CENTRAL PONYVILLE, AFTER 20 MINUTES
Princess Celestia had been pacing back forth continuously for the past 20 minutes without talking to anyone. She had been thinking about the smoke trail, that she had witnessed emerging from the hilltop on the outskirts of Ponyville. She was determined to investigate about this, as she thought that they might get a clue as to what had caused such devious and inhuman circumstances. Her walking exercise was finally stopped by a known voice.
" What is in your mind Tia ? Tell me." Luna said as she put her hand on her sister's shoulder, trying to loose her mood.
" Just wait Luna, I think I might have an idea as to what must have happened, but first let us wait for the elements." Celestia said, feeling somewhat relaxed from her sister's concern.
After 10 seconds, Celestia saw that the girls were now returning with the elements, the lockets around their necks.
She ordered her army of royal guards to stand up in formation, with Shining Armour in front and the elements beside them all as she began to speak.
" My people, it seems we might be in a bigger danger than we suspected, other than these changelings. As you all saw, that an unknown force today killed Queen Chrysalis and 9 changelings within a few seconds, we suspect that this force might prove to be very dangerous. I saw that there were smoke trails coming from the top of the only hill top near Ponyville. I suspect that whatever may be the cause of of this unknown force, there might be a clue on that hilltiot, which will perhaps lead us to the source. So we all are to march to the hill top and investigate the area. Am I clear ? Celestia finished her speech.
Each and every royal guards saluted and acknowledged her orders for them, along with Shining Armour and the main six.
" Twily, I need you to be at my side for your safety, ok ? Shining Armour asked her sister.
Twilight nodded and embraced her brother once more.
" Likewise, BBBFF." Twilight said as she loosened the hug. But before they all could move, they heard a known voice.
" TWILIGHT!!!" Spike shouted with all his might as he saw Twilight standing there and running towards her.
Everyone turned their faces towards the sound, and then cheered up in happiness, especially Twilight.
" SPIKE !!" Twilight said as she also began to run towards Spike. The two continued to run towards each other and then embraced each other very tightly.
" Twilight, I missed you a lot, I saw how you were about to be killed, I was really afraid." Spike said as he then cried on her shoulder.
" I missed you too, Spike. I was so worried for you, I thought that I had lost you." Twilight said as her eyes began to water.
They finally broke off and found everyone was tearing at the sight in front of them. It was a moment of happiness that everyone was ok, for now.
After getting released by Twilight, Spike was then group-hugged by rest of the main six. After hugging session was over, Princess Celestia made her way to Spike.
Spike saw and immediately, bowed before the princess.
" Rise little Spike, I m delighted to see you okay and fine. Out of curiosity, would you mind telling me how did you survive in everfree and how did you know that Twilight and her friends were prisoners ?" Celestia asked him, with serious expression.
Spike's mood turned into a sour expression and everybody noticed it, implying that it was not good. Thinking that he would not be able to hide himself from telling about the Spartan, because of the presence of Applejack, he decided to tell the truth
" I survived because of a guy who called himself 'Spartan' and he was the one who consoled me, while I was crying, while sitting under a tree. He was the one who escorted me safely out of the forest." Spike told everyone. Everyone was shocked, including the princesses as they were curious to know about this Spartan now.
" Spartan ? I do not know anyone by this name living in Ponyville or anywhere near and most importantly, was he a male ?" Twilight asked and exclaimed, stunned.
" Yeah, because he is not from Equestria, as he told me in our conversation and yes that guy is a male." Spike replied, and everyone gasped at his reply.
" What else do you know about this 'Spartan' Spike ?" Celestia asked, with a raised brow.
She also noticed the change in Spike's body posture, getting tensed.
" He...he is a quite guy, and a highly skilled and powerful warrior, more skilled than anyone in the entire royal guards, wonderbolts or the night guards, as I saw by his actions." Spike said and once more everyone was shocked by his answer.
