//------------------------------// // 231. Special Somedragons // Story: Azure Edge // by Leaf Blade //------------------------------// Applejack yawned and Pinkie giggled and wrapped her arms around AJ even tighter as Applejack carried her down the mildly busy streets of midmorning Canterlot. Applejack was sleepy cuz she stayed up a really long time with Fluttershy last night— and Pinkie literally couldn’t have been happier about it by the way, like literally it would be physically impossible to fit more happiness in her little body probably. “Hey Applejack, guess what,” Pinkie purred in Applejack’s ear. “What’s that, hon?” Applejack replied, her words a little dreary. She was such a cutie and she deserved the whole world, and Pinkie was really hoping she could catch some sleep soon. “I’m gay!” Pinkie beamed, and Applejack laughed heartily. “Dang, girl, we got a lot in common,” Applejack said merrily, “we should date!” “Hmmm, well I’ll have to ask my amazing girlfriend if it’s okay,” Pinkie hummed thoughtfully. “Applejack, is it okay if I date Applejack?” “Yeah, it’s okay,” Applejack replied with a bright grin. “In fact, I’d be happy if ya did. She really fancies you, y’know.” “Well that’s great!” Pinkie hugged Applejack and rubber her cheek against AJ’s. “Cuz I fancy her a whole LOT!!” “I love you, ya big dork,” Applejack chuckled. “And I love you,” Pinkie said, nibbling on Applejack’s ear, “you sexy farm stud.” When the pair got to the Canterlot train station, which was as bustling and full of ponies as it ever was—maybe even more than normal cuz ponies were departing after coming to the city for the Gala— the gals sat on a bench to wait for an important train, and Applejack could barely keep her eyes open. As they sat on the bench, Pinkie patted her lap, and Applejack laid down and rested her head on Pinkie’s thighs, Pinkie brushing Applejack’s gorgeous blonde mane as she dozed off. Her snoring was impressive as hell, even causing a few nearby randos to turn their heads and look over, but Pinkie didn’t mind. The train Pinkie was waiting for finally pulled into the station in front of Pinkie and it took everything in her not to bounce like a cannonball over to the door to smother her sisters with affection as soon as they got off the train, an urge that got even more frantic as she saw Limestone stepping onto the platform. BUT! She wasn’t gonna disturb Applejack. There could be a ravenous bugbear tearing through the station, and Pinkie would merely find a way to defeat it without disrupting Applejack’s much needed beauty sleep. Still though, Applejack wouldn’t be too disturbed by Pinkie waving excitedly at Limestone from the bench. Limestone pretended not to see Pinkie, but she did; she was just flustered by Pinkie’s affection so she waited for the others to get off the train before she responded. Marble was the next off, and Limestone helped her get down onto the platform safely. Pinkie waved even frantically-er at Marble, whose eyes lit up as she smiled and waved back at Pinkie. Pinkie was absolutely dying from anticipation now, she just couldn’t wait to start talking to her amazing sisters. It’d been WAY too long! Last but not least was Maud, stepping off behind Marble, who pointed toward Pinkie, and Maud waved at her before Pinkie had a chance to. The three of them were all taller and stouter than Pinkie was, and between their dark clothes and chiseled features, it was easy for people who didn’t know them to feel intimidated by them. But Pinkie obviously wasn’t; they were her family and she adored them. “Hey, Pinkie,” Maud said enthusiastically as the three gals approached Pinkie. “Maud! Marble! Limestone!” Pinkie beamed, her smile growing so wide she felt like her cheeks might collapse under the strain. “Shhh don’t wake up Appleja—” “Wake up, AJ!” Limestone said as she kicked Applejack in the side, Applejack stirring awake with a grumpy groan. “Oh, hey gals,” Applejack yawned and stretched, arching her back and raising her arms over her head. She was buff and hot and huge and Pinkie was so damn gay about it. “Pinkie, would you mind too terribly if I turn in for a bit?” “Nope,” Pinkie pursed her lips and leaned toward Applejack, who leaned in and gave Pinkie a sweet, tender kiss. “You get your beauty sleep, babe. I love you so much I could explode.” “I love you more’n all the apples in the world,” Applejack said, laying another kiss on Pinkie’s cheek. “That’s a lot of love,” Maud pointed out. “Applejack loves apples.” “Mhm,” Marble nodded with an infectious giggle. “It’s true,” Applejack sighed, “but just not as much as I love Pinkie.” Pinkie wanted to say something sweet back, but she was just so flustered. And she didn’t get less flustered as she watched Applejack leave, admiring the mare’s sweet ass the whole time until she was outta sight. “It’s cute that you’re dating Applejack,” Maud said, watching Applejack leave. “I want to date someone.” Pinkie gasped in elation. “Do you have a special somepony, Maud?!” Pinkie asked excitedly, practically biting her nails down to nubs. “No,” Maud said, sitting on the bench next to Pinkie, who got really sad and her ears got all droopy. “That’s okay, Maud, you’ll mee—” “I have a special somedragon,” Maud said, and Pinkie nearly choked on her own air or something as she practically screeched in delight. “You have a WHAT?!” Pinkie screamed, her body bursting with excitement and fun and joy and those are all synonyms but you get it! “Shh,” Maud said. “Don’t want anyone to overhear.” “Mhm,” Marble nodded, looking around and fidgeting her fingers together. “This again, Maud?” Limestone scoffed in disgust. “What’s the matter, Limestone?” Pinkie asked innocently. “Dragons are the matter, Pinkie!” Limestone spat. “I don’t care what Maud says, she’s just—” “Limestone got a crush on a girl,” Maud interrupted, “and didn’t know she was a dragon until she was forced to reveal herself. Limestone’s still baby mad about it.” “Mhm,” Marble added, rolling her eyes. “I am not!” Limestone stomped her hoof. “She tricked us! You can’t just—” “Shhh,” Maud stood up to Limestone and put two fingers over Limestone’s muzzle, “no one cares.” “MmmmHM,” Marble crossed her arms and gave Limestone that awesome look Marble gives when she is done with someone’s sass. “Whatever,” Limestone huffed and kicked at the dirt. “I’m gonna go blow off steam.” And then she just… left. She just walked away, and Pinkie was so sad. But she didn’t have to be totally sad cuz Maud and Marble were still here and— WAIT! Marble was still here! Did that mean?????? “Marble, you have a special some—” Pinkie looked around at the bustling train station and whispered to Marble, “ecial-spay, agon-dray?” “Mhm,” Marble nodded and her whole face turned red and it was CUTE! Pinkie was SO HAPPY FOR HER AND FOR MAUD! “Do your special friends know about your feelings?” Pinkie asked. Maud shook her head. “Mmm,” Marble moaned and shook her head sadly. “That’s okay!” Pinkie said, pumping her fists and hyping up her sisters. “Is that why you’re going to the Crystal Empire tomorrow, Maud?” “Yes,” Maud nodded. “I heard from her recently, for the first time since she left the farm. She wants to meet up and she said she’s staying in the Empire right now. Figured I’d go up there and surprise her.” “Cool!” Pinkie cheered. She had a lot of questions, like how did Maud meet this girl and how long she was on the farm for and stuff, but that could wait; right now Pinkie just wanted to be excited and supportive. “So what’s your special friend’s name?” “Trixie Lulamoon,” Maud said with an enchanted smile. “Oh,” Pinkie said. Well that was a little awkward. There was definitely a conversation in Maud’s future about how her special friend tried to murder her sister, but that could wait for a bit, Pinkie supposed. That said, Twilight may have been happy to make amends with Trixie, but Pinkie? Not so fucking much.
