It was a tough year since dropping to Equestria; on the first day of summer vacation too. But all of that doesn’t matter because this is probably the most insane heart-pumped action since you got here. Expecting from being Isekai’d, you thought you would be getting some grand adventure, obtain some super overpowered ability, fighting dragons, and perhaps scoring a gorgeous harem of ladies of all the archetypes. But all of that wasn’t true in the slightest. You’ve spent your time here making friends with dragons, griffons, other horses, and something you think some eagle mermaids. Not to mention helping Twilight and her friends solve friendship problems and make friends from different species. Wasn’t the typical isekai adventure you’ve thought you wanted.
Nevertheless, you managed to stick by Princess Twilight and her friends as they fend off Equestria from multiple evils. Remembering your first encounter with them at her princess coronation, ponies took you as a threat when you dropped below from the sky toppling over her. But as you soon progressed and some formalities ensued, you became fast friends.
And now you’re alongside Twilight and her friends; you prepare to face them head-on A former queen of the changelings, a gigantic centaur, and a filly with daddy issues. Not the most fearsome out of the three, but considered a threat to Twilight.
“Alright, we’re in the endgame...” you strikingly said as you smack your right fist onto the left palm of your hands. “Let’s get this show goi-”
-Twilight placed a hoof just beneath his thigh. “Hold it, Anon! we must come up with a way to grab the bell out of their hooves.”
“Come on, Twi! we got this in the bag!” Rainbow dash came hovering above her, hitting her two hooves together. “I’ll swoop by and grab it, no sweat!”
“That’s dangerous, and you know it,” The princess shook her head against the plan. “Anon, can you manage to distract Chrysalis over there!?”
You weren’t so sure at first, but you instantly nodded. A little secret you have kept from the girls, but you’ve been crushing on Chrysalis out of everypony you met. Why? Because of her great personality. Sure, she tried to steal all the love from Twilight’s brother and captain of the royal guard, Shining Armor, by changing to look like his fiance, but the way she is just so villainous makes you feel tingly. Hoping that she turns her ideas after Starlight and you tried to stop her from taking over Equestria, you were going to tell them then. Clearing your thoughts in her head, you responded, “Alright, tell me what exactly you need me to do.”
“You see the bell they have floating?” She pointed hooves straight to the bell just slightly above them. “Make sure you get her away from it. We’ll deal with Tirek and Cozy in the meantime.”
The three guests weren’t so happy as to see Twilight and her friends intervene in their plans, as they prepared to duke it out the moment they all locked eyes.
“So princess Twilight, came here to bow down to our supremacy?” Chrysalis’ devious smile invigorated the six.
“Not a chance!” she stepped her hooves down to the ground. “We’ll save princesses and our friends if it’s the last thing we’ll do!”
The three couldn’t be so maniacal as they laughed back at her face. She then cast a blast just a few feet from them to shut them up. You could feel the rage on her face; even her friends were a bit stunned by her anger.
“Don’t you think you should stay in bed, little’ filly!?” Aj mocked the little alicorn as if she doesn’t have a care in the world. “You might get a darn cold from all this fightin’ here!”
“ERRH! Enough talking, more fighting!” She grunted, feeling a pent-up aggressive fighting spirit.
The six and Spike already came rushing towards the group blasting their way towards their brute force. You maneuvered yourself just on the side of their direction so that you won’t get mauled in the crossfire of Twilight and Cozy’s magic. Tirek was fending off Rarity and Spike, who worked together to counter his fire breath. It's all working up to you getting directly towards Chrysalis, getting her distracted from guarding the bell around her. Carefully stepping forward, you positioned to her left side, where she was busy blasting beams towards Rainbow dash. Before you could act, you thought to yourself what to do after approaching her.
'Come on me! Your chance to shine! Your opportunity to talk to her once and for-’
“You there!”
Chrysalis soon to get a glimpse at the unfazed human, to which your heart was beating so fast. Not that you were afraid: but a bit flustered about her presence. She locked eyes on you, hissing straight towards your fearful face.
