Flying through away out of Canterlot with Spider-Mane flying on Spider Glider along with Rainbow Dash, Spitfire but now also with Twilight with Spike on her back and Princess Luna in pursuit behind his tail, Arabus kept flying in a top speed of the wind yet that time aimed right towards the direction of the Cloudsdale, as a so called mobile city being formed literally and entirely out of clouds came to a view.
“Well well well.” Arabus stated by the look at a very peculiar city out of clouds, his voice sounding somewhat promising with a hint of interest about the Cloudsdale. “Now this looks interesting. A city of clouds on the sky. Mmmm……This just might be my kind of place.” The Elemental scoffed by smirking deviously as with a swift maneuver he headed right towards Cloudsdale flying nosedive.
Meanwhile, all the pegasus ponies of various colours, manestalys as well as cutie marks inhabitants of the Cloudsdale were flying around and happily dealing with the matters of everyday life as usually, when though out of the sudden Arabus passed through flying by attracting everyponys simultaneous attention as the ponies stared at a strange being questioningly, not knowing what to think.
“Oh yeah, nice. Very nice. This would suit me just fine” Arabus stated quite joyously while flying around by making his very own inspection and judgement of the Cloudsdale, yet a malicious thoughts filled the Elementals devious mind. “Yet….I could fix this a little bit by my image.”
Arabus chuckled snidely as electrical spark were igniting throughout his arms and releasing yet another thunderbolt right out of his right hand, striking right the edge of the nearest building with cloud pieces falling around as well as fading away, therefore causing everypony around to burst out and shrieking in horror in the process as Arabus released more of his lighting bolts striking the nearby cloudy buildings aiding more on the uprising panic as all the pegasus were panicking and trying to flee.
“That’s it! Run you ants!” Arabus laughed devilishly as the shrieks of panicking ponies filled the Elementals pointed elves like ears as well as he was evidently enjoying the damage he had just did along with the ponies panicking and suffering.
Yet in the instance, a magic bolt of an amethyst colour shot over narrowly missing Arabus head as it merely stroke the clouded ground yet quite shocked Elemental sharply turned his head around to find out where the blast came from yet much for his utter awe seeing Twilight with Spike on her back along with Spider-Mane floating on Spider Glider, Rainbow Dash and Spitfire as well as Princess Luna by their side all mares flipping their wings keeping their frames airborne, the Avengers surrounded the Elemental, bearing a stern gazes and being battle ready to safe their new foe.
“That’s enough!” Twilight firmly stated bearing a venomous glare over Arabus and loading her horn with more of her magic.
“AVENGERS! ASSEMBLE!” Spider-Mane yelled out the teams trademark slogan as he landed with his Spider Glider at the nearest cloud and hopping from the machine to battle with Twilight and the rest of the Avengers following ready to take on Arabus with their combined might.
“Rainbow Dash! Spitfire! Lead everypony away into safety!” Twilight commanded both Rainbow Dash and Spitfire while flying on Spike riding on young princess back.
“On it, Twilight!” Rainbow Dash affirmatively replied while Spitfire merely nod her head without a hint of hesitation as both pegasus separated from the team flying to otherpony pegausu aid while the rest of the Avengers went after Arabus.
By seeing so many ponies wearing odd attires yet being that much daring or rather stupid to take on the Elemental, yet chuckling indifferently by at least trying to be that much amused by the act, Arabus channelled both his arms with electricity as he therefore pulled his hands togethers and releasing a massive electrical lighting steam right towards the Avengers, yet reacting quickly the heroes scattered into different directions avoiding the Elementals attack as the lightning bolts stroke a nearby cloudy building construct instead.
By taking his first move Spider-Mane shot from both his hooves his webbing towards Arabus in an attempt to restrain him, yet much for his dismay, the sticky substance strands merely passed through the Elementals body due to his ability via wind and air to be intangible merely hitting and spreading over the cloudy ground.
“Oh, come on! Like hitting nothing but air. Literally.” Spidey muttered inwardly yet bracing himself and nimbly flipping right over yet another thunderbolt blast Arabus shoot at him, landing on his front hooves yet contorting his lower body and making another swift flip throwing himself forward Arabus, narrowly sidestepping an incoming right hook from Arabus, the knight offensively threw his right front hoof to punch Arabus yet much for his utter dismay, the wall-crawlers hoof went right through Arabus windy and air composed body like a fog yet though in the process somewhat getting stuck in it unable to pull it out.
“Uh oh….” Spidey muttered as an expression underneath his mask shifted into a somewhat awkward if not even slightly frightened.
“A little bit stuck? Well than, let me give a reason to get unstuck.” Arabus scoffed grinning deviously while extending his right arm as a wind particles materialized and started spinning around the Elementals arm before he threw his whirlwinding fist right towards this opponent, yet unfortunately for Spidey as despite Spider Sense within his head was blurring on the fullest could do nothing but merely brace himself as Arabus wind tornado enforced strike hit the knight hard with enough force to send him flying backwards yet rotating around his axis in the process before crashing into a nearby wall of clouded building, collapsing to the ground grunting in discomfort.
