Mena smiles to herself as she walked around town, she was so happy that she felt like bouncing around town but she mentally decided that it would be too much and ponies would stare.
It did not take her very long to find Whisper Wing as she was currently being interviewed by the Wonderbolts Captain who appered to be trying to recruit her and is failing to do so.
"Look your the fastest mare ever! Your records are unchallenged and your the only mare we know that can pefrom the Sonic Flowerboom! You would be a great asset to the team!" The Wonderbolts Captain says as Whisper Wing looked at her in an uninterested way.
"I know Spitfire, you've told me that many times before and I've told you guys and girls no the same number of times as that would mean I'd have to leave my friends behind and you should know that I'll never do that." Whisper Wing says as Mena approached them.
"And I keep telling you that you won't have to! We've seen what you can do!" Spitfire said, she clearly was desperate from what Mena could tell.
Whisper Wing would sigh then say, "Sorry Spitfire but the answer is no."
"Argh! Fine! " Spitfire says before flying off in a huff.
Whisper Wing then sees Mena walk up to her and wave hello
"Oh hey Mena, sorry you had to see that." Whisper Wing said.
Mena smiles then pats Whisper Wing on the back.
"Thanks Mena, I'll see you later." Whisper Wing would say before flying off at her impressive speed.
Mena smiles to herself then walks away.
