"Twilight... I know what happened to your ship. It wasn't the parasprites. It was... us." Applejack said. "Me, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash... Sabotaged your ship."
2 weeks have passed since Twilight got rid of her Red Guardian uniform. She spends most of the day repair her ship. Thankfully she has experience repair the ship herself back when Talon Hawks was still alive. But she does often take some breaks. For went with Fluttershy to the beach. Works out with Rainbow Dash. She went commissioned Rarity to make a new outfit based on her old uniform. A bootleg red onesie. She even got use to her relationship with Spike. Almost feeling like she didn't want to go home.
Meanwhile...
Applejack was feeling guilty. She knows that the others have lied to Twilight about her ship being ruined. "Hey Big Mac." She said to her brother. "Are you okay with a human living in world of ponies?"
"Eeyup. Sometimes." Big Macintosh said.
"Sometimes?"
"You said Twilight landed in Ponyville right?" Applebloom asked as she walked into the kitchen.
"Eeyup. That is true." Big Mac said.
"Then why are so worried about Twilight getting home?" Applebloom asked.
"The girls lied about what happened to Twilight ship. You see..." Applejack whispered the truth in Big Mac and Applebloom's ears.
"WHAT?!"
"You should be ashamed of yourself!" Big Mac said.
"How could you do that to Twilight?" Applebloom asked angrily.
"Ah didn't want this. Ah was gonna ask Twilight if we could help repair her ship. But the girls say that we can't repair alien technology. We're just mere earth ponies."
"Ah've been reading a book about engineering. Ah was getting exited when you said we could help Twilight fix her ship."
"Applejack, you need to make this right." Big Mac said.
"Twilight has been working hard on that ship for 2 weeks. She needs help to finish but she needs to know the truth." Applebloom said.
"Eeyup."
"You guys are right. Ah need to make this right. Just because Twilight doesn't know about the creatures in our world, doesn't mean we can take advantage when we screw up." Applejack said. "Applebloom, and Big Mac keep reading that book. I'm gonna go tell Twilight the truth."
"Roger."
"Eeyup."
Later...
Twilight was doing some push ups, sit ups and plenting of training with Spike. They sometimes fool around and kiss a little. But hey Twilight doesn't want to just lay down and get fat. "Thanks for the sparring session Spike. Now I'm gonna go and repair my ship again."
"Twilight you've been working hard on that ship for 2 weeks. We can find another way for you to get home."
"There is no other way. Thanks to those parasprites, I have to fix every single ounce of my ship." Twilight said.
The door was kicked opened. And Applejack barged in. "Twilight. Ah need to tell you something."
"Applejack? What is it?" Twilight asked.
"Twilight... I know what happened to your ship. It wasn't the parasprites. It was... us." Applejack said. "Me, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash... Sabotaged your ship."
"What?!" Twilight eyed widened.
"Applejack how could you!?" Spike said.
"I know its hard to believe... but its the honest truth. While you were gone in Canterlot, me, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Rarity sabotaged it. Because we didn't want you to leave us. But after we heard about your depression regarding your old mentor Talon Hawks, I regretted sabotaging it. The others swore never to tell anypony or you about it. But I had enough of it. The lie was killing in the inside! I'm really really sorry for lying to you Twilight. You have every right to be mad at me." Applejack said while feeling scared.
Twilight placed her hand on Applejack's shoulder. "I am mad. But not at you anymore." Twilight said. "You did the right thing Applejack, so I can forgive you. But the others..."
Later...
Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy all met at Suger Cube Corner. Although they don't know why.
"Why did Twilight asked us to meet her here." Fluttershy asked.
"I'm not sure darling. Maybe she plans to tell us that maybe she's gonna live in Equestria forever. I mean earth has nothing but hairless talking monkeys like her."
"Yeah. Earth definately the worst place to live. Twilight deserves to stay here. Besides..."
"Shhh girls. She's here. And Applejack is with her." Pinkie Pie said.
Twilight and Applejack walked towards the girls. "Do you know why we asked you to meet us here?" Twilight asked.
"Uh... You want to plan a party?" Pinkie Pie asked nervously.
"No."
"I know what you did. The parasprites didn't sabotage my ship. You all did! And I brought someone to make sure you are telling truth."
Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie were shocked to see a familiar face. A blue minotaur...
"I heard you guys know Iron Will. The minotaur who helped Fluttershy stand up for herself." Twilight said.
"Ah payed Iron Will to be our lie detector." Applejack said.
"That's right. You poines made this hairless chimp dreams of going back to her alien homeworld become nothing but a memory. Now it's time the lying stop now!" Iron Will said. 
"Applejack told me everything. Now it's your turn." Twilight said.
"Son of a snitch!" Rainbow Dash said.