" Warrior ?? And what kind of actions did he do to make you believe that he is more skilled than anyone present here in the royal army ?” Shining Armour asked this time, somewhat tensed....and Jealous.
“ I...I can tell but you won’t probably believe me.” Spike said, stammering. Twilight saw this and then placed her hand on Spike’s shoulder. Spike relaxed a bit.
“ Everyone believes you here my Spikey-Wikey, tell us about this Spartan and his actions.” Rarity said to Spike. Spike blushed on hearing this from Rarity.
“ Yeah just tell us about Sparty, I might wanna throw him ‘Welcome to Equestria’ party...(gasp) I need to make preparations and...” Pinkie’s rambling went on and everyone was dumbfounded. They ignored Pinky and then concentrated back to Spike.
”Ok then, here it goes...” Spike thought to himself and then began explaining about the powers and his acts to the princesses, Main six and everyone else present there.
EVERFREE FOREST
Parth was making his way through the forest, quietly as he did not want to get attention of the dangerous animals present there. Obviously, he was the danger to the animals present there and did not wanted to kill them.
He activated his comms and contacted Anubis.
“ Anubis, mission was a success. The town has been liberated of the changeling invaders and... I killed the queen of the Changelings from a hilltop using my sniper.” Parth told his experience to Anubis.
“ Really ? You killed their queen... why didn’t you tried to find any other way except killing her, you could have knocked her unconscious easily, by going invisible through your camaflouge... well I am happy for you, so did you try to contact the Princesses ? Anubis replied and then asked.
“ No..not now, I think I need to give them time to clean up the town and help their people, I would try to contact them later....right now I would be examining this planet more, before I need to return to Endurance.” Parth answered her, with an emotionless voice.
“ Ok Parth, just tell me when you need to comeback... I would send either a pelican or a phantom to pick you up, good luck Anubis out.” Anubis said as she switched off the comms.
Parth sighed after the talk with her.
” Today will be a hectic day” Parth thought to himself as he noticed that he had almost 5 hours more of daylight left. He then continued to trek on his way for more anomalies.
CENTRAL PONYVILLE
“... so this is what happened with me the entire time... it was really scary Twilight....he was a monster....he j-just (sniff)...killed them all mercilessly, without any sign of regret.” Spike said as he finished his story, he was tearing in Twilight’s arms
“Shhh Spike...it’s okay... that monster will pay for everything that he has done.” Twilight said to Spike to calm him.
Everyone was completely shocked and stunned on hearing about the murderer of Queen Chrysalis. As per Spike, that creature, possibly a he, was someone nobody had ever seen before. He was wearing, what Spike said to be black coloured armour with a black and white stripped helmet, which was different and very advanced as compared to that of a royal guard... with the ability to get invisible. He had 3...sticks. Two of which were long and were stuck on his back by some force, while the third one was an L- shaped with movable piston. He even had a...sword with him which would come out on his command. He had used those weapons and his skills to kill 9 timberwolves, 18 changelings in total and Queen Chrysalis in a matter of few seconds. According to Spike, by judging the Spartan’s tone... the Spartan was completely ruthless and merciless. A complete danger to the Kingdom of Equestria. Fluttershy was being consoled by her friends as she was crying continuously because of the deaths of timberwolves.
Celestia was in her deep thoughts about this Spartan. She was totally confused. On one hand, he had saved the lives of her subjects by killing Chrysalis and her subjects in a few seconds. On the other hand, he was very dangerous, he was told to be very skilled and lethal by Spike, a creature who could kill easily without any second thoughts, he had weapons that could shoot from a very distant range, which Equestria could only think about in dreams. But soon she made her final decision. She would either banish him to the sun, with the help of the elements or she would kill him. With so many lives taken by this Spartan, it would not matter much to her to take his.
She cleared her throat to get the attention of the crowd before her.
