The Main Six trekked through the Everfree forest as quickly as possible in hopes they could reclaim the nuke. It would be quite a mess if the beast somehow managed to prematurely set off the nuke and destroy the Everfree forest in the subsequent explosion. Twilight and the others ducked underneath twisting vines and wicked-looking branches as they ran down an old beaten path with haste.
"Twilight, Ah'm all in for exciting journeys into dangerous places an' whatnot, but Ah'm pretty sure we need a better plan than just running into a big dangerous forest. We don't even know where those big fellers are holed up." Applejack stated.
"Well, there's reason to believe Titans may reside in the far reaches of the Everfree where most ponies won't dare to enter. I have a map of the Everfree forest at home, and there's a ravine near the edge of the forest. If I'm correct, we'll find the MUTO nest there." Twilight replied. Just as Twilight finished her statement, the male MUTO had flown overhead the group, flying right above the trees.
"KREEEERRKKKK!!!" The male MUTO roared. As soon as the Titan spotted the ponies on the ground below, he wasted no time in swerving around and making a beeline towards the group.
"RUN!!" Twilight yelled. The six ponies immediately started booking it as the male MUTO was now hot on their trail. The female MUTO smashed through the wall of trees as she barrelled towards the group.
"OH SWEET MOTHER OF FAUST!" Rarity shrieked. Twilight immediately ignited her horn as she teleported herself and the others right out of the female MUTO's range just as the beast snapped her jaws at them. The female MUTO snarled with frustration, lifting her right forearm up. A loud crescendo of deep humming rang in everypony's ears as the MUTO's right arm began to ignite in a crimson light.
"What's that thing doing?" Rainbow asked in a slightly nervous tone. Before anypony could react, the female MUTO smashed her forearm into the ground, triggering a huge shockwave that sent the Main 6 flying. The ponies screamed in terror as they found themselves tumbling down a large ravine, stopping just three feet from what looked like a huge hole in the ground.
"Ow... Is everypony alright?" Twilight asked, earning a affirming nod from her friends.
"Hey, there's a giant hole on the ground there! That must be the MUTO nest!" Pinkie exclaimed.
"Now all we gotta do is nab that missile and get the heck outta here!" Rainbow said. Everypony turned around to see the male MUTO approaching the group with a ravenous look in his eyes.
"KREEEERRRK!!" The MUTO roared as he leaped at the ponies.
"Oh this is just terrific...." Applejack bemoaned. Right as the MUTO was about to pounce on the ponies, he let out a surprised shriek as he suddenly found himself slamming into the side of the wall after the Titan suddenly paused in mid-air. Twilight and the others looked on in confusion as the Titan was suddenly pulled backwards. The male MUTO screeched in distress while frantically clawing at the dirt before the beast was violently jerked back from the edge of the ravine, where it was out of sight. Before long, the group could hear several loud growls, shrieks, and defeaning thuds overhead. It was clear that a struggle had broke out.
"What in the blazes is happening up there?" Rarity asked.
"Let's find out." Twilight said. She and the others climbed up the steep wall, taking a peek at what was causing the ruckus.
And they couldn't believe what they were seeing.
Godzilla roared with animalistic fury while slamming the male MUTO into the ground with enough force to create a small crater in the floor. The female MUTO rushed in and rammed into Godzilla, only to get bludgeoned in the face by the saurian's tail. Twilight and the others were utterly speechless. Godzilla was alive. And now he was far larger than before. In fact, Godzilla towered over the MUTOs.
"He's alive... GODZILLA'S ALIVE!" Fluttershy cried, wiping away tears from her eyes.
"SKREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGGK!!!!!!" Godzilla roared as he charged at the female MUTO. Godzilla clamped his jaws on the Titan's neck, viciously thrashing the shrieking beast by her neck before tearing out a chunk of flesh from the MUTO. Greenish-blue blood gushed out of the open wound as the female MUTO shrieked with pain. The female MUTO whacked Godzilla in the face with her forearm, forcing the saurian Titan to back up a bit. Godzilla was about to advance when the male MUTO jumped on the Titan's back and began to pummel Godzilla's head with his forearms. Godzilla roared as he thrashed about wildly before finally managing to throw the smaller MUTO off him.
"Okay, Godzilla's distracting the MUTOs and buying us time. Let's get in the den and retrieve that missile!" Twilight exclaimed. She and the rest of the Main Six ran inside the entrance to the den while Godzilla fought off the two colossal parasites.