“You’re that human, Anon!” she snared to you. “I don’t have the time to feed on your pitiful love, so I’ll just have to destroy you and your pitiful life.”
'Ahh, classic tsundere talk... I’ll go for the ole reverse physiology’
You took your first saying in the matter, resting your arms against the back of your neck. “Go ahead, shoot me!”
“Huh? You dare question my motives against you!?” she was a bit dumbfounded by your nonchalauntless.
“No-no, It’s just that from this moment on, you are free to shoot me to your heart’s content. Now, proceed m’ lady!” you attempted to get into her head.
“Very well then,” she lightens up her mood, in a matter where she lit her horn and aimed towards you. “Goodby-”
She quickly faltered, stopping all magic channeling to her horn and focused on you. Somehow, you managed to walk closer to her, about a few feet from her eyes.
'No-no! It’s backfiring! What to do what to do!? Aha! I’ll defy her perspective of things,’
“-Or...you could hear me out for something significant,” you said again, waving a hand around her. “Why take over Equestria? is it because you want to be a ruler? or is it the fact that you want it all?”
“I want it all to myself, of course!” she answered thoroughly. “Having everypony bow down to me and ruling over all the land is my dream!”
You were in the point of no return, it’s time to defy her entire mind, and maybe try to gain her affection. Lucky enough that those long hours playing dating sims could teach you a few things. “100% of everything is still nothing; you know that?”
“Whatever do you mean?” she gawked up, fascine by his sudden knowledge.
You sighed, clearing things up with her. “Because if you have everything, there’s no point in striving for more! Because you have it all! So, what are you going to do if you’re bored on your throne with everypony at your command? Nothing! Cause you won’t have anything left because you have everything! And it would be entirely pointless to rule Equestria! You’ll be bored sitting on your throne or whatever, and If no one is going to oppose you, then you’ll feel a sign of emptiness in you’re heart! To which is no different than what you’re doing now.
And now we’re in this moment, where you’ll probably lose by the power of friendship Twilight has, and you’ll be just either be obliterated or turn into stone. Well, either way, you’re going to lose this fight.”
It took nearly 10 seconds for Chrysalis to process everything you’ve said to her, twitching her eye vigorously as soon as she comes through. “Y-y-you’re right! there is no point in all of this!”
“Which is why I’m saying to you; why achieve your goal, if it accomplishes nothing at all?”
Soon after, Chrysalis’ Whole focus on the battle halted when you had given her something deep to think. Like the experience some epiphany from your entire speech. Her head moved flopped down to the ground seemed to accept defeat. “N-no matter what we do, we’ll end in misery.”
“But you still have time to change.” lighting up her mood and resting her right palm onto her back neck.
“Y-y-you...you’re not fearful of my wicked features?” Chrysalis regained a bit of her confidence, trying to ask him.” Twilight and her friends cower in fear when they make eye contact with me!”
’ This is it, the moment of truth. If I was a manga protagonist, I’m about to seal my fate with her.’
You were going while back your feelings for her if she was ever to potentially reform, but plans have changed a bit.
“Who said you were ugly: I think you are beautiful the way you are!” you stated our fact.”...And your beautiful mane as well.”
Her cheeks soon turn a brightish red, turning away amidst your gushy flirting amongst her, still with your hand brushed against her back neck.” No! Don’t you dare trick me with your pathetic and q-quite...”
Quickly, you maneuvered your right palm onto the top of her head, taking a feel at her mane. It was quite a silky smooth from the touch and unlike Twilight’s description of her. Icky and gross, she would say. She slightly moaned as she felt your hand touch the top of her scalp. I am letting out a soothing voice.
” S. S.-” Barely can’t even make full sentences, she stammered from your gesture.” S-Stop it, you idiot! what are you doing!?”
'Yep, a total tsundere’
Smirking with all the guts in you, you took it to the next step. Raising your other arm, you connected the gaps between your fingers to embrace the changeling in a big hug fully. Pulling yourself towards her felt like a warm fuzzy plush doll. Chrysalis herself boiled with lots and lots of apparent confusion, stammering, and mixed feelings as you hold her tight. She was staring directly at the side of your face as you brushed it on hers.
