Chapter Three: In Which the Most Popular TikToker Ever Is Falling Through the Sky ft. a Lot of Fluff

Charli went up to her room after the entire fiasco had come to a close. That was all the excitement she could handle for one day! She needed a distraction. Charli collapsed into her bed and put on her Spotify playlist. It was filled with pop and rap hits, plus three songs from the 1980's that she didn't really know the names of. She had just put them in there to be quirky and she usually just skipped over them when they came up because she didn't like them.
As the music began melting into her head, she scrolled through the contents of her smartphone. There were some saponaceous tea spillages today. Apparently, Bryce Hall was partying during a pandemic and got his electricity shut off. They weren't even wearing masks and they were definitely not standing six feet apart. She smiled. He deserved it. Wearing masks was really important, because you were risking lives and possibly giving people future health complications if you didn't. This wasn't even the first time he'd done something like this. He went to party after party like it was nothing!
The Legend Herself: Dixie D'Amelio had just released her new hit single: "Be Happy," so Charli decided that it would be a good listen! As her head melted into the song, Charli fell in her sleep.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH," Charli said, screaming. She was falling on a sunny, sunny day. Hit the ground, you just may! On the way down, a bird pooped on her left nostril, which was not very nice. Charli told the bird, "Stinky bird!" and continued falling. This fall was longer than that one in Alice in Wonderland with all the books. However, there were no books which made this infinitely more frightening for the young teenage girl. It was just clouds, sky, wind, and the bird who had just pooped on her. The bird had faded into the blue sky like salt dissolving in a cup of shimmering water.
Speaking of the sky, it was very flat. There was no depth, no dimension. Some might say this was a normal thing about the sky, but this sky was different. It was all one shade of blue, with no variation. As she continued to fall, she noticed that all of the clouds were the same shape. They were oddly swirly and... also flat. Flat, flat, flat. She continued screaming, because this was some strange prank and she was really getting very scared!
"The Legend Herself: Dixie D'Amelio, if you are the malevolent monster putting me through this, well, let's just say this: you don't want to know what will happen when I get back at you!" she threatened. This was really getting quite frightening and Charli didn't know how much longer she'd be able to take it.
As she felt through the sky, she rethought her entire life, from the womb to her current situation. If she hadn't listened to that cursed hit single by The Legend Herself: Dixie D'Amelio, would she still be breathing the calming pharmaceutical that was the oxygen of her bedroom? If she hadn't told Sally about how Janet excluded her from the Fairy Clan in the third grade, would she still be friends with Janet and the girls? It was puzzling to her, and probably everyone else, because they didn't understand the turmoil that was her past, present, and possibly future. Wacky, right? She couldn't believe every decision she'd made up to this point had led her here, falling endlessly through a very flat sky. It was downright freaky!
She then fell through a bundle of clouds and screamed. The flat precipitation entered her system and clogged the pores of her stomach, so she was unable to scream any longer. She could still breathe pretty well though.
Out of the corner her eye, she thought she saw something go really fast through the air. It wasn't a bird, though, it was far too colorful for that. It wasn't an eagle, either, because that was a type of bird. Haven't you read your science textbook? Anyway, the blob of color was moving too quickly for her to even see anything. Because of this, she went back to rethinking her life choices, because there was really nothing better she had to do with her time.
When she was but twelve years of age, she had to make a life-changing decision. She was in an escape the room with her best friends Harry, Ron, and Hermione, and she had to sneak out of there without them knowing because she secretly hated them and would rather be anywhere else. With nimble hands and quicker wits, she managed to deceive them into looking in all the wrong places while she collected the clues. She was able to sneak out silently and locked them in their for eternity. They probably would've died had it not been for the fact that they had magic but just couldn't use it in front of her because she was a muggle. She didn't know that, though, and when they came back to school the next day, they didn't even want to sit with her at lunch. What might have been the outcome of the situation had she just been the bigger person and let them all out? Would she be falling through the flat sky right now? She truly regretted her poor decision all those years ago. How could she have done something so careless?
Sadly, there was nothing she could do about it now except whine, kick, scream, and shout as she fell through the bottomless sky. It was not doing much to calm her nerves, which was really annoying and rude in every sense of the word. She frowned for a moment, but didn't really know why. All she did know was that she was currently in life-threatening danger.
Because of this, she screamed out, "IF YOU ARE THERE PLEASE CATCH ME OR I WILL DIE!" to no one in particular, just in case anyone could hear her and would come valiantly to her rescue. She could really use the help right now, so she continued making noises louder than the pots and pans in her kitchen. She screamed really loudly for a long period of time, but I won't write out all of the screaming for you to hear. You can just imagine it. You can do some of the work for once. You are no better than me, or our star character, Charli D'Amelio.
Well, back to the story. She was falling for a great while until she hit the ground with an earth-shattering thud. Seriously, I think she might've started an earthquake on the other side of Equestria. No one was there to catch her, but thankfully, she just felt a ton of pain instead of dying right off the bat. This is because we need her to survive for the rest of the story to go according to plan.
Suddenly a crowd formed all around her. They kept asking her questions of all sorts, but she couldn't listen to any of them. No, she was far too shocked for that. Her mouth hung open like something really wide. Suddenly, they stopped chattering about to hear why she was so confused.
However, Charli's mouth continued hanging open. This was surreal. It wasn't too good to be true, because it really wasn't that great in her eyes, but it wasn't too bad to be true either, because she didn't really care that much. It was simply very weird and confusing and Charli wanted to go home already! Because of this shock, she screamed and screamed and screamed:
"WHY ARE THERE MY LITTLE PONIES EVERYWHERE?!"