“Peter!” Twilight shrieked in horror by seeing her husband limply lying to the ground yet a venomous glare formed over young alicorns face, channeling her horn with her magic aura in fury and shoot another magic beam out of her horn right to Arabus, yet just like before, the magic blast merely passed right through Arabus body who looked rather surprised then harmed at all, hitting merely a clouded ground behind him, much for Twilight apparent awe.
By igniting his arms with electricity, Arabus shot yet another stream of charged lightning right to Twilight though the young princess managed to cast a protective force field bubble just in time before the thunderbolt though stroke the energy field with enough force triggering a shockwave in the process sending Twilight backwards smiting the mare out of the air.
Right then Spike step in for Twilights and Spider-Manes aid courageously stepping into Arabus way, the baby dragon took a deep breath inhaling so much air into his lungs before breathing his emerald sparkling fire breath of some intensity and power right towards Arabus, the flames engulfed the Elemental who surprisingly and without expecting that coming groaned somewhat uneasy, shivering and struggling involuntarily like being in pain as if Spikes flames would be actually hurting him.
“It will take a more than that to burn me up, kid.” Arabus though grinned maliciously, crossing his arms over his chest and by swiftly throwing them aside therefore creating a whirlwind of air instantly extinguishing Spikes flames like a birthday candle quite for Spikes dismay as the Elemental shot more lightning off his arms right to Spikes, yet luckily due to his rigorous training with Logans coaching and therefore getting himself fit both physically and mentally, reacting quickly Spike just in time leaped making a swift roll to the side as the blast hit just the ground yet making a swift flip to dodge the second lightning heading towards him dodging it before leaping backwards to avoid the third one ye though the blast caused a shockwave over quite a radius causing Spike to loose his balance swatting him away.
Seeing her little scaly friend in trouble Luna flew over landing right in front of Spike as the Moon Goddess stood up for young dragons defence, bearing a fierce ocean blue glare staring to Arabus right straight through. “How about to pick on someone with true power brute!” Luna channelled lots of her magic aura into her horn before releasing it into one powerful beam that stroke and literally tore the ground of clouds leaving a trench in it in the process like a hot knife through butter as the magic blast hit Arabus on the fullest triggering a small explosion in the process, seemingly obliterating the Elemental in the process.
“Yeah! Way the go Luna!” Spider-Mane cheered out aloud about Lunas apparent triumph yet unfortunately it was a way too soon to celebrate the victory as just as the smoke after clouds eventually cleared out revealing a big hole in the clouded ground after the explosion yet there were a particles of an accumulated air and wind were floating above and just like that and much for the heroes shock it started forming itself when soon Arabus head with its golden eyebrows formed as well as eventually his arms and entire body as the Elemental actually managed to make himself together again.
“Nice try.” Arabus chuckled nonchalantly being seemingly rather merely then hurt or discomforted.
“Impossible!” Luna stammered waveringly in both awe and disbelief.
“He has actually get himself back together….Literally” Spider-Mane muttered in a rather both bewildered yet also slightly fascinated like manner over Arabus apparent and also unfortunate shapeshifting ability via air and wind.
“Judging from being actually composed solely out of wind and air itself and therefore due to his natural ability to dematerialize himself like that he can just do that.” Twilight murmured by logically yet also rather judging the situation.
“My turn!” Arabus exclaimed by nonchalantly extending both of his arms as he loaded them with more of his air bending like powers before slapping them both together into a quite some thunderclap therefore creating a shockwave of a high intensity that that though propagated into a burst of wind so intense and potent to literally blow everything away in its radius, slightly damaging cloudy made nearby buildings away with unfortunately for Luna not having time to brace herself as an intense gust hit the dark blue alicorn on the fullest, both her night sky like mane and tail wavering in the gust, with her heroic robes shaking and nearly getting tattered in the mercy of the wind as a wave of an accumulated air sent the co-ruler of Equestria backwards swatting her out of the air, crashing into cloudy ground yet the momentum carried her further making several nasty rolls before coming into a halt in a half dazzled state.
“Luna!” Spidey yelled out quite frightened for Lunas wellbeing as he leaned over Twilight supporting her to get up.
Yet in the instance a glow of light erupted in the middle, causing everypony in its range to shield their eyes yet attracting both Spider-Manes, Twilight and also Arabus combined attention as the glow faded yet revealing Sunset Shimmer and Black Cat, both mares being calved in their signature heroic attires, evident by getting the message from Princess Celestia therefor being informed about Arabus as the girls arrived just in time to aid their fellow Avengers in fight.
“Arent we late for the party?” Felicia smugly scoffed stretching her frame in a cat like manner.
“Don’t worry guys! We will take it from here!” Sunset Shimmer called out by taking a defensive stance her horn glowing with her light yellow magic aura as both superheroine mare were ready to take on Arabus.
“Guys, be careful! This guy isn’t just like any other Elemental!” Spidey tried to warn the girls not apparently having idea what they were about to mess up with.
Taking a gallop and evidently not paying that much mind of Spiders warnings, Felicia leaped into air and extending her right hinder hoof for a flying kick, yet unfortunately and just like with Spider-Mane before the cat burglar literally passed through the Elementals body without even scratching him and landing back on the ground by making a swift roll before making it back on her hooves. “What the…?!” Felicia stammered in a total shock and awe, totally dumbfounded about what has just transpired.
