When we got back to twilight's castle we told spike everything, and as i had expected, i saw tears forming in his eyes, we went over to the throne room and RS explained everything from how she first discovered the sickness.
"Ok, i guess i'd better start from the beginning," she said then sighed.

when i was just a filly, my mom got very ill with the same sickness the pinkie got, and i didn't know what was going on. My father was with me and comforted me the whole time she was in the hospital. A few minutes later we went to go visit her but the doctors wouldn't let us see her.
"Why won't you guys let us in the room?" my dad asked the doctor.
"Well..." the doctor started, "...she has caught a very bad disease that we have no current cure for it, so the chances of your wife surviving this incident are very, very slim. I'm so very sorry sir."
My heart sank, my mother was going to die, and there was nothing they could do save her. I started to sob 1 second after i heard the news, I think I saw dad tearing up as well.
"Thank you for your time to tell us this sad news miss," dad said through tears, "we'll leave you to it."
We went home and i ran into my bedroom to cry while dad did some research on the sickness. That's when i first heard about it, and when he said that there is no cure for it, i guess i didn't know what to expect from then on, and i hoped this would never happen to me again...

"...and now that it has come back to take over ponyville's party pony, i don't know what's going to happen" she finished.
She was right, we don't know what to do in this situation, all that we can do now is pray that pinkie is going to be alright. Suddenly, spike burst through one of the doors and said, "twilight, it's the hospital, it's about pinkie!"
Twilight grimaced and levitated the letter that spike was holding and read it closely to herself. When she finished reading it, she said "come on girls, we need to get back to the hospital, now!"
We all immediately stood up and started for the hospital yet again.