“ My dear subjects, with profound thinking and considering all the facts that were told by Spike about this ‘Spartan’. I have come to a conclusion that this creature is potentially very dangerous to Equestria. He has all in him, to disrupt the peace and harmony that reigns along this land. I have concluded that this creature must be stopped for the land to continue to thrive. So my final decision is that we march to the location of this Spartan, surround him and then make him pay for everything he has done. Does everyone agree with my decision.” Celestia asked her subjects loudly, and everyone cheered for her, implying that they all had agreed to their princess’s decision.
“ He will be payin’ for all he has done, he killed Chrysalis and disrupted the flow of harmony, Ah would personally love to buck him very hard.” Applejack said, while cracking her knuckles.
“ You are not alone in this Applejack, I would give him a kick that he will remember for the rest of his life.” Rainbow Dash said, through gritted teeth and venom in her voice.
“ Such indecent creature, who is merciless can never be the knight of my dreams. He must be banished.” Rarity said, mostly concerned for Spike’s emotions because of this Spartan’s act.
“ I will never give such a meanie creature, a party even if he begs me to do that.” Pinkie exclaimed, but everyone just ignored her dumb comment.
Fluttershy did not say anything but she was determined to make the Spartan, pay for the lives of all the creatures, he had taken.
“ You are right girls, no matter how powerful an evil creature may get, but he will never be able to defeat one strength, that is our power of friendship and the elements of harmony. We all will face him together and make him pay for his acts, remember until we are altogether, there is no evil that could defeat us.” Twilight said to everyone there and everyone cheered.
All the main six held eachother’s hands and activated their element necklaces. They each gave other a group hug and made their way to the princesses who were ready to march.
Celestia was impressed by the courage, the main six and her soldiers were displaying, even after knowing that they were going to fight an opponent about whom, they had no idea.
“ Everyone, I believe the creature must be in the Everfree forest now, I will feel his presence when he would be near us. FOR EQUESTRIA.” Celestia said the last word with full force.
“FOR EQUESTRIA” Everyone else followed the same suit, and then started following the towards the Everfree Forest.
But they didn't know, that the army of Griffin Kingdom was also present in the Everfree forest, scouting Equestria and waiting for a right time to attack the Equestrians.
ONE HOUR LATER, EVERFREE FOREST
Everyone was searching for this Spartan without respite, past and hour. The princess was trying to feel the Spartan’s presence, but with no success. The main six were a little scared, because of the Everfree forest and the dangers it hold inside it. All the royal guards were on full alert for any danger that could leap on them, no word was being spoken. Rainbow Dash decided to break the silence.
" This bucking sucks, we have been searching for him past an hour and we got no clue."
" Be a little decent and show some mannerisms Rainbow Dash, we are with royalty so please, act with some ettiquetes." Rarity told Rainbow Dash, who inturn huffed and started walking faster than anyone else.
Luna saw all the commotion, and begin to say
" Sister, it has been a long while, while we had been searching for this Spartan, do you think we would find him ?"
" Yes Luna, I am sure we will find him, he has to be somewhere in this forest, and when we would find him, we will banish him." Celestia said.
" Ok sister, remember that I am always with you." Luna said as she embraced her sister.
" I know Luna, I know." Celestia returned the embrace and they continued on their trek. Unknown to them that the Griffin army had surrounded them all, while hiding.
" Commander Smart Beard, our all 1000 Griffin soldiers have surrounded the Equestrian army, I have counted that they have the 'Elements of Harmony' , they have 500 royal guards and both the princesses, shall we attack by flanking them ?" A Griffin lieutenant told and asked his Commander.
" Patience, is one thing that leads to success lieutenant. We may have outnumbered them, but they have the princesses and the elements. We have to come up with a strategy first, else it would be us that would getting pinned down instead of them." Smart Beard explained the lieutenant, without letting his anger control him.
" Ok commander, what do you suggest we do ?" lieutenant asked Smart Beard.
" We wait lieutenant.... For the right moment, right now they are at high alert, if we attack now we may suffer heavy casualties. For minimums, we need to wait till they sit down to have some rest, at that moment we will attack them and then we would take our revenge, that we always wanted to take since the Equestrian-Griffin war." Smart Beard told the Lieutenant.
