//------------------------------// // 7. Villains and Evil Plot Revealed // Story: A Horror Filled Night at 13 Dead End Drive // by Brian Sheil //------------------------------// In the living room, Julie and the Rainbooms were relaxing, sipping some hot chocolate. What they experienced earlier left everybody rattled. Pierre and Smothers stepped it to join them. “Thanks for the hot cocoa, Pierre.” Sunset Shimmer praised. “You’re welcome, my friends.” Pierre replied happily. “I learned many hot chocolate recipes while traveling to Switzerland.” “I’m just glad all of you are now fine.” Smothers added. “You all must’ve had a nightmarish experience.” “That’s putting it mildly, Smothers.” Twilight said. “Yeah.” Rainbow added. “Even I got rattled from what happened.” Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. Followed by the voice of Beauregard the Third. “Miss Julie, me and my friends gathered up some suspicious characters.” “Come in, Beauregard.” Julie answered. The door opened. Then, Beauregard, Clay, Lulu, and Perkins came into the mansion. They brought the four creepy villains who tried to destroy the girls. All seven recognize the fiends. “That’s the witch who left me in the gallery!” Twilight shouted. “Along with the vampire lady who tied me up in the vault room.” Rarity realized. “She left me to burn in the dining room!” Sunset said. “I see the geisha who put me on the stairway in the art room!” Pinkie said nervously. “That’s the same geisha who placed me in the library!” Applejack added. “And, there’s the werewolf who took me to the trophy room!” Fluttershy said. “That werewolf left me staked out in the music room!” Dash barked. Julie looked at the monstrous characters. “I wonder how they know about this place.” Beauregard got hold of the witch. “Now, let’s see who these intruders are.” He removed the face of the witch, revealing the face of an elegant woman with black hair and glasses. Lulu recognized the woman. “That’s Abacus Cinch! Former head of Crystal Prep.” The masks of the other three creatures were removed as Perkins tells everyone who it is. “And, that rival music group, the Dazzlings.” Clay points to the vampire lady. “Adagio Dazzle.” He points to the geisha. “Sonata Dusk.” And, points to the werewolf. “And, Aria Blaze.” Twilight walks up to confront her former principal. “So, you four were trying to kill us! Why?!” “Besides the usual grudges, Miss Sparkle,” Abacus Cinch explained, “we learned of you girls spending the night here at 13 Dead End Drive. So, we teamed up to destroy you, using the traps this mansion is known for.” “This way,” Adagio Dazzle continued, “WE would perform for Julie’s thirteenth birthday tomorrow.” “You guys got plenty scared for a while.” Aria Blaze growled. Hickory, the gardener, came in to talk to the villainous ladies. “That was a dirty trick you ladies tried to do. Let me give you some advice.” “What advice can you give us?” Sonata Dusk asked. “Pretty good advice actually.” Hickory replied. “If you do any nefarious deeds like this again, you’ll need to ask yourselves one question. ‘Do I feel lucky?’ “ Hickory motions someone to come. Many footsteps come from behind Hickory as Beauregard, Lulu, Perkins, and Clay join the gardener. Before Cinch and the Dazzlings knew it, they were facing all of the staff, relatives, and other people associated with Miss Agatha and the mansion. Even the pets, Poopsie and Pugsley, joined in. The four evil ladies start to get nervous as Parker and Hickory nodded to each other. Then, Parker finished Hickory’s statement. “Well? Do you, punks?” Abacus Cinch turned to the Dazzling and calmly gave them some advice. “Ladies, I do believe it’s time we split.” Soon, Abacus Cinch, Adagio, Sonata, and Aria ran out of the mansion and raced down the street in a panic. At the door, Dusty gave the villains a proper farewell. “Y’all don’t come back now! Ya hear?”