“Wow….” Was all Sunset Shimmer could say yet though recuperating quickly from her awe, the fiery maned unicorn loaded her horn with lots of her own yellow magic aura and shooting numerous bolts out of it right to Arabus, yet unfortunately the effort being for nothing with the same result as the blasts merely passed thought Arabus causing him no harm aiding on both mares simultaneous awe.
“Ponies. Such slow learners.” Arabus smugly chuckled in response yet both Black Cat and Sunset engaged in another assault as both mares attempted to charge at Arabus simultaneously from each different sides, as Felicia pulled out her cat like metals claws out of her gauntlets and Sunset loaded her right front hoof with her magic aura into an magically enhanced strike, yet out of the sudden Arabus body somewhat pooped, more like a balloon pooping by taking too much helium in and literally vanishing into the thin air disappearing like a steam, as both Sunset and Felicia were forced to halt in their combined charge just stopping just a few inches away from themselves wondering in a utter shock.
“Where did he….?!” Felicia muttered confused where did Arabus just disappeared.
“Over here!” Arabus voice echoed right behind as the Elemental instantly rematerialized back out of the thin air right behind Sunset and Felicie, yet before the mares could react to do anything or defend themselves against the specter, Arabus merely rose up both his arms clenched into fists and slamming the mares backs hard to the ground taking them down.
“Felicia! Sunset!” Spidey yelled out quite frightened for Sunsets and Black Cats wellbeing and galloping forward with Twilight who already managed to recuperate herself from her first assault flew loyally behind her knight for Lunas aid, only however for Arabus swiftly turning to power duo and shooting more of his thunderbolts on them, yet reacting just in time the knight and princess managed to evade the blast yet the blast striking a cloudy ground behind them generated a shockwave potent enough to swap both Spider-Mane and Twilight aside though the pair managed to hold their ground, facing Arabus though somewhat waveringly.
“Why is it that the supervillain keeps getting harder to fight, every single time you meet one?” Peter muttered half-heartedly as he cautiously yet somewhat hardly made it back on his hooves yet though by reacting on his Spider Sense blurring leaping aside by dodging yet another electrical blast from Arabus.
By catching her breath and intent to return a favour, Luna instantly teleported in by reappearing in a glow of light just a few inches away from Arabus position, loading and enhancing her horn more of her magic and sharply thrusting he head forward with her horn like magically enhanced spear of sorts, yet reacting quickly Arabus nimbly dodged with an arrogant huff, swinging his arm around by releasing yet another wave of an accumulated air hitting Luna by sending the alicorn backwards with Twilight flying on Lunas aid yet unfortunately getting into the way and being swatted by Lunas own momentum as both mares collided to the cloudy ground.
Spike running to both princesses aid took a deep breath and releasing more of his flames to Arabus, yet the Elemental inhaled enough air into his lungs and with one mighty breath once again managing to put baby dragons flames out like nothing with a little effort much for Spike dismay as the Elemental shot another lightning hitting the cloudy ground yet generating a shockwave which radius blew Spike away.
“This guy is something else.” Sunset Shimmer murmured disdained as she was helping Black Cat out on her hooves.
“Yeah! How are we supposed to fight something that we cant touch?” Felicia grumbled in a very unlady like fashion staring at Arabus waveringly underneath her cat burglar black mask.
“Simply put….You just cant. I am the Elemental of air. Cant you tell?” Arabus nonchalantly proclaimed chuckling in a somewhat twisted poetic like way by channelling more of his electricity though his hand and shooting yet another lightning bolt towards Sunsets and Felicias direction yet both mare managed to jump just in time out of the lighting way.
“Says ya, bub!” A gruff voice called out from above forcing Arabus and the Avengers to looked up as they all saw Wolverine flying in his hot air balloon that he lent though yet without permission back in Ponyville yet following Arabus and his teammates trail all the way into Cloudsdale as the X-Men was now back in vengeance as gruff stallion instantly pulled out his adamantium claws out of his hooves stepping over and jumping right off the air balloons basket falling right towards Arabus with his blades extended like a living arrow. “Here I come!”
“Wolverine! NO!!!” Twilight shrieked out yet though her warnings came a way too late and for naught as just as Wolverine wanted to impale Arabus, the mutant pony instantly and just like before passed through Elementals body like nothing, yet unfortunately the X-Men literally sunk right through the cloudy ground as he right then fell out on the other side of Cloudsdale cloudy basement.
“OH CRUD!!!” Wolverine cursed out aloud as he started falling down out of near stratospheric heights.
“Wolverine!” Spider-Mane yelled out shrieked out of fright yet nonetheless reacting instantly swiftly leaping out the Cloudsdales cloudy basement on the nearby cloud platform lower yet leaping again on another one to be closer and having a view and by seeing Wolverine falling right underneath his position the knight fired a strand of his webbing on the fullest as the gossamer flew through the air as it eventually latched itself right on Wolverines hinder hoof. “Gotcha! That’s some really big fish to catch.” Spider-Mane cheered out yet though swinging both his front hooves sharply yet in a way gentler like way stretching his webbing in the process therefore getting Wolverine stopping him from falling though the X-Men grunted in a slight discomfort as he was swinging on the webbing upside down before eventually coming into halt as Spider-Mane started steadily pulling him up.
