Twilight smiled as she poured Rarity and Pinkie Pie some fresh coffee along with having fresh pancakes courtesy of Spike. The other big foals were in a different room being cared for.

"Rarity thank you for doing this. I know this is probably something you would never consider doing."

The fashionista waves a hoof and scoff, "think nothing of it, darling. I'm happy yo try this pregnancy thing. in fact, I was thinking of a new line of maternity dresses so having the body of a pregnant mare will help me consider what I need to think about when making them."

Pinkie slurped up some maple syrup exclaimed "oh this is so exciting! I can't wait to be a baby like the others!"

Twilight blushed seeing that Pinkie Pie knew about the effects, "y...yeah… were still working on that."

“What do mean Twilight? Isn’t it ready to go?” Rarity tilted her head

“Well uh...there certain um side effects.” Twilight started looking down at her plate.

“Pfft, I’m sure whatever they are is fine. Otherwise, you’d never have asked us all to try it.”

“Oh-oh, so if Rarity is the mother, whos is going to be the daddy? Is it Spike?”

Rarity coughed a bit spitting up some of her coffee. “What, why would you suggest that?” 

“Well, who else is available to do it?” Pinkie asked taking a bite out of her pancake.

Spike blushed with a light chuckle. “hey it just a game, like playing O&O.”

“Very well I suppose.” Rarity replied. “This should be interesting.

Pinkie Pie beamed as she finished her plate.  "ok Twilight I'm ready!" She bounced off as Twilight shook her head.

"What did I get myself into? she might end up worse than the others."

“I’m sure you know what you’re doing Twilight, this not make mountains out of molehills.”

“You’re right Rarity, let’s just catch up to her.” They head out of the room looking for where Pinkie had gotten off too only to find the pink mare had already climbed inside the womb before she could give any instructions! 

Nurse Redheart looked at Twilight. “I’ve never seen any pony move that fast before.”

Twilight flapped her wings in frustration as she roared. "Ugh Pinkie!" She turned to Rarity. "Alright, looks like we need to get you in the pregnancy suit."

Rarity took the suit examining it fein details reminding her of a catsuit as she went about putting it on.

Twilight fiddles with the remote before sighing. "Okay, it's all good to go. I really wish I'd had time to tell Pinke the details."

Rarity watched the belly swell up to the start of a cute baby bump rubbing her belly. She squeaked feeling some kicks. "My goodness sh- well...I guess I should be in character. I mean the foal is quite rambunctious."

Spike blushed as he put a claw to Rarity's belly and feeling kicks. "Wow, that foal really wants to come out soon huh hehe.”

Redheart came over as she explained, "well, it will be several months before he or she can. Now, how about we schedule  your appointments?”

“Oh, why of course, then I can try on some of the clothes I've been working on.” Rarity nodded with glee. The thought of a party of sorts came to her mind too, but she put that aside for now as she followed the nurse to the mock-up office. “Oh, what a lovely office too. So much detail.”

Spike asked, " so...is there a chance the baby will be a dragon or a half pony half-dragon baby?"

Redheart shook her head. "No, I don't think your foal will come out as either a dragon or pony. Though a mix specious mating has never been seen in Equestria so who knows really?"

Rarity pats the drakes head. “Maybe our little one will breathe fire from their muzzle.” She played along quite amused by the thought and Spike's blushing face was cute.

Redheart then asked, "so Rarity how do you feel so far any issues with the baby?"

Rarity paused as she replied, "none that I know of, but I now have a sudden urge to eat sweets and cakes more so than ever." She then whipped a cupcake out of nowhere and began chewing on it. “Mmm vanilla.”

“Wow, did you see that,” Spike asked Twilight as Rarity hummed as she ate.

“Yeah, but I don't believe it..just how?”








Rarity turns side to side as she shows off the long blue dress to Spike as they stand in her shop. “It’s the perfect length to cover up the unsightly bump yet still gives a motherly figure don't you think?”

Spike scratched his head. "yeah...But did you notice you gotten bigger since we left the office? you sure your not carrying twins?"

Rarity smirked. "of course not darling, If I was carrying twins I would feel two pairs of hooves kicking my bell She patted her tummy smiling as she pulls another cookie from her mane. “At least I’m not very big. Mrs. Cake did look quite plump near the end didn't she?” 

