They all entered it as they're ready to face it. They witnessed the land was in turmoil as Imperial Court argued with each other while civil war broke out between peasants, rebels, imperials, warriors, nobles, warlords, ministers and even the Emperor.

Virtue Dragon, Blade Dragoon and Warpath Temper prayed and bowed down before the altar as they make a vow of sworn brotherhood. They joined up with various brave and compassion warriors in journeying across the land to help troubled ponies.
Azure Phoenix stood on the Imperial Palace's entrance as he held his sword up high proudly as his Imperial Phoenix Army. His army cheered wildly and proudly. They all went from territory to territory for conquest and control of the land.
Claw Tiger smiled proudly as he led his Tiger Warriors to deal with rebels. As he was dying, Claw Tiger passed the sword to his eldest son, Brave Tiger. Brave Tiger led his warriors in reclaiming Wuhu River for his clan. As he died, he passed to Courage Tiger as the new Leader of Kingdom.

Chapter 30: The Complicated Love
"After conquering Jing Province including the northern part, Virtue Dragon was made as the governor of Jing Province. Thus, ending his long-years of wandering as he and his forces have finally found their home to call," Narrator narrated firmly and calmly, "And at the same time, tension between Skysoar and Ben's Team has become more hostile for another deception of 'do nothing' on the Northern Jing Province..."
After the Jing Province is conquered, Virtue Dragon has all of his main forces to move and relocate at Jing Province's Palace, where he acted as both governor and lord of the province. He and his forces have finally found their home and base to use now. However, things didn't go well as the tension argument occurred at the throne chamber. Ben and his team got into another big argument with Skysoar for lying to them about 'doing nothing' while sending both Master Cooler and Old Pony Pang to infiltrate and conquered all of the territories within northern part.
Caramel, Sunburst, Brian, Apple Bloom and Twist were confused and worried. They kept themselves quiet and looked at the scene, though the argument is more tensed and violent than before, making Apple Bloom and Twist hid behind Caramel.
"You lied to us again?!" Ben exclaimed in anger while pointing at Skysoar, "I thought I told you before not to lie to us! But instead, you went behind our backs again!"
“Darn it, why did we y’all tell you about this?!” Applejack roars out furiously.
“Yeah, what were you thinking?!” Starlight demanded angrily.
Skysoar scoffed a bit, "Correction. I did not lie. When I said 'we do nothing', and I meant we really do nothing but wait and see from our southern parts."
"Is that supposed to be a joke? Coz its not funny," Smolder remarked dryly.
"Then, how do you explain about Master Cooler and Old Pony Pang get there?" Applejack demanded angrily.
Starlight scoffed, "I can bet that you actually plan ahead before we marched to the South, didn't you?!"
"Actually, that was my idea," Master Cooler pointed out. Ben and his team were in shock. He continued, "I suggested that I go to the North and recruited Pang and some soldiers to join us before we could conquer the palace. And therefore, Skysoar said is true that our main forces really do nothing."
Ben groaned, "Even so, do you even know what you all just did? Do you even realize of how much trouble we're gonna get?!"
Virtue Dragon and his forces remained uncertain and confused by Ben's anger and fury. Most of Ben's Team knew what he was talking about and also worried the danger that their friends have put themselves into. Some of them were still confused and uncertain.
"I'm afraid I do not understand, Master Valorheart." Dragonspear asked in confusion.
Warpath nodded, "Yeah. We won fair and square. Nothing to be worried."
"No, we didn't," Ben said firmly and dryly. Everyone but his team was in shock and confused. He continued, "The stunt Skysoar pulled to takeover the Northern Jing? That's only annoy and make Riverstrike angry. He will definitely do anything to get revenge on us! He thinks we're cheating!"
Starlight sighed, "Ben's right. Riverstrike maybe a brave and intelligent commander, but he is not a very patient and generous pony when it comes to backstabbing and going behind his back. And this is the stunt that really got him angry." She turned and pointed at Skysoar, "Especially you, Skysoar. Now he's really after your life for annoying and angering him a lot!"
“She’s right you know. Riverstrike will get you back for this.”
“And there is nothing you can do about it.” Smolder comments in agreement with her teachers.
"There's nothing to worry about," Skysoar said calmly and confidently, "In fact, I already knew he was suspicious and jealous of me since the start of Red Cliff."
"Are you kidding me?" Applejack asked in annoyance, "You knew it from the start?!"
“You knew you were playing with fire and yet kept playing with it.” Ben remarked in annoyance as he slaps his own face in the same way.
“And I thought Cozy Glow was terrible.” Smolder remarked as she shakes her head in disgust.
"There is no telling what kind of devious plan Riverstrike cooked up to," Starlight said in concern and uneasy, "And believe me, Skysoar, Virtue Dragon will be in danger now."
Skysoar smiled, "Do not worry, I already have set the plans in motion. I require your help."
Ben scoffed, "Whatever it is, I'm not going to help you all! You can clean your act by yourself!"
“We warned you we would leave if y’all pulled another stunt like this again.” Applejack remarked in agreement. “And we’re done with you.”
“So kiss our flanks and tails goodbye!” Smolder taunts, waving her tail tauntingly at Skysoar as the group prepares to take their leave of this.
Ben and his team turned and exited the throne chamber at once. Saber was about to stop them but halted by Blade Dragoon, who shook his head that they need time to be alone. Virtue Dragon's adopted son sighed in concern.
"This has gone from bad to worse..." Saber said in concern.
Blade Dragoon nodded sadly, "I know, my nephew. There is nothing we can do. For now, we should be focusing on protecting brother."
"If what that kid's saying, then we gotta be ready to fight those jackass!" Warpath snapped firmly.
"No." Skysoar said calmly and firmly. Everyone turned and looked at him. He continued, "Riverstrike would not risk of launching the assault because he is aware and knew that Azure Phoenix will turn his attention on the South again. And the best way to deal with us is that we're gonna be lured to their territories to trap us."
"Whatever they have, I won't fall for it," Virtue Dragon said firmly.
"Don't be certain," Skysoar said calmly and firmly, making his lord uneasy and nervous. He smiled as he patted Virtue Dragon's back, "Do not worry, my lord. I have the plan. And it will work. I do require Ben and his team's help."
"You do realized that he's pissed and not want to do anything about it," Warpath asked in concern.
Dragonspear nodded, "Warpath's right. After the stunt, I doubt any of us could talk with them about it."
"Oh, I'm sure they'll come. They can't resist protecting his own 'friends'," Skysoar said calmly.
Virtue Dragon looked hesitant and worried to say, "Skysoar, please don't do something for making them or even our allies more angry than before."
Skysoar smiled, "Leave it to me, my lord."