Meanwhile the fight in the middle of Cloudsdale went on as the rest of the Avengers, Princess Luna along with Sunset Shimmer, Black Cat and Spike kept up fighting Arabus by trying to buy Spider-Mane, Twilight and Wolverine some time.
“Hey Cloudhead!” Black Cat called out from behind attracting Arabus attention as the cat burglar galloped right towards the Elemental, yet just a few meters away Felicia threw herself on her hinder hooves contorting her lower body like a spring and swiftly spring herself in a graceful flip right over Arabus landing effortlessly on her hooves right in front of him yet reaching out into her fur on her right hoof the mare pulled out her signature grappling hook cat claw on the rope by performing several graceful swings with it around, smirking deviously before throwing her claws right toward Arabus yet Felicia additionally swung the rope therefore causing the claw on its tip to get pendula all around as it eventually hit Arabus, slashing his body multiple times by igniting electrical sparkles in the process, unfortunately and much for cat burglars dismay it had no effect.
In the instance though Arabus caught the claw with his hand. “Gotcha!” Arabu chuckled devilishly yet channelling her hand with yet another quantum of electricity as the electrical current was channelled right throughout the rope and totally shocking Felicia who had not enough to react with a high voltage electricity coursing throughout mare body and causing her snow white mane and tail along with fur on her hooves got static in the process screaming in both pain and discomfort as the shock sent her away hitting the ground shivering unwillingly by the shock.

Gritting her teeth yet knowing she had to do something to at least slow the Arabus down, Sunset left Felicia to recuperate before once again teleporting herself in yet another flash of light appearing just a few inches away from Arabus by quite surprising the spectre yet the unicorns blue eyes disappeared behind a white glow by concentrating her magic into her horn before sharply bowed her head down and releasing a violet sparkling energy out of her horn as the energy spread around all over Arabus and forming some sort of a magic circle of sorts with glowing marks around. Arabus stared at the glowing circle on the ground around him questioningly yet though without seeing that coming a light violet sparks lighting erupted out of the glowing marks on the circle actually shocking Arabus causing him quite a discomfort and surprisingly even immobilizing him.
“What is this?” Arabus grunted quite in both simultaneous shock and discomfort as he struggled yet he could barely move by feeling the effects of the magic circle that was actually restraining him.
“A magic trap.” Sunset explained coldly yet a stern gaze in her eyes not faltering. “A spell while casted on the ground is triggered any time when somepony steps into its ring therefore being able to either slow down or immobilize them. Plus, for its very special one more additional effect, it can also change everything whats non-corporeal corporeal. Its pretty effective against wraiths or spectres.”
“Is that so?” Arabus chuckled deviously yet though with a slight hint of venom in his voice with his patience seemingly dropping, the Elemental clenched his hands into fist by generating more of his accumulated electricity through them as well as throughout his body by charging himself like a living dynamo unit as the electricity started distorting the magic trap.
Gasping in both surprise and slight shock by sensing the disruption in the spell with Arabus threatening to break himself free, yet gritting her teeth Sunset Shimmer stood still by concentrating more of her magic through her horn in order to reinforce the magic trap, once again resulting in a power struggle with Arabus using all his supercharged electricity trying break free from Sunsets magic trap as Celetias former student used all her magic in order to keep the spell on.
Though determined, yet Sunset found her task by power struggling quite overwhelming, feeling the strain channelling through her horn being send throughout her cranium as a fatigue started to get on the unicorn, evident by the magic trap effects steadily wavering while Arabus in his steadily increasingly overcharged like state started getting overwhelming when it eventually by all the accumulated electricity triggered a chain reaction, resulting in an electrical discharge shockwave of a high radius as Arabus actually broke the magic trap spell freeing himself yet unfortunately Sunset who didn’t have that much luck got struck by the Elementals power discharge getting shocked to the core and being send flying backwards hitting into a nearby cloudy wall falling to the ground half dazzled.
“Hurm! Nothin' like falling from a near stratospheric height ta kick in yer day.” Wolverine grumbled crabbily and annoyed crossed both his hooves over his chest while letting Spider-Mane upwards pulling hi up on his webbing like rope as Twilight joined her knights side.
“Do you like shocking? I will give you something shocking.” Luna growled and by spreading her dark blue wings and lifting her elegant frame into the air, Lunas ocean blue irises disappeared as her eyes started glowing white, spreading he hooves and concentrating her magic into her horn. And just like that, suddenly, a bright day blue sky was overcast via dark stormy clouds forming over the Cloudscale. In the same instance and just like of Lunas command, not just one but the entire series of powerful lightning stroke right from the stormy clouds as they all hit Arabus simultaneously with a full voltage in quite a shocking and nearly blinding glow of light.
Yet though much for Lunas utter shock, Arabus by being electrocuted with such an accumulated amount of lightning apparently didn’t seem to be affected nor harmed or discomfort at all, as in the contrast he rather seemed to absorb and being significantly empowered by Lunas lightning, evident by actually absorbing the electricity as therefore somewhat and significantly gaining mass.
“Oh stop there please! That tickles!” Arabus laughed maniacally boasting himself over his now fully supercharged self, grinning deviously. “If you though that was shocking lady than you haven’t even seen this one coming!” Arabus laughed rose with arms up to the sky as in the instance more thunders and lightning stroke right from the sky channelling throughout the Arabus arms, accumulating all the electricity before releasing it in one powerful lightning stream right towards Luna.