“I-I...I...uh...” she was so flustered, she almost sounded like she’s choking. “There’s no way some creature could love a terrible face like me! I’m the fearful thing eve—”
“—You smell nice...” you proceeded on, hugging her tighter, warming up to her. “Come on, I’ll make you the happiest mare ever, and you don’t have to change into somepony else. You can be you!”
Noticing her embarrassed-looking facial expression, Chrysalis looked like she was about to explode. “What are you doing with those!? trying to strangle me!?”
“Not at all, I’m giving you a warm hug!” you chuckled. “Why? Haven’t been hugged before?”
“Wait! I’m feeling something strange...” she slowly began panting rhythmically, just as soon as she regained focus. “Like there’s a throbbing sensation inside me; why am I burning up in my cheeks?”
“That must be from your heart rate increasing.” answering flat out. “And that’s your cheeks blushing; it means that you must be embarrassed or flustered by me...”
“W-what! n-no I don’t, but...” she suddenly went along with your unruly gesture. “I-I guess I feel the warmth when I’m near you... you are the very first creature to ever show such emotions to the true me...”
Slowly retracting your whole body from the hug and now simply grasping her shoulders, you lock eyes into each other. There was no talking or noise besides the countless brawling in the background. Like your body is on auto-pilot, you nearly pushed your head near hers, and she too was following your movements with a deadpan face and everything. When you are just a few inches away from her luscious lips, the entire background drowned around your ears, hearing nothing but muffling blasts. The moment you’ve been waiting for, you were about to lock lips onto each other. With no second to think, you pulled her towards your puckering lips while she too was embracing it, despite not ever kissing somepony so passionately. It was evermore intense when she started to stick her tongue onto yours, wrestling for dominance.
’Woah! she’s a freak!
Onto Twilight’s side of things, she was accompanied by Rainbow Dash and Applejack, who both were busy with Tirek at the moment. When Applejack almost got him lured to her side of things, it was Twilight where she had to put up a shield from Cozy’s powerful laser blast.
“Dash! Is Anon distracting Chrysalis as I told him to!?” she asked, focusing one side of her just behind Anon.
“Hold on! let me check and—” she turned behind herself, revealing the shocking display that lay beside her eyes. “Woah...”
“Hmm? something wrong with the distraction!?”
“Nope...” Rainbow blurted out, still gawking at the scene displayed in front of her. “Anon’s distracting her, alright!”
“Good!”
“I mean, REALLY distracting her!”
“That’s perfect; then we could grab the be—”
“Seriously, he’s getting her to stray away from the bell, and we should probably—” Rainbow suddenly stopped her to move on to her next reaction. “—Oh my Celestia! they’re really into the tongue action!”
Twilight couldn’t figure out what she meant by tongue action, so she turned from her back to witness it herself. “What are you talking about—”
She stared directly at Chrysalis, who seemed to be quite stunned by your definition of distraction; eyes shot up as she had just been stabbed through the back with a dagger — leaving the sights of Cozy and now focusing onto you two grasping onto each. Even Cozy herself was a bit shocked by Twilight’s halt in their fight.
“Hey! What in Tartarus did you stop! Come and fight—” didn’t take long before Cozy Glow turned towards the scene. Twilight was witnessing with her eyes. “—What the...”
“Chrysalis!” Tirek roared out like a lion, with Spike and Rarity held by his two hands. “We need to get more power fro— OHHHH MY GOD!”
“Woah! Anon’s working that tongue...” pointing out to the scene, Spike replied shortly after.
“My goodness! How long could they do that for!?” Rarity was anxious to see your make-out session lasting more than a few minutes from her belief.
The battle came to a halt, while all creatures now had direct attention towards you and Chrysalis. Finally, you retracted from your fast action and held onto her. Speaking of Chrysalis, she was acting like a different creature with her genuine smile and giggling as her eyes dilated back, which seems like a sign that she’s unhostile.
“You meant what you said? You’ll love me for who I am?” she asked you, blushing deep red while dragging her left hoof to the ground. “No tricks?”