At the Water Tiger Kingdom...
Courage Tiger and most of his officials including Wiserton, Seaheal, Apollo, Sam, Thunderbold, Tigress, Aqua and even Rainbow's Team went and visited Riverstrike at his house. Lady Songbird and her three children were taking care of the mansion, as well as looking after the Commander-in-Chief. Upon their arrival, Riverstrike's wife allowed them in before leading them to his bedroom. Riverstrike was still recovering from his poisoned arrow wounds.
Upon looking at his master and friends' arrivals, Riverstrike struggled to get up from his bed. Courage Tiger helped him to get up in time.
"How are you feeling, Riverstrike?" Courage Tiger asked.
Riverstrike groaned, "Lousy... And I'm sorry that I failed my mission. I should have seen through that Skysoar's plans. I should have known that he already sent his spies to infiltrate and takeover the Northern Jing, by the time my forces have launched the assault and weaken the enemy forces. I'm such a fool."
"No, Riverstrike! It's my fault," Rainbow admitted in shame, "We should have check it out on the other areas, instead of the palace."
“It isn’t your fault, it’s more of mine than it is of yours.”
“Yeah, well, we all should take a share in the blame….”
"So, what now? Should we attack Virtue Dragon for deception?" Thunderbold asked.
"What? Do you wish our kingdom to be destroyed while allowing the enemy to conquer our land?" Sam asked dryly, making Thunderbold nervous and worried. He sighed as he patted his back, "Don't worry, I'm not mad. In fact, I want you to be aware of the situation. Always remember, be weary and aware of anything to think before you act. Otherwise, there will be consequences."
Thunderbold sighed, "Yes, my lord. I understand. If we cannot launch the assault, then what do we to retake the land?!"
"I might have the idea," Riverstrike said firmly and calmly. Everyone turned and looked at him. He continued, "We will lure Virtue Dragon here for us to hold him hostages, so that we can force his allies to surrender and return Jing Province to us."
"And how are we going to do that?" Courage Tiger asked suspiciously.
Riverstrike sighed, "We need your sister. We're gonna invite Virtue Dragon to marry her off."
"WHAT?!" Everyone asked in shock.
"No way!" Aqua exclaimed in anger and fury, "Not a chance!"
"Commander, have you lost your mind?!" Wiserton asked in shock and concern, "You're using Lady Tigress to hold him hostage until we can get the Jing Province?!"
"Pretending..." Riverstrike corrected calmly, "This marriage is merely a plot, just to lure him away from Jing Province and his army. Without them, he will be our prisoners. With him in grave danger, they have no choice but to obey us. They can't do anything reckless."
"With all due respect, Riverstrike, that is a terrible idea!" Seaheal exclaimed in concern, "Skysoar will know and thwart your plans before it could even started! It is too risky!"
"Even if you did succeeded it, you are putting our lives especially our lady's in grave danger," Wiserston added in fury.
Sam nodded, "They're right. If you take this plan, both Virtue Dragon and Tigress will marry for real."
Riverstrike sighed, "I am willing to do whatever it takes to win and retake the land. I'm doing this for our home."
"Courage, you can't do this!" Aqua said in concern, "Don't send my sister away! She can't marry that guy, not after what he has done to us."
“And besides, arranged marriages, even unexpected ones?!” Rainbow remarks in disbelief. “Not a good idea.”
“She’s right, those almost never work!”
After giving some thoughts, Courage Tiger sighed, "Riverstrike, I'm thankful and relieved that you have helped us so much especially saving our home. However, this plan of yours. I won't accept it." Riverstrike was in shock and concern. He continued, "As long as Azure Phoenix is alive, we will not be safe from danger. We need more allies and friends to overcome the odds. And killing or holding Virtue Dragon hostage won't do us any good, only for him. I am sorry..."
"I... I understand..." Riverstrike said in understanding.
Courage Tiger smiled, "Good, rest now, my friend. You deserve it. We'll figure something out without creating the incident and war between us."
“Right, we don’t need Skysoar making things worst for us.” Aqua remarked grimly as she nodded.
“And we’re trying to get out of this mess ASAP!” Rarity exclaims in agreement.
As Lady Songbird guide and lead her guests off, Courage Tiger and his officials have immediately left the mansion. And at the same time, Rainbow nodded to Ocellus, who nodded back as she turned into a fly. She flew back into the mansion. She is following Lady Songbird. She returned and checked on her husband. She found him standing and looking at the window angrily yet upset.
"My lord? Are you alright?" Lady Songbird asked in concern.
"No, I am not," Riverstrike said firmly. He sighed, "As long that Skysoar is alive, we will not be safe nor will our kingdom. I must do it. I have to lure that 'benevolent' warlord out from his hiding, and capture him as hostage. I will make his forces to obey us or suffer the consequences."
Lady Songbird sighed as she held and hugged her husband. "I understand. But my lord, be careful of what you're doing. This could lead you more than trouble."
Riverstrike hugged his wife back, "I know. I know."
The Fly Ocellus was in shock and scared as she overheard it. She quickly flew off at once before anyone noticed something amiss. She has to tell the rest about the latest situation.

Ocellus returned to her group within the bedroom. She told them about what she has learned of Riverstrike's intentions. All of them were in shock and concerns about it.
“Great. Just when he decided not to do a dumb plan, he decided to do it anyhow.” Rainbow remarks with a groan.
“That’s the ponies of the past for you.” Carrie admits with a sigh. No matter what, the past is still the past.
"What are we going to do?" Rarity asked in concern, "We can't just turn our backs on Water Tiger Kingdom! They're our friends."
"But we can't turn on ours too!" Sunset reminded in concern, "Ben and others have to know about this. Riverstrike can't risk everything for the sake of getting Jing Province. It's too dangerous and risky."
"Than, what do you suggest to do?" Rarity asked.
"We could try to warn them?" Sweetie Belle suggested, "Just visit them."
Rarity sighed, "It's not that simple, Sweetie Belle. I doubt that Courage Tiger would allow us to go and warn them. He will think it's treason for us to turn on him!"
"Then, how?" Carrie asked.
Rainbow hummed while looking at Ocellus and Silverstream's Pearl Pendant. She spoke, "It's gonna be complicated and messy especially we're gonna make everyone angry, but we have to do this. Listen up."
Rainbow then explained everything to her friends about 'warning' her other friends from Jing Province, without alerting anyone else about it.

