Pixie Breeze's Story

Ch. 3- I Need Your Help

Over the next few years, Pixie and Childheart had become as close as two ponies could be. They regularly had sleepovers and playdates. There wasn't a single thing that the two didn't tell each other. Including Pixie's ever-growing family issues.

Her eldest brother, Windy Glow, had been very resentful towards Pixie. He was constantly teasing and bullying her.

The young teenager was sitting at her desk in her room, quietly doing her homework. She was almost done when her eldest brother, Windy Glow burst through the door. Pixie jumped, dropping the pencil from her mouth. Pixie turned, glancing at him.

"Yes...? Can I help you?" she mumbled.

The older unicorn scoffed, mocking his younger sister, "Can I help you?? Uh, would I come in here for no reason?"

Pixie sighed, turning back to her homework, picking her pencil back up. Windy lit his horn, swiftly taking the pencil away. "Hey!!" the pegasus protested, "Give that back! I have homework to finish!!"

The unicorn quickly snapped the pencil with a quick jolt of his magic, "Oops.." he said, rolling his eyes. Windy Glow quickly spun the pegasus around in her chair, "I need your help...even a featherbrained, blank-flank like you could do it." he chuckled, lighting his horn. The unicorn quickly yanked the chair out from underneath Pixie. She landed in a heap of lanky limbs and feathers.

The young pony grunted in frustration, untangling herself and standing up, "What was that for?" she protested, flaring her wings.

Windy leaned in close, lighting his horn. Pixie flinched slightly, backing up into her desk, "What do you need my help with?" she asked, glancing away.

The unicorn smirked, "There's this spell I've been practicing and I need to test it." he responded, his magic enveloping Pixie.

"What the hay? Let me go!!" The pegasus protested, struggling to get out of her brothers magic.

Windy ignored his sister, lifting her up. His horn began to spark as he cast the spell. Pixie flinched as she felt jolts of magic begin to sink into her little body. The unicorn grunted as he pushed his magic farther. His horn sparked wildly as the spell was pushed to its limits. Pixie felt the painful spell seep into her little body. Her wings flared and began to twitch, "Mommy!!" she yelled, not understanding why her brother was doing this.

"Q-Quiet!" Windy yelled over the crackling and popping magic. His anger seeped into the spell but was too much for the unicorn to handle. With a loud pop and thud, the spell broke, sending the two ponies flying in opposite directions. Windy flew up, smacking into one of Pixie's shelves. He landed in a heap on the ground. His horn was hot and glowing from the spell.

Pixie's crashed into her window, her wings and long limbs getting tangled up in the blinds. The blinds snapped, sending the little pegasus to the floor. Pixie groaned and twitched slightly as the spell zapped about inside her and on her coat.

Ivory burst into the room, her eyes landing on her children, "ICE!" she yelled. The purple pegasus rushed over to Pixie, quickly untangling her from the broken blinds.

Ice Sweeper rushed into the room, "Sweet Celestia! Not again, Windy...." the stallion exclaimed, rushing over to his son. The couple looked at each other and nodded silently. They scooped up their children and quickly trotted out of Pixie's room.
