While we were going to the hospital, some of our friends happened to notice and followed us the whole way. Once we got there, RS shouted to the nurses that it was an emergency, i was very confused why she was so worried, i mean pinkie just passed out, it's not that bad, or so i thought.

"What's going on here?" applejack asked us, bursting through the door.

"We saw you two flying towards here, is something wrong?" twilight asked right after aj.

"Something has gone terribly wrong with pinkie!" RS replied, uncertainty in her tone.

jeez, is it really that bad? i thought.

"We'll take care of our party pony as best we can," one of the doctors said then disappeared into the hall.

We waited for a long time until i broke the silence "So uh...rainbow sparkle, are you sure you know what's going on with pinkie?" i asked.

"I'm sure, but i hope i'm wrong," she replied.

Then the doctor came back to tell us about some really terrible news, pinkie had caught a very bad sickness that was very uncommon and only certain unlucky ponies caught it, and pinkie turned out be one of them, RS's eyes widened and then she stamped a hoof at the ground angry, i'm going to guess that she was right. He also told us that there is no cure to this and that there is a very slight chance of pinkie coming out alive. I felt tears well up in my eyes as i heard fluttershy begin to whimper softly and rarity try to calm her down.

"Thank you doctor," twilight said when he finished talking, "we'll leave you to it." then we went out of the hospital, praying that they can do the best that they can to save pinkie.
