It's so nice to be back in Equestria, especially since there's no one endangering it now! I would have visited my idol Pinkie Pie for that party that couldn't be held due to me leaving, but instead I chose to return to the Crystal Empire in hopes of finding Cadance.
As I had expected, she was in her castle. "Oh, hi, Kirby! Shining Armor filled me in more about your adventure to save Equestria from Chrysalis and that Hyness figure. I am in debt to you for your heroic acts, so if there is anything you want from me, I will gladly oblige."
I thought for a moment. "...Flurry!"
"You want to see Flurry Heart? Of course!"
We went to Flurry Heart's room, where the little foal was just waking from her nap. My Friend Heart was in one of the room's corners. I pointed at the heart. "Poyo?"
"I didn't know what to do with the Friend Heart, so I put it there. Do you have any ideas for it?"
"Hmm... Poyo!" I took the Friend Heart and held it above my head, ready to be thrown. My target: Flurry Heart. Once the Friend Heart made contact, it disappeared in a burst of heart outlines. Flurry flew over and hugged me, hearts in her eyes. It worked!
Cadance smiled. "What an incredible power, the ability to instantly befriend any creature! If only you could have used it to make the Dark Lord good."
I nodded sadly. "Poyo."
"What do you mean?"
"Poyo poyo."
"If only I could understand you... By any chance, can you draw?"
I nodded. "Poyo!"
"That's good." Cadance manifested some crayons and paper.
I began by using the purple crayon to draw a circle, then two ovals. I finished by making a dot. I wrote 'Dark Lord' above the drawing. I then created another Friend Heart before hitting the drawing with it.
"You mean that Friend Hearts... hurt the Dark Lord? How sad! ...I don't suppose you know why it looks like you?"
I shook my head before holding the drawing up to Flurry Heart. "POOYAAAAAAHH!"
Flurry Heart hit the drawing with a big laser beam, blowing it to ashes. I drew another drawing, this one of me and my friends escaping the explosion.
Cadance said, "The Dark Lord exploded from your friendship attack, and you escaped the explosion?"
I drew a big asteroid coming towards us.
"But something knocked you out, causing you to fall here?"
I smiled. "Poyo!"
"You don't seem too worried about such a villain. Are you used to battling bad guys?"
I grinned as I drew another drawing. I filled the whole paper with it.
Cadance gasped, "Y-you've fought all these monsters?!" I pounded my hands together. "And you beat them all?" I raised my fist in the air with a triumphant yell. "On your own?"
Flurry Heart raised her own hoof in the air. "Yaa!"
"Right, you got some help."
"Like me!" We turned and saw one of my good friends. "Hi, Kirby! Remember me?"
I hugged the fairy with a big bow in her hair. "Ribbon!"
"Glad to see you're okay! Elline and I came to see how you and your friends were doing. Do you know how they are, Kirby?"
I happily replied, "Poyo!"
"That's great, Kirby. Oh, who are these ponies?"
Cadance answered, "My name is Cadance, and I am the princess of love. This is my baby, Flurry Heart."
"I'm Ribbon. Nice to meet you." Ribbon bowed before Cadance.
Cadance chuckled, "There's no need to be so formal, Ribbon. You're a friend of a hero!"
"Thanks. I actually helped Kirby protect my homeland, Ripple Star, from the evil Zero Two. He helped me rebuild the Crystal, which we used to defeat the monster." Ribbon pulled out a crystal weapon. "This is the Crystal Gun, formed from the crystal that protected our land. As for Zero Two, that's the white thing with wings, a halo, and a big red eye."
"Are all the villains who try to take over Pop Star so scary?"
"Well, Pop Star is the land of dreams, so it makes sense that those who threaten Pop Star are so nightmarish."
"That's a fair point you make."
"I'd love to stay and chat, but I still need to see how Kirby's friends are doing so I can complete my mission. I'll see you all later! Bye!"
"Goodbye!"