Gritting her teeth and her ocean blue eyes flashing fiercely, not giving an inch Luna also channelled her horn with an considerable amount of electricity as she also released all that charged lightning into one powerful beam of lighting, as both blasts collided in the process glowing dazzling and resulting in power struggle as both Arabus and Luna struggled to each trying to outmatch their opponent in so called power wrestling of sort.
However being supercharged by Lunas own lightning and therefore being significantly far more powerful in his state, Arabus charged all the electricity as he was slowly and steadily outmatching Luna evident by dark blue alicorns struggle and the strain getting over her cranium, yet evidently being overwhelmed by the power struggle match, as Arabus accumulated lightning blast coursed right throughout Luna horn therefore triggering an electrical chain reaction shocking Luna on the fullest generating a shockwave smiting Luna out of the air as the Guardian of the Moon hit the cloudy ground hard remaining lying limply, groaning in discomfort in a half conscious state with her horn being slightly burned with smoke coming out of it.
“That’s it!” Spike called out quite outrageous and boldly jumping into Arabus way for Sunsets aid. “You wanna fight, try to pick on someone of your own size!” Spike then closed his eyes by calming and recollecting his thought by taking a deep breaths via the pranayama technique Logan taught him as in the instance his body steadily started gaining on mass by transforming into his adult dragon self via the power of Crimson Gem of Cyttorak, his body growing with his arms and legs getting stronger and claws sharpening, his neck along with tail also prolonging, horns goring on his head and his fangs growing and sharpening including the wings forming and growing from his back in the process before his transformation was complete yet his eyes instead of pure crimson red glow remained the same slitted emerald ones towering over Arabus.
“Okay! Now we are talking.” Spike cheered out with his voice though significantly deepening while checking himself on in his adult form being evidently happy that he once again managed to control the power inside him not loosing it yet centring his fiery slitted emerald eyes right to Arabus below.
“Wow! Now you are bigger! You are pretty freaky!” Arabus jerked out quite in both awe as well as a slight hint of fear in his voice by seeing a giant dragon in front of himself, as Spike dwarfed the Elementals frame significantly.
“Freaky and strong!” Spike growled as he clenched his large hand into a fist swinging it horizontally and slamming it right downwards Arabus who was that much amazed that not having time to react with such force that he literally smashed the Elemental to pieces though more likely a particles of an accumulated air and winds splashing around with electrical sparks escaping yet the blow was so strong and potent to shake the entire cloudy area of Cloudsdale quite for otherpony dismay.
“Show him some muscles kid!” Felicia cheered out for Spike while standing by Sunsets side helping the unicorn up yet thought struggling a bit to maintain her balance via cloudy ground shaking.

Though astounded by that yet recollecting his thought in order not letting the Elemental catch his breath, Spike took a deep breath with brimstone and embers escaping though his mouth and releasing a massive stream of his emerald green sparkling flames yet of an incredibly high intensity and temperature via the proportion of his enhanced superpowered state as the flames engulfed Arabus who surprisingly shrieked out aloud, shivering and struggling involuntarily like being in lots of pain as if Spikes flames would be having a great deal of effect on by actually hurting him, unable to extinguish the flames this time causing the Elemental to retreat by fading away into a thin air.
Yet though and much for Spikes surprise, Arabus right then materialized in a way more mist like form more likely looking like a spectre by flying around the dragon. “Come here you!” Spike roared as he swung his large hand around with his claws exposed in attempt to strike Arabus yet as usually his arm just passed through the Elementals windy form. Spike opened his mouth up revealing long razor sharp teeth resembling swords before clamping his jaws with the sound resembling the two wrecking balls smacking together in and attempt to crunch Arabus though again without any effect. Spike then sprung his large long tail and swiftly swinging it around Arabus yet it once again easily passed through the Elemental non-corporeal state.
As an alternate resort Spike was ready to take another deep breath in order to breath more his fire yet though surprisingly and without seeing that coming, right then Arabus took an opportunity as while still in his gas like state literally passed through right into Spikes mouth by making his way right in. Gulping and closing his mouth in a total shock and awe by definitely not seeing that one coming yet out of the sudden Spike started somewhat started chucking himself coughing like there was something stuck within his throat grabbing his throat with both his arms spitting out embers like he would be choking on something yet stepping frantically all around making the entire cloudy area tremble in its centre much for everypony standing nearby arousing concern for their scaly partners well-being. Though eventually yet an sense of a nausea got over Spike, feeling a strange grumbling sensation within his throat as the dragon burst out choking out yet spitting Arabus in his gas like form back out still though coughing uneasily.
“Jeez! What have you been eating? Grubs?” Arabus rambled spitting out disgusted as he had just got out of Spikes dragon mouth.
“Hey! Whats the big idea?!” Spike growled still a bit taken aback yet quite infuriated. “Now you are just so toasted!” By taking yet another deep breath in order to breath more his flames yet oddly and much for Spikes mutual dismay and awe choking out a mere small embers in the process. By trying again and little bit harder this time, Spike took a way much deeper breath and yet once again, choking out a mere embers, somehow unable to breath his flames.