A week later, the Water Tiger Messenger and some guards have arrived and entered Jing Province Palace, where they make an important announcement to Virtue Dragon, Skysoar, Saber and Dragonspear.
"By the order of Magistrate of Wuhu River, Lord Virtue Dragon shall marry his younger sister - Princess Tigress," Messenger announced firmly, "By marrying her, the alliance between two clans shall be strengthened and united as one. Only together, can we overcome the odds and threats from Azure Phoenix. Should you accept this condition, please come to Tiger Fury Palace at once for marriage."
This news shocked and surprised Virtue Dragon very much. Skysoar, Dragonspear and even Saber remained firm and calm about it.
Virtue Dragon cleared his throat, "I see. I need time to think about it. Please wait here."
The Messenger nodded firmly as he and his squadron took their seats for drink and snacks. Virtue Dragon and his officials went into the meeting room for private discussion. Unknown to them, they were being followed by two guards, who just enter the meeting chamber.
"Excuse me. My decision has yet to make," Virtue Dragon said seriously and firmly.
"We know," The guard said firmly as he removed his helmet. He and his second one revealed to be Rainbow Dash and Ocellus, which surprised the group. Rainbow continued, "But we came to tell you not to do it."
"Rainbow? What are you doing here? Why are you telling me not to do it," Virtue Dragon asked suspiciously.
Ocellus spoke, "Because the message is a fake! Courage Tiger has nothing to do with you marrying his sister. In fact, he against the idea. But Riverstrike went behind his back."
While Virtue Dragon and his officials gasped in shock and concern, Skysoar scoffed, "I knew it. I knew he would take this risk."
"What should we do now?" Saber asked in concern.
"Do not worry, I have the plans," Skysoar said confidently, "That will not only save you, but also protecting our alliance. This is something that Courage Tiger and Riverstrike cannot refuse or break it. They have no choice but to accept it. I will require some help from our friends."
Rainbow scoffed, "Yeah. I doubt it not after the stunt you just pulled."
"She is right. Ben and his friends won't help us now," Dragonspear said in concern.
Skysoar remained calm and confident to speak, "As I have said before, I have the plans. They can't resist from helping us."
Virtue Dragon hissed, "Why do I get the feeling that he's gonna get us into trouble again?"

Brian, Apple Bloom and Twist were playing Cuju happily for fun. Caramel was lying down on the bench for resting and sleeping. They were in peaceful moment until Skysoar has arrived to the scene.
Skysoar smiled as he spoke, "Greetings, my new friend. How are you doing here in our new capital?"
"It was great. Plus, I get to play the soccer. Always want to try it out." Apple Bloom said with a grin.
"Right, it's much peaceful since we aren't fighting and such." Twist remarks eagerly.
"Yeah, no more tricks. At least, not at the moment," Brian said with a nod.
"I'm glad you enjoy it." Skysoar commented, satisfied by their answer. "I hope you don't mind me asking. I need your help."
"Our help," Caramel ask, giving a concerned look towards him.
"Ooh! I loved to help around! And trust me, buddy, I'm the most supportive guy you can count on. No offense to Cheesy, but I've got more skills than he is." Brian brags as he bounces up and around like a certain pony.
Apple Bloom and Twist exclaims eagerly, "Cool!"
"Hold up! What kind of help? Applejack warned me of asking 'help'." Caramel points out suspiciously. His fillyfriend warned her of what happened before since the Mane Six's group's arrival here. "Hopefully, it doesn't involve us of getting lots of trouble. Applejack can easily get pissed up with you for what you did for past days."
"Do not worry. You all will be safe from harm as long as you follow my instruction." Skysoar said in assuration.
"I'm in!" Brian spoke suddenly and instantly.
"I don't know..." Caramel spoke uncertainly. If this turns out to be getting them into trouble, he will get into trouble with AJ for letting Skysoar talked him and Apple Bloom into it in the first place!
"I do have the romantic idea for you to get Applejack relax and forget the problems." Skysoar said calmly. This made Caramel pause to think. What he offered sounds rather tempting....
Caramel hummed, "Alright, you win; No more tricks to get us into trouble."
"Promised."

Tomorrow morning, Virtue Dragon and his allies were gathered at the docks. Almost 50 soldiers were climbing the ramp into the flagship, as well as loading some cargo and gifts into it. The warriors were chosen to follow Virtue Dragon is Saber and Dragonspear. Caramel, Brian, Apple Bloom and Twist were following them for important part.
"SKYSOAR," The familiar voice of Applejack is heard roaring. Everyone turned and looked up. They found Ben, Applejack, Pinkie and Phobos arrived to the scene. And trust me, folks. They aren't even happy!
"We heard what happen! How dare you involve our friends to your stupid plot again," Ben exclaims furiously towards Skysoar.
"Right, you went and brought my little sister and colt friend into it! I mean, what the buck?!"
"Yeah and why didn't you asked me first to do the whole thing?" Pinkie demands angrily, making the others give her a look, "What?!"
"What are we talking again?" Phobos asked, apparently forgetting why they were upset in the first place.
"I assure you that I'm not getting your friends into trouble." Skysoar spoke calmly to the angry ones. He got one explanation in mind here. "In fact, I required their assistance - like party."
Hearing that definitely made Pinkie forget she was angry. The pink Earth pony didn't waste time in jumping up and down as she squeals, "Ooh! Party! I love it! I'm in!"
"Pinkie," Ben and Applejack yelled out at their friend in annoyance, making her stop and look sheepishly at them.
Ben turns back towards Skysoar, scowling, "I don't know what kind of plot you're cooking. But I don't appreciate you involving kids and our friends into your mess! Not after the stunt you pulled behind us!'
"Yeah; I don't want my colt friend and sister to get involve of this!" Applejack grunts in agreement.
"I'm sorry. You did say that you don't want to be involved of it. So, I decide to ask their help." Skysoar points out to them. It's true; they didn't want to be involved, so the pony just pulled a loophole abuse, so to speak.
"Yeah; that's just to piss us off. Nice one." Ben remarks sarcastically. He can smell a rat, figure of speech of course, when he smells it.
"Guys, please..." Saber pleads to his friends worried. They are going to make things worst again.
Virtue Dragon spoke out with a plead of his own, "Ben, please. I need their help. I'd be appreciated that you could lend us a hoof."
Ben and Applejack were annoyed and reluctant about it. Pinkie and Phobos were excited about it.
Ben finally groans as he snaps, "Fine. We'll go; just to make sure that our friends don't get into trouble because of you, Skysoar!"
"Right, this is the last time you tried to pull any wool over our eyes, smart ass." Applejack remarks sternly. "If this turn out to be another horse crap and you can kiss our tails good bye!"
"Yeah, got it?!"
"Appreciate it." Skysoar said, not deterred or worried by their nasty words. Ben and AJ has every right to be angry, they don't trust him again after what he pulled.
"Applejack, I-" Caramel tries to explain himself but he gulps as his filly friend gave him a nasty look. He is in big trouble here.
Applejack however calms down as she sighs, "We'll talk about this inside the ship. And for the record, Caramel, I'm not mad at you for not realizing of what's going on. But I'm mad that you didn't come for me!"
Ben and his team marched and gotten inside the ship at once; And just before Virtue Dragon and his team could marched in, Skysoar passed three puoches to Dragonspear.
Skysoar explains clearly to him, "Dragonspear, remember my instruction. Follow them in order, and our lord will survive. We're counting on you."
Dragonspear nodded, answering, "Understood. When you reach to the shore, open the first red colored pouch; it will turn everyone against Riverstrike's plan, as well as hastening Courage Tiger making alliance with us. He has no choice but to let his sister married with Virtue Dragon."
Virtue Dragon and his team boarded into the ship. The flagship has set sailed to Water Tiger Kingdom now, leaving Skysoar and his allies remain behind to guard the Jing Province.

