Foxtrot, Applejack, and the CMC were now taking Foxtrot on a more proper tour around Ponyville. The small group constantly laughed and joked around as they were walking, the three small fillies were sitting on Foxtrot's back even if Applejack told the three to get down from his back But, Foxtrot said that he didn't mind at all. Foxtrot was now getting more familiar of the town, and while they were touring Foxtrot ,most mares still gives Glenn a wink or a bump with their flanks while they give Applejack a look of envy and displease. It went quiet for a while until Applebloom broke the silence by asking Foxtrot a question "So, Foxtrot, what do yah think of mah big sister?" Applejack's ears suddenly perked up when she heard her little sister asking Glenn a question about her.
"Well, what i think about your sister is that she's honest, hard working, independent, and Hot." Glenn finished answering Applebloom's question. Applejack was now blushing badly because of what Foxtrot's thoughts about her.
"Well, mah sister is always honest, hard working, and independent, but why do you think she's hot?" Applebloom was now confused on why did Foxtrot thought that her big sister was hot. As Foxtrot was now about to reply to Applebloom, Applebloom was suddenly snatched by Applejack herself.
"Look ya'll, ima just talk to mah sister for a while here, the 2 of you could guide Foxtrot around the town!" Applejack said to all of them while she was blushing madly, and as Foxtrot, Scootaloo, and Sweetiebelle were about to speak, Applejack suddenly made a mad dash to who knows where while Applebloom was on her back.
"that was pretty weird" Scootaloo commented while making a poker face
"Hey, why don't we visit Carousel Boutique. I could introduce Foxtrot to my sister" Applebloom said to the group.
"Yeah, and after that we would visit Rainbow dash and introduced Foxtrot to Rainbowdash" Scootaloo said while making an excited expression.
"Sure, i would love to meet them, just lead me to where they are right now" Foxtrot said to the two fillies, but none of the fillies knows that Foxtrot already met them. And so the group went to continue their journey.
meanwhile in an unknown location
"When did he arrived?" A voice said with an accent
"I don't know, but it looks like that he's starting to trust those damn ponies." Another voice said.
"Don't worry my friend, once he finds out about the truth, he will join us." The voice with an accent said to the other voice.
But while the two creatures were talking, two more came out of the shadows "we should be wise in our decisions, we should wait for the right time" as the creature spoke the other two just nodded without saying anything.
"Well, i'm good with that" the creature said
"Since all of you want to wait, then we shall wait my friends." The voice with an accent said.
meanwhile back on earth
A huge convoy was moving through an open path in the middle of a desert. The convoy consisted of 6 M1151 HMMWV
Three of the Humvee's were in front while the other three were in the back of the convoy, and in the middle of this fairly large convoy was 3 Cougar He, each Cougar He was carrying a total of 10 men while the Humvee's only carry five.
The convoy was moving very fast due to the need of men to the front lines "what the fuck is happening here Colonel?" A young soldier who was driving the lead Humvee asked the Colonel that was the highest ranking officer of the Convoy.
"We are losing a lot of men in the front lines, those Triton bastards have been taking down our men ever since they captured half of India. Good thing that Exodus-8 finally showed up." The Colonel said to the young soldier while looking around his surroundings.
"Exodus-8?" They young soldier asked the Colonel with confusion planted on his face " I never heard of them before"
"Because they never existed until now, the government hid Exodus-8 because every member of Exodus-8 will be a highly trained and experienced soldier. Every man that's inside of Exodus-8 is hand picked by high ranking officers, they will check all of your records before they ask you to join them." The Colonel said while still looking around his surroundings.
"Now that's pretty bad ass. Anyways if Triton forces is in India, then why are we in Pakistan?" The young Soldier asked the Colonel.
"Because Exodus-8 is making it hard for the Triton forces to advance further into India. We are here to go near the border of Pakistan to defend this place in case Triton has different plans, but we must always be aware of our surroundings. I bet that those assholes are looking to cause trouble here in Pakistan" The young soldier said nothing but nodded back, the Colonel looked at the back and saw most of his men are sleeping "this is gonna be a long ride" The colonel said inside his thoughts. The convoy consisted of 30 soldiers from the army, and 30 Marines, They were going to need to stop in their FOB to finalize their plans, refuel, and get a heli support from an HH-60 to make sure that they get to the front lines and make a defensive base there.
back in Equestria
Foxtrot was now sitting on a chair while facing against 10 ponies and a dragon. Foxtrot was able to meet Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbowdash while the CMC toured him around town, he was able to meet the others when the CMC led him to Twilight's castle, and after that the 6 mares suddenly started acting different when Foxtrot was around him. Applejack and Rainbowdash would always try to show off their achievements, talents, and skills. Rarity was constantly flirting with Foxtrot, Twilight and Pinkiepie was currently bombarding him with questions that Foxtrot wasn't able to answer properly, Fluttershy was... too shy to talk to Foxtrot, and The CMC, starlight, and Spike just rolled their eyes at the acts of the six mares.
