"Hello?" Somepony called out.
"Wait!" Twilight said as she signaled her Rabbid friends to stop. They all looked around, trying to figure out where that voice came from.
"Is anypony out there?" The voice said again.
"That's Fluttershy!" Twilight yelled. "We have to save her!" She began to run towards the sound, with Rabbid Rarity and Rabbid Fluttershy following, and they all entered the first battlefield.
Defeat All - 3 Ziggies, 2 Hoppers.
"This time we are on higher ground compared to our enemies." Beep-0 told the heroes. "Did you know that you gain a damage bonus when you attack from above?"
Everyone shook their heads no.
"Fire upon an enemy from this vantage point and see for yourself!"
Rabbid Rarity got a Team Jump from Twilight and she landed behind a nearby full cover. She then fired upon a Ziggy in the lower area.
Rabbid Fluttershy moved down from the high area and finished off that Ziggy with a dash. She then fired at a Hopper and activated her Super Barrier.
Twilight entered a pipe leading to another part of the upper area and she fired at the Hopper, defeating him. She then activated her Hero Sight.
The Ziggy in the high area moved to get in range to blast Twilight.
The Ziggy in the low area dashed Rabbid Fluttershy and blasted her.
The Hoppers got Team Jumps and landed in the high area, with one of them being hit by Twilight' Hero Sight. They then blasted Rabbid Fluttershy, with one of them missing.
Rabbid Fluttershy dashed the Ziggy and moved to a new cover. She defeated the Ziggy by blasting him, releasing the energy.
Twilight dashed the Ziggy near her, and finished him off by blasting him.
Rabbid Rarity dashed one of the Hoppers and blasted the other one. She then activated her Shield.
The Hoppers blasted her then moved to different parts of the high area.
Rabbid Fluttershy entered a pipe to return to the high area and she dashed a Hopper. She blasted him which defeated him.
Twilight dashed the remaining Hopper and let Rabbid Rarity defeat him, ending the first battle.
Rabbid Rarity and Rabbid Fluttershy cheered until Twilight stopped them.
"Let's not celebrate yet. We still need to find Fluttershy!" Twilight told them.
Rabbid Rarity and Rabbid Fluttershy agreed with her and they all made their way out of the battlefield.
Before entering the next battlefield, the group came across a giant cupcake, which look like one of Pinkie's.
The Rabbids drooled at the sight of it.
Twilight felt hungry after all those battles, so she decided they should all eat to regain their energy. The cupcake healed them all and they entered the next battlefield.
Fluttershy was there, and she was very scared about what's going on, walking backwards in fear.
The SupaMerge Rabbid was there as well! He was afraid as much as Fluttershy was. He also walked backwards in fear.
They both didn't notice that they were about to bump into a Rabbid that was sleeping on a Plundervine, which was left over from when they grew out of control all over Ponyville.
They woke the Rabbid and startled the vine, which didn't notice its Rabbid friend. The vine turned to Fluttershy, who ran away to hide, then it turned to the SupaMerge Rabbid.
The SupaMerge Rabbid was very scared and he ended up tripping over himself.
The vine tried to grabbed at the SupaMerge Rabbid a couple times.
The SupaMerge Rabbid began to feel pain as the SupaMerge began to activate. He shot a beam of energy at the Rabbid and the vine.
Twilight and her friends arrive to see the SupaMerge Rabbid run away and the Rabbid fuse with the vine.
The Rabbid gained magenta markings around her eyes and a staff, grew dark-blue hair, and black vines wrapped her body, gaining spider-like legs. This was Gaia EveRabbid!
"So THAT'S how the SupaMerge works?!" Twilight asked Beep-0, shocked to see that this new monster was created in almost an instant.
"Yes, but it wasn't intended for that purpose." Beep-0 explained.
Gaia EveRabbid noticed the heroes, and roared as she shook her staff at them.
"We better defeat its latest creation before she escapes the area."
Defeat Midboss - Gaia EveRabbid, 4 Ziggies
The team took their positions on the battlefield to fight Gaia EveRabbid.
Twilight got a Team Jump from Rabbid Fluttershy and landed behind a full cover. She blasted at a Ziggy in a higher area, then activated her Hero Sight.
Rabbid Fluttershy finished off the Ziggy by entering the pipe that lead to the area and dashing him. Then she entered another pipe that lead to a different area, hid behind partial cover, and blasted a Ziggy near Gaia EveRabbid.
Rabbid Fluttershy entered a pipe that lead to a high area on the opposite side of the battlefield, dashed the Ziggy there and finished him off by blasting him. She activated her Shield.
