Twilight smiled with pride looking at the room she recently converted into the big playroom for today’s activity. She was glad this would give her a chance to observe all her friends as they played and take some notes. Staring down at her paper she tapped her chin. “I wonder how long my friends will be in their regressed states.
Spike shrugged wearing his pink apron. “Who knows, hopefully, it will wear off by today.”
“Well we will just have to see, I hope the effects from the changeling pod didn’t alter their minds permanently.” Twilight gulped
“Yeah, that's why I was concerned about this in the first place!” Spike snapped back, crossing his claws. “I warned you many times.”
Twilight sighed, “I know Spike, I’m sorry I was just so caught up in my experiment.”
“The fact we affected the princesses is concerning too.”
“Oh they’ll be fine, Celestia and Luna are just so adorable in this state,” Cadence responded as she stopped by the door.
Celestia and Luna waddled along in their thick padding fighting over a plush teddy shouting. “it\s mine!”
“Stop that you two, you both have tons of plushies.” Cadance scolded as the two princesses turned to her and started to whine.
“But she started it!”
“I don’t care, Celestia, you’re the oldest so I expect you to be better behaved.” Celestia looked down grumbling as she hoof the plushie to Luna. “That’s better.”
Luna hugged it nad stuck her tongue out. “Moon better.”
“Nah uh, the sun is better!” Celestia whined.
“Oh don’t start that again,” Cadance scolded, shaking her head.
Twilight’s face was a bright red feeling quite embarrassed that her experiment made the princesses of Equestria into bickering toddlers. “Really hope this doesn’t have lasting effects. Probably should have asked Thorax about the pods.”
When the group got to the dining room, the big foals were already banging their hooves in the table each wearing cute bibs. Fluttershy was trying to get Rainbow Dash to hold still. “Dashie you can play after you eat.”
“But I wanna play now,” Rainbow whined worming around as any fussy foal would.
“No butts,” Fluttershy scolded, cutting up the pancake into small pieces.
Across the table, Rarity squeaked as Pinkie had managed to splash syrup onto Rarity’s coat. “Gah, PInkie!”
Pinkie giggled innocently. “Sticky!” She bounced up and down clapping her hooves.
Twilight can’t help but chuckle moving over to sit next to Applejack. She watched Cheerieel spoonfeed the foal. “Good morning Cheerilee.”
“Oh good morning Twilight, I hope you got enough data out of this experiment. I”m rather enjoying being a mother.”
Spike watched Applejack’s happy nomming rubbing her head against Cheerilee and smiled too. “I think she likes it too even if she regressed.”
“Well she does miss her mother,” Twilight remarked, eating some of her pancakes.
“Mama,” Applejack cooed in response with a dreamy look.
Cheerilee daw’ed and nuzzled the mare. “Yes, mama’s here.”
As breakfast continued, the big foals all seemed to enjoy goofing around PInkie especially much to Rarity’ dismay.
Taking a moment alone, Twilight made her way to the room with the womb chamber staring at it deep in thought. She eyed the pregnant suit and sighed, “Too bad we won’t be wearing this anymore it was really expensive.”
Red Heart came over with a smile on her face having arrived after finishing up something at the hospital. “Oh, why don't you just wear it? It can still work even if nopony is in the birthing pod.”
Twilight face turned a bright red. “I'm not sure... it was fun but…”
Before she could protest Red Heart was slipping it over the mare’s body and adjusted the settings. “How about we make it look like your having twins.”
“Eeep!” Twilight belly bloated out making her face turn a beat red. “Oh, this is so weird…” She rubbed her belly then turned to Red Heart hearing crinkling under her uniform. “Oh, you’re still wearing diapers?”
Red heart’s face blushed. “Th..they’re just comfortable.”
Twilight moved next to the nurse and lifted up the jacket pulling the diaper back as she checked it teasingly. “Still dry, good filly, do you want a sticker?” Her belly sways as she moved
Red Heart blushed as for some reason she replied, “yeah I went potty all by myself...I just like wearing diapers they so soft.”
Twilight took the headphones from the table and put them on Red Heart’s head. “There now you can hear my heartbeat too. My first foal after all.”