Grabbing hold onto her left hoof and raising it upwards to stomach length, you cooed. “No amount of tricks can break us together—”
“—Anon! What the hay!?” Twilight ruined his moment, screaming from the top of her lungs. “I told you to distract her, not whatever you’re doing!”
You giggled straight back at her rapture. “Hehe, I did give a distraction and confessed my heart to her! Do you know the phrase, hit two birds with one stone?”
“Wh-wh-what!?” she strikes the ground with her front hooves. “You said you love her? She’s the most wicked creature that ever took a breath in Equestria!”
“And I love it!”
“Chryssi!” Cozy Glow, seemingly sounding like she’s with Twilight at the moment, called her out. “Are we still gonna take over Equestria?”
“No!” she forcibly answered back, taking the bell from her possession and shooting it with some beam she made. “I changed my mind! I won’t use this bell any longer!”
Just a few seconds after shooting the bell, which cracked into many different pieces, all of the magic contained in it exploded in multiple directions to return it to their users. While simultaneously reverting the three to their essential forms in the process.
“So, you’re just gonna quit like that?” Tirek snapped his finger, making a point. “What about our plans!?”
“Well, the plan is changing...because I believe I’m in love with this wonderful creature!” she was totally on a different mindset, grasping onto you and nudging her cheek on your right arm.
“But, that doesn’t mean y-y-you could...” Twilight sounded like a scratched-up record, tried her best to come up with another excuse. “Th-that doesn’t mean you should stop all of a sudden. For Celest’s sake, why didn’t you tell us this sooner!”
“Well, If I told you earlier, you would call me a creep from loving such a magnificent and mysterious being like Chrys,” you chuckled hysterically. “Hey, at least it didn’t end with me into a pile of ashes, eh?”
Twilight, her friends, and Tirek and Cozy Glow, all tried to process what are they were going to do in this shocking reveal, even at the point you called her nickname. You and Chrysalis were approaching for another kiss before you have pulled away from a yellow aura surrounding you.
“STAND BACK CHRYSALIS! YOU STAY AWAY FROM HIM!”
It was both Princess Luna and Celestia, speaking with their Royal Canterlot voices as they screeched over the sky to ‘rescue’ you from Chrysalis clutches.
“Don’t worry, Anon, you are in safe hooves from that witch!” Celestia cooed to you, placing you down to the ground just on Twilight’s side. “You don’t need to quiver in fear-”
*Smack*
With your right palm, you dragged it across the open air and threw it at Celestia’s cheek, giving her the hardest slap you could ever muster up. She rubbed the irritating pain with her right hoof, unclear of what you’ve done.
“Ahh, Anon, what’s the matter with-”
“-How dare you to take me away from my lady!” you spoke up to her. “Shame on you, Princess!”
Walking back to her, you slowly grabbed her two hooves in front of her while she obliged by your gesture. You now were holding each other tightly, making goo-goo eyes at each other. Even Luna and Celestia joined in all of the confusion; they stumbled apon it.
“Twilight... may I ask what is going on?” Luna slowly asked.
“Umm... Anon has perfectly wooed Chrysalis into his possession,” she blankly answered straight up. “And now, they’re dating apparently?”
Luna’s face squished up in confusion and anger, “My word! Sir Anon has confessed thy feelings to the former changeling queen!?”
“Yup!” you nodded. “And now, she can be true to herself and not worry about changing shape. I love her the way she is! period!”
All creatures surrounding them stood dead silent as they witness the two nuzzling their two noses at each other. Chrysalis was giggling as their eyes were connecting like magnets. After a few seconds, you gently hope aboard Chrysalis’ back while she adjusted her wings for you to sit on her comfortably.
“Alright, sweetie! Take us out of here!”
With that, she flew above the ground and out in the distance with you sat onto her back. With every creature nearly faced deadpanned as the events that transpired just now was the most bizarre way to end a battle.
“So... uh...” Tirek slowly approached the group of ponies. “This... is kinda awkward, ain’t it?”
“Let’s just all...go to the Sugar Cube and get some cake...I need it after what I just witnessed,” pleaded Twilight.