"Okay!, why don't we give Foxtrot some time off" starlight said to the 5 mares who was currently trying to gain Foxtrot's attention. It took Starlight, Spike, and the CMC to get them to stop bothering Foxtrot, but unbeknownst to them, Discord was watching everything unfold and he made a huge grin and snapped his claws while he was still watching the group.
"Thanks guys, your friends must have missed me" Foxtrot said while making a grin, meanwhile there was 5 mares who was blushing because of embarrassment.
"Me and my friends are very sorry about that Foxtrot, that was very unlikely of us" The 5 mares were making an apologetic look at Foxtrot because of the disturbance that they caused him.
"hehehe, don't sweat it, you guys are just being friendly that's all" Foxtrot was speaking to them but while he was speaking he was suddenly engulfed by a bright light.
everyone covered their eyes because of the bright light " What is Happening?!" Rainbowdash yelled while covering her eyes"
"Ah don't know what's going on in there" Applejack responded to Rainbowdash's question while she was also covering her eyes.
The light died out soon, but they were shocked who they saw when the bright light disappeared "Glenn?!?!" The 7 mares and Spike shouted.
"Uhm.... hey" that was the only thing that Glenn said before Discord appeared behind the group *Cough*"Don't worry guys, i'll explain everything" Discord said with a huge grin on his face.
20 minutes later
Discord was laughing at the ponies who has their jaws hanging after he explained why Foxtrot was Glenn " Ah can't believe it, you were able to lie at us without me noticing?!" Applejack was furious at Glenn and Discord for making them get tricked by them.
"Now now Applejack, you might be the element of honesty and all, but in Exodus-8 we are trained to lie in any situation no matter how hard it is." Glenn made a sly grin at them, but they were not in the mood to play games anymore because of what they did to them.
As the ponies didn't clearly liked getting tricked, the three fillies were surprised that Foxtrot wasn't what they really thought, they were now looking at a biped creature who was probably taller than Celestia. As they were staring at this new creature, they were able to get back to their senses and now has a new objective, try to find information about this new creature. Scootaloo first stepped forward and asked this creature "Uhm, just what, who, and where did you come from?"
Glenn heard Scootaloo asking him a question and he responded to her with the truth while making a warm smile " Ok, first of all, I'am a Human or homo sapien in scientific terms, I am a male human, my height is 6 feet and 3 inches. My nationality is American, British, and Filipino but i'am mostly just an American citizen, because that's where i mostly live in and that's where my job is. I came from a planet called Earth, Earth is a very beautiful place to live in, you have have lots of place to go there, and there are also landmarks that you might want to visit. Like the Eiffel tower in France, The great wall of China, the Sydney opera house in Australia, The great pyramids of Giza that could be located in Egypt, and many more landmarks. Earth might be a beautiful place to live, but it's a place that's so full of chaos that not even Discord could handle it.
All of the creatures in the room were listening to Glenn, but after they heard that Earth is so chaotic that Discord can't probably handle it. All of them had a terrified look on there faces. " What!, how come that your planet is more chaotic than Discord, He's the most chaotic creature in Equestria. No offense Discord." Sweetiebelle exclaimed at Glenn. Discord just waved a hand at Sweetiebelle assuring her that he took no offense.
"Sweetiebelle's right, how ya'll humans even survive in a place like that?" Applebloom spoke while she still has a face of shock.
"It's probably because of our high intelligence. Us humans are very intelligent beings, we can fly even if we don't have any wings, we have made machines and appliances that can make our lives more easy on earth. But what i think is that the main reason is that us humans just roll with the punches and go on, no matter what happens. There was once a wise president of my country named JFK and he said that "Change is the law of life, those who only looks back to the past or present are certain to miss the future". The CMC was just staring at him probably confused at the quote that Glenn said but the rest were looking at him with awe.
"Those are such was wise words, your president must have been favored by the public" Twilight said to Glenn while she was writing everything that Glenn was saying on a paper.
*Sigh* Glenn frowned, and the ponies were able to see the look on his face "You are right about him being a wise person, but unfortunately... he was assassinated while he was in a Dallas, Texas. He was shot in the head by a former U.S marine named, Lee Harvey Oswald." Glenn looked at the expressions that each ponies made, and he can mostly see shock, fear, and confusion. Although Discord doesn't seem to be bothered by the fact that a president of Glenn's country was killed.
"Why would anyone do such a thing to a great person?" Fluttershy asked Glenn while she was getting teary eyed.
"There's a lot of reasons why a human would do such things. but i just can't explain it, it's beyond my thinking and profession.