At the cabin bay, Ben's Team were having serious discussion with Caramel, Brian, Apple Bloom and Twist.
"I thought I make myself clear to you not to help Skysoar?! Did you not hear my warning?!?" Applejack scowls at the ones that Skysoar talked into helping him.
Caramel grunted, "Of course, I did! But Skysoar told me that we won't get into trouble when helping him."
"He doesn't look bad. He's kinda nice." Apple Bloom added, but steps back meekly as her sister glares at her.
Applejack shakes her head as she groans, "Skysoar is one pony you can't trust! In fact, he lied and used us to do his dirty; Or even worse, getting into a trouble."
"Not to mention, he doesn't listen to us either..." Ben remarks in agreement.
"Not to mention, he didn't let me go with them for party?!" Pinkie added, making everyone looked at her. "What? It is true."
"Pinkie, can you take it serious for once? Whatever he's doing with our friends now, it can't be good."
"Like celebrating Lord Virtue and Lady Tigress getting married?" Brian asks, making the others in Ben's group startled upon hearing that.
"Wait?! What," Applejack yelps in alarm and disbelief.
"You're kidding me?!" Ben yelled out in the same way; Lord Virtue and Lady Tigress....getting married?!
Apple Bloom nodded as she explains, "It's true. Skysoar asked us to handle the wedding celebration, and also making the announcement to Water Tiger Kingdom about the wedding. And not to mention, our friends are doing the same thing too."
"Oh no!"
"What's wrong with that? He's just getting married." Phobos said, not sure what's the big deal about this wedding thing.
"Virtue Dragon wasn't send there to get married. He's gonna be their prisoner until Riverstrike get the Jing Province back. The Chief Commander is seriously pissed off with him." Ben explains seriously to everyone. This isn't good; the whole wedding appears to be coming from out of nowhere and worst yet, it’s going to be a trap!
"Wait, what?!" Apple Bloom yelps in alarm.
"Well, this is a shocking turn of events!" Phobos exclaims in alarm. "Wait, what's the opposition of shocking?"
"How about disturbing," Caramel suggests to Phobos dryly.
"Yeah, dryly!"
"But if it is a trap, why go for it?" Twist asks Ben puzzled. Likely Virtue Dragon or someone suspected this to be a trap, so why even do it at all?
"Making friends and say sorry for the mess?" Pinkie suggests hopefully.
"Really," Caramel ask Pinkie dryly.
"No, she's right. I can't believe I'm saying this. But we have to follow Skysoar's plan." Applejack groans out in annoyance. She can't believe what she herself just said!
"Uh; Why?" Phobos asks Applejack puzzled.
"One, we still got Azure Phoenix to deal with. Two, if two nations got into fight, Imperial Phoenix Kingdom will take us down. Three, we need more friends than enemies." Ben explains seriously to Phobos. He's right, with Azure still a big problem, they don't need any civil war right now!
"Unbelievable! I can't believe we got to work with someone who wanted to kill Twilight over someone who wanted to conquer the world!"
"Still, better than fighting at all, right?" Apple Bloom asks the others hopefully.
"Yeah, any wedding is no wedding at all!" Pinkie exclaims happily. "Unless it turned out the bride is really an evil changeling trying to steal the groom's love so she can planned her own invasion! But seriously; what's the odds of that happening in one lifetime?"
"Very unlikely, Pinkie; if it did happen, Chrysalis wouldn't tried it in the first place," Ben points out to Pinkie with a sigh.
Caramel sighed, "Sorry for dragging into this mess, AJ; didn't mean it."
"Forget it. That Skysoar is cunning. Whether we like it or not, we have to work with him and others for now. We just have to make sure that he doesn't try something stupid to make ponies angry." Applejack said in concern. Skysoar appeared to be two steps ahead of them no matter what they tried.
"I even regretted touching that stupid book in the first place!" Phobos whined. Suddenly the world shakes angrily. "Oops, sorry, Book of Ages!"
"It can't be helped." Ben said to Phobos. "Either it happened or not, it did happened."
"Me confused!"
"So, what's next?" Brian asks his friends. They need a battle plan and fast!
"Yeah; like what did Skysoar asked us to do when we get there?" Phobos ask Caramel's group curiously.
Ben hummed, "Yeah. How on earth are we gonna get out of the mess?"
"I'm glad you asked." The familiar voice of Dragonspear spoke as he and Saber entered the cabin. He took the first pouch. He opened it. He revealed the scroll. "I believed it involved of Pinkie and Brian to do the singing."
"Us," Pinkie & Brian asked surprised yet excited at the same time. They love to sing!
"And of course, Ben and Applejack will follow us to find and visit Lady Mulan." Saber added, nodding to Ben and Applejack who looks rather startled.
"Mulan," Ben asks in surprise. He knows that name.
"The Muian that Megan told us about?" Applejack ask curiously, knowing the name. Megan mentioned her during one of the times that they met her.
"Like the girl from China who has a funny Dragon who speaks like Eddie Murphy, a cricket that is good luck, and saved China from a mad evil Hun leader! While later on, getting 3 girls together with her pals and yet risked having her nation invaded by Monguls?" Pinkie asks eagerly, as she wags her tail. This caused her friends and the past ones to look at her oddly. "Well, if you want to ignore the sequel!"
"Very random, Pinkie," Apple Bloom giggled in amusement.
Saber blinks a bit as he answers, "I don't know what you just said. But no; Lady Mulan is Lord Brave Tiger's Wife and also Lady Songbird's older sister."
"You're kidding me?!" Ben yelled out in surprise and disbelief.
"You aren't pulling our hoof, right?" Twist asks Saber puzzled.
"I got a feeling he isn't." Caramel spoke out thoughtfully. "In fact, he is indeed right."
"I am. Plus, your friends will help us out." Saber added with a small smile, making the group concerned.