“What the…?!” Spike grumbled both shocked and dismayed in the same time by failing to comprehend why he out of the sudden couldn’t spit fire yet holding his throat with one arm yet slightly pounding his second on his chest in an attempt to get the fire out of his system yet though failing miserably. “My flames…..I am….I am just like all dry out or what?!”
“Whats wrong?” Felicia asked dumbfounded about Spikes sudden fire breath shut while along with Sunset helping Luna up on her hooves aside. “Why cant Spike breath fire?”
“I believe I might have an idea.” Luna replied, her voice though sounding dismayed as slowly yet still a little waveringly making it on her hooves with both Black Cats and Sunsets aid. “By taking his windy gas like form and then willingly being sucked into Spikes throat, Arabus must have found a way into Spikes fire sack.”
“A fire sack?” Felicia replied by trying to understand the expression.
“A fire sack is an organ within dragons throat right underneath its nasal and mouth cavity, being filled with flammable fluids from a cavity beside dragons stomach, which then excrete from between the throat and flaring outwards into fire, which is exactly how dragons breath fire.” Sunset Shimmer explained.
“Indeed.” Luna agreed with Sunset explanation. “Yet, by passing through into Spikes throat right into his fire sac, my guess is that Arabus must have somehow suck most of the fluids out of it, therefore disabling Spike for breathing his fire.”
“Not so hot now, are you kid?” Arabus chuckled smugly yet rising his arms up towards the stormy clouds that seemed to darken themselves even further with the weather evidently growing worse. “Yet how about I would turn on the heat a little bit. Got it?”
The Elemental chuckled again yet in a way more menacing like manner much for Spikes dismay as his arms started sparkling with more of his electricity as in the instance and just like on his command, one powerful and massive accumulated thunder stroke out of the sky flashing nearly the entire Cloudscale striking Spike on the fullest over an incredibly high voltage as Spike yet bracing himself roared on top of his lungs aloud as lightnings rushed throughout his gigantic body momentarily locking his muscles in the process as he was nearly flashing like a living lighthouse yet the blast sent Spike backwards as the dragon crashed into a nearby building remained covered by cloudy rubbles in a dazzled like state shocked.
Meanwhile Spider-Mane along with Twilights aid who was using her magic telekinesis helping her knight pulling out his web when they finally pulled Wolverine to the edge of the cloudy platform they were standing on, yet without expecting that Twilight channelled more magic into her horn glowing as instantly Logans body started glowing as well before a light flash explosion triggered with sparks igniting much for the X-Mens utter awe.
“Took ya long enough.” Wolverine grumbled quite impatient as Spider-Mane and Twilight pulled the X-Men up by his hooves on the cloud.
“Hey. I could have simply let you go splat.” Spidey replied quipping in a both sarcastic and also lightly outrageous like manner.
“By th' way, Sparkle….What did ya do ta me?” Wolverine though oblivious to Parkers reaction wondering what had Twilight just did by using her magic on him yet much for Logan surprise he now could just stand on the fragile cloudy platform just the others and not falling through it again.
“I have casted a cloud walking spell on you.” Twilight replied only to see Wolverines baffled like expression through his mask. “I casted it just before we all get into the Cloudscale, expect you though, enabling us to walk and move easily on clouds without falling through. So, from now on even you should be able to walk and move on clouds without any problem.”
“Guess that would narrow this down, wouldn’t it old chum? Just walking tiptoe like a ballerina on clouds.” Spider-Mane quipped yet hilariously started tiptoeing on place.
“More like a havin' head in clouds most th' time.” The X-Men grunted annoyed in response.
Right then though the trio averted their collected gazes back as the fight between Arabus and the rest of the Avengers raged on the fullest, nearly shaking the debris of the Cloudscale as despite Lunas, Sunsets, Black Cats and Spikes combined effort, the Arabus was eventually getting upper hand much for Spideys, Twilights and Wolverine dismay.
“Urgh! All our attack aren’t doing a thing!” Twilight groaned both dismayed and outrageous. “As long as Arabus remains in his non-corporeal air wind like state, our physical and magic force against him is useless.”
“Tell me about it.” Spidey muttered by sharing his princess light frustration. “Like Sandman, Hydro-Man or Sombra for an example weren’t bad enough with their little shapeshifting/transformation trick thingie of their own.” Yet out the sudden young stallions chocolate brown eyes underneath his masked lenses shot open in an utter shock as an idea instantly flashed through the knights head in a realization like thunder strike. “Wait! That’s just it!”
“That’s whut?” Wolverine dully asked seemingly oblivious of Parkers sudden outburst.
“What is it Peter?” Twilight asked as well yet unlike the X-Men, the young princess voice was filled with an interest and hope.
“Alright, listen.” Peter started, his voice sounded promising. “I just might have an idea for Arabus little incorporeal issue, but for that I would just need something from my lab back in Golden Oak Library.”
“What that might be?” Twilight asked eagerly.
“Well, ya better git over it guys.” Wolverine though grunted by attracting the couples attention the X-Mens blank white eyes blazing with determination. “Me and th' others will buy ya some more time ta git it, whatever it is worth it.”
Yet despite feeling somewhat uncertain about this yet knowing it would be the best option by exchanging a mutual glances between each other yet both Peter and Twilight gave Wolverine an affirmative nod by understanding, as the X-Men merely grunted in response as he proceed galloping to aid the other Avengers with Arabus while Peter and Twilight looked at each other as Twilight generated her magic through her horn as in the instance the Power Couple momentarily disappearing in a flash of light.
