yona screamed as she ran as fast as she can towards the edge of bridge. She jumped high and over to other side.
Carrie got onto Courage Tiger to his surprise as she asks, "Mind if I sit on you?"
"Huh? Why?" Courage Tiger ask Carrie in confusion.
"I won't make it that far. But you can."
"I-I don't know."
"Courage, you can do it. Please for them." Carrie exclaims, patting Courage Tiger on the back softly and encouraging him. If he can make it the other side, he can do anything.
Reluctant and scared, Courage Tiger took a deep breath while moving back a bit. He began running towards the bridge.
Spotting the enemy commander's making an escape, Bladestrike gave the loud battle cry as he swung and knocked Hammerrod to the front. He took the spear as he threw it straight at Courage Tiger.
Seeing his lord's in danger, Hammerrod struggled to get up and make the run for his lord. Instead pushing his master, he jumped up high and let his body shield him against the spear. It has pierce through his armor and thrust on his heart, causing him to drop on the ground.
Courage Tiger managed to jump over the bridge. He and Carrie turned and found Hammerrod was struck down.
"Hammerrord! No!" Courage Tiger gasps in horror. This was too much for the old pony to take.
Hammerrod groans out in pain, "Run... Run..."
Hammerrod has succumbed to his death. Shocked and pained to his general killed, Courage Tiger cried out loud while trying to run towards him. He was halted and dragged away by Carrie and Yona.
Seeing their lord safely escaped, Thunderbold gave the order of retreat, causing most of them struggled to abandon and escape the battlefield as Imperial Phoenix Army has defeated and killed most of them.
With the enemy retreat, Imperial Phoenix Army gave the loud battle cry for their victory.
"We did it. Can't believe that we did it!" Laxtinct cheers out wildly for the win.
"Yeah. But they'll be back." Blazefist spoke out suspiciously.
Bladestrike narrowed his determined eyes as he agrees, "And when they do, we will be ready for them."
Snaptrap chuckled, "Well done, generals. It appears this day is won by you. I'm impressed and scared by you three. You all are terrified."
Heatwave nodded in agreement, adding, "Yeah, no kidding. You guys are awesome."
"We merely doing our duty." Bladestrike spoke out with a bow. "For now, we must reinforced our defenses. And get help now."
Blazefist waves a hoof, volunteering, "Allow me. It's the least I can do."
"Wow. This is terrifying." Silverstream mumbles out in worry.
"Don't worry, you'll get used to it. But good job, kiddo."
"Uh thanks?"

"After suffering the defeats, Courage Tiger has ordered full retreat, safely return to Tiger Palace. Over two to three months, Courage Tiger is recovering from his defeat while preparing the army for another invasion."
Losing the battle at Southern Eagle Fort, Courage Tiger has ordered his army to retreat at once. After two to three months have passed, the Water Tiger Army is recovering from their defeat while recruiting and preparing their army of 73,000 soldiers for another invasion.
"Receiving reports from Bladestrike's Unit, Azure Phoenix left the defense of Mount Dragon King to Navy Arrow, Clawdestroyer and Gallus as he returned to his capital city and regrouped with Bladestrike and his units as they began marching towards Tiger Fury Dock, where Courage Tiger and his forces have encamped."
Azure Phoenix and his main large army immediately leave Mount Dragon King, which is now under command of Navy Arrow, Clawdestroyer and Gallus. Regrouping with Bladestrike and his units; Azure Phoenix has gathered Twilight, One-Eyed Anger, Armorhide, Decker Reaper, Cunning Fury and Axen and about 400,00 soldiers. They're now marching towards Tiger Fury Dock for another fight.
"And once again, both Imperial Phoenix and Water Tiger entered another fierce battle, but neither side has yet gain the upper hand."
After five days has passed, Courage Tiger has ordered the war council for next upcoming battle. The officers were Aqua, Rainbow, Yona, Carrie, Thunderbold, Pirate Scythe, Trip, Scarblade, Wiserton and veteran old officer - Apollo Python. They were discussing of how they can defeat and repel the enemy forces.
Thunderbold points to a part of the map as he explains, "The enemy is upon us. If we don't do something about them, I feared that our land will be conquered sooner or later."
"Right, tell me about it." Rainbow remarks, rolling her eyes at this. "Pure horse feathers."
"Or yak dung." Yona remarks in agreement.
"So, how are we gonna do this? Should we take them head on?" Apollo ask his commander seriously.
Wiserton responded, "Yes, we should. However, we must be weary of Bladestrike and his warriors. They no doubt will be on the front line. They must not be underestimated."
Thunderbold scratches his chin, speaking thoughtfully, "Yes. We will not repeat the same mistake again. The best tactic is sneak attack on Azure Phoenix's camp by nightfall while another unit distract other units away from him. Who will lead the attack?"