After two to four hours of travelling on sea, Virtue Dragon's Flagship has arrived and docked at the docking bay. Virtue Dragon's units have split into two.
Virtue Dragon, Dragonspear, Pinkie, Brian, Phobos, Apple Bloom and Twist remained behind with their 50 soldiers for making preparation; Saber, Ben, Applejack and Caramel, in disguise with cowl over their heads, searching and visiting Mulan.
Luckily, they met up with Rarity, Sunset and Sweetie Belle at the water fountain.
"Ben! Applejack! Thank goodness, you came!" Rarity exclaims as she goes over to hug her friends.
"Yeah, we have been waiting her for a few minutes." Sunset remarked with a poutly look on her face.
"Sorry, we have to go by sea and put on disguises to avoid trouble." Caramel apologized to Sunset. "Anyone saw you?"
"So far, no one."
"So, you know where Mulan is?" Ben asked Rarity. She and her group already got the message and it concerned them.
"Certainly, darling; I cannot believe that we have to follow his plan..." Rarity explains as she shakes her head in disbelief.
"Tell me about it." Sunset groans in disbelief.
"I'm really sorry. If we had known of what that jerk's real plan, we would have stopped it in time." Applejack explains meekly to her friends. They would've avoided this horse crap if they've known what Skysoar would pull.
"Oh no, Darling; I don't blame you for that. I wish we could have done better to avoid this unnecessary mess." Rarity explains to Applejack in assuration. She knows that AJ isn't to be held responsible for this mess. She just wishes they could've done better!
"At this rate, I don't know whom to root for her." Caramel complains, "Riverstrike or Skysoar."
"Let"s do this and hope for the best." Saber said seriously to Ben's group. They got no time to waste here.
"Let's just hope the plan is not getting any of us killed." Sunset remarks as the group headed off to meet the one called Lady Mulan.
Rarity and Sunset helped and led Ben, Saber, Applejack and Caramel to the Tiger Fury Castle through the secret passage. They also have to avoid bodyguards and officers especially Riverstrike.
Minutes have passed, the team have managed to sneak pass them and arrived at the room. Sunset knocked the door gently and calmly. The door was opened and revealed itself to be an older yet beautiful orange Unicorn with long lavender mane and tail in ponytail with light pink and magenta streaks worn the Chinese Maiden Robe.
Rarity, Sunset and Sweetie Belle bowed humbly as they spoke, "Lady Mulan..."
Lady Mulan greeted gently, "Rarity, Sunset, Sweetie Belle. Good to see you here? Who are these ponies?"
"They're our friends. And we need your help too." Rarity explains to the pony.
Lady Mulan was alerted by Rarity's asking for 'help'. She quickly grabbed and drags her and her friends inside at once. And at the same time, she has to make sure that no one seen and heard of what's been happening.
Rarity and her friends were sitting down their cushion. Lady Mulan brought the tray of Chinese Tea, couple of cups and plates of fruits. They were having some snacks and drinks.
"Alright; what happen? What troubles did two forces gotten into?" Lady Mulan demanded more than she asked.
"It was Skysoar's fault! He lied to us! Used us! Tricked us to get all of Jing Province Territory," Applejack explains seriously to the pony as to what Skysoar is pulling recently.
"Riverstrike got mad and jealous with Skysoar's lies and strategy of beating him to get Jing Province." Rarity added with a serious nod. "And so, he planned to lure and hold hostage on Virtue Dragon until he gets the Jing to him! So, he sent a fake message about Virtue and Tigress get married."
"And so, Skysoar devised the plan to get us out of the situation. And to be honest, I have no idea of what kind of plan he has." Saber remarks with a frown on his face.
Lady Mulan sighed as she shakes her head, "Typical stallions. Always some stupid competition to prove that he's the best. At least, Brave Tiger is the only pony I loved. He doesn't always go after some power and ruling the world to prove that he's the best. He is the best."
Ben whistled, "Wow. That's some mare... She is nothing like what Megan told me about 'Mulan'."
"I hate to be on her bad side." Saber remarks, suspecting that the other Mulan must not be one to be mentioned.
"Unlike the Disney version, Mulan is a powerful warrior and one tough human to deal with." Applejack added with a nod.
"Unlike the sequel; what were they thinking?!" Rarity yelled out with a frown. "The ending is ambiguous and selfish to say the least!"
"They would've figured out someway....right?" Sweetie asks her big sister hopefully.
"If Disney decided to make a third sequel."
Lady Mulan blinks in confusion, not sure what these ponies are on about. She spoke, "What is this about 'Mulan'?"
"Nothing," Everyone else exclaims quickly.
Lady Mulan hummed, "Either way, I'll help you out. On one condition..."
"I knew there's some catch..." Caramel groans out, figuring there is a catch here.
"If my little sister-in-law gets married, I want her to be treated with love and respect, just like my family. Got it?"
"That wasn't so hard."
"But if I find out about Tigress get hurt and cried, I will rip all of you apart!" Lady Mulan remarks darkly, making the others jump back a bit startled.
"Wow, she is a crazy mare, ain't she?" Applejack asks her friends in surprise.
"She would give Princess Luna a run for her bits!" Sweetie exclaims in agreement. "Well, if she ended up being an Alicorn."
"Word to the wise, ponies; never get on her bad side. It won't end well." Saber explains to the present ones who nodded slowly in agreement at this.
Sunset chuckles as she added, "How else Yona and Carrie learn to control their temper from?"
Lady Mulan calms down as she chuckles, "Alright, here's how it goes..."

At Tiger Fury City, the citizens were working on their marketing business and enjoyed performing some activities. Soldiers were patrolling and guarding the area, making sure everything is secure.
Suddenly, the ground was shaking and quaking wildly. This caused the citizens and soldiers were alerted and surprised by the event. Not just them, Courage Tiger and his officials were alerted from their chamber due to their drinks were shaking. They quickly exited out of the chamber as they headed to the palace's balcony. Tigress and Aqua also arrived at the balcony.
Everyone was looking at the city's entrance, where they found Brian was leading the army of marching band, who were playing the instruments happily and wildly.
The citizens and soldiers of Water Tiger Clan were alerted and surprised of the latest event.
"Alright, everyone, make good; we're doing parody of 'Prince Ali'!" Brian exclaims happily as the song begins.
Chorus: Make way for Lord Virtue!

Pinkie cheered and squealed happily as she was bouncing around while chatting and talking with some peasants and even soldiers.
Pinkie: Hey! Clear the way in the old market

Pinkie rammed through cargo soldiers as she slammed and knocked on pots to ring the bells. She then approached to a Diamond Dog Guard as she banged on his tummy like a drum. She jumped on him to grabbed her while she pointed out.

As the Dragoon Guards moved aside, allowing Virtue Dragon and Dragonspear to march and enter the scene. The Lord of Jing Province awkwardly waved to citizens and soldiers, who awed in surprise and amazement.

Brian laughed happily as he pulled out the carpet, making some marine soldiers drop and knelt down.

As Pinkie was singing; Courage Tiger, Tigress and Aqua were alerted by the lyrics. They turned and glared at nervous and worried Riverstrike, who has some explanation to do.

Virtue Dragon and his allies stood before the castle's entrance, where they're facing at Courage Tiger and his officials.

Pinkie squealed happily, "We're waiting for you! We're not going 'til you go!"
Brian calls out excitedly, "You can do it!"
Everyone turned and looked at Courage Tiger, who was completely reluctant and concerns about letting Virtue Dragon and his allies in. After everything that is happening especially everyone was alerted that Virtue Dragon and Tigress were getting married.
Courage Tiger sighed as he gestured to let them in.
Pinkie and Brian: There it is!
Pinkie, Brian and the marching band make the finale of the performance for everyone to get impressed.
Everyone: Virtue Dragon

Tigress groaned in fury as she turned and marched off at once. Aqua sighed as she went after her older sister. Courage Tiger looked down in embarrassment while Riverstrike became uneasy and worried.

