Applejack, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie walked in the woods near Sweet Apple Acres. Fluttershy was very nervous.
"Are you sure about this, Fluttershy?" Applejack asked.
"I am sure." Fluttershy said said nervously. "I saw a giant in these woods."
"A giant what?" Pinkie wondered.
"I don't know. All I saw was this giant shadow."
Just as Fluttershy mentioned it, a giant shadow stretched across the grass. Fluttershy got scared. "I told you. That is one huge shadow."
As Applejack comforted Fluttershy, Pinkie noticed something about the shadow's outline. "Wait a minute. I think I know who this shadow belongs to."
Pinkie walks up and calls out to someone. "Hey there, Gooliope!"
Suddenly. A very tall pink skinned girl with blond hair and a festive outfit steps out to call back. "Pinkie Pie! Good to see you."
Pinkie ran up to this tall girl, who bent down to give Pinkie a hug.
"Gooliope?" Fluttershy muttered.
"Of course." Applejack realized. "Gooliope Jellington. One of Monster High's tallest students."
"Tall is right. Pinkie is about about half her size."
Applejack and Fluttershy walked up to Pinkie and her tall friend.
"Applejack and Fluttershy." Gooliope greeted. "It's good to meet you."
"Howdy, Gooliope." Applejack replied. "I never thought to meet someone like you."
"I've been told that many of times. Probably because of my height."
Fluttershy was still a little nervous. Gooliope walked over to comfort her. "Don't be nervous. I'm actually a friendly giant."
Fluttershy felt relief, knowing that the visitor is gentle.
"What brings you here, Gooliope?" Pinkie asked.
"I figured to do some traveling so I can relax." Gooliope replied. "And, I heard that Sweet Apple Acres is a nice quiet place."
"Y'all heard right." Applejack said. "Until it's harvest season."
Everyone had a good laugh. Pinkie Pie wondered something. "Are you still doing that circus show?"
"You're talking about Freak Du Chic." Gooliope answered. "Yes, I am. In fact, I'm talking to Principal Celestia at your school about bringing our show there."
"A circus at our school?" Fluttershy said. "That'll be interesting."
Gooliope had a thought. "Another reason I came here. I heard all about this group you're part of called the Rainbooms. If the circus comes to Monster High again, I wonder if you girls can perform."
The three girls were surprised to hear the offer. Applejack spoke up. "That's not a bad idea. In fact, our friends are coming over for a barbecue. They would like to hear this offer."
Pinkie and Fluttershy nodded in agreement.
"That's great!" Gooliope cheered. "I'll bet they'll be happy to hear this."
"Then let's go back to the house." Pinkie said. "They'll be coming in twenty minutes."
Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie, and Gooliope went back to Applejack's house, ready to tell the good news.
