Their Little Games

Park Date

Trixie waved in return as Rainbow Dash waved her over. Smiling as she slowly walked over to her girlfriend. Leaning over and glancing around the mostly empty park. “This isn’t a particularly exciting date, Rainbow Dash.”

Rainbow Dash smirked. “Oh, we have an exciting date lined up. But we have some time to kill.” Rainbow Dash smirked and patted the seat next to her.

Trixie smirked, Dash obviously had something planned. But unfortunately for her so did Trixie. Trixie turned and sat down. Planting herself right in Rainbow Dash’s lap, feeling her stiffen in surprise. Trixie grinned as she nuzzled up against Rainbow Dash. “What’s the matter Dashie?”

Rainbow Dash blushed gently. “Uh... I wasn’t expecting you to be so... Affectionate.”

Trixie grinned as she leaned back against her girlfriend. “Come on Dashie. We’re dating, the world should know you have such a pretty girlfriend.”

Rainbow Dash grinned, obviously getting her feet back under her. “Well, I’m not going to complain about having such a pretty girl on my lap. Though it’s a little too bad you didn’t have this opinion back in school...”

Trixie blushed brightly, letting out a small whine. “That was complicated!”

Rainbow Dash smiled gently. Raising a hand slightly to hold one of Trixie’s. “It’s ok Trixie.”

Trixie grumbled and stuck her tongue out. “Easy for you to say miss ‘my parents cheer everything I do!’”

Rainbow Dash smiled, pulling Trixie a little closer. “Well so did yours.” Leaning up she whispered into Trixie’s ear. “And you’d always have me.”

Trixie blushed a little brighter. Her plan had certainly backfired on her. Trixie still smiled, glancing around for a moment before leaning up and kissing Dash quickly on the cheek. “Smooth.”

Rainbow Dash nodded, leaning back. “I know I am.”

Trixie snickered a little. “Well, not as smooth as you think you are.”

Rainbow Dash frowned. “Oh, what’s that supposed to mean?” Trixie grinned, humming without answering. “Oh come on Trixie! You can’t just say that.”

Trixie let the silence linger for a few more moments before answering, with a question. “Dashie, do you love me?”

Rainbow Dash blushed gently and shifted a bit. “Well, ya know I do Trixie...”

Trixie grinned, she knew it. “Oh, but why don’t you say it, Dashie?”

Rainbow Dash grumbled. “Trixie... You know I do...”

Trixie stood up, grinning as she offered to help Rainbow Dash up. “Looks like I took the lead, didn’t I Rainbow Dash?” Trixie grinned as Rainbow Dash grumbled and got up. Trixie had taken the lead in their invisible game of who’s in charge.