The citizens and soldiers gave the round of applause to Virtue Dragon for putting the best performance. They're all believed that he and Tigress are destined to be together.
Courage Tiger yelled out angrily as he glares at Riverstrike, "This is a mess!"
Riverstrike spoke out quickly, "My lord! I can fix this! I'll clear the misunderstanding!"
"Then what?! Kill him?! Make my sister a widow; How can you be so foolish?!"
" What?!"
Courage Tiger groans out as he explains angrily, "You heard them?! They think I married my sister to him! And I don't mind making alliance with him, but marriage for it! This is out of control!:
"But still-!" Riverstrike begins to protest but Courage Tiger cuts him off before he could finish.
"Enough! I must now meet my 'brother-in-law', and also talk with my sisters about this. To secure the alliance, Tigress must marry Virtue Dragon now."
"No! Don't do it!"
"It's already too late! Get the things ready now." Courage said seriously to Riverstrike making him horrified.
Courage Tiger headed off to talk with his sisters before meeting up with Virtue Dragon and his allies. The officials quickly went after him, leaving Riverstrike disheartened and upset, making his chest wound hurt and open a bit.
Riverstrike groans out quietly to himself, "Damn you, Skysoar. You ruined it again..."

Courage Tiger went ahead to find his younger sister, hoping that she's not angry and upset about Riverstrike's secret plan. Eventually, he come across with Lady Mulan, Rarity and Sunset.
"Sister?" Courage Tiger asked in surprise, "What are you doing here?"
"Looking for Tigress. I heard what has happen from the outside," Lady Mulan said calmly and firmly, keeping her secret meeting with Saber and his friends. This make Courage Tiger uneasy and guilty. She hummed in concern, "What are you going to do now?"
"I have no other choice. I have to marry my sister to Virtue Dragon, in order to build and strengthen our alliance."
"Tigress will not be happy about it, even though this wasn't your intention. However, if you cancel the wedding and reveal the truth to the public, they will resent and lose their faith in you because you wanted to retake the control of Jing Province."
"Then, what would you have me do, Mulan? The damage is already done. I do not wish to hurt my sister, but my I have to put my duty and subjects first."
"I can't decide that for you, Courage. This is your decision. But all I can say is that you have to do the right thing for the ponies, regardless of the consequence. In fact, I believe your sister understand that protecting ponies and defeating Azure Phoenix is our main objective."
“Right, you mess up and we will never save the day.” Sunset points out to Courage Tiger in agreement.
“It’s in your court now, Darling.” Rarity agrees seriously.
Courage Tiger sighed, "I supposed so. I can only hope that my sister's not angry with me."
"Don't worry. Your sister won't be angry and upset for long," Lady Mulan said calmly. She scoffed, "But Virtue Dragon should be worry because she is a tiger, not easily get tamed."
Courage Tiger smiled a bit, "True enough..."
Courage Tiger, Lady Mulan, Rarity and Sunset moved out at once as they looked around and searched for Tigress. They came across to her bed chamber, where they found Tigress and Aqua were looking at the large lake. Rainbow and Scootaloo were there to keep an eye on the sisters. As Courage Tiger and Lady Mulan approached to Tigress and Aqua for discussion, Rarity and Sunset approached to Rainbow and Scootaloo.
"So, how is Tigress?" Rarity asked.
Rainbow sighed, "As expected, she's still mad and angry about arranged marriage and plans about using her as a bait, though she said she doesn't mind hanging out with Virtue Dragon. I think she still likes him."
“Ooooh! This sounded amazing!”
“Sure, if you ignore the icky parts.” Scootaloo remarks dryly, making the adult ponies laughs at this.
“You will grow up sooner or later, Scootaloo….” Sunset chuckled. “Just try not to do so too quickly, ‘kay?”
“Not in another year or so.”
"Tigress, are you alright?" Courage Tiger asked calmly.
"No, I am not," Tigress said dryly and upset. Courage Tiger sighed in defeat. She continued, "I'm not mad at you. I'm mad at Riverstrike. How could he do this to us?! For what?! To get Jing Province?! To beat Skysoar?"
Courage Tiger sighed, "I sometimes wonder of what was he thinking too."
"Have you come to talk me to marry Virtue Dragon?" Tigress asked calmly.
Aqua snarled, "If you do, I'm gonna kill you."
Courage Tiger sighed, "I know you hated the arrange marriage without getting to know the pony you haven't met. But we both know Virtue Dragon since father joined the Campaign against Cruez. He's a good friend, and also benevolent pony we ever met. He saved lives and defeated the enemies as we have seen his action before." He cleared his throat, "Look, Tigress, if you don't want to marry him, then I understand. We'll think of something else."
"But think carefully, Tigress. This isn't about us. This is for our home," Lady Mulan said calmly, "Songbird and I have gone through before in your position. And believe me, we weren't thrill about arrange marriage. But once we get married, we've gotten to know more about husband. And believe me, Brave Tiger was truly amazing fighter and husband I ever met. Songbird said the same thing about humble and smart Riverstrike to her."
“Well, the whole thing appears to be interesting.” Sunset comments as she watches on.
“Well, can you blame this?” Rainbow remarked in agreement. “The two has a good relationship with those two.”
“Where? I don’t see it.” Scootaloo comments as she looks on puzzled.
“Just good, it’s there.”
“Let’s hope the relationships don’t get damaged too much, Darling.” Rarity said in concern.
Tigress was uncertain, "So, you're saying..."
"How about this," Courage Tiger said calmly, "Why don't we meet and talk with him during banquet? Then, you'll decide how good he is to you. If he is, then you can marry him, strengthening our alliance. If not..."
Lady Mulan sighed, "We can send him off home, and start the war, letting Azure Phoenix beat us to the pulp."
"Is that supposed to be funny?" Aqua asked in annoyance.
After some thinking about Courage Tiger's proposal, Tigress sighed in defeat before smiled sadly, "Alright, we'll try our way. And you're right. I do want to get to know more about him."
"Good. Thank you, sister," Courage Tiger said in relief.
Aqua groaned, "Fine. We'll do it. If I see Saber, then he and I are gonna talk. He's got explaining to do! He is so much trouble after the stunt he pulled from few days ago!"
"Oh boy. She's pissed," Rainbow commented uneasily.
“Well, Aqua has very right to do so.” Rarity explains seriously. “This will not go too well.”
“Especially if she ended up kicking his flank.” Scootaloo giggled playfully. That should be a good sight to see.