" Acknowledged sir, but those royal guards do look beautiful and hot. I am impatient to have fun with them." Lieutenant told Smart Beard, in a hungry manner.
" Patience lieutenant, you will have all the fun you want, just be patient, and remember there has not been any killing since a millennium, so we have to take all of them prisoners, so no one will deal a killing blow, order that to all of the troops." Smart Beard told the lieutenant. The lieutenant acknowledged, and went back on the track.
30 minutes later
The search party was still continuing to look for this 'Spartan' but with no success. It had been more than 1.5 hrs. So all of them decided to take a break of 15 minutes, before resuming their operation 'Teach the Spartan a lesson' as named by Pinkie Pie. Nobody gave a shit about it.
While they all were resting, Twilight approached princess Celestia.
" Princess, what do you think of this 'Spartan' really ?" Twilight asked Celestia.
" What do you mean Twilight, I really didn't catch your question." Celestia asked with a raised eyebrow.
" I mean, we are going to apprehend or imprison the Spartan, who may be termed as our saviour. I mean if it weren't for him, we would have already been dead. So do you think that it is gonna be a good idea to take him down ?" Twilight elaborated her question.
Celestia was taken aback by Twilight's question, she had been thinking only about the evil deeds that the Spartan had put up, but didn't think that not only the Spartan took care of Spike, but also saved her people from death.
" I really don't know my student. But I do think that you are somewhat, correct. But we cannot allow such a creature to venture out in the open, it would be a wise decision that we either kill or banish him, or apprehend him and research on him, if Spike says that he has unimaginable equipments, it would be a great boon to our technology." Celestia answered while patting Twilight's head.
" Ohh !! I would get to study advanced technology, it would be coolest thing princess!!" Twilight exclaimed while jumping, Celestia could only laugh at her enthusiasm. But their moment was short lived.
" ATTACK NOW !" someone shouted from the trees, just beside the Equestrians.
Before either the princess or the main six could react, thousands of soldiers coming out from the woods, and began to assault them. It was because of the training of Equestrian guards, that they instantaneously caught up their weapons and they also started counter- attacking the soldiers, now identified as the Griffin forces.
" What the hay just happened, from where did these come soldiers come out from ?" Rainbow Dash shouted, as she clashed her sword with the two female Griffin soldiers on her own.
" I have no idea, what just happened Rainbow Dash, but we do know that we are under attack, so counter-attack them but remember, no killing as Griffins are only trying to capture us." Princess Celestia shouted as she threw few of the Griffin guards away with her telekenises.
The main six and all royal guards shouted 'FOR EQUESTRIA' and fought back.
And soon the peaceful break of the Equestrians, had now turned into a war in the deepest parts of the everfree forest. Most of the animals ran away from the spot as clashing of swords and Spears began.
Things were going really boring for the Spartan, he had saved Ponyville from the changelings, and was now checking out for anomalies and forming out his theories for them, which obviously, failed.
" Arrgh, this is fucking boring, I am a Spartan, not a fucking researcher." He said in a loud voice to no one.
He was about to go to a clearing and contact Anubis, for a flight to his ship when suddenly, he heard the sound of 'clashing' of metals due to his advanced hearing in his surrounding area.
" The hell's that sound ? Looks like sword clashing." Parth said to himself as he expanded his motion tracker's range to 500 metres.
He saw that there were a very large number of red dots, at a distance of 470 metres from him.
" Hmm...something doesn't seem right, I shall check out, about what this commotion is." Parth said as he made his way to the source of the sound.
10 Minutes later
As Parth got closer and closer, the sound of clashing got louder and louder.
Now he was almost 10 metres away from the sound source, behind a tree. The number of red dots had also increased. He was now sure that some sought of fight was going on the other side because, he knew all types of combat.
" I think, I would be better if I don't reveal myself." Parth thought in his mind.
