Missing Texture kind of appeared during the night in Manehattan and immediately started trouble running around booping ponies turning their cutie marks into ones that matched hers and draining them of all their magic, all the while having a snarky grin on her face that only widened with the ponies' confused cries.
"Oh, this'll be fun. " she said to herself quietly and continued her reign of chaos till police ponies came to stop her at which point she took flight.
" Looks like this towns a bust looks to be about 01:00 could probably make it a good bit of the way to the next town before Full takes over for the day. "
She suddenly noticed wings flying up behind her which in response she used her tail to whip around then boop both of the police at which they started to plummet.
"Should have enough magic to safely land. " she shrugged and kept flying excited about possibly continuing her trouble.
She flew for a few hours before going to land sensing the sun would be up soon. Then she yawned and as the sun cracked the horizon in a puff of smoke Full was now there.
She looked around a bit disappointed in Missing, there was nothing around in the middle of a rocky desert Full stretched her wings.
"Well, there is nothing to do here, best to keep flying, need to find some food too, we can't both just live off excitement Missing. One of us has to eat. " she yelled at herself and took off.
After about an hour of flight she spotted what looked like a lake with a small town by it.
"Food!" she excitedly yelled "Oh, yeah got no money." After landing she checked under her hat and found a small coin bag.
"Hate That you stole this, but I gotta eat." Full spoke to herself again glad that she wasn't in the town yet so no looks.
She then put the bag back under her hat then trotted into the town and quickly asked where she could get some food. She was pointed to the center of town by a bit surprised pony who stared at her tail as she trotted off. She slightly curled it and waved it at him in both recognition of his stare and goodbye.
"Now Full you have to be careful, this town looks very flammable so no slip ups. " she spoke to herself as she walked.
Eventually she came to a wide building with "Lakeside Cafe " on a large sign hanging by the building's door. She carefully reached out to the knob with her right wing and twisted it pulling the door open and walked into a rather quiet restaurant.
"You're a new face. " an older voice spoke causing Full to jump slightly, a small spark fell off the tip of her tail and thankfully fizzled out. A dusty brown mare waved from behind a stand with menus on it and stood up.
"Right this way. " she spoke leading Full into the dinner and placed her at a booth by a window.
"You look like you could use the extra space. " the mare plainly said pointing at Full's tail
Full nodded thankfully and got up on the booth sitting/ laying in a way that let her tail stretch across the booth.
"Now the names Marcy. " the mare said as she gave Full a menu. "And I'll be your waiter today. Can I get you anything to drink? "
Full sat quietly for a moment before saying. "Could I get some orange juice no ice. "
Marcy nodded. "I'll be right back. " and she disappeared into the kitchen.
Full busied herself looking over the menu notting several fish dishes the salmon particularly caught her eye. She pulled the coin bag from under her hat and counted the bits on the table.
"25 should be enough with a little to spare. ,"She said.
A moment later Marcy returned with her drink and asked if Full was ready to order.
Full nodded and spoke "I'll have the salmon please. "
Marcy nodded "any specification in cooking," she asked.
Full shook her head. " Anyway is fine as long as it's seasoned well. "
Marcy nodded and walked off. Full counted out the bits she needed to pay and put the rest in her bag then waited idly thinking for about ten minutes occasionally drinking before Marcy returned with her food, a nice pink half of salmon with salt and pepper and a little lemon sprayed over it. Full thanked Marcy then using her wing picked up a fork and exposing a few canines she had toward the front of her mouth dug in. After a few minutes she had consumed the whole half including the bones and began eating the broccoli that came with it. When Marcy returned she was shocked how the plate was completely cleared and gave the now full Full a quizzical look. Full simply smiled. And handed her the bits then stood to leave.
As Full left she burped and a small bit of black and purple flame escaped her mouth. Full sighed with relief that it wasn't a whole lick of fire. She really didn't want to burn this place down it was a nice quiet place though she was sure Missing would be disappointed.
"Well i don't want to cause this place any trouble so i should get moving. Who knows how many places I've accidentally burnt down that's why i was popped out of existence for a bit. Well was more Missing's fault. So im guessing some chaotic magical energy has built up in this world so im back. "
Full monologued to herself as she took flight.
"Discord must be back. though he alone wouldn't be enough to break Starswirl's spell. Must be some new source. I need to meet and thank them for giving me a second chance though I fear Missing will ruin it again. Not sure what she did last night, but she was clearly on the run."
Full went quiet and continued to fly for a while till she spotted a field with a few small clearings.
"Would be a nice spot for a bonfire". She muttered to herself and looked back forward spotting a small western looking town
"Applelusa? Doubt anyone would remember me but I had good times there. Should see what it's become. "