Virtue Dragon and his allies have been gathered at the throne chamber as they were still waiting for Courage Tiger and his family to come out. While they were waiting, they heard some muttering and whispering from Water Tiger Officials and Officers especially Riverstrike, who remained silent yet angry and annoyed as he was sitting down on his desk. They were mumbling about what is Virtue Dragon's real plan especially marrying the lord's sister.
"Oh boy. They don't look happy..." Caramel said in concern.
"Do you think we overdid with the 'Prince Ali' parody?" Brian asked amusingly, "Didn't mean it to go too far."
"Nah. I'm sure it's fine especially my upcoming role to be a genie," Pinkie exclaimed happily. She hummed, "Which role I should play? The animated one. The live-action. Or maybe the musical guy?"
"Random..." Saber commented dryly.
"Either way, Caramel's right, they're not happy," Applejack said in concern.
Ben sighed, "Yeah. After what we did from Jing Province and also about Riverstrike's plan to get us, I'm pretty sure he's mad." He then looked and found Riverstrike glaring at him and his friends. He gulped, "Especially he's really angry with us about screwing his plan."
“Hey, he wanted a kidnapping.” Brian remarks in concern. “He was asking for it.”
“More or less, we’re going to be in trouble if he decided to get payback.”
“Like to see him try.” Applejack remarks, glaring right back at Riverstrike. “He will be risking Big Apple Trouble from us.”
Noticing his master's nervous and uneasiness, Dragonspear asked, "My lord, are you alright?"
"No, I'm not," Virtue Dragon admitted, "I just hope that everything will be fine, and hopefully, my lady won't kill me..."
“Lord, calm down, calm down.”
“Yeah, your future bride will like you….I hope.” Ben said, speaking the last part quietly. He hopes Tigress won’t be put off too much than she is already.
As Courage Tiger and his family emerged out from the entrance, the Water Tiger Officials stood up and bowed humbly in respect to their lord. The Lord of Wuhu River took his seat, along with his sisters and Rainbow's Team taken theirs. All of the officials have taken their seats. Virtue Dragon and his allies bowed humbly, paying their respect to the lord.
"Virtue Dragon, it's been a while," Courage Tiger said calmly yet firmly, "It's an honor to see you here."
"The honor is mine," Virtue Dragon said calmly, "I am honored that you allowed me and your younger sister to get married, in order to strengthen our alliance and trust between us."
Courage Tiger sighed, "Ah, yes. The marriage. Tell me if there's no marriage, would you dare to come and see me after what's been happening few days ago?"
"I understand that you're angry about Jing Province. I am truly sorry. In fact, as I previously mention it before the competition that I wish to take control of Jing Province to settle down its ponies, and rule it temporary."
"Yes, you did tell us before. I was going to accept it, but our strategists insisted to do another way around."
"Yes. It didn't turn out well. I apologized for that. And I understand that if you don't want me here, I will return home at once and never bother you again until we gain our own territory."
"On contrary, I'm glad you came," Courage Tiger said calmly, surprising Virtue Dragon, "Like you said, the marriage between my sister and you will strengthened our alliance. And of course, both of you will get to know better first before tonight's marriage. I wouldn't want my sister's get fury and kill her husband too early."
"Is that supposed to be a joke?" Virtue Dragon asked uneasily.
"It was," Courage Tiger said calmly as he stood up and approached, "Come, my friend. Let us have a lunch and enjoy it. Shall we?"
Virtue Dragon nodded, "Yes, we shall."
Ben hummed, "I hope everything went well."
“Well, we’re almost to the close of this chapter. So it should go well.” Pinkie comments playfully, making her friends rolled her eyes at this.
“Random, Pinks, as well.” Brian chuckled in amusement by his filly friend’s usual nature.

Courage Tiger, Virtue Dragon and their officials have left and headed straight to the dinning hall. Riverstrike was the last pony to go in. And just before he could march in, he turned and whispered to both Pirate Scythe and Trip, who were both in shock and concern about it. Nevertheless, they obeyed and left the dinning hall at once. Most of them were gathered and enjoyed their lunch, as well as chatting and talking with each other. Ben and his friends were among them as well, including Saber and Aqua.
"So far, so good," Rainbow said calmly.
Ben nodded, "Yeah. No trouble at all. Think Riverstrike's up to his tricks?"
“I wouldn’t put it past him to do so.” Sunset comments seriously. “It’s like no one on the same side anymore.”
“Not in the past, Sunset anyhow. We need to confirm our concerns.”
"Definitely," Rainbow confirmed her concerns. She turned to Ocellus, "Go and check around the dinning hall. If you see something suspicious, make something nuisance to show themselves here."
Ocellus nodded calmly, "Got it..."
Ocellus transformed into a bee as she flew and buzz off to another area, seeking out any sign of ambush or traps. Both Ben and Rainbow Team continued eating their lunch while keeping their eyes out for any sign of troubles. Saber and Aqua were sitting together. And both of them haven't say anything since their arrival to the dinning hall. While he looked uneasy and worried, she was annoyed and angry that both of them are sitting together.
"Aqua..." Saber said in concern firstly, "About Jing Province..."
"Yeah, I'm pissed off of what you did," Aqua said dryly and angrily, making Saber guilty and shame. She continued while glaring at him, "How could you do this to me and my family?! I thought we're friends."
"We still are,"
"Yeah. Not after the stunt you pulled. It really ticked me off."
"Look, I'm sorry about that. And believe me, my father and I really wanted to negotiate about Jing Province. But..."
"But what?"
"Our strategists complicated it. And believe me, we'd never wanted this to happen. Believe me, Aqua."
"I don't know what to believe. Your and your clan have been lying to use about Jing Province, or the fact that my sister was forced to marry your father. Either of them, I am mad at about it."
Saber sighed in defeat, "I'm really sorry. I know I can't ask for your forgiveness. But I can try to convince my father to drop the marriage and leave you guys alone. And of course, we'll return Jing Province to you guys as soon as we get our own territory."
"Forget it," Aqua said dryly. Saber looked down in defeat. She continued, "Besides, my sister already decided that she and your dad are gonna get married for the alliance. This is for our alliance and friends. So, do me a favor, Saber. Even if you can't give the Jing back to us, look after my sister. Because if I find out about her getting hurt, you'll be the first guy I wanna kill. Got it?"
Saber nodded nervously, "Dully noted."
“I’m serious! You tried and your dead, got it?!”
“I got it, I got it! Lay off!”
As everyone was still enjoying their lunch, Riverstrike raised his cup while secretly smirked, which Ben's Team and Rainbow's Team noticed.
“He’s up to something.” Ben whispers to his friends in alarm.
“I think something is about to happen.” Scootaloo comments in worry.
BANG! CLASH! SCREAM! Everyone yelped in shock and surprise to hear the noise. Suddenly, the dinning hall's window fall on some of officials, who quickly ran off and moved aside at once to avoid collision. They all then found Pirate Scythe, Trip and some soldiers were hitting and punching at each other as they were trying to get the bee, who buzzing and evading them a lot.
"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?!" Courage Tiger demanded angrily.
Pirate Scythe, Trip and their soldiers halted at once before looking at their lord. The bee transformed into Ocellus. She bowed humbly before the lord.
"Lord Courage! I just found out that these two were sent to assassinate Lord Virtue Dragon, under Riverstrike's order." Ocellus explained firmly.
Everyone gasped in shock and fury. Courage Tiger turned and glared at Riverstrike, who whistled innocently and quietly as he looked away.
"He's still at it?!" Brian asked in shock.
"Oh, Riverstrike..." Rarity said in concern.
“Yep, called it.” Ben remarks, rolling his eyes a bit.
“So did I.” Rainbow added. “Well I did in my mind anyhow.”
"Riverstrike, how dare you went behind my back again! I thought I make myself clear that Virtue Dragon is not be murdered!" Courage Tiger scolded shameful Riverstrike, "Do you intend to betray me and destroy our alliance?! Is this about beating Skysoar to some kind of game?!!"
Riverstrike panicked and bowed before him, "No, my lord! I would never do such a thing! Honest! I'm doing this for our kingdom!"
"Riverstrike, I am disappointed in you!" Courage Tiger said angrily as he took and armed with his sword, "You have caused enough trouble! I might as well have you executed for your deception and rivalry with Skysoar!"
"My lord, don't!" Virtue Dragon protested as he halted Courage Tiger's from raising his sword, "Don't punish him. It wasn't his fault. It was mine. Please, if you kill him before the wedding, then I do not wish to be part of it."
"But Riverstrike! He-!"
"As he said before, he only did it for the kingdom. And believe me, I know that feeling. Please, do not kill him because of the mess. He is your loyal soldier."
Though angry and annoyed at Virtue Dragon's interference and Riverstrike's went behind his back, Courage Tiger cant' ignore their point. He sighed in defeat as he sheathed his sword, "Very well. Riverstrike, apologize to my guest for your behavior. I will pardon it."
Riverstrike hissed in defeat, "Yes, my lord. Forgive me, Lord Virtue..."
"It's alright, I forgive you." Virtue Dragon said humbly. He cleared his throat, "With your permission, I would like to go out and get some fresh air."
Courage Tiger nodded, "You may..."
Virtue Dragon leave the dinning chamber at once. The rest of them returned to their seat as they calmed themselves from the latest situation. Ben and his team sighed in relief.
“Well, that’s a close one.” Starlight remarks with a sigh. “At least things will go smoothly now.”
“If Tigress and Virtue Dragon would like each other.” Scootaloo said, pointing out any lack of romance so far.
“One can only hope.”

