In a train there was a teenage earth pony with fangs, purple skin, yellow mane and eyes, called "Fast Tap", Fast was on his way to Ponyville, going to the friendship school, it was the first day of school and the opening day, he goes Very excited, he couldn’t wait to arrive, when the train stopped there, he left with emotion from the train and the first thing he saw was the headmare, twilight sparkle, who greeted her friendly, she was waiting for him at the station.

"uh, twilight, are you the headmare?" Fast asks a little shy.

"Yes, I also wait for you to show you the school, this place is very new for you..."-Twilight answers with a smile face, but Fast didnt had one, so adds-"I know it was difficult to leave your life behind, but truthfully here, you would have a better time."

After that little conversation, they both went on their way to school, and when they arrived, fast was surprised at how big, colorful, and impressive it was, and it was close to the princess's castle (it was also her house).

"Wait here, just for the bell to ring, meanwhile, other students are coming, try to make friends" said Twilight and then closed the door.

Fast as a good pony listened to her and more and more ponies and other creatures arrived, only Fast waited sitting at the door on the right side for a long time, until a while, a blue griffin also sits at the door in the left side, there, Fast remembered the words of twilight and decided to start a conversation with him.

"Hi!" -Fast said extending his hoove to the griffin, but the griffin just looks a little impressed and look to the other side- "Come on, don't leave me waiting, it's not bad to say hello to someone."

The griffin thinks for a while, sighs, turns his head and takes Fast's hoove, shakes it and then quickly releases it, and turns back to look the other side, with just that, Fast was happy, he had taken his first step in making a friendship: say hello; suddenly, the bell rang, and Fast and the griffin stand up, they are pushed back a little by the others, but they were still close to the door, well, just the griffin, but Fast was left a little behind, but he could still see the griffin and the griffin could see him, and everyone at the door placed in position looking at it, ready to go.

"By the way,"-says the griffin and looks at Fast-"my name is Gallus."

"And I am Fast tap." Says Fast to his new friend Gallus.

After introducing themselves, the door opens and they both enter without hurry, Fast, sees the school inside and gets excited, the well-detailed walls, a large floor where all the students fits, and a plenty of space, he walk a while to see the school.

"Welcome to the school of friendship!" Twilight said, welcoming everyone,"Please follow guidance counselor Starlight to get your class assignments, then we can show you your living quarters!"

He went quickly to starlight to be the first in sign in, when his turn come:

"Name: Fast Tap, and I'm very excited to assist in this school."Fast said with more energy than ever.

"Wow!, you are ready for these classes, you had to have been very excited when they announced the inauguration of it." Starlight said surprised.

"That I would like to say... I had to sacrifice my past, to live a better future." Fast said with a reflexing actitude.

After that phrase little philosophical, Fast just had to wait for classes to start, just walk a little, until suddenly not paying attention to where he was going, he crashes with a hippogriff.

"I'm sorry, I didn't notice where I was going..."Fast said.

"Nah, don't worry, I didn't either" the hippogriff repond and both giggles.

"my name is Fast Tap" said Fast ready with his hoove extended.

"Silverstream, nice to meet you." said the hippogriff while giving to Fast a hug.

"Wow! What was the hug for?" Fast said.

"I only like to give hugs." said Silverstream smiling.

Our pony had already made 2 friends and is already chatting with one and he is liking the hippogriff the more they talk, after a talk about hippogriffs and friendship, they say goodbye and promise to see each other again, after a while, Fast saw that Silverstream was meeting more ponies and other creatures, and Fast decided to do the same, walking around the place until he found someone nice who Fast would like to meet at first sight, but doesn’t achieve so much, only managed to help a yak get up 3 times in a row, say hello to a dragon, identify a changeling in the crowd and find a place where it's not easy to identify it; and nothing else and, yep actually took a long time, it had been a while and he just waited for classes to come into session, until the time came, before it started...

"Thank you so much for supporting the grand opening of our school! I hope you’ll all join us for friends and family day to see the amazing progress your students are making." Twilight announced

That day of friends and family was in 4 days, Fast, prepared for everything and very excited, he set out to make the best possible friends.

And so the classes are already in session, the bell rang of his first class, Fast came to it at the speed of light, every time the classes passed, he keep noticing something in the teachers, they teach in a slightly boring way, they learned things yes, but they don't give it enough care, in fact, at the end of the class, the teachers were a bit bored, the only one who gave their class dedication was Twilight and yep, she was also a teacher, that day was class by class , a little difficult to find a time where you could rest, but that was understood, it was to meet the teachers and what will learn with them, already ringing the bell that indicates that the classes of the day ended, it was time to see the living quarters.

When Fast opened the door of his living quarter he was excited, it was in summary a 2-floor bed, a bedside table and a window with a beautiful view, the 2-floor bed was the signal that he will have a roommate, Fast flips towards the door and he wait for his companion who he was, an earth pony, called Sandbar, Sandbar was a calm and determined pony, Fast like his roommate, both of them already knew the students who were other creatures, in fact Sandbar was lucky that they were his companions, Fast was proud of him, and he went to sleep with the hope of another day.