He activated his active camaflouge to go invisible, as a sign of precaution and unholstered his Assault rifle. As he got near the final tree, he decided that he should go out in the opening very slowly so that his footsteps won't draw any attention.
Parth took a deep breath and stepped out in the clearing, just a metre ahead of the tree behind which he was taking cover. When he saw what was going on, he couldn't believe on what he saw infront of him.
His eyes saw an ongoing war, but it was very different. He saw that two armies were clashing head on. Most of the soldiers were females with swords. One army he identified were the same Equestrians he had saved, while the other he could not remember. What the Spartan found amusing, that instead instead of killing, they were pinning each other down and putting their swords on the throat of their enemies. He saw that the unidentified army outnumbered Equestrians by 2 to 1. He understood that the unidentified army was trying to capture the Equestrians.
" SERIOUSLY....I SAVED THEM FROM A WAR, SO THAT THEY COULD GET IN TO ANOTHER ONE !! Parth thought out loud in his mind.
" I shall wait and see to check what the fuck is really going on here." He said to himself and he went back to the tree where he had been taking cover, and leaned himself upon it.
The fight continued for 30 more minutes. Parth was really amused on seeing the battle. Instead he felt like laughing on seeing the primitivity of all the weapons. But something caught Spartan’s attention and that was Pinkie. Instead of fighting she was happily bouncing like a small child on her two legs and kicking anyone, who got near her.
” What the hell is she doing ?” Parth asked himself, totally confused.
“AHHHHHH !!!” Someone shouted loudly from the battlefield. Everyone’s eyes turned to the sound, even the Spartan’s and what they saw cause their eyes to widen in shock.
Fluttershy was stabbed right through her belly, by a male griffon guard. She had screamed in pain, and she fell down, unconscious.
“ FLUTTERSHY !!” Every one shouted and began sprinting to the unconscious girl. But as they got distracted, the griffon guards took the advantage and pinned down every Equestrian.
“ Private ! What is the meaning of this ? I ordered all of you to not deliver a fatal wound to anyone, and you dare to not oblige me.” the lieutenant shouted.
“ I am sorry sir.... but she reacted fast, and I missed my target.” The private, who had stabbed Fluttershy tried to defend himself.
“ Private, I don’t want to hear any excuses. You will be doing the latrine duties for 1 month now, and I want no backlash from you, is that clear ?” Lieutenant shouted angrily, to which the Private acknowledged and stepped away from Fluttershy.
“ Patience lieutenant, losing one of these will not interfere with our plans.” Smart Beard said to lieutenant, which caused all the Equestrians to perk up and the Spartan to raise his eyebrow.
“ Please... let us near Fluttershy. If she will not be treated, she would die of blood lose.” Twilight pleaded to the Commander.
“ Hahahaha... and you think that I would let you near her. Let her death be the message to all the Equestria, that anyone who would dare stand against the Griffon empire. They will suffer the same fate as hers.” Smart Beard said with a laughter of a Devil.
“ What do you mean ?” Celestia asked Smart Beard, angrily.
“ To capture Equestria, and take our revenge from you for the damage, Princess that you inflicted upon us in the Great war.” Smart Beard replied with venom in his voice.
“ You know it was you guys, who started the war and who dared challenge the power of Equestria. You suffered the consequences of your actions.” Luna said, with a hint of pride in her voice.
“ Don’t underestimate us now, we are very powerful than before. You won’t survive us now. For now you will see what we will do to you all girls now.” the lieutenant said, while eyeing the main six with lust, while licking his lips.
“W-w-what do you mean ?” Rarity asked, quite fearfully.
“ You will see....sweetie.” Lieutenant said while he started making his way towards her.
“ I swear that I will buck your asses, if you lay your hand on my friend.” Rainbow Dash shouted at him.
“ Oh try me.... next will be your turn.” The lieutenant said as he got closer to Rarity. Rainbow Dash tried to lunge at him, but was restrained by the two female griffon guards, pinning her down.
