Renés opens his eyes quick after he heard a familiar voice. René looks up and see's King Sombra. King Sombra looks down to René with an evil grin, showing his teeth. “You're behind all of this! Why are you doing this! I did no wrong to you!“ says René and looks into Sombra's eyes.
Sombra laughs and answers “I need a victim to gain enough power to conquer the Crystal Empire. You were just at the wrong time in the wrong place. Well, for me, you were at the right time in the right place.“
René pants out of pain, but starts to smile confident. “Why do you think it will be different this time? You will never be able to destroy the crystal heart, no matter how long you're torturing me! Even a baby could destroy the crystal heart! You can't even scratch it!“ René laughs.
King Sombra looks unimpressed down to René “You really think so?“ King Sombra grins evil, stands on his back hooves and stamps his front hooves down to René's hurt wing. René screams out of pain and almost cried. King Sombra goes near Renés ear with his mouth and says „Yes....cry. You can't fool any pony that you're strong. Just let everything out.“René holds his tears back, pants and tries to stay calm. “Your pain fills me with power and pleasure.“ Sombra says into René's ear. King Sombra steps towards Renés computer, unfreezes it, examines René's videos and says “You have some fans. Only ponies who like you because of your work. But never because of your personality. What a shame. They pretend to like you, even if the don't know you.“ Sombra turns around and see's René standing up with his last energy.
René's gasps and tries to stand on his hooves. Sombra could see the will to fight in René's eyes. “I will not allow you to let any pony suffer again!“ René's knies shivers. Renè couldn't tell how long his hooves will carry him, so he walks towards Sombra. But after he sets one hoove towards Sombra, Sombra walks over to him.
King Sombra smiled “Maybe I'm weak right now, but do you really think you could defeat me?“ Sombra levitates René with his dark magic, slams him at the wall and lets René fall to the ground. René looks up to Sombra while Sombra is laughing. King Sombra lowers his head right in front of René, looks into his eyes and says “Do you wanna know what I will do with your loved ones? I could tell you but....I prefer to show it to you!“ René's eyes turns green and smoke starts to escape from his eyes like Sombra's eyes.