Red Heart sighed hearing Twilight’s deep heartbeat and it was quite rhythmic and soothing she really wanted to go back into that womb and feel safe and secure again. She giggled and rubbed a hoof over the mare’s belly. “Can’t wait to see if I have a sister or a brother.”
“You’ll see soon enough for now let's get some breakfast in you.” Twilight took Red Heart along to the dining room finding one the large highchair still free for use since the others were done eating.
Red Heart cheeks go as red as cherries but she had to admit hse was liking it.
The moment was interrupted by Rainbow as she was blushing trying to hide her diaper as she had an accident. Fluttershy cooed, “oh does dashie need a change?”
“Nuh-uh!” Rainbow Dash whimpered.
Twilight laughed,” aww, its okay your just a foal Dashie.”
“Nuh-uh, I two! Nah a baby!” Rainbow Dash snapped but was taken by Fluttershy and was lead off. “Come on, let's get you changed.”
Pinkie was also being lead along for a diaper change as Rarity sighed, “I hate this part with caring for foals. It is quite uncouth.”
Twilight turned around and checked Pinkie’s diaper. “Oh her diaper isn’t that bad, I can change her after I have feed Red Heart.”
“Why thank you Twilight, you’re such a dear,” Rarity sighed in relief.
Celestia and Luna were also being taken down from their highchairs for a diaper change by cadance who cooed, “looks like Twilight maternal instincts are kicking in. Can’t believe she’s having twins.”
Twilight snickered seeing that Cadance was roleplaying and decided to play along. “Oh yes, can’t believe I'm having twins hopefully it's not triplets. I can see you’re struggling to keep up with those two.” Seeing Celestia and Luna bickering again,
Shining was helping as best as he could Cadance glad to have him around too. “They sure are a hooffull that’s for sure.”
“Oh Shining, you are doing a great job,” Cadence encouraged moving Luna and Celestia hooves away from each other again.
Twilight turned back to her charge and gave Red Heart some pancakes all cut up into small pieces. She forked each piece up and fed her. The nurse chomped down tasting the syrup kicking about with a smile on her face.
It wasn’t long until they were all lead int the large playroom, the two princesses making a beeline for the blocks. Applejack on the other hoof didn’t want to leave Cheerilee’s side seeming almost shy.
Cheerilee giggled thinking of Apple Bloom caring for Applejack. “Oh go on and play Applejack, mommy will be right here.”
Pinkie came over giggling as she booped Applejac’s muzzle. “Boop!” she watched Applejack jumped a bit startled but then began to smile. Pinkie seemed happy about that and pointed to the small indoor slides. With a little encouragement, the two foals waddled off to go play.,
Celestia was smearing glue on paper and dumping pink glitter on it trying to make a sloppy pink heart as Luna was using hoof paint splattering all over a large sheet of paper. Shining smiled. “Aww, what are you making Luna?”
“Art,” Luna replied simply drooling slightly as she had fun.
Cadence snickered, “hehe, I’ll put them up on the fridge later make sure to write your name on it.”
Luna blushed “uh...I dun know how to write,”
“I’ll help you.” Twilight came over and took a crayon assisting Luna in writing her name.
Red Heart had a toy stethoscope and was playing “doctor” on some dolls and plushies as Rainbow watched with a curious look on her face. “What ya doing?”
“Playing doctor wanna checkup?”
Rainbow shook her head, “Nah I healthy and dun need to go to ta docotors.”
Nurse Redheart placed the stethoscope on Rainbow Dash’s chest. “Wow, ya gots a good heartbeat.”
Rainbow felt proud and asked, “oh yeah! Can ya check my wings tey ta best wight?”
Redheart looked over Rainbow’s wings. “Tey fine, but ya should wear ha helmet and some pads when ya fly so ya dun gets booboos.”
Rainbow shook her head “dun need tat silly stuff. Besides I still learning how to fly.”
The mare tried flapping her wings and could barely get herself off the ground. Red heart pointed to a foal bouncer:” ya should practice with tat instead.”
Rainbow climbed into it need a little help from Twilight to secure herself before starting to bounce up and down giggling as she flapped her wings. “See wook I fly all by myself!”