Meanwhile the situation started looking quite for the Avengers as Arabus momentarily and apparently seemed to be getting upper with heroes looking rather subdued and rather dismayed by the fact the Elemental was getting better of them and not to mention the fact that they actually couldn’t touch him by failing to inflict any harm to him and with Spike being momentarily out of game, the things indeed didn’t look that good so far, yet the Avengers refused to yield.
“Alright. Who is next? Come on, stand up and fight!” The Elemental scoffed in a dull and rather indifferent manner.
Out of the sudden, a blur of rainbow colours zipped passing right in front of Arabus muzzle in a dashing speed. “What the….?” Arabus exclaimed slightly surprised as he sharply turned his head around as he see Rainbow Dash being the blur passing through him. Yet suddenly another blur though this time of an orange colour zipped through from a different direction around the Elemental, as Arabus much for his awe spotted Spitfire, as both pegasus who managed to get everypony of the Cloudsdale into safety returned to aid their teammates.
“Rainbow Dash!” The captain of Wonderbolts called upon aloud. “Lets give that blowhard a doble spin!”
“You got it!” Rainbow Dash smirked deviously like inwardly getting the point of Spitfires idea as both mares simultaneously nosedived towards Arabus like two fighter jets in a full speed, as they both started flying circling around the Elemental, much for Arabus arousing suspicious, steadily gaining on more speed and intensity leaving their signature blur streaks behind, with a traces of wind rising from the cloudy ground as they slowly yet steadily created a self-made twister of quite an intensity causing a massive wind burst around the battlefield, engulfing Arabus in a hope to flutter or blow the Elemental away just like Spitfire tried with Lavan.
“Twister? How really amusing.” Arabus though chuckled aloud in a rather amused like manner in the centre of the twister as the Elementals windy body started fading away before it took a form of wind itself and just like being sucked right in and also like becoming a sync with the twister itself, yet unfortunately though the force of the blowing twister seemed to reversed itself in motion yet blowing with a way more greater intensity than before as Arabus actually gained control over it, which Rainbow Dash and Spitfire much for their utter shock and awe found out, as both mares found themselves under quite a pressure, feeling the force of the twister under Arabus controls backfiring on them, yet both mares tried to struggle against the force of wind, though it proved to be rather wavering.
“We cant hold him!” Rainbow Dash howled sounding rather strained as the reversed force of the twister than taken over by Arabus started getting a toil on both her and Spitfire alike, both mares struggling flying to keep up their pace with the whirlinding force inside yet though all their struggle was for naught as the force of now Arabus twister burst both pegasus out like a cannonballs with a speed of a missile, as Rainbow Dash crashed into a cloudy wall hard while Spitfire hit the ground by making several rolls creating a trench in the process before eventually coming into a halt as both mares ended up in a half dazzled state.
The twister meanwhile slowly started loosing on its intensity before reverting and transforming back into Arabus himself as like on the Elementals command all the accumulated whirlwind faded away. “And that’s all? How sad.” Arabus scoffed in a very melodramatic like manner.
“Try me fer yer size bub!” A gruff voice huffed from behind quite for Arabus surprise as Wolverine lunged himself from behind like a swung javelin with his adamantium claws exposed yet unfortunately and just like with the same result the X-Men merely passed through the Elementals body like nothing without even fazing him.
Yet making a swift roll not yielding though, the mutant charged on the Elemental once again, throwing a wide barrage of savage slashes of his deadly blades over Arabus torso with particles of winds flying around in the process yet as usually it had absolutely no effect on the Elemental feeling no pain due to his wind incorporeal like physiology.
“Cha! Pathetic worm! You cannot harm!” Arabus huffed in a very arrogant like manner, evident by finding his patience drastically decreasing, much for Wolverines outrage and dismay. The Elemental then sharply swung his hand around by creating an wave of an accumulated wind and swatting Wolverine away yet the gruff stallion contorted his lower body up and with a swift backflip making it back into his hooves maintaining his signature fighting pose with his adamantium claws exposed.
“Lets kick it up a notch!” Arabus exclaimed by accumulating more wind into his arms as he sharply extended them and shoot numerous glowing razor sharp projectiles of an accumulated air right to Wolverine, yet reacting defensively the X-Man extende and managing to block and deflect several air accumulated blades yet unfortunately some of the blades passed through and managed to slice the gruff stallion over his body, tattering his costume and leaving some nasty bleeding slashes.
“Is that all ya….” Wolverine grunted outraged gritting his teeth by supressing the pain yet unfortunately his sentence was cut short as Arabus yet significantly enlarged fist via accumulated air punched the X-Men hard as the gruff stallion flew with a speed of a missile and crashing into a nearby cloudy building. “Git….” Wolverine grumbled lousily which though sounded above the verge of a whisper.
Right then Arabus arms started igniting with electricity by extending them upwards Yet though before the Elemental could finish Wolverine off, in the instance a beam of amethyst violet colour struck the cloudy ground in a flash of light prompting Arabus to swiftly turn his head around as the spectre once again saw Twilight Sparkle, a Princess of Friendship bearing a determined and fierce expression and her horn being loaded with her magic aura.
