The codex's unfinshed

unknown place

Ow...why is my head killing me so much? I can’t even seem to remember what caused the pain in the first place. I slowly started to lift myself upon my feet while slowly taking it steady since I still felt rather weak. When I finally got on to my feet I took my time to open my eyes to see just where the hell I ended up and to my surprise I was met with a shallow damp cell.

Slowly stumbling my way toward the bars I could make out a couple more cells like the one I occupied, but still it didn’t answer my question on how the hell I got in here!? Looking both ways down the narrow hall I seen no other soul around, so I was the only one within this room. Grabbing onto my head I made my way over to the far corner of the cell while lowering myself to take a sit and lean against the wall.

Breathing in and out I tried to push aside the ever growing migraine that seemed to pierce my skull ever minute before long I passed out from the pain. Waking once more to face reality I was surprised to hear noises flooding what use to be an empty room now be occupied by others though what shocked me was they weren’t even human instead they were mythical beings that we’re suppose to be nothing more but myths.

I whispered to myself over and over again telling myself this wasn’t real; this had to be a dream! Nothing of this wasn’t making any sense though the migraine from earlier felt to real to just throw out the window. Everything from the air, smell, and taste was to accurate. Crud, this is neither a dream or an illusion. I was trapped in a room full of creatures only brought up in fairytales, but now here I was staring at the actually creatures in the flesh.

Gripping the bars tightly until my knuckles turned white I held my head down before reeling it back I then proceeded to slam my head it to the bars repeatedly until the ones in charge of this shithole jumped in stopping my advances. I was grabbed by a huge brute then slammed against the back of the cell where they beat me for simply trying to end my life because I could probably fetch a good price since they never seen anything like me.

I screamed from the top of my lungs while trying to break free from the brutes grip. It ended being a fruitless endeavor leading up to getting a shot toward the gut which knocked me out cold. I awake once more instead this time I was cuffed to the wall with barely an inch of room to dangle my arms. Trying to struggle against the restrainers I was hardly able to force them and it didn’t help that I was exhausted.

“Hey! Would you do me a favor and like buck the tartus up creatures are like trying to get some sleep here and your lousy rustling isn’t helping.” A voice spoke in the shadows.
