	Greetings! I'm glad you've decided to give my story a shot. I've put lots of time, energy, sweat, and tears into the characters you're about to meet and the story that shall soon unfold.

The context of this story is quite confusing at first, due to the way I've chosen to deliver it. It was originally intended to be a webcomic, but I found that that was a little too time-consuming for someone as busy as myself. After about 40 pages I discontinued the comic, feeling a bit pressured and having been under fire from trolls and the like. I didn't expect to ever continue, but recently I took a second look at the vast universe I'd created, as well as the countless people who were longing for closure. I decided to tell the story as I saw fit, a little different from the original draft- but ultimately more satisfying and deep.

Approximately 1/2 of the plot has already occurred pre-prologue, and will continue on from there. The first half, from the birth of the major characters to where the comic would have ended, will be explored in flashbacks. I'm mainly saying this because many older fans of the comic have contacted me asking what the hell was going on.

I'll try my best to keep the writing as consistent and pleasing as possible. While I love writing, I can't say I'm an expert. The story will update slowly but surely, because I don't think I'll have rest until my characters do, as well.

Other than that, I don't have much to say! Sit back, relax, grab a pop, and enjoy the story. Onward to Chapter 1!
