The next morning Applejack woke up to the sun shining through the window. She got out of bed and closed the curtains and got back in bed and put the covers over her head. Spike woke up a few minuets after and looked to his right to see Applejack with the covers over her head. He new she was tired so he let her stay asleep, but he turned over from his side onto his other side and wrapped an arm around her under the covers and pulled her closer, Applejack opened her eyes when she felt Spike’s arm wrap around her body and snuggled into his body and re-closed her eyes and had a smile on her face and slept peacefully.
A few minuets later Applejack woke up and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and wash her face. After doing that, she went downstairs to make breakfast for her, Spike, Cinnamon Stick, Cinnamon Roll, Applespike, Twilight and flash. She made apple pancakes. After she made breakfast she sat down to eat, after eating she washed her dish and then went outside for some fresh air and to do her work.
Spike woke up a few minuets after and went to the bathroom to brush his teeth and went downstairs and saw that his wife had made some breakfast and he sat down to eat his plate of pancakes made by his beautiful wife, after he ate he went outside and saw his wife standing in the breeze with her arms out and on her hind legs, with a smile on her face and breathing slowly. Spike slowly sneaked behind her and gave her a surprised hug from behind and it nearly made her fall over if it weren’t for Spike’s arms supporting her. Once she calmed down from the surprised hug from her husband, she leaned into Spike and opened her mouth to say something.
“You scared me for a moment there babe.” She said as she snuggled into his hug.
“Sorry, didn’t mean to scare you, you just looked so sexy standing there with your arms out like that.” Spike replied, “Also I noticed you haven’t put your hair ties in today?” he asked with a smirk on his face.
“Yeah I just wanted to try something different, I think I might start having my hair down and just having it up for work and when it gets really warm/hot, and when I mean work, I don’t mean everyday doing apple bucking, I've decided that I am only going to do apple bucking a few days, and not day after day.” Applejack said turning her head to give off a mischievous grin to Spike.
“Wow, what has happened to my wife, the earth mare who is a workaholic and never has a day off of working and has worked everyday for her life, what happened to the pony I married?” Spike jokingly whispered in her ear and kissing it, while he moved his hands into a more comfortable position on her body and in the hug.
“Ha-ha very funny babe, I know I am a mare you would least expect to say that she is gonna have days off but I think I at least deserve a small vacation off of working and just enjoying my self. I already did the last chores that needed doing and I thought I would just stand in the nice cooling, cold breeze to cool down from the scorching sun.” Applejack said fully turning in the embrace to hug her husband back and give him a kiss on the lips.
After a few minuets the Cinnamon siblings came outside to do their work and Twilight and Flash came out after the siblings. Twilight went up to Applejack and Spike. “Hi Applejack and Spike. How are you feeling today A.J.?” She asked as she hugged her friend.
“I’m feeling a whole lot better today, thanks for staying with us to make sure i’m alright.” Applejack replied hugging her friend back.
“Well that’s good, me and Flash are going to collect our daughter from Fluttershy and go home OK?” Twilight said moving from the hug.
“Yeah that’s OK.” Applejack said. Before going both Twilight and Applejack pecked each other on the lips and said bye to each other and Twilight and Flash went to pick up their daughter and go home.
Applejack was making dinner when Spike came into the kitchen. When she was done she called everyone to dinner and went upstairs to her room to get her baby. When she opened her bedroom door she found him on the floor playing with one of her spare hats. She smiled at her baby son playing. “Come on Applespike it’s dinner time.” Applespike just looked over at her and started crawling to her. When he got to her he sat up and had his arms out for her to pick him up, she smiled at this and knelt down and hugged her son and went back to her normal height, she put him on her back and went downstairs to the kitchen.
When in the kitchen she put Applespike in his high chair and she sat down at her chair and ate her food.
After dinner and after Applejack had washed the dinner pots, her son, Applespike can crawling to her and hugged her leg. She looked down and smiled at her son and knelt down and picked him up. “Pway Mommy!” Applespike said with a smile on his face.
“OK Applespike I’ll play with you.” and with that she went for the bedroom, but before telling Spike, who was watching TV, “I’m gonna go play with Applespike in the bedroom.”
Spike looked over to her from the TV and went up to her, “OK babe, I will be up there in a few minuets.” He said.
“OK babe,” she said giving Spike a peck on the lips. “I love you.”
“I love you too.” Spike said pecking her back. Applejack went upstairs and put her baby down on the floor and sat down to play with her baby. While she was playing, she smiled and kissed her son on his forehead. They were playing with Applespike’s toys! When Applespike was tired, he crawled to him mother and snuggled into her coat and fell asleep.
Applejack smile when looking down at her son and carried him to his crib on her side near the bed. When applespike was cuddled in his bed with the blanket over him, she climbed onto the bed and laid on her side and once she was settle down she closed her eyes.
Back downstairs, Spike’s movie he was watching just finished and he turned off the TV and made for the stairs to go to his room, inside the room he saw his wife asleep on the bed and his som asleep too. He didn’t want to disturb them so he slowly tiptoes to the bed and very gently gets in bed and settle down to get to sleep, before he closes his eyes he puts his arm around Applejack and pulls her closer to him, Applejack snuggles into him and one they are settled and after a kiss on her forehead, Spike is asleep instantly with a smile on his face.
