Adagio's POV
A few months had past and the girls had developed faster than they should have.
Sunset had warned me that them developing this fast may be a sign there is something wrong. I hope not. As I walked outside to check on the girls.
What I saw wasn't a rare sight from them,but it never ceased to make me upset and worried as a mother.They were playing with knives in the garden.They seemed to claim two knives as theirs,as if they were toys.
Then I saw something that terrified me.
"Hey Becca." Said Tifany,who up until now wasn't talking in full sentences.But when she said her full on first sentence I couldn't help worrying."Let's go throw our knifes at this bird."
Rebecca only nodded,she wasn't talking yet,but she was starting to walk.
Both of them started hurting birds with their knives as if it was a game,what snapped me back into my senses after that,was the fact that both of them after a few hits fainted.
I run over to them, nothing like this has ever happened before. I check them both and let out a sigh as I find they're both still breathing. I picked them both up brought them inside and called Sunset.
"Adagio?Everything ok?"I hear her asking from the other side of the line.
"No,Tify and Becca were killing birds and then fainted.I'm worried about them,Sunset."
"Okay calm down,I'm going there. If they don't wake up in 10 minutes take them to the hospital."
It didn't take long for the girls to wake.Neither for Sunset to arrive.
"How are they?" Sunset asked me when she got there.
"They woke up a few minutes after I got off the phone with you."
"You girls ok?" Sunset asked them,to that the girls nodded.
"Wanna keep playing pluft."Was the only phrase Tifany let out after that.Rebecca nodded.
Sunset looked at me as if to ask what they were talking about,with my hands I told her I didn't knew.
"Well,girls,would you tell auntie Sunset what pluft is?"She asked.
"It's when you take a knife and you stab something till it stops moving." She told the two of us.
"You.. you mean you kill something?" Sunset asked as she looked over to me.
"It's just a game" Tifany told her.
"No it's not." Sunset told her back.
"It doesn't even hurt Auntie."Tifany said,as both her and Rebecca showed us a few cuts."See? Becca and me play pluft together all the time."
"W-when did you even do that?"I asked them terrified.
"Oh we've been doing it for awhile." Rebecca told her.I didn't even know she could talk.
"You two need to stop doing that." I tell them as Sunset checks them.
"They seem to be ok for now. But they need to stop."
"But it's fun." She told us as she swung the knife at me.I hold her hands and it wasn't long before she fainted in my arms.
I turned to Sunset:
"Something's very wrong with them."
"There has to be." Sunset told me." You need to take them to the hospital."
"I Will." I told her. "I need to tell Winter too." I got my phone and called him.
"Hey Dagi."I hear from the other end of the line.
"Winter,there's something wrong with the girls I'm getting them checked out."
"I'll meet up with you guys at the hospital."
Not long after I get there, true to his word Winter showed up.
"How bad are they?" He asked.
"They're going to be alright. But they both have something wrong with their brains. "Sunset told us.
"And what is that?"I asked.
"Their brains didn't form right on the side that detetects emotions and right from wrong."She let out a sigh."You gotta pay attention to them else this could end really bad."
"I will." I tell Sunset. "But is there anything you can do for them."
"Not really." She told me. "But maybe you can get through to them. They still feel emotions they're just different. Just be careful."