Parth saw that condition of Fluttershy was getting critical by each passing second. Luckily, He had brought few packs of biofoam and bandages with him, just in case and which he could use to patch her up. He decided to step out and reveal himself, and also decided to ‘kill’ the lieutenant of the Griffon Kingdom to weaken the spirits of these Griffin Knights. He decloaked himself, unholstered his magnum and started moving towards the opening while pointing he magnum at the head of the Griffin Lieutenant. He also activated his energy sword.
Lieutenant was now standing very close to Rarity. “ C’mon...Sweetie look at me it’s ti-“.
BANG
Lieutenant’s sentence was cut short, when half of his face was ripped apart after a very loud noise. He fell down to the ground beside Rarity, dead. Rarity...as a drama queen shouted very loudly, while other were very shocked especially the Griffons.
“ Leave them alone” a voice shouted at all of them causing all of the heads to turn towards the sound. When they turned, their jaws dropped on what they saw.
They saw a 6 foot 4 inches tall bipedal metal like creature, easily a little bit taller than princess Celestia. His head and body were black coloured, with white stripes. He was holding a ‘L’ shaped weapon in his left head, which was pointing towards the dead Lieutenant and his right hand was holding a...glowing sword. But sudden realization took place upon them as this creature resembled the properties of the Spartan, that were told to them by spike and also Princess Celestia started feeling something strange. They all recognised that this was the Spartan, for whom they had been searching for hours.
Smart Beard grew very angry, as he recovered his composure and instantly understood that this creature was responsible for his lieutenant’s death.
“ WHO AND WHAT ARE YOU ? AND WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY LIEUTENANT?” Smart beard shouted with complete rage.
“ I am Spartan-127, thats all you will get from me. And for your lieutenant... I just killed him.” Spartan replied neutrally.
Smart Beard’s right eye twitched as he heard what the spartan said to him.....the lieutenant, one of the strongest people in Griffin Kingdom was killed in mere seconds by this...this thing. He couldn’t believe that something....could possibly even touch his lieutenant, but this thing literally killed him.
“ YOU WHAT ?” Smart Beard again shouted with rage, but a hint of fear was visible in his voice.
“ You heard me, now all of you leave these golden armoured soldiers and go back from where you came...else you all will end like him.” Spartan said as he pointed his sword towards the lieutenant.
Suddenly, Smart Beard was shocked by the threat of the Spartan and than began to laugh like a madman, followed by all the Griffon soldiers. The Equestrians were watching all of this commotion with awe, as this Spartan had again come to their rescue, nonetheless, even threatened an entire Griffon army in his own.
“ Is he crazy ?” One of the female equestrain guard said. (All of the Equestrian forces present their knew that spartan was a male).
“ You bet... he really is crazy, but brave enough to stand his ground against all of them.” Another guard said.
The main six were too stunned by seeing the actions of the Spartan.
“ There is our target... damn we are bound or else I would be teaching him a good lesson right now.” Rainbow Dash said, gritting her teeth.
“ Rainbow be quiet. Let’s see what he will do.” Twilight replied while glaring at her. Rainbow only huffed in response.
“ REALLY !!!! You think you can take an entire small portion of the mighty griffin army on your own. You do know we outnumber you by 700 to 1. If you think that by killing my lieutenant, you could make us fear you, then you are bloody wrong.” Smart Beard replied, after regaining his composure.
Parth sighed to himself as he knew where this all was going. The Griffons were clearly underestimating the Spartan.
“ Listen, I am tired of killing today. I am in no mood for more kills so why don’t you just leave, besides that yellowish girl is in dire need of treatment, else she would die.” Spartan replied neutrally but clenched both his weapons more tightly.
“ Why do you wanna save a whore and filthy girl like her...why don’t you focus right in front of a big problem, that tour created for yourself by killing my man.”
“ Well, you have no right to insult a girl like that. You too, look like a hybrid of what would be produced when a eagle and a fucking donkey had sex with each other.” Parth said, trying to retain his composure and not letting his anger take control of him.
