"Trevelyan..." Twilight said. "... You traitor!"
"So I guess you have heard of what I've done haven't you." Trevelyan asked.
"Talon told me everything before he died from what you have done. " Twilight said.
"So that's Trevelyan the traitor of the Red Guardians?" Rainbow Dash said. "A dragon?"
"And I suppose your Rainbow Dash the loyal." Trevelyan said. "Or should I say... The former loyal." Rainbow Dash didn't say anything. She just glare at Trevelyan. "Don't be sad. I know what happened. Your princess tried to block that harsh memory from all of you hasn't she?"
"W-what do you mean?" Fluttershy asked.
"Allow me to reawaken your memory." Trevelyan said as she threw Twilight at Rainbow Dash and walked the 4 girls and uses his magic to activate their memories of their Twilight Sparkle.

At Golden Oaks Library, Spike was bringing some brand new books for his friend, Twilight Sparkle, while she was harnessing some ancient magic for studying. "Hey Twilight." Spike asked. "The others are wondering if your coming over to Applejack's place to hang out."
"Sorry Spike I can't. This ancient magic that use to belong to Starswirl the Bearded is very strong. And maybe I could use it in case Nightmare Moon ever shows up." Twilight said.
"Oh come on Twilight. You can just put it in a container and you can continue it later." Spike said.
"No. This need every single millisecond of my time." Twilight said. "You can go by yourself. I'll go another time." Spike said okay and walked away to Applejack's place. "He doesn't understand anything. Nopony understand the sign that Nightmare Moon will return. I need every single second to harness is magic so I can be well prepared. Sometimes you to expect the unexpected. Predict every consequence."
Later...
The door was kicked down. "Twilight Sparkle, that's enough!" Rainbow Dash said as all the girls came inside the library.
"What do you want?" Twilight said.
"Spike told us everything about the magic, how it's too important then your friends." Applejack said.
"Wow Spike. You can't even keep a secret." Twilight said. "Well it doesn't matter. My only priority is make sure we are protected. Nightmare Moon could should any month or year. And I need to have every single power up ready for us."
"Power ups?" Rainbow said. "News flash Twilight, Nightmare Moon is just a myth. She was banished to the moon for a thousand years. And she is not coming back."
"Princess Celestia's immortal. For her. I must be a thousand years by now. I've calculated everything that I researched on the princess." Twilight said. "And so far, it must be about 997 years ago."
"That doesn't mean she'll be coming back specifically in 3 years from now darling." Rarity said.
"Besides you can't predict everything. Your not a psychic Twilight." Fluttershy said.
"Why don't pass me that bottle of Starswirl's magic and we'll put in a safe place for you to work on later." Pinkie said as she took the bottle of Starswirl's magic.
Twilight snarled. "No. Give it back. I need it. I need to master it's magic so i can use it for when Nightmare Moon comes back."
"No your not!" All of them said. They took the bottle away from Twilight but Twilight was so angry she charges at them trying to get it back. Until they started fighting each other trying to get the bottle. Until it smashed in the ground and made a big explosion.
After Twilight and the others regained consciousness. Twilight saw the part for the library going down. " You idiots. You shouldn't have come. I told Princess Celestia making friends was a big mistake."
Twilight saw the fire where her research on Starswirl's ancient magic was and she ran to grabbed before it's too late. Rainbow Dash ran to Twilight. "Twilight what are you doing?"
"What does it look like I'm doing. I'm saving my research. Once i rescue what's left. Me and Spike are going back to Canterlot where we belong and I am going to finish my research even if it takes me years to harness." Twilight said. "Now let go!"
"Twilight please. We need to get out of here." Spike said.
"Not without my research!" Twilight said.
"Twilight stop!" Applejack smacked Twilight. "Snap out of it. This place is coming down. We need to get out of here."
"No! Nightmare Moon is coming. And I need to prepare even if I have to do this alone!" Twilight said.
Twilight ran to her research. "Twilight please... We're your friends." Fluttershy said as the other tried to leave.
"I don't have any friends." Twilight said. But the fire went onto the other viles of magic which settled off a chain reaction. The girls tried to get Twilight but a piece of the fire wood fell on Twilight and the viles cause an explosion that send the girls and Spike out of the library.
The girls and Spike were knocked out for the explosion. Until a few minutes later... They all woke up and saw the wonderbolts put out the fire in the library. "Noooooooo!" Rainbow Dash cried out. The girls and Spike rushed to see if Twilight was still alive. But it was too late. They found her body... She was burned up, her legs couldn't work, and she wasn't breathing. She was dead... And the girls and Spike cried in tears since their friend was gone forever. They gave her a funeral. Celestia felt guilty. And the next day after Twilight's funeral, she erased all of the Mane 5's and Spike's memories of Twilight Sparkle so that they won't have to feel depressed anymore over what they considered to be their fault...
Present day...
"Celestia tried to get of your memories of your original Twilight so you can feel better while she tries to cope with the pain." Trevelyan said.
"I remember it all... Twilight did died because of us!" Rarity said.
"Now all the pieces are together. It was all our faults not ours." Rainbow Dash said.
"Your Twilight would've been wrong anyways. My mistress has come back. She helped me take down the red guardians and in return. I get Equestria ready as she gets rid of you ponies from existence." Trevelyan said as he grabs Twilight. "But first... I'm going to get rid of this Twilight Sparkle once and for all! This is for my clan!"
Just then Spike appeared and grappled himself onto Trevelyan's neck. "That's enough! You harm everypony emotionally long enough. Leave Equestria now!"
Trevelyan threw Spike at Twilight. "Fine! I'll leave. But I'll let you off with a warning... Nightmare Moon will turn Equestria into an ever lasting night. And lend me some of her dark magic so I can destroy all the ponies everywhere in Equestria." Trevelyan revealed his wings as he flies away... "We'll meet again Twilight Sparkle... But next time... On your terms." He said as he flew away.
"... I... Understand now..." Twilight said. You remember bits of your memories of your Twilight, and that's why you wanted me to stay... But you shouldn't have destroyed my ship."
"I'm sorry Twilight... I wasn't thinking straight." Rainbow Dash said. "Can you ever forgive us?"
"Applejack, I can. Fluttershy, maybe... But you Rainbow, Rarity and Pinkie... I don't know if I could... It will take a while for me." Twilight said as her head turns away from Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Rarity.
"Spike, let's go home. We need to write a letter to Princess Celestia and ask her why did she block their memories of my counterpart." Spike nodded as he took Twilight who very weak, back to the library. Applejack and Fluttershy helped walk her back home.
"What have we done...?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"What have... we done indeed." Pinkie Pie said.
