The Door

Twilight was eating lunch when she saw the door again.
She looked up from her plate, and there it was. She practically didn't care about it at that point, she'd danced to that song for weeks already. She looked back down, took another bite, then looked back up.
The door was still there, and Twilight's jaw locked in place.
A moment later, Twilight finally decided to swallow, and her eyes went back to her plate. It didn't matter. It would probably disappear anyway before she got to it. Maybe make her trip on something.
She glanced back up, to the door still staring at her.
Why hadn't it gone away yet? But it didn't matter. And anyway, she had things to do. She couldn't experiment then.
A look at the door, a look at the clock, a look at the door.
Twilight finished her meal and walked out.
She spent the afternoon helping Applejack, and had dinner with her family.