The two looked toward the door as they heard the bell jingle watching as Sweetie Belle skipped into the store beaming. “Hey Rarity, I found this really cool rock.” She then blinked noticing Rarity odd shape and Spike “Huh what’s going on. Why is Rarity so fat?”

“Sweetie Belle,” Rarity gasped appalled. “That was very rude darling, I thought I taught you better than to call a pregnant mare fat."

“Well, I'm just asking,” Sweetie Belle looked at Spike. “How did she get so big.”

“We're playing a sort of game. Twilight’s little experiment.”

“Oh is that why she looks like she pregnant?” Sweetie blinked moving over. “Can I touch it?”

Rarity giggled ‘Oh sure you can Sweetie Belle.” She pulls the dress back letting her sister come up to feel it. 

“Wow, it feels so real too.” Sweetie rubbed the bump before watching her sister eat a cupcake from nowhere. 

“Yes is a miracle of like darling, now run along I have things to do.”







After trying on dozens of maternity dresses Rarity decided to wear a velvet colored maternity dress and she even redid her mane tying it in a bun. Then afterward being quite hungry she had baked herself dozens of cupcakes. went about delicately gorging on sweets as spike watched in amazement. "How did you do all this!?"

Rarity shrugged as she munched on her food. "Not sure? I kept pulling random ingredients from my mane and went about baking. How strange."

Sweetie Belle came down smelling the sweets and asked, "Can I have some!"

“Oh yes, go right ahead. I’m prepping for the party.” Rarity sang her voice momentary cracked.

Spike and Sweetie Belle both sat down eating some of the cake. Spike blinked confused., "so a party? what kind of party?'

Rarity explained, "Once the gender of our foal is revealed I'm going to be hosting a baby shower. And all our friends are going to be there."

Sweetie Belle giggled, "aww, can I invite my friends!?"

Rarity blushed as she replied, "sorry but only Mothers and their foals will be invited."

Sweetie Belle pouted, "what! so unless I'm in diapers I can't come!?"

Spike blushed, "uh...well aren't you out of diapers?"

Rarity giggled. “Well if you really want to come, I guess I could dress you up like a newborn.” she teased hopping over to ruffle Sweetie’s mane.

Sweetie Belle blushed now not really being sure being dressed as foal would be worth it. "I...I'm not sure...can't I at least be in pull-ups?"

Spike smirked, "nope, I think you would look cute in diapers and a onesie. You can be our practice baby."

Rarity clapped her hooves. "Excellent idea Spike." 

Sweetie eeped. “W-what no, I don’t want to be seen like that.” She squeaked more as Rarity took her sister hoof dragging her along. ‘Spike, help!”

Spike shrugged, "when Rarity gets like this I can't really do anything."







“Oh, Sweetie you look great.” Rarity cooed, pinching Sweetiei’s cheek. 

Sweetie blushed as she stared in the mirror. Her new padding stuck out of the edges of the blue onesie she’d be dressed in. Her hooves were hugged inside adorable matching booties and a bonnet around her head. “B-but.” Her cheeks were on fire.

Spike snickered putting a claw to his face. “I think you look adorable. A perfect daughter for us.”

“Besides if you behave we’ll go out for ice cream later I promise.” Rarity reassured patting the diaper bottom. “Now let go we have an appointment with the nurse to go too.“ She clapped her hooves. “Oh need to make the invitations too.” 

Spike blushed, "let's wait until after we learn about the foal's gender."

Sweetie leaned closer to Spike whispering. “Why does she sound like Pinkie Pie?”

He blushed, "I'm not sure...I think it's a new side effect from the experiment."

Rarity turned her attention to Sweetie Belle and tapped a hoof to her chin. "So...what shall we hide you I do rather not embarrass her...wait! I have an idea!" 

The fashionista then pulled a foal buggy out of nowhere tucking her sister inside and pulled the giant blue hood overhead and cooed, "There that way nopony will see you." 

Spike shrugged, "alright I guess that works." They then began to walk off through the town towards Twilight's castle with many ponies whispering and giggling seeing Rarity's pregnant belly and the foal buggy. Some ponies did ask questions but Rarity kept shrugging them off. "Oh well ya know I'm just foal sitting and my belly no...i'm not really pregnant it's just an experiment." 

She ran to the castle with Spike and sighed "oh dear looks like ponies are going to be gossiping over all that.'

