The crew formulated an elaborate layout for their mission, but they had a simple goal. They were going to put Neighsay on trial BEFORE HE HAD THE CHANCE to get Twilight. No one in Canterlot knew that Celestia tasked them with stopping him, so there would surely be panic arising.

The next morning, Chancellor Neighsay went to a meeting with the EEA, to arrange Twilight's trial. After about 30 minutes, they heard the sound of an aircraft speeding past. Looking outside, they saw an insertion plane, and seven troopers coming down on parachutes. He began to get suspicious about who they were, and why they were here. He snarled because these were not ponies. They were some other species. Nevertheless, the meeting continued, until they heard another louder noise outside. This one came from around the EEA headquarters, and sounded like the propellers of a helicopter. They were about to resume conversation, when they heard yells from outside.
"SCORPIONS, DEPLOY GAS AND OPEN FIRE!! GROUND TROOPS, GET IN THERE, SET PHASERS TO STUN!!"
Before they had time to react, they heard the doors being banged on and broken down. They also began to hear energy blasts being fired and explosions were occurring on the outside of the building. Then, two metal cylinders shot down through the ceiling and began releasing thick smoke. Soon, three individuals wearing gas masks, raced into the meeting room. They pulled guns from their belts and started shooting lasers at the EEA members. They dodged the shots, and one of the shooters jumped up toward Neighsay. Before dropping back to the floor, he grabbed Neighsay's medallion and ripped it off his cloak. After breaking into a chase, Neighsay saw wings sprout from the backpack that the individual was wearing. Neighsay snarled as he watched the shooter circle back and land in front of him. The shooter cut him off before he could speak.
"Chancellor Neighsay, you're under arrest.", the shooter hissed as one of the others shot him in the back of the head with a laser and stunned him.
"Cuff him.", Brandon finally said after taking his mask off. "Colin, you are up. Engage your flamethrowers.", he said to the shooter who had stunned Neighsay.
The third shooter took off her mask, revealing herself as Clawdeen. While she restrained Neighsay and put a suppressor on his horn, Colin put on his fire suit and gathered his four helpers. With rage in their eyes, they released red hot flames into the EEA headquarters. Now the building was fully ablaze, and collapsed into rubble.

At Twilight's castle, she had cheered up and was worried more about the fact that Neighsay wanted her on trial. She was startled out of her trance when Draculaura, one of the Corporals on the Lemurian Star, came to the door.
"You are needed in Canterlot. This is not what you think it is. Neighsay has been arrested, and is going to stand trial for closing your school.", she explained. "The other leaders have been notified, and are serving on the trial as well."
Twilight became determined and got on the helicopter.