Virtue Dragon left the dining chamber. He is now at the garden. He became uneasy, worried and scared. He's becoming more uncomfortable about staying at Wuhu River due to Skysoar's strategy of conquering Jing Province has angered Riverstrike taking drastic measure to kill him. He then looked up at the sky as he was giving some thoughts and concerns.
"I can't afford to die today. There're so many things need to be done..." Virtue Dragon said in concern. He sighed, "I wish there's a way to resolve the situation especially easing Riverstrike's anger and Tigress's."
"Are you serious? You're scared of me being angry?" The voice asked in surprise. Virtue Dragon turned and found Tigress approaching him. She giggled amusingly, "You know. For a hero who faced off Azure Phoenix and never fear him and his power, you're actually scared of a mare like me."
Virtue Dragon chuckled uneasily and nervously, "Well... I'm scared of you because I may have offended you after what my strategist has done. And of course, I'm much a bit older than you, and your deserve a better husband at your age."
"You don't say." Tigress asked amusingly before showing her lovely eyes to glare at nervous and worried Virtue Dragon, "And you were right. I'm kinda angry at you and your strategist for the mess and making Riverstrike crazy."
"I am truly sorry, princess. I understand that you don't want to marry me and making the alliance. I can talk to your brother that we'll be leaving." Virtue Dragon said in concern, "In fact, I'll do it now for your sake."
Tigress grabbed and pushed Virtue Dragon back to his position. She smirked slyly, "Now, who told you that I want to call off the wedding?"
"But I thought you're angry and annoyed of the mess we make. Plus, I know you don't like me."
"I'd never say I don't like you, mister. But I do want to get to know more about you."
"Really? Did you mean it or didn't have choice because of your brother and strategist make you to do it?"
"Oh, I really mean it, my lord," Tigress said calmly and amusingly as she grabbed and held Virtue Dragon's collar, pulling him close to her. She continued, "In fact, I want to know one thing about you."
"What's that?" Virtue Dragon asked in concern.
"Are you really benevolent and virtue as your namesake is? Or just pretending? A lot of ponies said that you used the traits to pretend that you're caring for ponies until you get what you wanted - power, control and throne. Am I correct?"
"What?! No! I don't think that! I just want to do my duty. My duty is to help protect and ease the ponies' sufferings. I don't want power and control over them. I just want to make sure that they're safe and lived peacefully, so they and their children will no longer to fear of war."
"Hmm... Really?"
"Yes, milady. That's my desire. I want to save them. I want to create the land of benevolence for them to live. Until I defeat Azure Phoenix, no one is safe."
"Okay..." Tigress said calmly and sincerely, "You know. For a virtuous pony like you, you really are a hero and nice guy. You almost remind me of my brother - Brave Tiger."
"I am?" Virtue Dragon asked in surprise. Tigress nodded. He sighed, "Thank you. But I believe that you're a hero too for doing what is right for ponies."
"Huh..." Tigress said in surprise, "Really gentlepony. And you know what? I think we can work this out."
"So, we're friends?" Virtue Dragon asked hopefully.
Tigress smiled, "More than friends. We're husband and wife. As your wife, I'm willing to follow you till the end. Not because of the tradition, but I believed that you really are a benevolent lord, and really care for ponies. But promise me that you harm my family when we defeated Azure Phoenix?"
Virtue Dragon smiled, "I promised. Perhaps, we should get acquainted first? Get to know more about us before tonight's marriage and kiss?"
Tigress blushed a bit, "I'd love to." She turned and looked at the tree, "Do you like Peach Blossoming Tree? They're my favorite. I can't wait to see it again after the winter."
Virtue Dragon looked at the tree as he smiled, "Yes, I do. Let me tell you the story of how I met my brothers."
Both Virtue Dragon and Tigress chatted and talked happily and sincerely at the garden. Unknown to them, everyone from dining hall were watching the scene. Most of them awed happily to see two of them formed friendship and becoming couple.
"Guess we don't have to worry about them being friends," Aqua commented.
Saber nodded, "Yeah. Glad they work it out."
"Does that mean you two are brother and sister-in-law or is it auntie and nephew?" Apple Bloom asked.
“That isn’t our business to ask, Apple Bloom.” Caramel said to Apple Bloom with a frown. “But yeah, it’s either one or the other.”
“Like Celestia’s relationship to Twilight and Ben.” Pinkie remarks playfully, making Ben down a bit. “Oh sorry, Ben.”
“It’s fine, Pinkie, really.” Ben insisted, though the sad look on his face claims otherwise.
"Maybe get married?" Phobos asked slyly.
Saber and Aqua blushed in red. Saber cleared his throat, "How about we stick with friends?"
"Good for me," Aqua agreed, "Better than auntie and nephew. That feels weird especially when we're both at same age."
"No kidding," Saber agreed.
Courage Tiger sighed, "Either way, I'm glad everything work it out..."
Angered and fury of it, Riverstrike grunted as he felt a pain in his chest, "Damn it..."

"And so, both Virtue Dragon married Princess Tigress, thus building and strengthening the alliance between two forces," Narrator narrated, "However, despite the setbacks, Riverstrike believed that he has the chance of regaining Jing Province without provoking the incident..."
Tonight, everyone was gathered at the dining hall. Both Virtue Dragon and Tigress, wearing red traditional wedding suit and dress, stood before Courage Tiger. They passed and gave the warm message to him, who drank it and gave them the blessings. Ben's Team and Rainbow's Team cheered happily and wildly that everything is alright. However, Riverstrike gave some thoughts of how to solve the situation. He smirked slyly as he has another plan to ensure that everything will be falling back to its place. He will retake Jing Province sooner or later...
