Together, they formed a brand new EEA rulebook that was not strict and allowed teachers to teach in their own style. Celestia signed off on the proposal when she saw everything was correct and would flow smoothly. Finally, their picture was taken and put in the news all over the nation. With that final touch, education in Equestria and the lands beyond was equalized for all races.