Then all of a sudden as Rainbow was “flying” her mind started to return back to normal. She looked around seeing she as stuck in the bouncer and wearing a thick diaper (that was slightly used making her shout, “what the buck is going on here!?”
Twilight smirked seeing Rainbow’s mind reverted back to normal. “Hey Dashie, good to see you’re back to normal. Do you remember anything from the experience?”
Rainbow kicked about blushing. “Uh some of it,” she then realized the state of the diaper an eeped going red as a tomato. “Gah, get me out of this thing! Why am I diapered!”
“I’ll explain everything but let's get you changed.” Fluttershy cooed patting the diaper making it squish. “My goodness, I just changed you.”
Rainbow bounced about trying to get free. “Stop touching it,” she whined. “This isn’t funny.”
“I don’t know it sort of it,” Twilight remarked, laughing a bit as her friend bobbed up and down. “Come on Dashie, what’s the magic word?”
“Let me out!” Rainbow flapped harder but the straps held her in. She was more embarrassed when the other still regressed friends looked her way and giggled too.
Pinkie laughed, “oh Dashie! You peed and pooped your diapers all week, you should be used to it by now.”
Rarity blinked realizing Pinkie Pie might of never actually been regressed and was just pretending to be a foal the whole time. “PInkie were you acting this whole time?”
“A little,” PInkie blushed and waddle over to Rainbow tickling the mare’s tummy.
“Haha,” Rainbow laughed being ticklish. “N-no stop it, just get me out of this thing!” Her laughter only making her go higher.
Rarity groaned but smiled too despite what she’d been through as Fluttershy undid the buckled and helped her friend out the bouncer. “Do you need mommy help?” Fluttershy teased.
“No way!” Rainbow blushed easily ripping the diaper off her bottom before stomping off to find a bathroom stopping to look at Twilight. “Ugh, this is so embarrassing.”
Twilight motherly pat Rainbow’s head. “Well, you were a good foal regardless, just glad your back to normal.”
“Wait...are you pregnant!” Rainbow shouted.
“What! No this is just the pregnant suit it's supposed to just simulate pregnancy. Remember I told you this when we started” Twilight squeaked,
Rainbow blushed. “R...right, yeah...guess I would be lying if I didn’t say being a foal was relaxing,,, next time can I at least be in potty training?”
Twilight smirked, “You want to do this again?” She laid Rainbow Dash down getting out the wipe to clean off the stell wet bottom.
“Ma..maybe I mean...I would if I could do it without the diapers.”
Twilight float over another. “Oh but this is daycare simulator, all foal got to wear them.”
“What about training pants? At least then I can use the bathroom.”
“Hmmm, well I suppose somepony got set an example fo the others,” she mothered swapping the diaper for a pair of pink trainers. She slips them onto Rainbow before letting her up. “Only ones left still regressed are Applejack and the princesses. On the bright side, this is giving me plenty of data to work with.
As the friends talked, Celestia and Luna were covered in paint and glitter showing their pictures to Cadance and arguing about who had made the better art.
“Mine had more glitter!” Celestia whined.
“Yeah, we’ll mine bluer.”
“MIne’s bigger!”
“Okay enough you two, they are both very nice. Why do you two argue so much?
Luna and Celestia shouted, “We wanna be ta best process!
Cadence hugged them both nuzzling them. “I think you two are the best princesses.”
The two closed their eyes for a moment swaying their heads sid to side as they became clear-headed. Luna a the first to open her eyes and saw her sister all diapered up not realizing she in the same boat. “Pfft, hahaha!”
Celestia scoffed,” you’re in diapers too and from the looks of it you peed.”
“Haha, well yours is bigger, must be all that cake.” Luan joked blushing when Cadance pressed a hoof into the padding.
Cadance sighed, “You two make Flurry Heart seem like a cakewalk.”
Celestia also was embarrassed by tried to stay more regal. “Well apologies for that, we are always quite the comparatives sisters.”
“Quite a sister, but I still say my art is better,” Luna replied, ignoring what she was wearing for now as she stuck out her tongue.