Pirate Scythe holds up a hoof as he responds, "I'll do it."
"No. I will." Trip insists sternly much to Pirate Scythe's chagrin.
"Look, kid, I don't think-!"
"No, you listen, pal. I can handle it. I'm not gonna let those Imps get away with what they have done to Hammerrod. I owe it to him. I want to lead the army."
"If that's the case, Trip, I want you to lead 3,000 soldiers to engage Bladestrike and his unit by evening." Courage Tiger suggests thoughtfully, to Pirate Scythe's disbelief. "And remember, your job is to distract him, not to defeat him. That will keep them occupied from helping the enemy commander. Pirate Scythe will lead the sneak attack, with 2,000."
Trip bows as he responds, "Understood."
Pirate Scythe groans out in annoyance, "I don't need that many soldiers. Just give 100 troops to cause some ruckus."
Everyone gasped in shock as they all chattered and muttered by his confidence of leading 100 soldiers to sneak attack on Azure Phoenix's Main Camp.
"Dang, he is that serious?" Rainbow whispers to her group in amazement.
"I don't know if he's confident.....or suicidal." Carrie whistles in agreement.
"I go for the latter."
Thunderbolt gave a skeptical look to his ally as he ask, "Are you confident, Scythe?"
Pirate Scythe in determination responds, "Count on it. If I failed to bring all my troops back safely, I don't get the contribution. How about it?"
Trip scoffed, "Fine by me. I can tell that you're gonna get yourself and your unit killed."
"Don't bet on it."
Courage Tiger nodded as he ends the meeting, "Very well. Meeting adjourned." As soon as the officers left, he turned to Rainbow to speak out, "Rainbow Dash and Aqua, I have the assignments for you both."
"Me?" Rainbow ask Courage with an arch of the eyebrow. How the hay did she get into this?
"What's up?" Aqua ask Courage Tiger, wondering what the pony has in mind for her.
"Yes. I need you to help Scythe out since you like fighting." Courage Tiger spoke out seriously to the two. "And also, Aqua, help and keep Trip safe. I'm worried that he'll let his anger clouded his mission."
"Got it. I'm surprised that you trusted me on this mission especially on battlefield."
"We're family, Aqua. I know you well especially you like to confront the enemies head on than stealth. And also, you're good at talking with people out from fighting like what you did for Saber and Trip."
"Good point. Won't let you down." Aqua spoke, bowing in confidence.
Rainbow nodded as she added, "Yeah. What she said."

Aqua and Trip are leading 3,000 soldiers straight to Bladestrike's camp, where he and his units were armed and prepared to engage the enemies.
Aqua turns to Trip as she responds, "Trip, remember the mission."
"Got it, Aqua. You don't have to remind me again, old mare." Trip spoke foolishly to Aqua's irritation.
Aqua groaned as she gave Trip a whack, "The next time you call me that won't be very pleasant. You got it?"
Trip grunted in pain, "Got it!"
As the troops approaches, Bladestrike "greets" them, "You wish to face us. Do you believe that you have the chance to win?"
Trip spoke out in determination to the enemy, "We don't believe. We know we can! This is for Hammerrod!"
Trip, Aqua and their army charged and engaged Bladestrike and his units. Trip and Aqua challenged and fought the Blade of Phoenix fiercely and determinedly while their army fought each other.
Trip and Aqua swung and struck their weapons at Bladestrike, who fiercely blocked and deflected the attacks. Two of them have clashed and struck against him. For the moment, he managed to break free as he grabbed and thrown Trip at Aqua to the ground hard. He then swung and slammed his axes on the ground, causing both of them to dodge and evade the attacks. They managed to get up as they engaged another fight with him.
The battle goes on until night, alerting Aqua to see the moon rising to the sky.
Aqua gave the order, "Pull back!"
"We almost had him! Come, let's finish this!" Trip protests angrily. He can't believe this, they got the enemy where they got him and Aqua is ordering a retreat?!
"Another time, Trip. Hammerrod would prefer you to live on to protect my brother. For now, let's get out of here. We've exhausted the fight enough."
Frustrated for not completing his revenge for Hammerrod, Trip knew that mission must come first. So, he, Aqua and the remaining troops make their escape. Bladestrike and his units gave the loud battle cry for their victory.
"Wow. That was easy." Laxtinct spoke out in amazement yet disbelief over this.
Blazefist narrows his eyes as he added, "Too easy. You don't think..."
"I hope not. Come. We must return to our lord at once." Bladestrike advises his troops.
Bladestrike and his units quickly left their camp. They're heading straight to Azure Phoenix's main camp.

Pirate Scythe, Rainbow and 100 soldiers have arrived at Azure Phoenix's Main Camp. Most of the soldiers were asleep while some were patrolling sleepily and tiredly. They all then put red scarf around their foreheads, and have the bells on the belt.