Gaia EveRabbid began to move, getting hit by Twilight's Hero Sight when in range, and blasted Twilight, giving her a Burn effect which caused her to run out from behind her cover.
The Ziggies each entered different pipes that led to higher areas. One dashed and blasted Rabbid Fluttershy while the other blasted Rabbid Rarity.
Twilight dashed Gaia EveRabbid and entered a pipe leading to a higher area. She then blasted Gaia EveRabbid.
Rabbid Fluttershy defeated a Ziggy by dashing him, then she blasted Gaia EveRabbid. She activated her Super Barrier.
Rabbid Rarity blasted Gaia EveRabbid then entered a pipe to dash the Ziggy.
Gaia EveRabbid blasted Rabbid Fluttershy, whose Super Barrier protect her from being burned, entered a pipe and hid behind a Push cover.
The Ziggy dashed Rabbid Rarity and moved to join Gaia EverRabbid. He then blasted Rabbid Rarity.
Rabbid Fluttershy blasted the Push cover, which knocked Gaia EveRabbid and the Ziggy off a nearby edge, which defeated the Ziggy, but not Gaia EveRabbid who respawned in the high area again. She then moved behind a full cover.
Twilight moved down from the high area and got a Team Jump from Rabbid Fluttershy, moving her closer to Gaia EveRabbid. She blasted her.
Rabbid Rarity entered the pipe, dashed Gaia EveRabbid, moved down from the area and hid behind the cover.
Gaia EverRabbid got down from the high area, blasted Twilight, and hid behind a Burn cover.
Twilight activated her Hero Sight, then blasted the Burn cover, burning Gaia EverRabbid, then blasted her again because she ran from being burned. She then moved to a full cover in the middle of the battlefield.
Rabbid Rarity entered the pipe to the high area again, entered another pipe leading to the other section, and hid behind a cover. She blasted Gaia EveRabbid.
Rabbid Fluttershy blasted Gaia EveRabbid then entered the pipe leading to another high area and hid behind a cover.
Gaia EveRabbid moved, hid behind a cover, and blasted Rabbid Rarity.
Twilight dashed Gaia EveRabbid and blasted her, defeating her.
The heroes cheered then noticed that Rabbid Rarity wasn't with them. 
They saw her over by the unconscious Gaia EveRabbid taking selfies with her vines.
Rabbid Rarity didn't notice Gaia EveRabbid getting back up until she was grabbed by one of her vines!
Gaia EveRabbid then began to repeatedly slam Rabbid Rarity on the ground! A couple of the slams were even in slow motion.
Rabbid Rarity screamed, paused to take a selfie, and then screamed again!
Twilight and Rabbid Fluttershy readied their weapons and fired at Gaia EveRabbid.
Gaia EveRabbid paused and looked over at the incoming blasts, which hit her and knocked her to the ground. The SupaMerge energy was released as the Rabbid was unfused from the Plundervine, which Twilight took care of.
The Rabbid sat there smiling, not remembering anything that has happened.
Rabbid rarity got out her phone and prepared to take a selfie with the Rabbid, with Twilight and Rabbid Fluttershy joining in.
"Twilight!" Someone said.
Everyone turned and saw Fluttershy walking to them.
"Fluttershy!" Twilight shouted.
Rabbid Fluttershy then ran over to meet with her pony counterpart.
"Oh my!" Fluttershy said as she met a Rabbid dressed like her.
The pony and the Rabbid both mirrored movements and cheered.
"It is nice to see a friendly one! Thank goodness you're alright, Twilight." Fluttershy told Twilight.
"I'm glad to see you too, Fluttershy." Twilight told her.
Beep-0 then went up to Fluttershy and introduced himself, Rabbid Fluttershy, and Rabbid Rarity. He also explained the situation involving the SupaMerge Rabbid and the Megabug.
"Oh dear! Is that the poor creature I saw before I ran away to hide from the vine?" Fluttershy asked.
"Yes, it was. It also appears that he doesn't have full control over the SupaMerge's powers, which is bad!" Beep-0 explained. "We better find him soon! Before he accidently creates something big!"
"Fluttershy, you better come with us. That Rabbid is very scared, if anyone is able to help him, it's you." Twilight told her.
"Ok, but I don't have anything like you do." Fluttershy told her.
"Don't worry. I've got it covered." Beep-0 said as he presented Fluttershy the weapon the team got earlier: a Precision. "You also have access to the Battle HQ anytime to upgrade it and your skills."
"Thank you, Beep-0" Fluttershy told him.
"Alright everypony! Let's continue our journey!" Twilight cheered.
"Yippee!" Fluttershy cheered.
"Bwa-Bwaaah!" Rabbid Rarity and Rabbid Fluttershy cheered.
