It was a normal day at Canterlot Castle...well, if you were to call birthing a kid normal, you’re sadly mistaken! Anyways, the day started out as normal. Princess Celestia was in her throne room writing down tax law while her guards were accompaning her.
Just then, she felt a kick in her tummy. She gasped in shock, and started to get back to work. Her sister, Princess Luna then came in to greet her. “Hi!” she said cheerfully.
Celestia looked and smiled. “Hi, Luna.” She said. “Come on here, have a seat.” Luna did so and sat right next to her sister. “So, how’s it going with last night?”
“Oh, it was okay.” Luna said, smiling. “Discord & I went to a movie with mom and then out for dinner. We went to this place that had... Ooh...” she felt as if she were in pain as she grasped her tummy. “Hoo... ooh... Anyway, they had these really amazing cheeseburgers.”
Celestia could tell something was wrong with her sister, but she couldn’t tell what. “Luna, are you okay?” She asked. Just then, she felt pain too as something exploded inside her and water flowed through where it exploded. “Oh, god!” She said in shock.
“You’re feeling it too?” Luna asked shocked.
“Luna...I think our waters just broke!” Celestia said in even more shock.
Luna could feel it too, and right there and then, she realized it was urgent. “Sister! We need to call Twilight and the others as soon as possible!”
Celestia nodded as she quickly wrote a scroll and sent it to Twilight. “Hurry, Twilight.” Celestia fretted. “We need you!”
A few seconds later, Twilight and company arrived quickly into the throne room. “Girls. Thank you so much for coming.” Celestia said to them.
“What's wrong?!” Twilight asked in shock. “What can we do?!”
“That's just it.” Luna told them. “Yeah, you know, maybe We ate too much. I keep getting these stomach aches. They come and go like every few minutes.” She rubbed her stomach in pain.
Applejack and the others instantly realized what that meant. “Oh my God!” she blurted out.
“Relax! We just get them some antacids.” Rarity said to her.
“They don’t have stomach aches, Rarity!” Applejack told her. “They’re in labor.”
Discord arrived in not a moment too soon. “Hey there, Ponies!” He said. “What’s going...on?” he noticed Celestia and Luna in pain.
“Celestia and Luna are going into Labor!” Applejack told them.
“Oh my God!” he and Rarity both said in shock.
“Alright then!” Discord said as he readied his fingers. “We got to go to the hospital!” He rounded up Twilight and her friends as well as his two wives. “Let’s go!” He snapped his fingers urgently, teleporting them to the hospital.
“Could you not go popping us all over, please?” Rainbow asked.
“This is important!” Discord said urgently. “Tia and Lulu’s babies are due any second! We need to make sure they get there in time!”
Rainbow giggled. “Tia?”
“Lulu?” Rarity asked.
“Are those your nicknames for those two?” Starlight asked, pointing to the two princesses.
“No time!” Discord said as he got the two to wheel chairs! “Help! These two are in dire need, and their water just broke!”
A nurse came up to them and smiled. “Alright then.” She said. “Who are...” just then she gasped in shock at the ponies who were in her presence. “Princess Celestia! Princess Luna! Oh my gosh! Why didn’t you say so?” She squealed in excitement. “Wheel them both into delivery!” She told two other nurses and/or doctors. “Go go go!” They did so as Discord and the others waited for them to be called up.
Finally, they were called up and went in the delivery room. First, to Princess Luna’s delivery room, as they saw her breathing hard in pain. “Doctor, how is she doing?” Twilight asked the doctor.
“She’s doing fine.” The doctor told her. “All she needs to do is push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push!”
“And push!” Rainbow Dash said as she turned to her friends. “Come on, Everypony! You know what to do!”
They all nodded as they all said it with her. “Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push!” They all said. Luna pushed so hard that a unicorn head came out, followed by a winged body.
“Congratulations!” The doctor said. “It’s a boy. What would you like to name her?”
The ponies, Spike and Discord took a look at the baby and were beaming with excitement of what it looked like! It was a little alicorn colt with a white ruffled mane and tail like Discord’s, and his ears were pointy. He also had a navy blue coat like princess Luna and he had hooves similar to Big Mac.
“He looks very adorable!” Starlight said in awe of this new baby.
“Golly, he looks so cute.” Cozy said in awe.
“And, night loving.” Twilight said in agreement.
The draconniqus and alicorn shared a little laugh. “She sure does.” Luna said. “What would you like to name her?”
“Actually. I thought you could do the honors.” Twilight said her.
Luna thought for a minute. “You know, I’ve always wanted to a kid named...Gallant Eclipse.” She said, smiling.
“Then, Gallant Eclipse it will be.” Twilight said as she and her friends smiled at the colt’s presence.
“Celestia would be proud to see this new bundle of joy finally born and out into the world.” Fluttershy said. The others nodded.
Just then, they heard a scream of pain coming from the other room as they jumped in alarm. “What was that?” Rainbow asked.
Luna recognized who it was. “Tia!” She said in shock.
In the other room, Princess Celestia herself was screaming in pain and breathing very deeply as the others came in. “CELESTIA!” Twilight said in shock.
“Gee golly!” Applejack and Cozy said in shock.
“Darling!” Rarity said.
“Oh my goodness!” Fluttershy said.
“What?!” Rainbow and Pinkie said at the same time.
“Oh gosh! Celestia!” Discord said in shock and worry.
“How is my sister doing, Doc?” Luna asked a nurse.
“She’s doing fine.” The nurse said. “All she needs to do is push!”
“You know what to do!” Rainbow said as she rallied up her friends into getting the sun princess to push. “Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push! Push!”
“Come on, Tia!” Luna said with worry and determination. “You can do it! Try harder!”
“You got it!” Pinkie Pie said. “You got it!”
“You can do this, Celestia!” Discord said as he took her hoof in her hand. “We’re here for you.” He smiled at her.
“Come on!” Twilight said in worry and shock.
Celestia struggled, grunted and groaned until finally, a head came out, followed by some arms, then a body, then legs and last but not least, a tail! Everyone sighed with relief and cheered.
“Congratulations!” The nurse said with glee. “It’s a girl! What would you like to name her?”
The baby appeared to have a ruffled black mane and a cyan horn with her head in a gray coat and her lower body was light gray with a zebra coloured leg. She even had blue wings and a pink and blue feathered tail with a snake-like appendage attached to it.
“I’d like to name her Chaotic Sunrise.” Celestia said as she smiled to Discord and Luna.
“Ah, Tia! That’s such a wonderful name.” Luna said. “And it compliments you and Discord because it looks similar to both of you.”
“That baby looks just like Discord and Celestia.” Twilight said as she smiled with joy. “Don’t you agree, girls?”
“I agree, Twilight.” Rainbow Dash said. “She looks just chaotic and adorable rolled into one!”
“I agree with you guys!” Pinkie said as she smiled and tears of joy streamed out her eyes.
“She is very one of a kind, Darling.” Rarity complimented.
Discord blushed sweetly. “That’s great to say, since Gallant Eclipse now has a sister.”
Celestia looked confused. “Gallant Eclipse?” She asked.
“That’s my son, Tia.” Luna told her sister.
She smiled. “Well, now we have a son and a daughter! Isn’t that wonderful?”
“You bet it is.” Twilight told them happily. “You bet it is.”
“Our kids.” Celestia said as she, Luna and Discord said happily.
“We’ll love them both.” Discord said happily. “Welcome to the world, little ones. Stick with us, we’ll help you learn about making friends and helping out.”
Gallant Eclipse and Chaotic Sunrise were finally born and were ready to start their life with their new royal and chaotic family. And more friends too in the future for them.