Pirate Scythe spoke out to Rainbow in determination, "You ready, kid?"
"You bet I am! So, what's with scarf and bell?" Rainbow ask curiously, noting the items that the army has.
Pirate Scythe smirked as he responds, "Things are about to get wild." He began ringing his bells wildly. "Everyone, charge!"
Pirate Scythe's soldiers gave shaking of their bells wildly and happily while armed with their weapons. They all charged straight to the camp, shocking and scaring the soldiers out. They all swiftly and quickly killed most of them, as well as burning down the camps.
Alerted by the attack, Azure Phoenix got up from his bed and tent, where he found his camp is burning. He groaned in frustration and anger that the enemy has sneak and attacked him, and now his army is panicking.
Azure Phoenix has managed to gathered and rallied his soldiers, at least 3,000, to him. He and his units make their escape at once before they get caught and killed by the enemies.
With the successful sneak attack, Pirate Scythe gave the loud battle cry, along with his allies. They have won their battle.
Pirate Scythe and his unit made their way back to Water Tiger Main Camp, where they regrouped with their allies and friends.
Courage Tiger spoke out in approval, "Well done, Scythe. You have scared Azure off for good."
Pirate Scythe scoffed, "It was a piece of cake."
"Don't get cocky. How many you brought them back safely?" Trip ask Pirate Scythe skeptically.
Pirate Scythe smirked as he boasts, "100 as I promised."
Rainbow nodded as she responds, "He's right. I was with him, and count all of them."
Courage Tiger hummed happily, "It's a good day."
A Water Tiger Scout gallops up, bowing as he reports, "I bring news! Azure Phoenix regroup with Bladestrike's unit, and are heading this way. They're demanding the challenge to regain the honor."
"Alright. Another challenge!" Pirate Scythe cheers out. Now is the time to really kick some flank!
Trip however holds up a hoof as he insisted, "No, I'll do it. This is my chance to avenge Hammerord. Please."
After some thoughts, Courage Tiger sighed, "Very well. I will allow you. Remember, do not underestimate the enemy, Trip."
Trip bowed as he spoke, "Understood."

Both Water Tiger and Imperial Phoenix Army have gathered at the battlefield. All of them have formed in one straight line while facing at each other. Both Blazefist and Trip have gotten on their steed while armed with their own weapons. They're preparing for their duel.
And just before Trip could move out, Thunderbold nudged his hooves, making him turned and looked at him. He spoke, "Watch yourself out there. Don't underestimate your opponent."
"I'll be fine, Thunderbold. You can count on it." Trip said firmly and confidently. He raised his nunchucks up high while shouted out loud, "For Hammerrod!"
Trip gave the loud battle cry as he charged and engaged Blazefist, who remained firm and calm, blocking and deflecting the attacks for few rounds. Angered and annoyed, Trip jumped over from his steed to Blazefist, preparing to strike him down but only got kicked off back. Armed with another spear, he charged and engaged at him at once. Unfortunately for Trip, Blazefist was very fast and swift in blocking and deflecting the attacks for two to three times before swung and knocked him back off. Despite unable to defeat him, Trip continued battled with him as hard as he can.
While both Blazefist and Trip were locked on duel, Heatwave armed himself with a bow and arrow, aiming at Trip. Silverstream spotted his doing. She screeched and shouted angrily as she jumped and knocked him over, causing him firing arrow straight at Trip's steed head. Trip yelped in concern as he fell over to the ground hard.
"What did you do that for?!" Silverstream asked angrily.
Heatwave grunted, "To win, obviously. And they're our enemies, remember?"
"But there is no honor of winning the duel. This isn't right," Silverstream protested firmly.
As Trip was recovering from his fell, he found Blazefist struck and thrust his spear at him, forcing him to dodge and roll away from the attack. Water Tiger booed at Imperial Phoenix Army while crying for Trip to get up and fight.
Yona groaned, "They cheated! Bad ponies cheated! Bad ponies cheated!"
“Someone disqualified him or something!” Silverstream exclaims in agreement.
"Trip'd better get up now before he get killed," Courage Tiger said in concern.
"They want to play dirty, then so can I," Pirate Scythe said cockily as he armed with his bow and arrow.
While aiming at Blazefist, Pirate Scythe released the arrow, flying straight at his chest, knocking and pushing off from his steed. Water Tiger Clan cheered out wildly and happily for getting the payback while Imperial Phoenix Army booed at them as well. The gong was sounded, halting the duel at once. The soldiers, from their own respective forces, came and assisted bringing their generals back to their clans for recovery.
"Trip, are you alright?" Courage Tiger asked in concern.
“He almost got you there for a moment.” Aqua comments in agreement.
