I woke to a gray hoof held in front of me. "Young unicorn, are you well?"

I took the hoof and got up. "I most certainly am, sir. However, I do feel kind of shaken up. You have no idea what it's like to battle alongside your friends to defeat a destroyer of worlds." I took a moment to stretch and noticed who I was talking to: an old, gray unicorn stallion with a long beard and wizard hat. "...Or do you? Might you be the legendary Star Swirl the Bearded?"

The unicorn smiled. "Why yes, I am. As for a destroyer of worlds, that intrigues me. You see, Princesses Celestia and Luna have informed me of a pink hero who defeated a wizard that intended to bring about the awakening of such a monster. Might you be an acquaintance of such a pink thing?"

I smiled back. "We're friends who fought together many times. Most recently, we worked together to beat that destroyer of worlds, who is known as Void Termina. ...You do speak of Kirby when you mentioned the pink thing, right?"

"Correct. What is your name, fellow hero?"

"I am more than a hero. I am Keldeo, a Sword of Justice! We Swords of Justice come from an interdimensional land where we fight to stop the influence of evil."

"An interdimensional hero who knows Kirby? I suggest you visit the princesses, for they might want to meet you."

"I will gladly do so. Besides, these mountains are freezing. ...But they do remind me of when my partner Pummel Fist and I fought together to defeat this ice dragon known as Kyurem. Our bond pulled us through, and the other three Swords of Justice were so proud of us."

"Your bond? It must have been quite powerful to defeat an ice dragon. Just how strong is your bond?"

"Strong enough..." I felt something. It was calling out to me. Wait, not it. Him. "...for us to practically know where each of us is without looking."

"Is that so? Then tell me, where is your partner?"

I concentrated. "He's... on a train, heading... northeast. From a town."

"Why, he's heading right for Canterlot! That is where the princesses reside!"

"That's great to hear, Star Swirl. If the layout of Equestria is anything like that of the setting of a work of fiction based off of it, or Pokequestria, then I must head south." As I headed in that direction, I waved to Star Swirl. "Until we meet again, Star Swirl, of the Pillars of Old Equestria!"

"Until we meet again, Keldeo of the Swords of Justice."