After the ponies were able to recover back to their normal selves, they talked about few things, and they also asked Glenn a lot of things that they were curious about. They asked Glenn on the different types of government that they have, What is their currency, what is a U.S marine, what is Glenn's job, what types of food do humans eat, how powerful is the military back in his countries. Glenn tried to answer all of their questions but he wasn't able to answer all of them because of his lack of knowledge in the topic, and because they were asking him questions that he was not allowed to say to them because of them being classified. As they were now finishing their talk, twilight suddenly had an idea.
"Hey Glenn, since very few ponies knows you here in Equestria, why don't we take you to the Canterlot university and introduce yourself in there?" Twilight asked Glenn as she was very Giddy about her idea.
"And how would i introduce myself in a university?. What am i gonna do, teach them all about humans and Earth stuff?" Glenn was thinking of how would introducing his kind in a university would do any good.
"Hmmmm, just think of it as a public interview, scholars and students would be there to ask you questions, and that would result them in gaining more knowledge about humans and your home planet". Twilight still has her hopes up that she could convince Glenn in going to Canterlot university to introduce his self.
Glenn became suspicious of twilight, if he was to go in Canterlot University and have a public interview then they would try to get classified information on him. Glenn was thinking very hard at this opportunity, he could introduce him self properly to the public, making him less of a threat to the citizens of Equestria, but there is a risk of him accidentally releasing classified information. After some time of hard thinking, Glenn finally made his decision. "I would go to this public interview, but there is one catch." Twilight nodded at Glenn to go on "I'am allowed to decline any sensitive topics."
"is that it?" Twilight asked Glenn confirming his terms when he is going to go to Canterlot University. Glenn nodded in reply
"Great!, i'am going to give you at least 4 days to prepare everything that you want, Discord would pick you up wherever you live and he will take you to Canterlot university, you are to arrive there at 5:30 in the morning. That's all you need to know.
"Everypony, we need to spread the word that a new creature would introduce its self in Canterlot University!" Pinkie pie shouted as she quickly went out of the room to make sure that ponies are informed about a new creature that arrived in Equestria.
"PInkie, wait!" Starlight shouted trying to get Pinkie's attention, but she was long gone by now. Starlight just sighed at Pinkie for being too much hyper.
"Don't worry Starlight, a few people or ponies won't bother me that much" Glenn said to Starlight and giving her a warm smile trying to assure her that he won't really mind.
"Are you sure about that?, because she's Pinkie and she can go a bit overboard sometimes" Starlight was still a bit worried about what might happen on the upcoming visit of Glenn to Canterlot university.
"I'm very sure about that" Glenn started to scratch Starlight just behind her ears, this resulted in Starlight giving out a small smile and a look like she was in paradise.
"Ohhhh, yeah, don't stop now" Starlight now has her eyes closed while she was panting with her tongue out. Meanwhile Twilight, Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Rainbowdash were looking at the two with amazement on what's happening.
"Uhm, Glenn, darling... Just what are you doing?"Rarity asked with curiosity.
"Ah don't know what's he's doing, but by the looks of it, it might be good" Applejack said while inspecting Starlight's face
"Ohhhhh gosh, that feels so good!" Rainbowdash exclaimed as she was also being scratched by Glenn with his other hand "You guys should try this!" and one by one the mares were now swarming Glenn trying to get their ears scratched by Glenn's divine hands as what Rarity calls.
10 minutes has passed and all of the mares got their fair share of ear scratches, Discord and Glenn were now right in front of Glenn's house. They were able to arrive there with the help of Discord with teleportation. "So, what do you think about me teaching ponies about me and my planet?" Glenn asked Discord while he was walking towards the cave that housed his Humvee, dirt bike, and Sea knight. Glenn was inspecting all of his vehicles to check if they were tampered by something or someone, while Glenn was looking at his vehicles, he noticed that Discord looked a bit down and concerned. "You OK Discord?, you look like you want to say something but you can't"
Discord looked right at Glenn with his still sad and concerned look "Look Glenn, we've been friends for over a month and i just want to say that i think that going to speak to the public is a bad idea. It's like something is being hidden from you and me, i have been imprisoned for at least a thousand years and when i was stuck in a stone i was able to hear a bit about humans."
"Discord, you were a stone back then and maybe you just misheard whoever pony as talking near you. Time for you to go home Discord, i still have to plan my lectures properly if i want this to turn out good." Glenn made a warm smile at discord, Discord made a smile but Glenn could clearly see that it was a fake smile. After sometime Discord opened a portal to his world and disappeared in his own world. Glenn wondered for a short period of time bout what Discord said to him "Can there be really other guys like me here before?. nah Discord is just probably being Discord" Glenn looked around his property and he could see that it was now looking like how he wanted it. He has a large front yard, and he has a 7 meter corrugated metal fence that has the perfect camouflage paint to make it blend around his surroundings and he also attached barbwire on the top of the fence to prevent unwanted guests climbing the gate and entering his property. After making one last look around him, he went inside his house to plan everything for the upcoming public interview.