Smart Beard’s right eye twitched again and many of the Equestrain soldiers started laughing with a low sound, but enough for Smart Beard to hear. Rainbow Dash broke out in laughter while, Applejack, Pinkie Pie and even Princess Luna were having a hard time time in controlling their laughter. Celestia, Twilight and Shining Armour simply stood in shock at his vulgar language.
“ S-s-sister...he seems a bit funny, I think I will get along well with him.” Luna stated to Celestia between her laughters, only to receive a glare from her.
“ ENOUGH !!!” Smart Beard roared in anger, “Guards att-“
BANG
Everyone was shocked again by the same loud bang. They now saw Smart Beard...with horror. His face was gone, just like the lieutenant’s and he fell down with a loud thud. The Griffin guards were now completely horrified with both of leaders, now laying dead. There gaze averted towards the spartans and saw him, with ‘L’ shaped weapon raised again.
“ This is the last time I am repeating to you all. Both of your leaders now lay dead, I am restraining my anger to take control of me.... if you wanna see the tomorrow’s rising sun...Leave.this.instant.” Parth said with a bit harsher voice, depicting his anger.
The Griffin guards looked each other and then to the Spartan. True that they outnumbered him, but they all were now doubting his skills. This creature had killed both of their leaders in mere seconds. Their faces now turned to fear as they saw the spartan switching off his sword and placing his weapon back, only to pull out a long wooden stick, which he then pointed towards all of them. Realizing that they had no knowledge of the weapons that the spartan was using. They were full of fear as they thought that this weapon would be much more efficient and faster than the previous one. They all got away from the Equestrain guards, the main six and the princesses and backed away in fear.
Realizing that his threat had done his job, he holstered his assault rifle back on it’s place on his armour.
“ Good...now leave this area and never return again....else I would kill you all.” Parth said, with a voice of threat. The guards nodded and ran away at full speed, back to the Griffin Kingdom.
Now only the Equestrians and the Spartan remained. All the Equestrians were ‘aweing’ the Spartan for his bravery and courage that caused the Griffin Army to run away, except the two dead ones. Even the Princesses were impressed by the Spartan, especially Luna. The main six also had baffled expressions. Princess Celestia realised that she had concluded all wrong about the Spartan. True, he had ‘killed’ someone only because it was necessary, but he saved her subjects twice now and most importantly, he saved a woman’s honor. Before she could talk to the Spartan someone shouted.
“ Guards !! Target insight, surround the Spartan.” Shining armour shouted. All the guards broke out of their trances and quickly rushed towards the spartan and surrounded him with their spears raised towards his head.
“ Really ?” Parth said, completely unamused and crossed his hands.
“Guards, stand down.” Princess Celestia said as she along with her sister and the element bearers began making their way to the Spartan. All the guards just lowered their spears and backed away
“But Princess he ju-.” Shining Armour started, only to be cut off by Celestia.
“ I know what he did but that was necessary, else we would have been captured by now and Celes...uhmm..I mean..I know what would they do with us. Don’t forget Captain that he saved all of us and your sister twice now.” Celestia said. Everyone’s eyes were now on Celestia. Shining Armour tried to resist, but found no words.
“ Fine , but I will be wat-“ he cut off, when he saw that Spartan was not there, where he was standing before.
“ Where is he..WHERE IS HE ?” Shining Armour shouted and everyone now were confused, as to where the Spartan had disappeared.
“Uhh, everyone....” A guard said while pointing towards the Spartan.
Everyone’s gaze turned towards, only to see him kneeling towards and doing something on someone. A look of horror took place on all of their faces as a sudden realization came upon their minds, that they had forgotten about someone. Fluttershy.
“ He’s doing something to her... He’s dead now.” Rainbow said as she started to run towards the Spartan to tackle him, only to be stopped by Applejack.
“ Relax..Ah can tell that he's patchin' her, let’s see what he’s doin’ to her.” Applejack said as they all started running towards Fluttershy and the Spartan.