Spike nodded, "yeah let’s just get inside the castle before anyone else comes and asks more questions."

Upon entering the castle Sweetie Belle blushed being picked up from the foal buggy and being set down.  Twilight dawwed, "Oh, she's so cute! did you adopt that precious filly!?"

Rarity snickered as Spike smiled. “Oh yes, she needed a home the poor orphan.” He teased.

Rarity rubbed her belly. "I thought a big sister be perfect for my little one."

Sweetie Belle was feeling embarrassed about this at first but she rathered like the attention and she knew none of the ponies here would tell her classmates or any other pony about this and decided to play along.

“Now Sweetie Belle, go off and play with the other foals while I’m at my appointment.” Rarity mothered.

“Others?” Sweetie asked just as Cadance peeked her head out from upstairs. She eeped upon hearing the princess squealed. 

Cadence giggled seeing what was going on and played along. "oh just look at you walking all by yourself already. Come on, let's get you settled." Her magic picked Sweetie Belle up taking her back up the stairs smiling. “Tia and LuLu will love a new playmate.”

Rarity smiled some more as she patted Spike's head. “Come along dear, let not keep the good nurse waiting.”







Rarity laid on the hospital bed with Redheart rubbing the weird wand thing all over her belly. They could see on the monitor nearby the shape of Pinkie Pie. Redheart chuckled "looks like a little filly how cute."

Rarity beamed. “Oh yes, a baby sister. Sweetie Belle will love that.”  She said pushing when she saw the display Pinkie wink somehow. She rubbed her eyes.

Spike then saw Pinkie Pie sneeze and Rarity sneezed out confetti making Red Heart squeak "Oh wow!? Looks like your filly is quite unique!? I wonder if she has draquinous in her."

Rarity cooed, " I'll love her no matter what species she comes out as." The mare with the help of Spike was taken off the hospital bed and then asked, "I have a question? can I go to the spa still while I'm pregnant?"

Red Heart nodded, "of course, in fact, I had Aloe and Lotus Blossom prep a special message for you.”

“Perfect darling, shall we go Spike?”







While Rarity was sitting in a giant bath filled with bubbles and getting massaged by both Lotus and Aloe  Spike was unsure standing back. Rarity giggled, "come on and soak in with me this feels so amazing!"

Spike gulped slowly. “I’m good really.”

Rarity smiled. “Oh don’t be shy, it’s a lovely bath.”

Spike groaned climbing into it and aloe already got her hooves on him scrubbing his scales. "Ugh so...umm...about this party...Should I go?"

Rarity cooed, "of course you should, I think you're going to love it!"

Spike blushed "but you said before only mothers and their foals were allowed."

Rarity snickered, "oh sorry I should've said Fathers are allowed too now don't be embarrassed with all the mothers around.” she cooed leaning into the warm water without realizing it the water turned pink and started to bubble pink foam. 

I love parties.

Aloe and Lotus both blinked in surprise as Rarity took out another cupcake and a strawberry milkshake from her mane and began to eat and slurp at the same time.

Spike chuckled, "I think we should name our filly Pinkie Cake."

"That sounds good but not quite right." Rarity paused as she scratched her mane and pulled out a pink frosted lemon meringue pie and giggled, "what about Pinkie Pie it has a better ring to it?"

Spike nodded "yeah it does, besides she's not related to the Cakes."

“Oh, but you never know..” Rarity set the pie down and claps her hooves. “This party is going to be great.”







Twilight smiled sitting with Cadance and Cheerilee.  Watching Sweetie play with the other bg foals around. “Rarity even had time to make invitations somehow.” She shows off the little cards shaped as pink diapers. 

“Acting just like PInkie well that certain an interesting side effect.” Cadence remarked.

“I know it’s Pinkie but still,” Twilight remarked just as Rarity returned.

Rarity's tummy was now much larger causing the fashionista to waddle. “I”m back dears. How’s Sweetie Belle doing?”

“She’s doing great with the others. She was a little shy at first but now she having fun.” Cadance said pointing as Luna was doing patty cake with Sweetie.

Twilight turned around and asked, "Hey uh...Rarity I have to ask...are you feeling ok? I mean you haven't been acting yourself since the pregnancy started."

Rarity shrugged, "No I've been feeling just fine. Been eating a lot of sugar though. In fact, I feel happier than I did before and I'm really excited about the Baby Shower!" 