Celestia scoffed, “at least I’m more potty trained then you! My diaper is still dry!”
Cadance snickered checking both their diapers. “Alright, enough arguing I need to clean you up and change your diapers.”
Luna playfully pokes Celestia’s. “Oh yes, and make hers much bigger.”
“Oh yeah, you probably need the thick nighttime ones.” Celestia retorted.
Shining started to laugh. “Oh dear, they are still acting like children even when back to normal.”
“Are not!” The two royals retorted.
Cadence rolled her eyes. “Well do you two want fresh diapers, or are you done being foals?”
“Sorry, Cady.” Both princesses replied as they laid down on their backs for their change.
“Alright sweeties we can keep playing,” Cadence cooed finding it rather adorable on how they were acting. Maybe it was a side effect of the process but was still cute for however long it would last.
Applejack being the last one to still not be regressed waddled over to Twilight and hugged her before feeling the big pregnant belly. “You having a baby?”
Twilight nodded, “yeah, you were in Cheerilee’s tummy huh?”
Applejack nodded and smiled, “yeah and heartbeat nice and calming, me miss it”
“Oh well how about this,” She took the headphones that had been put aside and placed them upon Applejack’s head. “Listen to mine for a while.”
Applejack instantly relaxed leaning on Twilight some more as she sighed. Rarity and Pinkie came over watching the sight. Pinkie blinked. “Do you think she’s acting like I was,” she asked giggling getting a glare from Rarity.
Cheerilee approached as well. “I think that she might just want to stay like this for a little. I don’t mind playing her mom for a bit longer..”
“What about teaching at the school?” Twilight asked, petting Applejack’s head.
“Oh I’m sure you can babysit her, or maybe Granny Smith could. Depends ow long she stays like this.”
“Hopefully she isn’t stuck like that,” Spike added in. “Or she is intentionally fighting the change back to normal.”
Twilight sighed, “well to be fair, out of all of us she had the least time with her mother and most likely just wants to keep that for a little bit longer. “
“Mmmm,” Applejack cooed enjoying the heartbeats staring at her friends and waving.
“So can I keep playing Rarity, can I?” She asked bouncing up and down eagerly.
“Yes darling, go right ahead.” She then took a seat on the couch sighing with relief.
Rainbow Dash was happy as she strolled out of the bathroom in her pink pull-up shouting, “I went potty myself!” Twilight laughed clapping her hooves. “Good job ill be sure to give you a sticker.”
“Yay, best potty goer ever!” Rainbow Cheered back.
Spike blinked raising a claw. “She’s still acting young Twilight, you sure she’s okay?”
“Oh come on Spike, it’s adorable and she’s so proud of herself.” She patted his head. “Bet you want a potty chart too?”
Spike groaned, “that pregnant suit is making you like this stuff, you need to take it off.”
“No, I don't want too,” Twilight pouted. “Baby Red heart likes it.”
Red Heart blushed. “yeah, Spike this is really fun, why don’t we let Rainbow and Applejack stay like this for another week?”
He sighed, “here we go again.”
Twilight giggled hugging Spike close.”Don’t worry Spikey Wikey, you can train alongside Rainbow.” She teased nuzzling him. “If they want to stay over I’d be happy to watch them.”
“I swear that suit is making you like this, you’re not normally so...motherly.”
“But Spiiike, think of the research,” Twilight protested. “A test of toddler development”
Spike blushed, “so you’re going to treat me like a baby too?”
“Only if you want to Spike,” she kissed his forehead. “I bet h princesses can visit when they aren’t busy.” Twilight glanced over at Celestia and Luna. “What do you two think?”
“We will see if we can stop by if possible,” Celestia said wigging her rump. “Maybe these will become a fashion trend.”
“Not in a million years!” Rarity exclaimed.
“You never know, my opinions on things do carry lots of weight.” Celestia teased.
The group all laugh at the events as everyone settles down. Spike still red in the face hugged Twilight. “Okay, I’ll play along.” With that, he waddled over to Applejack and Rainbow Dash and sat down to play.
Twilight beamed with pride rubbing her tummy. “I know this experiment was worth it.”