Twilight and the others ventured deep into the seemingly unprotected MUTO nest. She led the group down a makeshift set of steps, reaching the bottom of the huge artificial cavern in no time. Inside of the cavernous den, dirt, branches, and other kinds of forest debris was strewn all over without care. In addition to the wretched stench, there was an ungodly amount of mucus and saliva dripping from pretty much everywhere the equines can see.
“My goodness, it’s absolutely repulsive in here! How could any creature have such degrading tastes in lifestyle?!” Rarity burst out in disgust, trying her hardest not to add her vomit to the disgusting decor.
“That’s nature for ya, sugarcube.” Applejack retorted, ducking under an overhang of slime. Upon approaching the heart of the lair, the Main Six gasped at what they saw: Millions of tiny pulsating eggs glued to the walls like oozing, slime-covered sticky notes. The majority of the clutch was plastered to the giant spiral of rock standing in the dead-center of the den.
"Yep, we're definitely in MUTO territory now." Rainbow muttered, holding her nose in hopes to block out the wretched stench.
“Look at all those eggs. I bet they don’t taste very good, though.” Pinkie said. Twilight noticed something lying near the spiral that gave off an unnatural shine. She trotted over to the object, swiping away a clump of slime.
“Girls, it’s the missile!” Twilight excitedly exclaimed. A deep rumble echoed from another opening across where the ponies were standing, placing them all in a state of alarm.
"What in tarnation?!" Applejack incurred.
"Twilight, what was that....?" Rainbow inquired.
"We're not alone in the den. We need to get the missile out fast. Rarity and I will carry the missile out." Twilight said. She and Rarity ignited their horns as they magically levitated the missile off the ground. Twilight, Rarity, and the rest of the Main Six trotted back towards the entrance they came from with the highly dangerous weapon in tow. Fluttershy turned around, looking back at the clutch. She realized if the nest wasn’t destroyed, Equestria would be plagued with a infestation of MUTOs. The cream-colored pegasus felt a pang of guilt splash over her. How could she even think of hurting cute and innocent creatures?
But, then again.... MUTOs weren’t cute. And they definitely aren’t innocent.
“Pinkie, do you some matches and flammable oil on you?” Fluttershy asked.
“Sure, I do. After all, I can’t light my party cannons with cotton balls and water!” Pinkie replied, taking out a match and a can of oil. “Wait, why do you need those things again?”
“As horrible as it may sound, we can’t let these eggs hatch.... I’m going to destroy the nest.” Fluttershy replied. Twilight looked at the Element of Kindness, nodding her head in agreement while smiling.
“Fluttershy, I hope you realize you’ve made the most bravest decision anyone could make. Do what you need to do.” Twilight said. Fluttershy returned the smile before turning to the eggs.
“Hey, I can make great decisions too!” Rainbow exclaimed. Twilight rolled her eyes in a playful manner.
“Okay, I never seen anypony, besides Rainbow Dash, make tough decisions.” Twilight repeated with a laugh. She turned her gaze back to Fluttershy.
“Be careful, Fluttershy.” Twilight said. She and the others ran out of the den, leaving Fluttershy to obliterate it. Fluttershy swallowed hard as she drizzled the floor with oil before igniting the match.
“I’m so sorry....” Fluttershy whispered. She dropped the flaming match into the stream of oil and ran out of the den as quickly as possible.

Godzilla roared as both MUTOs began pummeling the saurian while trying to wrestle him to the ground. Godzilla snarled angrily as he sunk his teeth into the female MUTO's arm, causing her to shriek in pain and lose her grip on the saurian. Godzilla threw the female MUTO on the ground before grabbing the male MUTO in a chokehold and began viciously smashing him into a large boulder multiple times. As the three Titans duked it out, Twilight and the other ponies ran out of the den with the missile in hoof. Fluttershy ran out of the den just a few moments after, running past her friends.
"GET BACK, ITS GOING TO BLOW!" Fluttershy yelped. As if on cue, the defeaning roar of a explosion rang out in everypony's ears before a blast of fire erupted from the mouth of the den. Twilight and the others immediately ran away from the ensuing chaos, getting as far away from the blazing inferno as possible. The explosion was loud enough that it caught the attention of Godzilla and the two MUTOs. fter a moment, the fire finally died down. It seemed a MUTO-related armaggedon would be cancelled on this very day.
"Yes! We did it! WE DID IT! WE DIIIIID IT!!!!" Pinkie excitedly exclaimed.
"Great job, everyone! We're finally in th-"

The Main Six looked at the charred den with terror on their faces. The eggs may have been destroyed, but their mother was still very much alive. The ground below began to explode in a cluster of rock and soil as a massive muscular clawed arm reached out from under the ground. A second arm followed right after before the rest of the incredibly enormous creature rose up from the new crater. The creature itself resembled a MUTO, but she was far larger than her two offspring. The alpha MUTO's body was primarily a black color mixed with a grey underbelly and crimson markings. The beast's arms were covered in spiny reddish-orange scales that served as protective armor. Unlike the smaller MUTOs, the alpha MUTO possessed a hardened carapace on its back that sported countless razor-sharp quill-like dorsal spines.
"OH MY FAUST!!!!" Rarity screamed before jumping out of the alpha MUTO's massive hand. The alpha MUTO snarled with rage while resting her pupiless crimson eyes on Godzilla. The two smaller MUTOs merely chirped as they ran off, surrendering Godzilla to their very angry mother.
"KREEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAARK!!!!!" The alpha MUTO roared.