Twilight took some notes. "Interesting…"

"She sneezed confetti and I'm not one hundred percent sure but I think she farted out pink bubbles," Spike added.

Rarity giggled, "Oh stop that Spike I don't fart out pink bubbles that were just the spa they make different colored water all the ti-" She squealed as a few pink bubbles came from her backend. 

Twilight gasped, "Pinkie Pie is definitely doing all this!? but how!?"

Spike blushed, "Don't go crazy like last time. Remember this is Pinkie Pie was talking about she's just as random as Discord." 

“I’m still suspecting Discord is involved somehow,” Twilight remarked turning her head to watch Applejack playing with an apple plush.

Sweetie Belle waddled over and asked, "can I play with that."

“But ma appwle.” Applejack hugs her plush close. She kicks a green apple plush over. “You get da one.”

Sweetie Belle picked it up and hugs it as she waddled to Celestia and Luna. "Wook I gotta plushie apple for ya dollies."

Rarity dawwed, "she's making friends so fast."

Spike blushed a bit as he looked at Cadance before watching them play. “So uh can’t wait for the party huh. I didn’t really get anything.”

“OH don’t you worry Spikey, I got the gifts.” Rarity sang throwing streamers into the air.

“What, but we didn’t go shopping at all.” Spike titled his head.

“At least we can donate the items afterward.” Cadence remarked.







It was a day later when the party finally happened with, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash in a diaper, Cadence with Celestia and Luna,  and Cheerilee along with Applejack.

“Oh goodie, all our friends are here yippee.’ Rarity said clapping her hooves.

They were in a room filled with pink streamers and confetti covering everything. There was a playpen in the middle of the room for the foals to play in which there were some comfortable couches around the edges. There was a buffet table filled with all kinds of sweets and there was another long table filled with presents wrapped in a pink and purple wrapping. 

Fluttershy loved it looking around. "Wow, I wish I had a fake baby shower this is really nice."

Cadence giggled "reminds me of my baby shower for Flurry Heart I made a lot of friends in the Crystal Empire by doing that." 

Shining Armour smiled. “Yeah, I wonder where Rarity got all the gifts.”

Rarity despite her big belly hopped over to Cadance hoofing over a wrapped box.“You’re first.”

Cadence slowly opened her package and gasped, "oh my gosh!" She saw two giant packages of diapers one with Celestia's cutie mark on one and Luna's on the other. "Oh wow thank you! these look so cute!"

Rarity then hoofed the next box to Cheerilee. “Oh one for the new mommy.” she sang as the teacher took the box. 

Cheerilee blushed as she opens the box finding a nicely stitched blanket with various apple prints on it. “Oh perfect for swaddling.”

Big Mac nodded with approval. “Eeyup.”

He was then given a package as he opened his finding a cute giant fake apple tree with foam apples to stick on it. "Awww baby's first Apple tree so cute." 

Up next was Shining Armour who opened his to find two onesies with his cutie mark on them. Rarity cooed, "there's one for Luna and Celestia!" 

Shining blushed "oh thanks I guess…"

Soarin was next slowly opening bis package and finding a Wonderbolt style Diaper bag filled with all kinds of Wonderbolt designed foal items. He chuckled, "oh Rainbow Dash is going to love this."

Spike leaned to Twilight “Seriously where did she get all this stuff?” He then watched as Rarity hoofed Twilight a gift too.

“Wait for Rarity, I’m not a mother.” Twilight said confused.

“Of course you are silly, Remember Redheart? and don't try to deny your babying her darling. I could hear her crinkling diapers a mile away." Rarity beamed.

Twilight blushed knowing that Pinkie Pie's influence on Rarity was growing but she took the package and opened it, revealing an adorable foal's doctor's kit filled with a toy stethoscope, cute heart-shaped band-aids, an etch-a-sketch style clipboard and of course a package of diapers for dolls with a big red cross printed on them. "Oh, Redheart is going to love this!"

“Yep, a roonie.” Rarity beamed. “Oh, oh I’m next!” She bounced over the table. Picking up the box and shaking it  “ooh, it from Spike.”

“Wait what?” Spike blinked watching Rarity peel open the box and sliding off the lid to reveal a small party cannon shaped can of foal powder.

“Oh just what I wanted! Thanks, Spike.” Rarity hurried over picking up to give him a big hug.