“That’s far enough!” Twilight called upon an authority being vocally present in her voice, as well as also Spider-Mane swung around on his webbing the masked stallion slowed down his momentum by contorting his lower body by releasing himself from his strand and by performing a graceful sommersault the knight landed gracefully on the ground, yet though also wearing Twilight Arms gauntlets over his hooves as well as having a saddlebag with Twilights insignia over his torso as Twilight soon landed by her knights side.
“You ponies just don’t learn. Do you?” Arabus merely chuckled in both indifferent and amused like way yet like he would be getting bored from the game yet nevertheless instinctively reverting back into his incorporeal windy like form.
“Oh yes. We have….” Spidey however replied, his voice though sounding tuned down with secrecy and strangely mischievous alike evident by the grin forming over his face underneath his mask. “You are pretty good. I gotta say, I haven’t had this sort of challenge by myself of the supervillain like you. Here. I have decided to give you a little gift to express my respect.” The webslinger then though uncovered the mask over his muzzle, reaching into his saddle back and pulling out one of the miniature Crystal Hearts bombs, as snatched the bombs safety pin on its fuse with his mouth and with a sharp swung he pulled the pin out, before sharply throwing the crystal heart like jar like a professional baseball player right towards Arabus. “Catch!”
The Crystal Heart fell bouncing several times from cloudy ground rolling right towards when being just a few inches away from Arabus as the Elemental stared at the strangely shaped jar suspiciously, yet in the instance the crystal heart out of the sudden started trembling itself and pulsing with magic glow, like being about to blow up, much Arabus utter confusion and awe. And in the instance the crystal heart eventually detonated and releasing massive amount of luminous array of bright light along with sparkling particles of magic that even brighter then sunshine that literally flashed Arabus on the fullest as the Elemental not reacting fast enough to avert his gaze, got unfortunately dazzled by an unusual amount of intense light, cringing and yelping disturbingly as his eyes stung by the glow.
“What in the blue blaze……?!” Arabus blustered both outraged and confused in the same time covering his eyes that hurt like a flame from such glow with his vision blurring struggling to set out and feeling still a bit dazzling. “What do you want to do? Dazzle me to death?” The Elemental huffed as he partly regained his senses yet still not feeling quite right about this.
“Something like that.” Twilight remarked in quite a dull manner yet though snidely winking over Spider-Mane.
“That’s right.” Spider-Mane playfully added with a grin underneath his mask widening yet his masked lenses somewhat flashed with mischievous and slamming both his front hooves together as Twilight Arms generated an electrical sparks. “Kiss your incorporeal state goodbye!” Spidey cheered out as he charged towards Arabus galloping in a full speed.
“Huh?!” Arabus blurted out as the Elemental dully stared at the masked stallion charging as Spider-Mane lunged himself forwards extending his right hoof as Twilight Arms was pulsing with electrical sparks igniting before sharply throwing it forward as the knights magically enhanced punch actually came to a contact with Arabus, hitting the Elemental with a great force potent to trigger a miniature shockwave lifting debris of clouds around and blowing nearly all air out of the Arabus, much for the Elementals utter shock and dismay as Spider-Manes strike literally send the specter flying backwards like a cannonball before crashing into a cloudy wall of a nearby building, cracking a hole it and rising dust of clouds .
“I have….I have actually felt that……” Arabus stammered incoherently by gasping for air while staggering and hardly trying to made up on his floating position as Spider-Manes unexpected strike totally caught the Elemental of guard, completely failing to cope what had just happened. “I….I don’t understand! What have you done to me?!”
“It is the Crystal Heart, genius.” Spider-Mane huffed offhandedly by explaining. “Being filled with magic and via trigger and exploding it releases a light with the unique magic properties of the Crystal Heart itself. For anypony pure of heart its harmless, yet for a dark magic and other magical supernatural beings its has a very convenient effects, just like in your case, altering your windy like physiology by repressing your ability to materialize yourself rendering you corporeal like a flesh and blood. Furthermore……it’s the equivalent of a flash bang with the joys of disorientation.”
“That little trick of yours with the Crystal Hearts truly worked Peter, just like with Sombra once.” Twilight cheered out by prising her husbands ingenuity.
By taking masked stallions explanation with a mixture of awe and disbelief, yet nevertheless trying to make himself incorporeal again, Arabus much for his utter dismay found out he is somehow no longer to do so, judging that Spider-Mane was indeed correct that that Crystal Heart bomb of his indeed rendered him corporeal restraining his windy like state.
Although shocked about his current state, Arabus dismayed and astonished though rather swiftly shifted into an annoyed and outraged one. “Now that isn’t funny.” Arabus growled, his voice lacking any humour evident by seriousness associated with usually indifferent and oblivious Elemental.
“Excellent move, my friend.” Luna added by acknowledging her best friends resourcefulness about just getting the idea.
“So, it looks like the fortune has changed.” Felicia scoffed sounding very promising and also somewhat mischievous by the sudden turns of events.
“That’s more like it.” Wolverine whose wounds by the time managed to fully heal via his healing factor though growled quite maliciously, a fierce expression along with a very snide grin forming over the X-Mens exposed muzzle and slamming his hooves together, as the Avengers were about to return the favour. “Payback time.”