Parth was checking Fluttershy’s wound. It was deep and blood was flowing continuously from it. He already deduced that she was in deep unconsciousness and lot of blood had been lost. He first took out Fluttershy’s T-shirt leaving her in her bra, and then the biofoam cans from his armour’s ports. He started applying it on her wound which caused her to wince in pain a bit by closing her wound. While applying he heard gasps behind him. He turned behind, only to see the other main six, the princesses and almost all of the females guards with deep red blush on their faces.
“ What are you doing !!” Rainbow snapped at him, still having the blush on her face.
“ I am treating her, now be quiet and let me concentrate.” Spartan said as he returned back to patching her. All of them went quiet but still had blushes retained on their faces.
10 minutes later
Parth had finally patched Fluttershy completely. He had completed her treatment just in time. Any time late and she would have died due to heavy blood lose. But the biofoam could only stop the bleeding for a few hours and her pulse was weak. He put her T-shirt back on and picked her up in bridal style, only to hear few more gasps from behind. He laid her on a stretcher nearby and turned towards the group behind him.
“ I have applied my medical supplies on her. They should stop her bleeding for few hours, which is enough for you to get her to a hospital. She has suffered considerable blood lose and trauma. I just patched her right on time as anymore delay would have led her to her death. I suggest you to take her to hospital immediately.” Spartan said to all of them.
Suddenly, a pink blur tackled him but not powerful enough to make him fall down. The spartan realised that he was being hugged by a pink haired girl.
“ Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you......soo much for saving her.” Pinkie Pie said, while still clinging to the Spartan.
“Uhhhh.. welcome ?” He said and Pinkie hopped off him. He then turned towards the giggling crowd. Their attention then, turned towards a cough.
“ Greetings Spartan, I am Princess Celestia, the raiser of the sun and co-ruler of the land of Equestria, alongside my sister Princess Luna, also known as the raiser of the moon.” She said.
Though, Parth knew about them all, he decided to keep his cover.
“ Spartan-127” He replied neutrally, standing in attention mode.
”Seems he doesn’t talk much, I think I shall invite him to Ponyville and get some answers.” Celestia thought to herself.
“ Spartan, earlier we had bad image of you in our minds. We thought you to be a merciless killer and a monster and we had marched to this forest, only to capture you and hold you for your crimes, but now I have understood as to why you did that, you saved my subjects not only twice, but you saved my faithful student Twilight’s adopted brother and Fluttershy, one of the element bearers and for that... I thank you from the side of equestria. We are all indebted to you.” Celestia said with a smile and all other element bearers and Luna nodded their heads in agreement, except for Rainbow Dash, she still didn’t trusted him completely.
The Spartan nodded and acknowledged her “ It’s my job” he said.
All of them were confused by his answer... but they left it as they would ask him later about that.
“ Spartan, we really want to ask some questions about you. We have never seen a creature like you before and the kinds of weapons you use are totally different. We wish to know about you a bit more. So we just wish to ask you... will you come with us to the city, that you saved from the changelings for a few Question and answers ? Of course there is no pressure on you.” Celestia said, with a little excitement in her voice.
” So they wanna know about me.... that’s what I wanted that now I might get some answers...but I must be alert as it might be a trap.” Parth thought to himself. Satisfied he turned to princess and said.
“ Fine, lead the way. But I will only answer the question that will not involve classified data and I would want some of the answers of my own.” Spartan replied.
” So he is from military...interesting.. I will ask him about this later.” Celestia thought to herself.
“ Seems, fair enough Spartan, follow us.” Celestia gestured to the Spartan to move.
The guards surrounded the Princesses, the main six( fluttershy being carried by Rainbow and Applejack), and the spartan who was walking behind them in a protective manner. The spartan was at his full guard...just in case. The princesses were eyeing the Spartan curiously, but they didn’t knew that Spartan could see them eyeing him.
” Now things got more interesting” Parth thought to himself as they continued to move towards Ponyville. Leaving the two dead Griffins behind them.