He blushed as he didn't even remember getting that present but he didn't want to ruin the moment. 

Cheerilee took out a present wrapped in white and purple wrapping and cooed, "Now, I got this present for Sweetie Belle as she ll be a big sister soon."

She gave it to the filly who eagerly opened it only to squeak seeing it was a girly version or Mr.Smartypants except it had a pink frilly dress and a giant pink diaper. Cheerilee explained, "Big Mac and I thought it would be best you got first hoof experience using a doll."

Sweetie blushed taking it. "Uh...thanks I guess?"

Rarity groaned as her tummy rumbled and she felt more kicks. "Oh, I think the baby is coming!"

They gasped as Rarity was rushed off to the "Womb Chamber" and they found Pinkie Pie being pushed out of the Changeling pod covered in the viscous fluid. She was surprisingly already in a thick diaper, her mane and tail were pretty much gone. She was also even plumper than the other foals as she squealed. "mama wook! I bown!"

Rarity dawed. "Come to mama you big cutie!" she nuzzled PInkie and gave the padding a few gentle pats.

Twilight blinked. “W-what how…”

Spike blinked too. “I have no clue and is she bald?”

Pinkie giggled bouncing over and hugging Spike getting him sticky with pod goop. “Daddy!”

Rarity took her foal by the hoof and scolded her. "Now that was quite a rude darling. Let's get you cleaned up first and then you can hug ponies ok?"

Pinkie blushed and nodded. "Yes mama I be good." She followed Rarity to the spa room to get spruced up. 

Spike blushed not even knowing how to respond as Twilight chuckled "So what’s it like to be a father?” she teases Spike shook off the goop.

"Actually...it's quite nice...I wouldn't mind roleplaying for a bit longer.". He replied. 

Twilight asked, "you sure you want to stay playing a big pony? I could diaper you up too?"

Cadence giggled. “He looked adorable last time.”

Spike’s cheeks reddened as he thought it over.. "I guess but only for a little bit."

Twilight took out a bulky diaper and a container of foal powder. "Alright Spikey lay down and relax let mommy take care of you."








Applejack giggled watching Rarity wash off Pinkie goop. “Yay new foal.”

“Oh yes darling, you can play with her in a second.”

Pinkie Pie kicked about in the water and asked: "mama what is tis cawwed?"

Rarity giggled "its a bath, and it makes you smell like Cake and strawberry milkshakes. Now let's get you dried up and put in a cute diaper." 

She went about powdering her thoroughly and diapering Pinkie's rump in a large diaper with Pinkie's cutie mark on it. Once done, she leads her foal back to the playroom area and set her in with the rest.

Rainbow giggled as she waddles over to her pink friend giving PInkie a light boop. “Hehe tag!” She cheered walking away quickly. Pinkie laughed happily and began to chase after her friend to running around in their thick diapers. Celestia and Luna both flew over. "Hey, we wanna play too!"

Pinkie squealed, "yay! ya, two can play watch out Rainbow's it!"

The two princesses also began running around the room all being chased by Rainbow Dash. Sweetie Belle and Applejack were busy playing with her new fake apple tree both turned their attention to the other foals playing tag. They soon both joined in as well. 

The caretakers all watch with smiles as Twilight took her notes. “I guess we’ll just have to see how long they will stay in their foalish states. I’ve learned quite a lot .”

Spike waddling around in his pampers with a light smile. "Hey, Twilight? what if we had one day where we pretended to run a daycare? Like the "parents" would drop off their "foals" and you can watch them until they get picked up."

Twilight smirked, "are you sure this isn't an excuse so you can stay in diapers longer?" 

He blushed to scrunch his diaper feeling a bit embarrassed as he exclaimed, "what? no! that's not it! it's for your research!"

Twilight pulls Spike into a hug nuzzling him. “Oh, Spike I can be your mommy whenever you want. No need to feel shy about it.”The other aww as the little drake blushed again yet don't pull away for the hug.”Too bad I can’t put in in a plush egg. I could try though.”

Twilight gave Spike's diapered bottom a light pat. "Go on and play cutie." He giggled waddling after the other foals and met up with Pinkie Pie who booped him on the nose. "Gotcha Spikey ya it!"

He smiled chasing the foals while raising his claws in the air. Twilight took out a camera and began snapping photos and whispered, "I wish we could do this longer."