Trip grunted a bit, "I'm fine. But thanks for saving my life, my lord."
"Don't thank me, Trip. Thank Pirate Scythe," Courage Tiger said firmly and calmly while pointing at Pirate Scythe, "He's the one, who saved you."
"You did it?" Trip asked in surprised.
Pirate Scythe chuckled a bit yet nervously, "Yeah, I did. Sorry. Didn't mean to ruin your duel."
"No. I'm the one, who should be sorry. But thanks for saving me, friend..." Trip said calmly while raising his hoof up, "What do you say?"
Pirate Scythe scoffed as he raised his hoof in bumping against Trip's, "I'd like the sound of that, kid."
"Nice to see you two finally become friends. However," Thunderbold said firmly as he armed himself with his pike, "We've got company! Time to repel the invaders!"
Water Tiger Army looked up as they found the army of Imperial Phoenix are charging straight at them. They all quickly formed the lines while arming and preparing to engage the enemies head on.
Aqua scoffed while cracked her hooves, "Oh yeah. It's time for next battle!"
“I supposed we all can’t be gold.” Thunderbolt sighs as he shakes his head.
“Still, this is gold pony is about to kick some flank.”
"Forward! Charge to the enemies until our very fangs snap!" Courage Tiger commanded, "Show them what we're made of. Show them how we tigers fight!"
As they sounded off their fierce battle cry, the army of Water Tiger charged and engaged the Imperial Phoenix Army. Both sides have fought fiercely and determinedly, defeating and killing each other, to win the battle. The Battle of Tiger Fury Dock has lasted for 5 days.
"The battle between Imperial Phoenix and Water Tiger continued and lasted for 5 days, And neither side has gained the upper hand, but only to lose many officers and soldiers. Thus, both sides have decided to cease fighting with each other, and call out for truce and peace to resolve their battle. However, there is a price for their truce to be made..."

A Month Later...
"You want me to do what?!" Aqua asked angrily.
Everyone has been gathered at Tiger Palace's throne chamber for discussing over the truce with Imperial Phoenix Army after they all have ceased their attack and battle at Tiger Fury Docks.
Courage Tiger sighed, "Yes, Aqua. In order to secure peace between two kingdoms, you have to marry. And don't worry, it's not one of his sons. As I was told, both Strikespell and Wingblade are married and have their own wives, but Notepoem won't be marrying you. You're going to marry one of his generals. "
"You can't be serious!" Aqua protested angrily.
“I agreed, this is the craziest thing ever!” One officer protests furiously.
“Not to mention a bit anti-dramatic.” Another officer remarks in agreement.
"Please, Princess Aqua. It's the only way," Thunderbold said firmly and calmly, "I know you won't like it. But do it for our kingdom, not for them. It's the only way. Please..."
"Please, Princess Aqua," Water Tiger Officers pleaded and begged while bowed to the ground.
Still disliked the idea of marrying off to her enemy general, Aqua knew what is more important than her personal. She sighed, "Fine, I'll do it. So, who's my lucky boyfriend going to be?"
"Commander Blazefist," Courage Tiger answered firmly, shocking and surprising Aqua and her friends, "From what I was told of you, you have the eyes on him. So, you think you and him can get along?"
Aqua blushed a bit, "You could say something like that..."
Rainbow snickered, "Aqua and Blazefist sitting on the tree..."
“K-I-S-S-I-N-G!” The others giggled as they sing-along at this. “First come love….”
Annoyed and angered by the comments, Aqua shouted, "Shut up!"
"Either way, I'll go with her," Rainbow volunteered, "Just to keep her company."
Scootaloo nodded, "Me too. What are friends for."
Courage Tiger sighed, "Then, it's settle." He approached and gave Aqua a warm hug, "Please, be careful out there especially dealing with Imperial Phoenix, sister."
Aqua sighed as she hugged Courage Tiger, "I'll be fine. Don't worry."
“As long as you make it a long honeymoon.” Rainbow remarks teasingly, but yelps as Aqua hits her on the back. “Ouch!”
“I said shut up!”

"And so, Aqua was sent to Imperial Phoenix territory for both marrying off with one of Azure Phoenix's generals - Commander Blazefist and secured truce and peace between two kingdoms."
Aqua, Rainbow and Scootaloo left the Tiger Palace as they're heading straight to Xuchang Palace, where they meet Azure Phoenix and his army. As they bowed before them, he welcomed them warmly like a friend to him. Eventually, he married off Blazefist to Aqua for securing peace and truce between his army and Courage Tiger. And at the same time, Rainbow and Scootaloo reunited with her old friends.
"It's good to see you again, Rainbow," Twilight said tearfully.
“All right, we got to see you again!” Scootaloo exclaims, hugging her old pals. “This is great!”
Rainbow sighed, "Me too... Me too..."
